Better than nothing but not good.. I have been a onebox customer for several years. The only reason I am still a customer is because of google voice limitations (no fax, only one number per mobile phone). This app is somewhat useful to me but it's pretty awful as far as function goes. The only thing worse is their website interface. Stay away if you can.

Finally!. This is a great start. Please keep innovating and adding new features. I'm a big OneBox user and am very excited to see that this iteration of the app takes advantage of the call out feature, also it offers visual voicemail (although deleting a msg is somewhat convoluted - you have to do this throgh edit), a small issue with use of contacts - stuck on the last contact used vs. going back to the list. But overall a great start and I look forward to the next update. Please look into adding phone number management option similar to what RingCentral let's you do.

This app is awful. I have to constantly restart my phone and the app just to make one call-and after that call typically have to go through the same song and dance again. When I can occasionally make a call, it's 50/50 (or worse) that the microphone won't work and the person on the other end of the call will not hear me speaking. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and tried everything I can to no effect-this app is awful. On top of that, I first wrote customer service asking for help with the app and got no response. Then I called customer service and they basically told me they are not really told anything about the app and can't help with it. This app is atrocious-just really terrible.

Nice app. Nice app, good design. Had the password login problem and solved it by taking away the uppercase text from my password. Had a talk with the designers and they are addressing this issue. VM to text is a great idea.

Not really a “ONE”box fits all. Years go by and still, no email functionality. Will it ever be available?

It's a six. It works but could be so much better. Unless the app is open there is no way to know when new messages (text messages mainly) have arrived. Improve this and it would be a game changer.

Love it!! Love it!!. I have been using Onebox for years (since 2007) and I love it! It helps a small business look and feel like a Fortune 500 company. If you haven't tried this app or used any of their features...you should start today! You won't be disappointed.

Start looking for a new service. I've been a onebox user for years and they may finally drive me away to look for a new service. The desktop is clunky and is no longer viewable on mobile devices and the app doesn't work. If I can't get to my account what the h#ll am I paying for?

No home cell connection = VoIP is valuable. I was excited to hear about the VoIP upgrade. When I upgraded my app, it also crashed. I deleted and reinstalled and it seemed to work fine. Now I can make calls in my house where I don’t get cell phone service. Makes my Onebox® app great for personal use as well.

Excellent Call ID tool for business. This app allows caller ID to display with a number other than your cell. That makes it worth five stars all by itself. Pop up alerts notify me of new voicemail and faxes, and all can be viewed through the app. App sometimes fails so I delete and re-download to correct. Then I am good for another few months. Great tool. Thanks for the continued improvements.

Seriously.... This has to be the worst app and virtual call system out there. This app crashes ALL the time. Trying to check your messages? CRASH! Trying to log in? CRASH! And when it's not crashing, my calls drop or have a bad connection. It's honestly unbelievable. I've waited through 3 updates and no improvement. Which nincompoops do you guys have working for you as programmers? This doesn't make any sense. It makes less sense that when the app isn't working, I can't even access your website via my mobile browser. So in short, I pay for a service to keep my company mobile, I'm forced to use your app on the go because you lock me out from the site via my browser, and your app doesn't work. Whoever wrote that obscure 4 star review must work for you. I'll be porting my numbers out and going elsewhere. Thanks for nothing onebox.

Awesome product. Downloaded the version on iPad and works like a charm. Was able to send some faxes as well as make some calls using voip capability over wifi. Worked great! However, cosmetically the resolution of the icons on the home screen is a little low s they appear pixelated on my screen.

Junk: Waiting For App To Load. Waiting for it to load, getting an error message, having to try again, waiting to load again for a second time, another error message, you get the picture. This is been going on for months or years with this app. It's truly a great service, one box, for my phone number management for my business, but this app is the worst

Horrible.. This app would be good if it would work. Not sure why they can't make the app work. It logs me in, then a pop up comes up that says--Don't have voicemail-to-text? Then closes the app and goes to my homescreen. I've tried it about 10 times. same thing every time. Hey, onebox--get the app to work for goodness sake, what are you doing wrong???

Lormil. Uses double the minutes with Click to Call feature. AT&T confirmed. Click to Call dials toll free number, then rings my cell phone number which becomes an incoming call. The incoming calls states, please hold as the number I am trying to reach is connected. One Box Tech Support told me otherwise. Too bad their tech support does not know their own product. If they are outsourcing, how sad. They use to be in Florida and the service back then was so much better. One Box you need improved Tech Support for customers with all this technology.

Feature rich. I've been using this for year and a half now. A couple of interesting features are that you can record your phone calls and make phone calls from your cell phone which give your work number as the caller ID number.

Dramatic improvement. This app is a giant step along the way to perfection. Finally, we have a useful and reliable adjunct to the extemely useful Onebox service. This can all be summarized by one short phrase: It work!! Also, it's pretty well thought out--the menu at the top of the inbox allowing you to choose among voice, fax, and texts; the way you can choose a recent call and using simple finger taps respond with a voice call and a text message; the option to override your forwarding schedule and enter a new phone number to route calls to. Lots of signs of response to customer needs in this upgrade. For that, a sincere thank you and keep up the good work.

Great app. Just downloaded the app made few phone calls it works great it is so easy to use all my contacts and speed dials transferred seamlessly I would recommend strongly

False advertising don’t sign up. Signed up for Onebox for $12..99 a month and was unable to login into Onebox, called to get help, went through 3 customer service agents just find out that we were falsely signed up for eVoice and would cost more money for services we wanted. Don’t sign up for Onebox!🤬

Better than before, but still.... This is definitely an improvement but it lacks some basic features that would make it so much more usable. Still crashes every now and then, and I wish you could coy and paste numbers in from the iPhone phone app.

About time. Dig the click to call, way easier to make calls with my onebox number in the caller id

Voip works great, even over 3G. Tried the new Voip feature and it works well, even over 3G! Ive used other services such as skype and all are choppy or unusable over 3G. Love that I can see which number and extension the caller dialed so I can answer appropriately. AND I can finally use the app on my iPad!! Would love to see the messages load faster and text messaging. Keep it coming Onebox!

App is okay. The app works on my 3gs and seems fine. I does need a basic phone pad without using contacts. The problem with onebox is not their technology; it is the outsourced support. Someday I hope America realizes this is a terrible idea. I spent 1 hour and 24 minutes on the line last night for a fix that finally took 5 minutes to fix. It was their fault and getting support to even understand the simple problem was very frustrating!

Office must have!. The one box app has been a godsend it to all of us in the office! Being able to fax from our phone being able to listen to and call back clients easily is priceless.

Mr.. Onebox have done great job! Functionality and ease of use has dramatically improved. Can't wait for your next innovation.

Great almost there improvements.... I agree with the herd that this app has improved. I need call transfer returned along with VOIP. Your still advertising these features but not providing these features! How are we to run our virtual office with, "Hold on I need to have you call back and press the # not my extension." It would surely up the professionalism. Thank you for the improvements, we hope iPhone 6/6+ visual compatibilities arrive soon.

VoIP part does not work for me at all.... Phone dialer is crashing on me consistently, it just hangs and I have to reboot iPhone to be able to get to this screen again. Other parts seem to work (hence the 2 stars) but main feature of this app should be the IP telephony and it fails.

No Individual Extension Log In. Can log ONLY in to main account with this app. If you would like to log in to your personal mailbox within the system you CANNOT. There seems to be no way to do this as you can’t log in through user name, phone number only.

Bad Cust service , useless app , won’t text. This app in recent weeks has ceased to work for texting , if it does text it takes a painfully long time and then says unable to send texts I’ve called customer service countless time to no avail and am considering cancelling my service

Beyond BuzzKill !!!! App should be called crash-o-matic. If you like your apps crashing, then having to log back in, once, twice or better yet with every new voicemail then this is your app. When you use the dial process instead of showing you the number you are calling it shows you the number it uses to call them, and doesn't log the actual number dialed but rather the number you used to call out through. Worthless garbage of an app. Probably going to lose our corporate phone business over this buggy app.

A lot of functionality-things you would expect aren't there. I like that I can change my caller ID to my 800# I'm logged in with, good for making client calls while out and about, keeps my personal number more private. The call log is missing details I would expect like the duration of the call though...my call center answers or should answer all 14 of my lines...if I knew which one box number was dialed, and how long the duration was vs just missed or answered, it would help me understand which markets/calls aren't getting to the call center and if I'm missing calls from potential clients or if it's just telemarketers, etc.

Way too many issues.. The service as a whole is awesome, this app as an attachment to my service is the worse. I have different numbers with the service that reps different company's, yet when I call a client the caller I'd displays only the main number WITH THE EXTENSION! This means clients for company A don't answer because the caller ID number is too long and weird cuz it includes the extension, then clients for company B won't answer because the caller ID show company A's number, with the extension. So I'm actually losing business cuz the caller ID display isn't working! Now What makes it worse, is that when I call outside the app using the system through the back office, the same thing happens! YaKilling me ova here...

Better, but.... This version is better than the previous ones. However I don't understand why you can't copy and paste the phone number. Form you can be a little brain numbing if I can't remember the entire number to have to keep going back-and-forth between screens.

Unhappy with spam calls. The application is easy to use but I have to admit that I get so many spam phone calls to my 800 number each day that I'm considering dropping the service altogether.

Happy with this version!. Been holding off on the text capabilities until now that incoming push notifications are possible. Great upgrade! Been using onebox since it was a free number and fax/email address. Recommend constantly. Next gen app would like to see landscape capability.

Needs an overhaul. I tried to do something that seemed simple: record a call. I'm paying for that service, and there's a button in the app for it. But the button is grayed out. This app also just has a poor user interface. How can I conference with it? Why don't I see my contacts without hitting "select"... and then why does it get stuck on the last contact I selected? For recorded calls... shouldn't I be able to listen to them within the app? Also, the call quality had an echo when I tried to call a client. That's more of a OneBox issue than an app issue, because I wasn't on VOIP through the app.

Not practical if you have more than 1 extension. This app is useless to me, as I have 4 extensions, and it is totally impractical to go to iPhone settings and manually change the extension and password everytime I need to check voicemail. This app would be so much better if I could check all voicemails using the master password. Please fix this and then this review will be 5*.

Desktop App. I wish they had a desktop app for doing this stuff, because it's too many steps on their website. Or better yet, integrate a plugin for Address Book or Daylite.

Do Not Use!!!. I rarely write reviews but my experience with this app has been absolutely horrible and tech support hasn’t been able to assist with resolving ANY issues. The app doesn’t ring your phone, doesn’t handle scheduling as it’s setup to do. I’ve paid too much for too long for features I can’t use. Even in my attempts to Port Out my number , their system is either not working or I have to call back so someone can help. I’ve been given conflicting information and I just want to be done with this company and service and keep my number.

Would be nice to use with faxes.... I assumed that I would have access to ALL of my messages including emails, faxes etc. When I log in it seems to be only for text messages. I will keep playing with it. So far, I expected more.

Disappointing Update May 2017. The Onebox app FINALLY had an update, this week, after two years and even included notification features through your IPhone, (i.e. badge, banners, lock screen), which, is something it never had before (not to be confused with the "forward notifications" option that Onebox already has, which, isn't as organized and practical as these new notification features are). However, after downloading the update, the notifications failed to work. After trying everything possible, to test if they are working, I phoned Onebox customer service. After a half hour phone call, I was able to decipher, from what they told me, that this is not Apple's fault, rather, the Onebox system itself has not caught up with the app yet. There are still a couple of features I'd love the app to have, with notifications being at the top of my list. I hope they add these features soon, as this app has great potential to completely satisfy everything you'd need in a phone system.

No email?. The website's email is already horrid. You have to press, "open" after you've already clicked an email. Then this app doesn't even have an email feature? It can't possibly be that difficult to include. Onebox users PAY for the service. There has to be a reason why we should stay and not just use gmail and their voice service.

After talking to customer service. I will not waste my own time with this review. Bad quality bad service. Company could care less about the customer. Removed app to fix it. No fix!!! After crashing I could no longer download app. Because company removed it to fix it. Same problems same BS!! Use another company for your call service! Do not use this company. I have spoken to people who are in charge. They wanted me to send them crash reports because they obviously do not use this system. No fix, we will switch as soon as we find a better company. This is a real review with a real customer response.

Horrible app. The sound notification DOESNT WORK and when I called support they said had to wait until next software upgrade, but to charge for txt service they do not wait for next upgrade. Unbelievable !

It's a start, but has a way to go..... This is alright for a single account user, but I have 5 onebox accounts. I would never spend the time it would take to check all of them on this app. If i could click on the app and be able to see each account listed on one page showing number of new messages, etc. I would be all over it. Also not being able to dial out unless the number is in your contact list is horrible. Onebox needs to dedicate some time to add these features. Without a doubt it would highly increase my onebox usage. I am glad they have made a start, but please now make it worthwhile.

Great product, excellent customer service. I've had Onebox for years, was talked into porting it over to my cable phone service for my business. BIG MISTAKE. The number is on its way back to Onebox.

Why??. Why can a user only access voicemails or faxes?? Why wouldn't a business person want to also access their emails (like I want to), to read, send & reply to them?? Until this major flaw is fixed, this app will not be useful to me. Shame, b/c onebox is a great svce overall. Save your $$.

It use to work!. It won't let you sign in on Safari either?

Does not work - at all!!!. Sends push notification that I have a new Vmail and then immediately crashes. Have not been able to have it work properly even once.

Great, but.... We use this app/service for our business. It's an awesome platform but on the current version the notification bubble is always stuck at 1. Once this is fixed we'll be much happier.

Yes I hate it. Sometimes voicemails are there, sometimes they are not. Cannot make voip calls due to the mic not working for this app (works on everything else) not just the built in mic but also the mic in the headset. Customer service reps at Onebox do not care about the customers. I can go on and on and on.

Glad it's free!. I wish I could give it a minus 100 star rating I can't login total waste of time and space so glad it was free so I didn't mind deleting it! BTW is does not deserve the one star rating but the system wouldn't let me submit my review without picking one....😡😡😡👎💩

Doesn't Work Properly. Each time I attempt to make a call from the app., it dials a COMPLETELY different number than the one I entered, and it does not answer - just rings and rings. This makes the app. useless for outbound calls!

Online emails. Going online to the website and trying to write an email is extremely difficult. You cannot copy you cannot paste with emails it won't let you, I feel like I'm trying to send an email from 10 years ago.

general system error. i was excited to see that they had an application and then i downloaded it. i continue to get "general system error" whenever i try to access my voicemail account. i have tried several combinations and get the same result. is this an issue with everyone across the board? does anyone know if they intend to support this and/or release an update?

Crashes. Constantly crashes. Can't retrieve my messages. Have to delete the app and reload about once a week. Called the company- they had no solutions.

What happened to the Executive support?. I have an "Executive" plan and the app was working for three weeks. Then out of the blue it won't let me log-in. I contact Onebox support and they tell me they only allow "Receptionist" customers to use it now. I am thinking about porting my numbers away now...

General system error. I've gotten nothing but this error message since downloading the app in December. I've tried my phone number as well as my online user ID with the same results each time.

Owner. Once again, OneBox makes their product worse and supports its user poorly. I HATE OneBox!!!!! How dare they release a new version that does not work via mobile devices and not alert us! I am traveling and cannot simply use my computer-it's at home!

Does not work. Did not work on my iPhone, I wanted to try it out as I am using HulloMail for the same job. I advise you to use HulloMail instead, just in case you want a fully working visual voicemail app!

Major overhaul. Looks clean! app runs a lot faster now too.

Appears to be totally useless. Went thru all updates, but no improvements - app crashes almost every time it is activated. Not ready for business.

Disappointed User. This App worked perfect with my old apple 3G phone. I recently upgrade to the Iphn 5 and I can no longer open it, NOT compatible. Onebox, listen to your clients and improve your customer service by making an investment in your App. Its not rocket science.

Because it isn't available for the iTouch. Come on, regardless if it isn't a phone it can do everything but the phone calls. How about making it work for the iTouch.

Not so good.. The idea of this app is great, however the app rarely ever works. Most times it says "network unreachable. Please contact Onebox customer support. " When I contact OneBox it gets temporarily fixed and then the problem starts all over again.

Onebox not compatible Jan 2010. I tried to set this up on my iPhone. I could not even though I have a onebox account. I called customer service (obviously outsourced) and was told it won't be compatible with the iPhone until January 2010. Why is it in the App Store now if it's not compatible?

Good but not GREAT. I really like that I can now check my VM's on the go. But here,s my wish list of changes. 1. I would like to manage all my extensions through the app. Having to go out if the app and into settings for each box is a pain. 2. Ability to change extended absence greeting. Those are the BIG ones. But good start. Add those 2 features and it will be perfect.

Useless. The one and only thing I want to do is to have the ability to change the number that I receive calls to.

Really bad. Took months to get my number ported in. Customer service is in India and just horrible. Literally took 20 minutes getting shuffled around for a simple 15 second answer.

Disappointed. All of the sudden the app keeps crashing every time I try to open it. I use this fax for business, so it's really important that this gets fixed.

Submit. I like this app. I use it a lot to make VOIP calls and it shows up as my toll free number to callers. Calls are clear.

Removing App and canceling service.. The App worked before they upgraded it to add SMS. I can no longer access the core services I subscribe to (phone, voicemail, fax). Can't understand why they would release an upgrade without testing compatibility. The value is diminished greatly. No longer worth the frustration.

Would be great if it worked consistently. About every other time I use this j have to uninstall the app and reinstall. Otherwise, it hangs on the login screen. Please fix. Would love to use this all the time.

Excellent App!. Please update the iPad version for "landscape orientation" when rotated though...

Login Button Stopped working. Hitting return doesn't work either. Have latest version. Hit return, restarted App, shut off and turned back on iPhone, re-installed app.

Won't update. An app update shows up and then when I try to install it says the app is no longer there. I delete and try to reinstall and it won't download. Are you serious? Crashes every time I try to open it

Very Poor Performance. The App crashes every time I open it. I cannot check my voice messages. Also, it would be nice to switch through all of my number without logging out.

Constantly crashes. Upon first download it was working. EVERY time since then it crashes as soon as I open it! Needs to be fixed or deleted. Still crashing! Won't let me login on my ipad through safari so my only option is the app. Getting really tired of this company!!

Ugh!. Really? Your name is ONEBOX! Don't develop an app that doesn't work and cut off your customers from using a web browser on an ipad. Get with the program. You, of ALL companies should have had this together a long time ago!

O would like to see: - message notification on app icon from main screen - click to call for any number - ability to create and upload outgoing message - larger window to show message text - ability to delete message while viewing the message

Bravo. You did it!!!. These guys can not produce an decent app if their lives depended on it. Is it really that complex? This app has been terrible since it began and has remained terrible ever since. A tin can and string would work better. Once and for all, I'm finished with this useless service!

Apparently worthless. I need to be able to access usage info to see who has called. Apparently that is not possible. I also can't log in thru safari because the website is not set up for mobile devices

Aman2fly. My app drops my call all the time even though i have very very fast internet. the calls drop when new calls come in. so i cannot use it as the company line.

Doesn't work. I've downloaded this app twice. It has never worked. It won't even let me login despite many attempts. I just get message that says "general systems error". A big disappointment!

New enhancements. Much improved. Would still like to see it work with Bluetooth.

Missing something. So far so good. My only complaint is there isn't a keypad within the app. Not everyone I call will be in my contact list nor do I want to add them.

This app is no longer working. I had this app for 3 days worked good now it does not work. I was told by onbox (in India). That the app did not exist then that it didn't and would not work for a month.

Bring back the call log. I don't know which update it was, but the call log was good for caller IDs...

Developers could care less. App has always had little issues. Finally starting working pretty well until the ios10 update. Developers still after almost 6 months haven't updated the app to work with ios10.

Having to uninstall. If you have this on an iPad you do not get calls forwarded to your phone. If you try to disable VoIP on e app in the IPad states that this is not an IPhone can not disable. Have support request in, however have talked to escalated support not helpful. Great Idea but does not work unless you are exclusively using IPad

Can't log in!. Downloaded this about 3 weeks ago and I have never been able to log in. Always says "general system error" so I can't even say anything about how it works. PLEASE FIX!!! I need to be able to access onebox on my cell for my business :/

Frustrated. Tried this app again after deleting it three months ago. It still has the same issues! The main issue being, it will not allow me to log in! EVER! It would be sooo helpful to me, IF IT WORKED!!!! Will it ever be fixed?

Freezes. Same as other people. Repeatedly have to delete app and reinstall. Will work fine....for a week!

Poor voicemail. No way of knowing how many total voicemails u have and can't delete several without losing ur place

Great way to support an expanding enterprise. Love onebox for the comprehensive suite of tools and the ability to grow with my business.

FAX. Can't fax .pdf files, only pictures of the files from photo stream and the quality is horrible. Don't use this for faxing. It's horrible. Needs more work! Why can't you fax a .pdf file. Garbage.

OS 4 must not work with this app. I have been a long time customer for over 5 years and this does nothing but phone dial. I can see any VM, Fax notifications. Any ideas?
