Great but article Disappears sometimes. I really enjoy these Tips & Tricks, my only issue is if I leave the article to do something else like answer a text, by the time I get back it takes me to a general list of options & it can be difficult to find the article again or know which category it may be filed under.

A great app. I often don't write reviews, but I know I like to look for and read reviews before downloading apps so I decided I should write something. I love this app, with so much information being on the internet and in apps it can be overwhelming. I like that it has so much information in one place, and is easy to find what I am looking for. I enjoy the push notifications. I love getting information on the free app of the week, love the many tips and tricks I have learned that are very helpful that I would not know about otherwise. I highly recommend this app.

Great App. Great App with good info. I enjoy sharing some of the things I've learned with my friends. I do wish there was a way to bookmark favorite tips and hints in order to go back and use them again. Other than that it's a great tool to find out secrets about my iPhone.

Fonts. I’m finding the font in the T&T narrative very difficult to read. It needs to be a bolder, darker font. Right now, I find it skinny and pale. Can you make it like the font in the Application Stire app? It’s so much easier to read thank you for listening.

Owner. Update: After writing the critical review below, I was immediately contacted by the developer who suggested a fix for the problem of disappearing tips. I deleted the app and then redownloaded it which restored all of the tips. Great customer service and a great app. I have been using and enjoying Tips & Tricks for almost a year. Today when I opened the app the Tricks were gone. There was just a blank screen. There does not seem to be a way to contact anyone at the developer and there is no support on their website. If they fix the problem and create some support, I'll update my review.

Tips & Tricks is GREAT. I am 78 year old Senior that truly appreciates nearly everything this App has to offer. I am constantly sharing these tips & tricks with family, friends and many other seniors in my community.

Annoyed by auto renew. Look. The app is just fine. But they make it impossible to figure out how to turn off auto renew. I guess the plan is to charge me $9.99 for the rest of my life. As soon as you buy this app, they charge you monthly. To turn off the auto renew, they tell you to manage this in your account settings. What account settings?? I was in their account settings looking for a way to turn it off. It feels like a scam to me.

Very helpful app!. I am an unsophisticated iPhone user who can use some help. I know lots of people who can tell me how to do things, but first I have to know I want to do them. This app tells me how to do things I didn't know you could do. Just what I needed.

Can’t see it. Can’t read it!. Text is too small to read on a smart phone Also, I find it difficult to read the light gray text on a white background

Closes without warning. Enjoy the many tips and tricks but find it annoying when the app just decides to close and then you have to start all over again.

The occasional ad - not that annoying...have turned two others onto this. Everyone is pleased. Nice publication!

iPhone and iPad tips and tricks. iPhone and iPad tips and tricks is an awesome app. I’ve been learning and using information from the app since it first came out and was free!! I still love it and use it often! But I must say I’m disappointed in the $4.99 a month premium app charge!!!! Honestly you can google a lot of the information in the app on how to use for example the camera! Or how to use the keyboard! But the information you cannot find on the web as in secret gestures, you’ll only find in this app. And all the news about great features and how to use them, or news and how to use features in the updates is awesome. I’m absolutely not feeling good at all about paying this much. $2 or 3.99, a month is less painful on the bank account.

Fails. Latest version, opens for a few seconds and closes; therefore, the app cannot be used. Maybe fixed by deleting and reinstalling.

Awesome!!!. I have learned so much more about what my phone can do. I "screenshot" and print so many things for a notebook that I have had to create. This is no doubt the best "app" available for anyone who has an iPhone. Its exciting to learn so much from this "app" on a daily basis.

The 100th Disgruntled. Look at how they wrote a rebuttal to my review! Actually the rebuttal was slightly helpful since I had not noticed the other tabs hidden in plain sight along the bottom of the screen, all ghosted out to increase the difficulty of finding them. This is a common problem in UI design these days: Obscure the difference between content and controls. But now that I know that there are chapters, I’ve spent 90 minutes browsing thru the content. Some is slightly helpful. Most is far too shallow. Since I continue to struggle with gestures on this Devil iPhone, I read all that was available. I still don’t know how to reliably command a gesture. Nothing says, “Put your finger Right Here.” Some software developers had to define that but apparently it isn’t shared with users. I’ll keep my 1 star rating because the content is still inadequate with inadequate detail. You will not be able to master an iPhone with this app. Your only recourse is to “Hack and Hope” for thousands of hours. Which get back to a point in my original review: This is a time waster.

Apple iOS voice over and getting past adds. Your app is very informative it would be nice if I didn’t have to turn voice over off in the. iOS system and have help getting past the advertisement when I open an article.

Tips & Tricks gets five stars.. I found tips & tricks extremely useful and user friendly. The directions and pictures made it so. I share it on Facebook. A must have!!!!

Charging problems. They said to clean out the port you plug the lightning end into on your phone or iPad. I did that and I got a better recharge rate. Common sense told me to clean the contact inside and on the cable contacts as well. I used alcohol wipes on the lightning end in the cable and I got back to full charge very quickly.

Tips & Tricks is definitely helpful!. I’ve owned my smartphone for about five (5) years now and I certainly love everything about it; however there are a few exceptions! Don’t appreciate the fact that in viewing this app that you have to go through a lot of ads which is kinda/sorta a bummer but all that said I’m truly loving my device- absolutely!

Crashes all the time. I love the app and have learnt a lot by using it. It has great articles across the Board and that’s why I gave it a 5* Since the last update the app crashes all the time. Please admin, is there anything I can do from my side to stop this or is everybody having this issue?

How many tips in paid version?. Only 5 tips! I would consider buying full app if I knew how many tips were included. The last tip in this app is numbered 33, I wonder if the full app only has 33 tips? Descriptions and photos don't mention anything.

Gimmicky. Started insisting that I download 'news' items that are just ads for paid apps. And hard to ignore till later because they put the little red indicator that won't go away till you download the 'news'. Not a bad app before, but now annoying. Uninstalling today

Font type & size. Is it possible to make the font size larger and darker. As my eyes age, I’m finding it harder and harder to read. The titles are nice and bold and black but the contacts call very pale. Thanks for hearing me.

Lite version. I had an app like this when I had a IPod a few years ago (I have a up 2 date one now) but I bought a tips and secret's app for it & I found out so much and it was very helpful. I will be buying the full version very soon. Thank you for an awesome app!

Good tips. This app is definitely for those new to their phone and want a quick, simple, easy-to-understand way to get to know their phone. However, having had my phone for 7months now, there were a couple tricks I didn't know and will love using! Worth downloading- even if you end up knowing it all already, it only takes a couple MBs and you can delete it when you're done. But FYI they are adding 3new tips and tricks a month ;)

Not Mindblowing. Maybe I know a lot about my iPhone, but within the rather long lite version there was only one that I sort-of didn't know, and it cleared it up for me (it was seeing a roadside view from Maps). I think if you've had your iPhone for under a year and haven't had to shuffle through it seriously for any problems, this could be helpful. Otherwise it's not amazing.

Good for beginners, not good for the experienced.. This app would be good for beginners, but for people who are familiar with iPhones, I learned nothing new.

Inaccuracies. I like the iPhone but it is not perfect. I'd like to find a channel to post my complaints on the iPhone iOS like it is possible for an app. 1-First I have to rewrite my notices frequently because it disappear when an ad is bumping up during my writings. 2- Picture sorting is not possible in shared in local album on my iPhone 5S with IOS 9.2. This feature should be a basic feature in photo album from the beginning. 3- contacts merging is disappointing. it should be possible to merge two or three contacts of a family without hiding one of them from the search list. Essential features Now that almost everyone has his cell phone i don't see any improvement in the contact management since many updates. There are so many more things I would like to say. Thanks for letting Apple people know.

Not worth it!. First it says it is free but you have to pay $1 for each of the 20 chapters! A pretty expensive book for info you almost all know

"meh". The lite/free version doesn't really share anything that you would not quickly learn by going through settings and using your phone in general. Essentially, the lite version is just an app with little information used to promote the full version, which you must pay for. Maybe worth downloading and then deleting if you are a total n00b :)

Wont load on iPad last version of iOS 9. Won't load on iPad 2 or iPhone 4s and still crashes on start up basically rendered useless for any iOS pre 10 says it requires iOS 8.3 or later

I did like this app.. All of a sudden this app. won’t open? It was working great for my iPad and I got this same app. for my iPhone. Now neither one opens. What changed?

Hmm.... where's the tip. App looks interesting and might have some good tips but you can't open the one from today's notification! When I open it it from the notification I would actually like to see the tip contained in the notice!!! Can't ever find the blasted thing! Fix that and get a better rating
