App not working. Since update a day ago, the app displays the splash screen then closes up and disappears.

Gives clients an idea of cost. This app is great for giving your clients a little piece of mind by having an estimate of their possible out of pocket cost.

Fraud!. Bait and Switch is illegal, Yes first they sell you something to unlock everything now all of sudden they want a subscription when you already paid Let’s sue Apple for allowing this, just imagine how much money they make because of this FRAUD!! Don’t support Palm Agent Don’t download this

Clean and Easy. Works well and the regular updates make it better.

Great closing tool. This is great tool at open houses, showings and even listing presentations. Breaks down the difference if you in monthly payments if purchases price goes up by 10K. What happens to purchasing power if interstates rates increases. I would recommended purchasing the pro version

Amazing App. This is a great tool, packed with useful calculators for the RE industry. The latest update is on point! It’s simple to use & in seconds you can prepare a sellers net sheet or costs four a buyer. The premium version is worth every dollar great social media content lead GEN calculators. Content is consistently updated! I use this everyday!

Smooth operator. This app comes in very handy for calculations when my home buyer clients want to know the approximate monthly payments for a potential property. Very slick - I use it on my iPad all of the time.

Great App!. I love this app! I can produce a net sheet for my clients fast, accurate and they are excited that I can email it to them as soon as I show it to them. Thanks for making my business life easier!

Icons in HAR. In my HAR application I used to have pinpointed icons, now I have squares with a price inside, this really doesn't work for me, is it possible to have again my old version?

Easy to use. I love the customizable marketing graphics however it doesn't allow me to input my entire web address. Especially nice when explaining closing costs with itemized list of costs!

Realtor. I use this software almost daily. It helps my sellers and my buyers see what their final numbers would look like. I can pull it up anytime on my iPad or iPhone and in 2 minutes have figures for them. I would love to see the Title Binder fees incorporated into the software for the clients I do flips with.

Nothing but amazing. It's and amazing app that lets you create professional looking flyers in literally seconds... Love it... and this is just one of the many calculations/ features included at your disposal.

Great for net sheets!. This is the best program for professional and accurate net sheets for both sellers and buyers. It even prorated property taxes and mortgage interest. Once you do a netsheet at one price, you can create nets for an entire price range!

Fidelity agent. Best estimated closing apps in the industry. I tell all my clients that if I had this app back when I was a realtor, I would still be out their competing with them! Brian Buffini says this an app you as a realtor should not be without!

Can't live without it. This app, like Fidelity Title is as good as it gets. I did a net sheet on my phone from the pool last weekend which proves how handy it is. I couldn't recommend it more strongly.

Use to be a great app!. Now it is very glitchy on iPhone. It constantly opens slowly, gets stuck and shuts down. Frustrating because it WAS such a great app.

Great app. Very user friendly, awesome layout, and extremely helpful when a client asks for closing cost estimate etc - rather than just telling them a number estimate off the top of your head, pull this app out and show them the estimate.

#1 Real Estate Tool!. Best tool for realtors for net sheets and buyers estimates. Amazing calculators too!

Fidelity agent estimate. This is a great quick app to give my buyers and sellers a quick Zestimate of closing costs. Would like to be able to add and change a few things. Otherwise it's pretty cool.

Very Helpful App. I use the Net sheets feature all the time and have also used some of the customizable marketing features also. Great app I would recommend this for any agent. It is simple easy to figure out and useful.

Agent secures 2 deals from this app!. Within 4 hours of showing this app to an agent, she used on a listing presentation. She was able to calculate w/ "Seller Net Sheet" what the seller would net and e-mail it to him on the spot. Then, he asked how much home he could purchase if they got their asking price and she used the "My PITI" button to calculate that. She won the listing and he promised the purchase of his new home once they sold his!!

I feel ripped off I have to buy again. I can’t believe I have to buy this apps premium features again I had already purchased the app and now it auto updated no way to go back to the old one and they are going to charge now 12 a year for the new app. Unacceptable

Makes life easier.. Great app, very intuitive and easy to use!

Unfair treatment. I got the old version of his app and my account was charged with $14 one time payment for the premium version. With the new upgrade I had to sign up again from scratch and I am being asked to pay a whopping monthly subscription fee now.. that is very unfair and I feel like I just got ripped off

Super Fan!. Fantastic App! I can have accurate answers for my clients in seconds. The PRO version is worth it for all of the customized fliers and social media graphics!

Good app, needs update. This is a good app, I love to use it for clients and to just do quick estimates. However on the iPad it needs an update. It is too slow, doesn't load correctly, and has weird formatting that includes random letters. Needs to be updated!!

Feeling Frauded.. Many of us have recently paid the $15 or $20(can’t remember) to upgrade our Fidelity Apps. We were in turn allowed to upload our images and logos(now a subscription only feature) and many other upgrade PAID features. Now an update comes along and not only our our PAID upgrade features limited but our grandfathered in app is now requesting a subscription. Also I noticed some of the paid features which set us apart from the rest are even free now? Completely eliminating exclusivity... interesting pitch. We are diehard loyal to Fidelity and make it very clear to others that they are preferred on all our deals. Hence, why it pains me to leave anything negative as a review that they are attached to ,but this app maker is just wrong. A solution would be to yield the paid members a full refund of the paid service they are no longer honoring or to grant us a 2 year paid membership into the annual app. Warm Regards, Randy

Excellent App. Best Closing Cost App ever!. Easy to use. Fast. Simple. Does all the work AND math for you. Email or text info to clients. Gather client contact info without having to uncomfortably ask them for it. Produce accurate Closing Cost information in less than 2 minutes, personalized with you co info and photo.

Scam. They allow you to use the app as long as you refer them clients ! Their agent harass you every other day and if you stop responding their call or text they disconnect your app!

Nice app. Comprehensive application that calculates closing costs, title service fees, net sheets, and more. Needs optimization for iPhone 5 screen size. Not a fan of having to pay $12.99 for the locked features especially since most of my escrows are with Fidelity; that's about 13X more than other apps typically cost, though, it does appear the free version does 80% of what I would expect the app to do. Not willing to spend that much to discover what I'm missing.
