Nice looking but not what I wanted. I didn't look at this app very well before purchasing it. I thought with the amortization table it would calculated loan payments. It looks nice but what it does is very simplistic and could easily done in an excel spreadsheet. The same can be said of calculatng payments but I wanted something I could do when my computer wasn't available.

Great Tool. Great way to see how you are doing with your retirement calculations.

Time value of money. This app does what it says it does-it allows the user to appreciate the time value of money! Save and invest for your retirement and watch your money work for you. This app shows the math has to how it all adds up in your favor.

Does what it's supposed to. While in a foreign country I couldn't initially get the app to work right. Then changed region settings on iPhone and the app works perfect.

Investing. Use this with all my younger family members when talking about budgeting and investing. Makes one think about what am i spending money on now and what would i have if I invested it instead. Tells you how much is your actual cash versus the interest and what the future value will be worth after inflation. Use it often.

Great for when you are in retirement too.. I use this app as a retirement planner and I’m already in retirement. I put in an annual negative contribution and it tells me how long me money will last, considering the interest rate I am using. You can also put in inflation and/or taxes and get a result from those inputs. You don’t have to though. I have used this app for many years, both before retirement and after. It is the best. I like it much better than the software the PFP’s use. The Marco Polo software they use is a bit too mysterious for me.

Don't forget it's a loan payment calculator too!. Great app! By far the best in its price range. The fact that it is also a great payment calculator (just use the "Deposit" calculation and use "0" as the future value) should be mentioned in the app description.

Excellent!!!. I like how you can switch to all different factors: interest/principal/years/etc. This app is great if you are at a stage where you are building wealth & want see different scenarios of how much you can make with compound interest.

Perfect simple and complete compound calculator. I purchaed several other apps---some for 3x the price and nothing I found does such a good and comprehensive job at compounding. And, it's the easiest thing. Very well thought thru and designed.

REAL FVM APP. Most FVM apps don’t allow negative additions, ie. you are living off your investments. This one does. Very well formatted as well.

I use this app for mortgage calculations, ROI for major projects, investment projections, and to show my children and grandchildren the value and importance of compounded interest. Simple to use with confidence in results; so much so I use it for business and taxes.

Good app stable app. Great multi view app for calculating compound interest and can take into account: interest based on taxes, inflation, years to goal based on those settings. Also compound on different cycles (days, weeks, months etc.) Provide amortization table.

Great way to see the power of compounding. I use this app to crosscheck my calculations on quantitative models I build for the stock market. This allows me to check my compounding calculations in the model vs this approach. It is rock solid. If you are looking for a way to resolve a future value or "re-engineer" the duration needed, capital needed, rate needed to hit your numbers....this is the way to go. Very pleased.

Still the best!. This app is still the best of its kind. I just wish the developer would give the UI a little love. I would gladly pay for an update. But I’m afraid it has been abandoned. There are no functionality issues despite not being updated for years, however.

It will make you a millionaire. When I was young I took a college course on amortization and compound interest etc... We had to use logarithms to work the formulas that this app does.. This app can and will make you a millionaire if you let it

Performs well and looks good!. A simple and effective interface that allows for the input of almost any variable you would need for simple financial calculations. Known bugs are spelled out on the developers website. Calculations are based on a 30/360 day convention, so calculations become less accurate with shorter compounding periods and/or longer duration. Inflation rate adjustment and bookmark features are a nice touch. An update that addresses the accuracy issue would make this a five star product. Probably one of the best first releases I've used to date, considering that this seems to be the first and only product from this developer.
