“What A Month”. After a month of waiting on this package to make it’s way overseas, it was exciting to watch every stop it made, once it reach the states. It could use more details, such as a direct address so those of us who like to check everything don’t have to google search the streets to see the location for ourselves. Also, twice, the current location bullets were not in the correct location on the map. The first time wasn’t so bad, since the location was only across the street. The second time was when the delivery was complete. The marker was well over a mile away from my address, even though it was delivered correct. I wasn’t home all day, so I made the appropriate calls and was fighting agitation all day at work wondering if my order made it to my place or not. Each misread location wasted my time in efforts to get to the bottom of it, so I hope that your accuracy with markers becomes a priority, if for nothing more than perfect customer service and our peace of mind. Unfortunately for me, in the end, what I had ordered wasn’t what was sent. So my first experience with your tracker involved fraud, which has nothing to do with you at the end of the day. So again, the app is great. It just needs a bit of tweaking. Thank you!

Really great, with 1 suggestion. I really really enjoy this app for paying and tracking my orders. The app is sleek and also suggests similar products and stores from my order history. I really enjoy this feature because it allows me to discover new brands I never would’ve known. The suggestion I have for an improvement is a spot to see your installments from orders. What I like from other services that allow installment payments, is the ability to view all the installments in one spot, and be able to pay ahead of schedule. On Shop I’m having difficulty getting my installments to show up, and I have to click on my past orders to find out which ones I haven’t paid off completely. A whole separate tab would be just easier to use and keep track. I’m someone that likes to use the installments when checking out, but pay off the balance when I get my paycheck. Unfortunately I can’t do that with this app. I hope this becomes a feature in the future and I will absolutely love this app.

I like what I’m seeing!!. You know this app isn’t perfect yet but it’s very close. I must say I’m really enjoying it and I’m a happy customer for sure. Pros: I like that I’m notified when packages are in transit and I like that I can control when I’m notified. I also like that I can click on the tracking info/shipment and there is a way to bring me to the main webpage I purchased my product from. I like that it gives me an estimated time of arrival in the beginning of the shipment process and updates as the shipment is in transit. My favorite feature is the GPS map for sure, this is convenient in estimating visually when you will receive the package for the day. Cons: not all of the product names show up with the listed shipment. So if you are like me and your waiting for several packages to arrive, you may have to click on the shipment and visit the site to view which tracking number aligns with which product. I’m assuming the vendor has something to do with that, but it would be cool if all listed shipments had pictures of the items purchased. Lastly, the status updates are not always correct at the time you view the shipment. This isn’t a huge deal for me, but it would be great if this weren’t the case of course. Overall great app with some room for improvement!

Love it but have a couple suggestions. Hi there! First of all, I think your team is done a wonderful job with this app. It’s proven to be a great place to track my orders :). If I could make a suggestion, I would ask that there be a way/option to “bookmark” certain order so that they stay at the top of the list. This way, I think it would be a lot easier to track higher priority orders without having them get lost in the shuffle, especially for folks with a higher volume of orders (i.e. me). One other suggestion would be to include a way to tag orders. It might be nice if we could associate maybe a color with a specific vendor that we often use, so that it’s easy to identify them in the list, or if we could distinguish between incoming orders vs returns. I’ll leave it up to you guys to determine how much freedom the user would have to create categories, but it would be nice to see some options here. Anyway, again, nice work on this app! It obviously wouldn’t be the end of the world without these additions, but they would be nice to have nonetheless :).

Awesome App. If you do any online shopping, whether it’s a little or a lot, nothing is more frustrating having to scroll through and find each email, write down each tracking number, and then individually enter each one. With ‘Arrive’ all you do is sign up with your gmail account that you use for all your online shopping, and it automatically updates and adds each order to the app. Only thing I hope the app adds with some more time, is the ability to use any email provider you prefer. I know a lot of people that would then be able to download and use this app as well, if it accepted all/any email provider. Other than that, I cannot imagine not having this app on my phone. Now I don’t have to write the tracking down, and go into the coordinating shipper app. They all auto sync right to the app because of the email address I use. It’s so easy and super organized! I definitely recommend downloading this app even if you don’t do a lot of online shopping. It just gives you one less thing to worry about. Oh and the best part is that it attaches the order/receipt to it, so if there was a problem that occurred, you would be able to get all the information right within ‘Arrive’. I think this app is going to be especially helpful during the holiday season.

My Card Not working??. So as far as me buying from other online stores and using Shop to pay through and track my packages it’s been pretty good, however I tried to pay for something through the app itself and my card was rejected but it took my money. Now the purchase was pending but I definitely didn’t like the fact that even with it telling me my “card info wasn’t correct try again with another card” it still took my money and I tripled check and then added another card and the same thing happened! So hopefully I get my money back on my card but if this is a in-app issue I would like for Shop to look into it I want to keep using your app but not if it’s just gonna reject my card while still taking my money out. Okay Update! I basically got a new card and tried that card and it work. It’s weird cause I tried another card that belong to a different user and different bank so I’m not sure if it was me… or if it was Shop but either way the problem was resolved and my order went through successfully!! I appreciate Shop reaching out to me to try and help it shows that they’re really going through their feedback and want the best for their users which I can definitely appreciate so thank you!! I’ll continue to be a loyal customer as long Shop continues with their ultimate service!!

Used to be great, now, not so much. The idea of this app was fantastic and we’ve used it for a lot of purchases. Having access to a lot of vendors with tracking information and an optional buy now pay in installments feature was such an alluring experience. Our first purchases with the app were great but in this last year things have seemingly gone down hill. Tracking information rarely seems accurate, major delays in receiving orders and in one or two cases, never receiving our order. In those cases, good luck getting any help from Shop. It’s nearly impossible to get any assistance. I still have a product I purchased 3 months ago but never received. I’ve attempted to contact the seller 4 times and Shop twice…not a single response. We’ve also had issues with the loan options with Affirm. We were approved for a large ($4,200) purchase and shortly after we were notified that the product we ordered wasn’t available but might be in a months time. So we agreed to hold and wait to see when the product is back in stock. We waited the month and heard nothing and we’re lucky to find the product locally so we reached out to the vendor to cancel the order. In the meantime, Shop and Affirm inundated us with payment emails and now expect us to pay because the vendor didn’t refund the correct loan amount. Once again, getting in touch with Shop (or Affirm) has been a nightmare.

Very angry first time customer!. I placed an order and realized I messed up since it was confusing for me with how the items were in the cart I bought three of the same items I only wanted two of the same items I asked if they could take one off my order but got no reply so I said just forget it I’ll have an extra for a gift no biggie. I made a mistake so I pulled my big girl undies up and sucked it up I’ll own up to it but then a few days later they charge me again for the same price just with out the shipping cost added to it since they wasn’t shipping it twice and is still not shipped it just says order placed but not shipped so I asked them to cancel my whole order because I don’t want to pay over $100 for the three items that should have cost half that so still no reply and I really don’t want to file a dispute with my bank because then I’ll have to cancel my card and get a new one. So if anyone knows of a number I can call to get this resolved please let me know thanks in advance im not saying it’s a scam or anything it could be a glitch or mistake but im just saying be careful when trusting them with your card number

Love and hate this app!. Love the order tracking of this app. It’s immediate and accurate and easy to follow. Hate? I hate that somehow this app has taken over my 4 pay options? When I purchase from a particular store I automatically receive the request to wmter my pin that is sent to me. However Shop Pay refuses to give me approval. So knowing I’m not approved for a 4 pay plan do you know how annoying it is to keep being forced into the Shop Pay 4 pay plan option that is never approved? I’m not sure how this option even got connected to the store I buy from but it honestly makes me angry every time I see the almost spam like request to enter a pin. Got a response from the developer to my comment. I appreciate the quick response. To be clear however I’m okay with not being approved by Shop Pay. I use Klarna, Afterpay and Sezzle with no issues whatsoever. My issue is that with as great as this app is which is pretty much a 5 star app, it is frustrating that shop pay continues force the pin on me. I would think if a person is rejected the app should stop trying to force an approval continuously. Even if it’s with the store that’s doing it, it’s still Shop Pay that continues to pop up requesting a pin. It’s a turnoff.

Great App and Service. This is a great app and does exactly what it’s supposed to. As someone who shops online often, its a pain to go back and forth from one site of app to another to track packages that are coming from different carriers. This is where the beauty of this app comes in. I can input every tracking number I have for each carrier and then check and receive updates for each from one source without hassle. It’s a beautiful thing. I would have give it 5 stars but for the fact that it sometimes is a little bit behind on notifying me of my package’s shipping progress. I know this because I’ve compared notification times between the Shop app and the carriers’ apps and have observe an occasional lag. Yet this makes sense since obviously the carrier would know first the business of their own processes. But if you want ONE app to efficiently track ALL your packages from different carrier’s in close to real time - look no further. You won’t find a better single source for all your tracking needs. Thank you, Shop app, for such an awesome service.

Doesn’t sell info & no in app purchases. I was shocked when I opened the app and saw it was actually pretty well made considering it doesn’t have in app purchases. No limits on amount of orders you can track and it automatically pulls from your email. No ads either. Read the privacy policy since I was skeptical about how they’re making their money with a completely free app and it states they don’t sell info for marketing purposes. I’m no lawyer but this was also in the policy: “...we may share with third party service providers data and Personal Information we collect from you or from emails that are sent to or from email accounts that you provide to us for the purpose of supporting our efforts to provide you with the App.” What is meant by support is rather vague but at least with the California law your info isn’t sold. You can also request your personal information to be deleted, but they do keep anonymized data from you. So if you’re 100% protective of your data this might not be the app for you. If you just want a nicely designed app that doesn’t barrage you with advertisements and pay for in-app features, this is totally the app id go for.

Never received my product, shows delivered, but nothing received. I ordered from this company in June 2023, product was supposed to be delivered within “4 to five days” after two months, no product was received. Submitted a complaint online, while I have not received a response, I noted on the “shop” app, the product shows as “delivered”, however, no product was received. I’ve tried contacting this company directly, but cannot seem to get a human being on the line nor can I get a response. Buyer beware! Do not buy froml Agilent retailer, you will never receive your product. Just be prepared to dispute any credit card/bank account charges. BTW, not only have I not received a response from this “fraudulent website/retailer“, I have not received a response from the shop app either. To whomever is paying attention, although the Shop app appears to be a legitimate delivery source, it appears that they are either in cahoots with fraudulent retailers, and they support products not being delivered/received, or they are a business who care solely about capitalism, rather than their customers and customers who want to receive their product; they are a bunch of liars. It would be nice to receive a call back from anyone of these “retailers”.

Great App For Free!. I was a dedicated Slice user for years, but switched to Arrive when the former introduced a pay scale. Arrive isn’t quite as visually appealing, but it’s also not an app that you will spend a lot of time looking at. Once you’ve authorized the appropriate email accounts, it does a very good job of scouting messages for tracking numbers and adding them automatically. (If it misses a few, they’re typically linked via a shipping notification email and the tracking number isn’t explicitly listed. Can only expect so much.) I like that I can rename my shipments to a more descriptive/meaningful title. Notifications are timely, which allows me to keep an eye out for deliveries and not worry someone may grab it before I get the chance. On rare occasion, the app will show a delivery as late and I will have to manually mark it as delivered; I don’t think it’s due to running low power mode as I almost always do this (i.e. I receive notifications in this mode, also). It is uncommon enough to not be personally bothersome. If I were to suggest any change, it would be helpful to directly link to the official carrier tracking page after clicking on the tracking number from shipment detail info. Nonetheless, a really useful app (free or not), and a steal for free.

Tracking status still frozen. This is hands down the best looking and most user friendly tracking app out there, but it doesn’t work properly. It automatically read the shipment information from my gmail account and added the tracking information with the correct tracking number that I confirmed in the details tab, but the tracking status does not update. It’s stuck on waiting for details from fedex... I see other users are enjoying it seamlessly so this must be a bug. When the developers fix this bug I will change my review to 5 stars. I will continue to use this app to see if it is fixed. Funny thing is I only found out about this app while purchasing Mochi ice cream from Mochidoki’s website. After my purchase was complete, the status page showed a link to this app that would track package and progress of my frozen ice cream. What a coincidence that it doesn’t even work with the website it was advertised on. Edit: Even after the latest update it still doesn’t function properly. My packages status is frozen, I have a package that’s has already been delivered since yesterday saying out for delivery and another that’s out for delivery saying it’s at a sorting facility out of state. Come on developers fix this bugs please!

Shop app is literally the best. I was hesitant to use this app for no reason at all other than the fact that I’m suspicious of new apps. However, this app tracks ALL packages arriving to me and I can input tracking data to track packages that I am sending! There is no surprising me with packages any more plus, I do a lot of international orders, so it’s nice to see the approximate arrival time as it passes through customs to time the delivery of gifts perfectly. I NEVER leave reviews for apps, but I must say that not only is this app a tracker, you can use it as a payment method with split payments like Klarna or Quadpay. I love watching my packages on a map in real time travel across the country and I love using this app as a payment method as well. I had meant to leave a generic, short comment but people need to know about the awesomeness of this app and all it’s AMAZING features. It’s especially helpful for those of us who are vendors on any platform so that scammers can no longer claim their order was not delivered - because there is and you can see it on the map. I don’t know what new features this app could offer that would make it better than it already is. I recommend Shop to all!

Used to be good. UPDATE: I turned off tracking notifications because they haven’t been accurate for months. UPS and FedEx text alerts are far more helpful. I keep Shop around for the widget that shows all of my packages on the way, but that has been messed up for months as well. It shows every package as “arrives today!” even if it hasn’t shipped yet of us days out from being delivered. It looks cute with the product photos for things purchased using a Shopify site, but cute doesn’t make it useful. Kip of just a waste of space in my Notification Center now, unfortunately. ORIGINAL: Before the major update that merged this into the one Shop app, the tracking element of this was fantastic. Now, I don’t receive notifications on time (delivery notifications come several hours after I receive packages), package tracking isn’t accurately updated on the home screen (it rarely shows the expected delivery date or location on the map, I have to click into it and look at the shipping agent’s tracking info instead), and now I’m unable to even add new packages to be tracked. I tried synchronizing the app with my gmail account previously, and that caused a whole slew of problems, so I gave up on that. This is a fantastic idea, but the streamlined execution is just not there anymore. I keep updating, hoping things will improve, but it’s pretty useless now that I can’t even add new packages.

Somewhat Helpful - for merchants w/o tracking updates. This is a nice app for merchants that don’t provide their own delivery updates. However, I’ve found that merchants that DO provide delivery updates, they are always more accurate than this app. Notification of delivery from the Arrive app will come anywhere from 10-30 minutes after the actual delivery has taken place. I love this app for telling me around when my mail has been delivered, especially when I’m not at home. As far as tracking you can track your packages with the carriers generally just as easily...I don’t know which tracking number goes with which item...so I have to look back and forth at the different merchant sites anyway, when using this app. Sometimes there’s a corresponding picture of the product, which is great! But not always. More information would be useful, such as, the merchant’s name, product name, even if the picture isn’t available. What I find strange is when I first downloaded the app it WAS quicker than the merchant’s updates...so I don’t know what happened...more users loading the system? So I guess it depends on what you are using it for. It works for my purposes and I would recommend it if you don’t need to know immediately when something is delivered.

App used to be great… it’s now 1% of what it once was. I initially downloaded this all to be able to track all my purchases in one app and it did just that, exceeded many of my expectations and allowed me to conduct transactions with speed and ease. Now, unfortunately, the app is cluttered with so many ads and unwanted shopping related recommendations that it’s hardly what it was when I originally downloaded and what initially made it so great. Now the interface is confusing hard to navigate and viewing my purchases and tracking orders is hidden away in some obscure menus in the app. It’s a real shame. Shop used to be an essential app I would recommend to everyone and now I have nothing positive to say about it, Nobody wanted the shop app to become an ad filled social media shopping platform but that is sadly what it has become and it is truly unfortunate. I hope they return back to their roots some day or at least make the tracking orders screen the default home page and easier to access.

Really Good App!. This app is amazing, instead of having to constantly click on multiple pages to get to see your tracking, this app shows it right away. It’s way easier if you use the same email with your orders as the one you use to use the app, it’ll automatically show your orders. It has a nice feature (if the company provides it) it shows a map & has a dot where your package is & shows a pretty good prediction of when your package will arrive! Has a lil nice notification of updates. Only thing is tho not many companies don’t provide much detail so the app doesn’t always show the map or the package details so it just says what company it’s coming from & is it’s shipped or still being processed & the order tracking number but not a picture/name of your purchase & details of exactly where your package is or a map of it. So it’s not the app’s fault but rather how much effort your provider puts in their details. I 10/10 recommended this app! PS: To everyone saying the app isn’t good due to not having a map/details of it or because your package never came in, it’s not the app’s fault like I said. It all depends on wether or not the company you ordered from puts details within the package order & updates them as they go.

Used to be helpful, but app updates broke it. I used to recommend this app to my friends, because it was simple. It tracked my packages and was pretty quick in getting status updates and notifying me of package delivered. But with each app update, the focus is now shifted to shopping within the Shop app and not about tracking my orders. I'm guessing this is intentional, as my order tracking is now minimized on the main screen and the "Shops we think you'll love" and all these other shop this item we think you'll love or this retailer takes up most of the screen real estate. I couldn't care less about shopping within the app. It annoys me that I have to hit Order updates to see my whole list of things I'm tracking, whereas, I used to see it on the main screen. Anyways, as a package tracker this app is also failing with each new update. My packages status in the Shop app are a few days delayed and sometimes they don't even update itself anymore when the package is moving in transit and delivered. I used to see the same status on the Shop app, as I would on a carrier's tracking site. Now, it rarely syncs, Shop app shows old information. I have to manually mark them delivered myself.

No care left with package.. I live on 3 acres with three barns a garage and a house I have a tiny little fencing around our back door for our big dogs but the two front doors are open for easy access on our wrap around porch that has cover. Explain to me why the person delivering my expensive nail product put it in a giant puddle on the INSIDE of the fence with our two large dogs instead of the dry concrete on the outside of the fence where the dogs are not at clearly this person has never grown up with dogs because they chew. I’ve contacted the company I purchased nail supplies from but I have a hard time believing they’ll give me the same product free because the people who shipped it put my package left it in a fence with a Siberian Husky and Rottweiler. Make no sense. The glass bottles were broken because the dogs were kicking and chewing the tiny box. And when I rewatched my video they had left it in a huge puddle when there’s flat dry concrete infront of the fencing that goes all the way infront of our garage. This is not hard but people do not care about other people things and this is for my job I need this by Monday and I won’t have it becAuse it’s all broke and I’m out of the product today I needed 😢 I don’t even know how to fix this.

Hands down the best app!!!. Not only are you seeing your packages in real time, but the app also helps promote black owned businesses, and also making the online shopping experience far much quicker, more reliable that you aren’t getting ripped off your money and easy to understand and maneuver through the app!! I was hesitant at first but the second I downloaded it told me all the packages I had ordered and when they were arriving, showing my exactly where they were in real time and continue to keep me updated as possible with all my packages. Then just when I thought it couldn’t get better, it should me other stores that I might like had shown black owned businesses that you can shop from, and helps separate all the things you can buy into categories and I think it is a beautiful way to help online businesses grow and be introduced to people outside of the local business area. I found myself buying coffee from Chicago today! Never heard of them until right after I went to check on my package and how easy the process was is incredible!!!

It’s okay.. While the app is enjoyable and having everything you need under one app makes is easier to track packages, in the last few months there has been issues with package tracking. While this issue is more annoying for the impatience of myself, the issues could use a fix. Package I ordered Thursday December 21st 2023 was NOT a Christmas gift, but was expected to be delivered by Christmas Eve. No big deal it was not delivered on Christmas Eve, the issue was saying it was IN my town waiting for be delivered. Tuesday morning shows up and now it is waiting to be shipped… how can the package be in my towns USPS office one day and then be back in CA the next? I have looked at the actual websites tracking and it not once updated to say it was at my towns local office but says it has been shipped, in fact it was shipped the same day it was ordered. This has happened to 1/4 of the packages we have ordered over the last two months. Now shipping or tracking will show up, then the day of we get a notification we have a packaged delivered, others says a package was delivered in a completely other town, yet won’t tell you the info on WHAT the package was. Whether it’s USPS,UPS,FEDEX,DHLs issue or Shop’s issues, it would and could be a five star app if these issues get fixed. From now on, I won’t expect packages to be delivered when they said they are but I still will continue to use the app.

Honestly every app should use this to track packages. This app has made tracking packages so much easier. There are a couple things that could improve it, such as, the tracking updates. Don’t get me wrong, this app is usually better at updating your packages location if all your information is correct and saved on the Shop App, but other times, it takes at least a week to two weeks to update on where it is. So, yes its definitely worth it to use Shop when given the choice while shopping online, but depending on how far it has to travel, or if your information is correct and saved on Shop, it may take a few days or may take over a month. Some of it is definitely out of the apps control due to shipping speeds and with the pandemic and what not but I am highly impressed with Shop and know they’ll keep working on making improvements to the app so I’ll just keep updating to: 1. get all the info you need to track your package 2. Search and shop local businesses right from the Shop app, and see all information about your order for tracking it every stop until it’s on your front porch!

All things considered, this outstanding app's capabilities and user interface ensure that I'll remain a loyal user.

I got what I wanted. Pretty satisfied.. I couldn’t find assassins creed rogue sealed (USA) version of the game for a decent price and I was skeptical of getting off this site since I haven’t before and I was really hoping to get what matched in the pictures and sure enough I got exactly what I wanted and I really wanted this item.. I’d give 6/5 just because Im really satisfied and the shipping wasn’t crazy long and it was fair… There is even an option to get quicker shipping for a higher $ however I didn’t go that route and still got it decently quick so that’s a huge plus. Im also very happy that I was able to email shopville with questions I had. They got back to within less than a half hour with an email and they answered my question perfectly. I do recommend using this site but if you are skeptical you can always contact Shopville with questions before purchasing what you want. obviously that’s most websites but what I like about Shopville is they got back to me quick. IT’S A GREAT APP…. When it works. This is a good app to have when you’ve ordered a bunch of things from different sources it’s a nice hub to track all of your orders… when it doesn’t log me out. Unfortunately, I have to give it 2 stars because it consistently logs me out every day (sometimes multiple times a day) causing me to have to log back in repeatedly just to track my packages and at that point I might as well just open my email app and use the tracking number emailed to me by the vendor. You also cannot delete any tracking emails because it scans your email inbox for tracking numbers causing your inbox to become stuffed and cluttered with old tracking information. It also doesn’t do a good job at telling you when something is delivered, sometimes I’d get a notification telling me something was delivered days after the product arriving. Like I said, it’s a great app… when it works. The updates they keep pushing on this app definitely doesn’t fix any bugs because some packages are not even being tracked or detected even though I can pull up the tracking information in my email. I’m on an iPhone 13 with the latest iOS update in a major metropolitan city. At this point, this app is only useful because it auto fills your info when you buy from online vendors that support payment via Shopify.

Great for tracking packages, not so great for buying. I originally got this app as a way to keep track of all my the packages. It serves that purpose very well, but the Shop Cash concept and the shopping flow in general is seriously lacking. I just bought an item through the app for the first time today and some charges were not displayed (I think shipping) when I submitted the order, meaning that when I was redirected to the confirmation page, the price was greater than what I had seen on the previous page, with no way to go back. This is a bad experience since shipping costs can be a determining factor in whether you purchase something. There is also a huge disconnect between what shops are/aren’t accepting Shop Cash and this changes very frequently (don’t keep an item in your bag for too long as the deal may disappear in the next hour with no warning). In general there are many places where the price for an item (and how much of a discount you will get) differ in this app. In fact, it’s rare that these prices line up so it’s quite confusing what you will actually be charged for an item.

Fantastic delivery tracking app!. This is one of the very rare times that I’m willing to write a review, but it’s because I’m very impressed by the simplicity of Arrive that I just need to share my thoughts with anyone who haven’t used the service before. (Sorry if it’s a little lengthy) I do a lot of online shopping and Arrive has helped me save a lot of time as well as taking the stress of constantly monitoring deliveries statuses from different carriers away. I have an account with pretty much all of US’s major logistics carriers(FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Royal Mail + some international delivery services) so I can always be updated of my shipments, and honestly it’s a hassle and it can get hectic. But ever since I started using Arrive(which was suggested to me by an ad), all the purchases I’ve made and their current status are all organized into one easy to use app! As long as you have a gmail account that you use to make your purchases, Arrive will automatically sync the information into your account. And if you have a lot of completed deliveries piled up in your “main folder”, they have an archive that you can store them in for future reviews. And if you don’t use gmail, you can always add your own tracking information and you’ll be notified when your items are delivered, it’s very simple and easy to use so I highly recommend everyone to try it out!

Problems.... So during my experience with Arrive I had no problems up to now, I mean they’re small problems but they’re annoying. I went to rate the app on the App Store and unfortunately it kept saying “You cannot leave a review when you don’t own or have not purchased this app” which made no sense, sense I did own the app... so I decided to remove and install the app again ( and if you see this review, it means reinstalling the app once getting that error message works ) unfortunately my items that were on my tracking history were not there once logging back into my account... but that didn’t bug me too much sense I got an email from the shop I bought from and they sent a button that takes you back to the arrive app so you can track it... But others might lose/ accidentally delete an email or a pinned link to get the tracking information... so it’s hard to get that information back once you re- login... but I have some good experiences with the app... I personally like the quick notifications telling you what’s happening to your package... the confetti that shows up once your package is shipped and the no crashes... some tracking apps ( ones I’ve used ) usually crashed or lag but this one doesn’t.

Great in theory, poor execution. This app is such a great idea— in theory. A platform where I can track all of my deliveries from different carriers in one place? Sign me up! Well... unfortunately the execution is less than perfect. I’ve been using the app for about 9 months now and have identified two main complaints: 1) The tracking updates are ironically never up-to-date. Every single time I am tracking a package, I always have to visit the actual carrier tracking website to find out where my package is... Shop usually doesn’t update for several hours! Very unreliable and frustrating, especially when you’re waiting for an important delivery & it ends up sitting outside because you had no idea it already arrived. Not cool! 2) Despite linking my email, the app can never seem to figure out how to pull the tracking information from my order confirmation emails. I always have to input manually. Less annoying than the tracking issue, but still disappointing. Other apps I use have mastered this, so I would encourage the Shop developers to fix this. Overall, 3 stars from me. I want so badly for this app to work, especially now, since we are all stuck at home ordering deliveries more frequently. Unfortunately it’s just not there and doesn’t do a good job of what it advertises. Might as well copy and paste the tracking numbers into Notes and do it myself...

Skip this app and use Parcels.. Update: I’ll give it to the developers, they made it more accessible to view orders with one tap on the landing page. I wish it wasn’t as small as it is, but at least it’s there. I understand they have to make a profit but I also don’t like feeling like a burden for using the app for what it was originally created to do. I like the listing system you actually use in the orders screen. The current one is awkward to use, especially because the tracking is usually not exactly up to date in the app, so I know I will have to open each shipment to open the safari view. Having the current status larger and more defined than the item name makes it hard to select a specific one. Thanks for listening devs! The app used to be fun and really useful. Now it’s just a huge marketing scheme and difficult to get things done that used to take one or two taps. It now takes around 5 or 6 and some features no longer exist. They keep changing the UI every couple of weeks and it gets worse and worse. I don’t want to see a google earth view of the package route. I don’t want to see Ads on the app. I just want to see an overview of all of my packages when I open the map. No other garbage. Skip this app and use Parcels.

Never Miss a Delivery Again. I downloaded this app a few years ago when it went by a different name. I never would remember to check my email notifications for items I had ordered regularly but never really had an issue. That was until an order of mine either wasn’t delivered or was stolen, I will never know. I was devastated as I was really looking forward to receiving that package. It was at that time I decided to look in to delivery notification options and found this app. It’s easy enough to install and link to your emails. If you have a single email that you use for shopping and junk then this is perfect. It searches you emails for order confirmation emails and tracking emails and updates you on delivery status of each package from the carrier. You can also go directly to the carrier’s website with your tracking information from the app. If you don’t want the app to scan your email you can use the manual entry feature as well. My only issue is sometimes the tracking emails and confirmation emails do not sync so I’ll have 2 records for the same order. But other than that I can track all my packages easily in one place and I have never missed an order. I was even able to catch a carrier in a lie because I checked the door less than a minute after they said they had delivered the package and it wasn’t there, all because I had this app. TL;DR - Great app to use if you have multiple deliveries you want to track. Easy to use and everything is all in one place.

Best I can say is this app is…odd.. I’ve been forced to use this app a few times to track a shipment from a company I like which uses this app to track my shipments. Each time I jump on board and try to trace all of my outstanding shipments to see if the app has improved. The concept is good, but the actual tracking is strange. It tracks the packages accurately in time, but not location. It will show my packages all over the country and even out for delivery in a random location. The item will actually arrive at my doorstep as indicated, but their mapping shows the location across the state or even across the country from where it actually is. I got fooled the first couple of times and contacted the shipper, but then realized it was only the app screwing up location tracking. Weird bug that hasn’t been fixed over the past couple of years so I guess it doesn’t bother anyone but me, lol. Three stars because it actually tells me when my package is arriving and notifies me when it does. Only three because I don’t like the initial moment of panic I get when it tells me someone three hundred miles away is about to get my kid’s Christmas present.

Tracking Updates are Non-Existent and Inaccurate. I downloaded this app for the holidays so I have a place I can check and see when I can expect all of my packages to be delivered except it hasn’t been working... I don’t know if it is a problem with the carrier or the actual app but I ordered a gift way back in the beginning of November and while I’ll admit the company was extremely slow in getting it out, once it shipped it said it was in the same location for over a week. I reached out to the company who I ordered the gift from to ask if there had been some kind of glitch and didn’t ever get a response from them. Yesterday, exactly a month later I received my package. As of right now, I’m waiting on another package and having the same issue. Again, I’m not sure whether it is this particular app or the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc), it may even have something to do with the influx of orders due to the holiday, but it kind of defeats the whole purpose of having this app and being able to track your packages. I will say however that I love the fact that you are able to see all of your purchases and (supposedly) be able to track them in one place.

Problem with payments with checkouts link with shop pay checkout, and bad customer support service.. This app is very great, but lately I haven’t been able to make any purchases. Every time I try to checkout, an error message pops up saying “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again with a different payment method or check out as guest.”. I tried everything to fix it, I tried using multiple cards (including my gfs), deleting all my cards and re-entering em, checking out as guest or making a new account, I double check billing address & even tried shipping it to the same billing address, & called my bank but nun. I even tried going to a "Rockcitykicks" website and purchasing with shop checkout but still didn't work. Idk if it's be it's still ran through the shop app or what. I was able to make the purchase through PayPal. I tried contacting shop support but they just told me to do everything I already tried. I told them I tried everything already, and suggested that maybe my account or cards are flagged. I also maybe suggested the app is glitched somehow bc this all started to happen after my orders got canceled from another store “wishalt”. They never replied after that and I emailed them three separate times. Very cool app and helps you save money with “shop cash” but bad customer service.

Amazing never knew I needed it until I downloaded. I love this app I didn’t know I needed it so bad . I used to open all my tracking info on the web and being a student I order so much stuff. I don’t know how they do it but they even have past shipping information and it updates automatically so I literally just had to download it and all my tracking info was right in front of me . Mind you I had like 5 shipments and didn’t have to input any information it automatically did it. That’s the BEST PART. Also I was waiting for Nike to post a tracking number so I can enter it on the app but as soon as they confirmed my shipment it was automatically put into the arrive app so there is little effort you need to put into this app. Another cool thing is they show you the map and the locations of your package when scanned in a facility. This is the app you always dream about and never knew you needed it until you have it . Definitely give stars great app ❤️❤️❤️‼️‼️‼️‼️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 and I never leave reviews but you guys deserve this one good job .

Added Barriers with each Updated. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years and only for the use of tracking all my packages in one place. It’s convenient in that aspect. You’ll get an updated status on your packages in route to you within the app and also a quick link that will direct you to the shipping website to further confirm the status of your package. There are times, when the app won’t reflect the actual location or update of your package en route but you would have that direct link to show you where your package is at. What I’m noticing now with these updates is that ability to directly click on the link to the original shipping website. What used to be a simple task, is now barred with these extra steps/barriers to actually get to that direct link. With the current update, I now have to click on my package, then click on a small link associated with the tracking number and then click on the actual direct link to the shipping website. That’s three pages/clicks I have to perform just to make it to the direct shipping link. Before this update, it was just two clicks. And before that, just one click. Why make this difficult? What started off as a great experience I had with this app is slowly deteriorating with these updates. I’ll see how this goes for now, but I’ll be looking for another app in the meantime if I still have to jump through all these loops just to gain access to the direct link to the shipping website of my package.

Amateur Hour!. I used to like this app but two things have changed my mind completely. First, the fact that I have to delete my entire account and open a new one just to change my email address is absolutely ridiculous! Clearly ease of use for customers is not a priority. Second, after doing that and putting in my new email address, the app asks me to verify my account via the new email. I have not received any verification email! Now I can’t see the order I just placed! This is a terrible, amateurish setup! Once I can cancel my order I’m going to delete my account and this app permanently! There’s too many other user-friendly delivery tracker apps to put up with this nonsense! UPDATE: April 30 Shop’s Support Team is terrible! They couldn’t understand my issue so I had to explain it over and over! Then they said they had no way of locating the order I placed THROUGH THEIR APP! The fact that this app allows you to place an order and have the money be taken out of your account before they even verify your email address is a very shady business practice! The fact that there is no password creation is also troubling. I have asked the support team to delete all traces of my account in their system. There’s just too many red flags here!

Helpful. I really like this app but I find myself confused every time I use it. It would be helpful if there was a step by step on how to follow and where to click being in the group of elders, being confused while trying to learn & do ALL THINGS COMPUTER, can be truly frustrating. Once I figure it out each time, I get a huge relief and a sence of accomplishment though. Should I delete each item after it’s delivered? How long should I keep it on the list? Does this just show USPS or does it also track all the carriers used these days? Perhaps that’s what and why I get confused. I’m signed up to all the different carriers and each is different. I prefer texts and simplicity but I’m always getting both texts and e-mails and notifications from each carrier on both as well. Wish someone I know could take the time to explain everything or make me a cheat sheet to follow. I never shopped online until COVID19 came about so I’ve been learning how to use my phone & I-Pad using both for everything. I’m a high risk for dying if I catch COVID so I can’t go anywhere. I’ve only been out of my home 3 times for doctor appointments so can you imagine how mushy my brain is getting. Thank you fir your help and this space to chat. Great, only a little room for improvement.... I’ve come to love this app. I can track lots of packages for free (unlike with the Parcel app), I haven’t seen any ads yet (again, unlike the Parcel app), and the design is very nice to look at. I like the shades of blue. The map aspect of tracking works better here than in other apps. I had issues with another app not plotting points on the map in China. This one does a better job and depending on which carrier you choose (e.g. you could track via USPS or China Post EMS for some packages), it may show you either Chinese or English text. A few suggestions for improvement are: make deliveries editable so you can change the carrier if you make a mistake (right now, I think you’d have to create another listing instead), improve the updates (refreshing the statuses doesn’t always do anything, I’ve had packages arrive but not show that even after refreshing), please add the SpeedPAK carrier (I’ve had several packages sent through this carrier when ordering from eBay), and make a view mode where there are no maps, so that you just see package locations (you’d see more at once that way). Overall, I’m very happy. I’m also grateful for being able to track so many packages without seeing ads (which are a pain and do show on other free apps). Thank you and keep up the great work! 😊

Slow and/or out of date updates make this app almost useless. The concept is great and fits into the current environment I which shopping and purchase are Happening online. Who would like to track their purchase from order inception to good delivered? This is where I have found Shop to be lacking. The order appears in the account linked to you quickly but There is little useful information beyond what you would get in an email confirmation from the store. From there I’ve found the app to be somewhat pointless. Most recent example would be an order placed weeks ago. Once the order showed shipped it just spent days on the location map in the state from which it was sent. I repeatedly checked on status but it appeared as no movement. I checked this morning and it moved from one city in the originating state to another city in that state. Early this afternoon it just showed up in the mail. I then got a notice hours later after delivery from the app indicating that it was out for delivery. Then later in the day, hours after it delivered got another notice that it was just delivered. Can’t really say that I see the purpose or the benefit of the app. The USPS service app gave far better updates and provided greater accuracy. Other orders showing up in Shop have the same issue so can’t say that I’m terribly enthusiastic about it. It doesn’t do any harm so that’s good, I guess my point is...it doesn’t do much at all.

Not as accurate as it used to be. I don’t recall which version this began with, but the tracking is fairly consistently not the most up to date, even though the information from the underlying source is correct. And it happens across package delivery services. I’ve started to use the actual package companies’ trackers rather than clicking my way there via the Shop app. A useful feature would be to allow users to modify packages as much as we used to be able to. For example, I place an order with Store X, who tends to use ShipStation. Once the package is shipped I have two entries in my package list- one from Store X and one from ShipStation. If I want to declutter my list I have to either delete the entry from Store X or from ShipStation. I cannot edit the original Store X item with the tracking information, which would be the easiest way for the user to eliminate duplicate entries. If I delete the Store X entry I no longer have that information saved in my history. I can modify the ShipStation entry with additional information about who sent the package, but it’s limited to naming. It does not pull the original order information from Store X into the ShipStation entry. So, at this point, between not showing the most up to date tracking information and not being able to modify (or merge) packages, this app is only a 3 star app. Fix those issues and it would be a 5 star app.

GREAT but missing something!. This app has almost everything you could ask for in a package-tracking, online-shopping program. The overall experience on the platform is smooth, modern, and very easy, as well as making the process of tracking your packages from all sorts of websites and carriers as simple as your email. I enjoy every moment that I’ve spent using this app and I don’t think there’s any other app like it! However, I did say that this app “almost” has everything, so what could be missing? Well for one and most importantly: Apple integration. I did mean it when I said I enjoy using this app for what I need it for, but I could imagine how much more efficient and satisfied I would be if there were some widgets I can use to glance at the status of my package on my home or lock screen (iOS 16), or seeing the progress of my package going from “Out For Delivery” to my doorstep with Live Activities, or even just asking Siri where’s my package right now? Not only would this make me want to use the app more often, but it would make life so much easier, thus making me happier. Not as good as it used to be. I loved this app when it first came out. Then you guys started to try to turn it into another shopping service app! I liked the simplicity of just being able to track my packages! So now, when you open the app, you are just bombarded with all this other unnecessary garbage! And the part where you enter your tracking information? That’s harder to do now! I had to go looking for it in app rather than it just being right there. Listen, there are a ton of shopping service apps out there. You are not doing anything ground breaking here. The simplicity of your original app? That was groundbreaking! It was simple. To the point. You know, we are bombarded with ads every single freaking day, on social media, the games we play on our phones, even pop up ads are mixed in with our emails now! Don’t become just another garbage chute of an app that’s just trying to sell people crap they don’t want or need. It was simple before. Go back to that. Why does everything have to be a cash crop? Gross! After I receive my packages? I’m just gonna delete this app. Because if I want to shop-I will just use the official company app or go to the official company site. I do not need you to be my middleman by over running this app with all these advertisements.

Luv Luv Luv. I’m so grateful to the customer service I received. My daughters birthday was 12/15 and i wanted to purchase a hat for her. Wasn’t sure of her size and wanted to get it delivered on time and not have her be disappointed and have to return it because of the wrong size. Well I thought to ask customer service if they could review prior purchases of my daughter for her correct size. My daughter has several beautiful hats from GigiPip. They immediately got back to me with her size, I ordered the hat but would not receive it until 12/27. After my purchase GigiPip got back to me asking if there was anything else they could help with. I responded that I would be so appreciative if they could deliver the hat before her birthday. Well I received a message “ we’ve arranged to deliver your daughters hat”. I was so thankful for their superb efforts to help me and to speed up the delivery. They are a great organization that sincerely cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Forever a GigiPip go to for my daughters hats. Thank you GigiPip.

It used to be a great app, not anymore. They probably laid off all their hardworking engineers and developers who actually cared the functionality of their app. Because after recent update, there’s no way for you to see you tracking info after the parcel is delivered. Like what…??!! How am I supposed to know where it is delivered to in order to retrieve it? How am I supposed yo know if it is at my door step or at mailroom or at mailbox?? It used to show all tracking as is and present all crucial info to you. I guess some old man/lady manager guy from the business or marketing department who owns their own house and have a servant who collects their package, must be thinking “oh I never needed to know all that technical info, David’s got them all taken care off.” And boop the function is now gone for some “minimalistic” designs. What absurd stupidity! Shop gave it, Shop’s gonna take it away…. Well, if the app stops being great, people are gonna leave and stop use it. After all I can still log on to single apps to see my tracking, the Shop app was never a necessity, just a nice improvement of life feature. But I guess the feature is no more. Treat your engineers well, and listen to the users, rather than your rich fat head business man. If you’re reading this in a suit, I’m talking about you DA.

Amazed!!!!. First I’m going to tell you 4 months ago I had some how gotten contact dermatitis and whatever it was that triggered it left me with a severe allergic reaction on my hands, they were so dry and red and hurt to even get dressed. I tried everything you can think of spent hundreds of dollars on these products outside of what the doctor had given me and nothing worked. I have become a prisoner in my own home because I feel like a freak with how awful my hands look and feel. I was looking for something to help with the dryness and I came across your product, wow thats all I can say I’ve been using it for 4 days now and not only is the dryness subsiding but the red awful rash is going away too. I am so grateful for this balm it has made me feel hopeful again. I will be ordering more and my family and friends will be as well. I’m surprised that this product isn’t more out there I will make sure people know about it hopefully it will help them as much as it has for me.. Thank you!!!!!! Kimberly

An excellent and natural user experience. This app has positively wonderful UX / UI. Those responsible for it deserve to be commended and they should feel very proud. So, to the folks behind this: thank you. And please continue to design and build intuitive and delightful user experiences. To any director overseeing the development of this product: I imagine development takes longer, given such evident care. Know that the impact is real and that people do notice that care. Do continue to allow for timelines and schedules that have most likely been longer than other such apps given the attention to detail here. You are doing something right here. Thank you. The upshot is that this app is a joy to use. The experience itself is so intuitive that the UI / UX fades into the background. I find that I stop thinking about it as I’m not hitting the typical snags or head-scratchers that many such apps have. I find that I’m not being annoyed by its performance or distracted by its transitions. It feels natural. And I know that creating a natural experience takes enormous care and attention. Now, as for the behavior itself: it pulls and tracks all of my many packages and notifies me when events against those packages are generated. And, as I’ve described, it does this very well. I trust this app and I trust that its information is up-to-date and correct. Again: I trust this app! And you, reader, should too.

Good, BUT needs more user control. I signed in with my google account and so far it has worked how it is supposed to, super easy to have all the tracking numbers in one place! And it updates automatically, adding shipments before I even realise they’ve shipped. My only complaint is I would like to have more control over the content (for example, delete shipments that are “pending” but I’ve actually received the product months ago— seems like others have had this problem too). Hoping the creator will update this in time and give some more customisation options (so far the only thing in the app settings is whether you want “confetti” upon delivery— adorable, but I’d rather have more control over how my shipments are displayed). I’d recommend the app overall and I’m looking forward to future updates. *edit* updated my app literally 5 minutes after posting this review, and I was able to archive the shipments I was having trouble deleting so they are no longer on the home page :) Changed from 4 to 5 stars as that was my main problem

Foil up and down Trapeze pants. This is the first time I’ve bought these pants in this brand. I love the lightweight fabric and the pockets. Also like the option of wearing them up and down, so they are very versatile. Wasn’t sure of my size so I bought a size 12 black (fits perfectly) and a size 14 true navy (a bit looser but can still wear them) I will enjoy wearing these pants anytime, but especially on those very hot days! Confusing. I’ve downloaded and deleted this app a few times over the years. I’m currently in a delete phase. It’s just weird- when I’m waiting on multiple international deliveries, it will be my holy grail for around 3 out of 5 deliveries. The other 2, it will create multiple records- tell me I must be home to sign, but never update and not specify which company is delivering. That is, it creates ongoing anxiety. It will tell me a signature is required- so i wait. Things arrive but don’t need signatures… have I forgotten a delivery? Nothing is updating on Shop… So it’s both helpful and traumatising. I’ve deleted it for now. It feels like work, just trying to understand what the app is doing.

Keeps all my orders together. This app is such a great idea. Keeps all of my online orders together in one place so that I can check everything in one place. Invoices, tracking and it also gives me new stores to try based on what I am buying. This helps narrow down my search and makes things a lot quicker to find. I can also check out past orders incase I have forgotten where and what I purchased previously.

SCAM!. Ordered 2 six stack collapsible plastic shelving in December 2022 and until now never received them, I tried contacting the seller Scottkings several times and he responded once telling me to be patient and the other time responding in Italian??? And the last time he replied that it was in the country and the courier had still not delivered it for some reason, I asked for the courier’s details so I can call and find out but didn’t get a response. Lost my money, and didn’t receive my order if they ever existed. Big scammer, don’t use then as it’s a hit and miss. Just checked shop site again and it seems they changed their name to FORTREE. Don’t trust them big scam artists, the tracker always shows items not found, it’s like they vanished!!!

Awful at Tracking. Overall decent app that I’ve been using for years. However in some instances, it has no idea how to read tracking information on some sites and gives false information instead. It provides inaccurate times when arriving and leaving facilities, it had even said my package was in South America despite there being no correlation to that on tracking information or the order origin and destination. It also failed to recognise that my package was no longer in the country I bought it from. So to put it simply, never use this app to track your orders, no matter how nice the app looks, you’re better off just checking the official tracking website for it.

Typical made in China rip off. Saw the add on Pinrest with the video showing a big machine swinging a 4 year old girl n been unloaded from a truck by 3 Chinese person and thought the deal was really good especially after getting 40% off the asking price so I decided to buy ($76US=$106 Au) it for my kids...you can imagine my big deception when I received a small toy in a shoe box size at a scale of 1:24 when it was advertised as a 1:8 scale!!! Went on eBay and saw the same one for $43 AU so got ripped off $60!!! The one they falsely advertised was for sell on eBay for $1120Au...typical Chinese fake advertising!!! Don t buy ,don t recommend it...and also you cannot contact the seller thru any means even thru PayPal!!! Buy Australian or American or European but don t buy anything “made in China” or you ll get what you paid for!!! Rubbish!!!

Soho Commercial Citrus JUISER Hand Press. Just gave my new juicer a workout on a bucket of oranges from my front yard. This would be normally labour intensive and laborious work, except today it took fifteen minutes with minimal effort. It is aesthetically pleasing if you like the industrial look, which I do. I’m very happy with the purchase, price and delivery of the machine and would thoroughly recommend it if you need such a device.

One stop shop 😎. It’s great to have a record of all my orders particularly as I start Christmas shopping and seem to have packages coming in from all over the world. The option to also discover new online shops that are relevant to me based on my purchases, has been great to discover new businesses that I can support and resonate with my values and style. Really enjoying this app thanks guys. 😀

Bruh. So I got a slime package and the website I was on told me, if u wanna track download shop! So I did that and I also downloaded another one called AfterShip, anyway just a few days ago my slime arrived!! And I look on the tracking apps to see if it has actually tracked them, THIS APP STILL SAID MY PACKAGE WAS IN FRICKIN AMERICA (I live in Australia) and the AfterShip one said it was delivered. And I know I didn’t put the wrong tracking number in cuz I checked a billion times. So yeah oh and btw this isn’t an app for AfterShip lol

Fixed my computer problem and this gave me an opportunity to share about the new series two of The Chosen. He told me he saw it in his country of Phillipines as a friend said to him come and see. He thanked me for sharing this information about The Chosen. He had introduced it to his own mum two years back and was excited to hear The Chosen had this continuity of a multi season. Scam. Buyers be were, they don’t seem vet the companies they are letting use this service and no way to communicate this with them. It’s a terrible portal and waste of time. I dealing with this company telling they are out of stock when there website tells its in stock and they inform me they are refunding me. This is the reason they haven’t sent out my items on time. They tried to call me but won’t send and email until I emailed them asking “what’s going on with my order” only to receive more phone calls with no voices messages. I thinking they are scamming me and they are using this tracking service to do it.

Excellent service.. Australia Post has just delivered our Thermomix from the Thermomix Service Centre. Australia Post messaged an App to us after we dropped the Thermomix off at the Service Centre, and we were able to follow the delivery every step of the way. This morning the App displayed a delivery time with a 2 hour window, our package was delivered within that time frame and then we received a confirming message that our package had been delivered. Very impressive service all the way. Helen

Overall good app - recommend. This app is definitely helpful to track multiple orders and packages; especially if you order the item you are buying through the ‘shop’ payment method on some websites… There have been times where the app hasn’t tracked certain packages, although overall it has really helped and streamlined my online shopping addiction!

Great service app. I have used this app many times as when i purchase something it directs me to this app which shows the delivery side of things. So far so good. Shows status of purchase and when order was placed, delivery details and provides updates when items will be delivered… Have to say that info has been spot on so keep up the good work! 👍

Overall great but still room for improvement. The app overall is fantastic - it’s main function to track orders and deliveries, which has been sidelined in recent updates, is still its best feature. It doesn’t need the amount of content that has since overrun the dashboard - which I find isn’t actually relevant to me as some of those stores don’t even ship to Australia - but at least today’s update has added open orders to the bottom nav (about time). My main gripe is that if I wanted to search new shops and favourite new items from those shops, there’s no way to add them. There’s a search function (also in the bottom nav) but why isn’t there an *actual* search bar? As far as I can tell the only way to add new stores is shop there and add the order to your tracking list, and *hope* that the store will come up on your feed.

App opened my phone to scammers. since I installed this app and bought through it I have had scammer text messages daily. The first 2 specifically were phishing using the fact that I had a delivery coming. This company needs to check their backend safety. My phone number is now wrecked w trash coming in constantly. I have since deleted my phone number from the app (which it will text you delivery info on - not worth it) and I recommend not using the app. The store didn’t even say they would look into my complaint. It was all run by bot with no care. Poor. Something has gone wrong. Watch out. It could happen to you too…

Aulash light moon shape white. I love the new addition to my salon as I don’t have much space so I feel the light has been easily tucked away and it is easily moved out the way so your clients don’t bump their heads when getting up off the bed. It’s also easy to adjust the lighting and the light is really nice and bright as well. The shipping was super fast and I’m very happy with my purchase. Would recommend this to any salon thinking of getting one of these.

Clothes. I was very disappointed with my 2 coats and the size isn’t to standard and I ordered a 4XL in both and I can’t wear them and plus you won’t either give a refund which is bad and I won’t be buying clothes again from this overseas store, the sizes are fit for a skinny model and a 4XL is about a size 24 to 26 in a Australian size, very unhappy.

It’s OK. It’s handy, and it seems accurate much of the time. My first issue with it is that it is not always easy to match the right delivery with the right tracking item (not enough info in the Shop listing). The second is that I don’t like that it often marks items as delivered when they haven’t actually arrived yet. I would like the option to confirm that the delivery has occurred before the app marks it as delivered. Thirdly I haven’t seen a satisfactory handling of orders that come in separate deliveries. So overall, handy most of the time but not really “there” yet in terms of being a truly great app.

Shop app always alert. Every delivery that I am expecting is logged into this amazing app, I know how good it is when something is very slow to arrive, as there is a trail of information on every delivery, even ones you may have forgotten about as they are so slow, but shop app doesn't forget. Originally I thought it was probably a gimmick but I soon changed my mind after first few deliveries became visible right on my phone.

Eshopkits. I swear guys this the most beautiful app you can trust and buy from I love it look the items might take 1-2 weeks to arrive but it’s all worth it at the end I have bought about 15 items from them and all arrived in perfect condition it’s a very beautiful app cheap and also things you can’t find around in any other shops and I recommend everyone to trust this app it’s not a joke not like other apps I promise thank you eshopkits

No security, no support for consumer. Following a complaint of theft/fraud, without delivery of goods paid for, I engaged the app’s “support” to no avail and two poor responses. Risk Support Advisor did not answer questions posed, did not investigate, did not escalate despite direct requests. Referred me to my payment method institution. Referred to Privacy Policy as protection for seller. Reference made to Shop / Shopify as ‘The Shopping Centre’ and when asked what would warrant a serious matter or breach of policy to investigate further, ignored the question. Using the analogy of a Shopping Centre, if a crime has occurred the Centre support investigations with security, CCTV footage and wanting to create a safe environment for shoppers. With that in mind, Shop/Shopify cannot guarantee the same in a digital platform, offer no insurance or recourse. Ignored when asked what would constitute a serious breach of their policies (ie. Theft, Fraud, Breach of Contract, Data Security). Did not take matter seriously. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. DISAPPOINTING. NO SECURITY. NO ‘SUPPORT’.

One of my favourite apps. This is my first time reviewing and the Shop app is one of my absolute favourites! Once I automated my Google account as instructed, I now use this app on a regular basis. Being able to automatically pick up tracking numbers and detecting the courier for an active order is a big plus! The most recent updates have also done this app justice, because it used to keep logging me out previously and that was a huge headache itself. One of my very first orders with the Shop app was stuck in China for over a month due to high demands in the middle of lockdown. However, the app was able to frequently update me on it’s status when I was getting increasingly worried about it. Being able to pinch and zoom in and out on the live map helped me give an idea where my orders are located, especially if it one of them took a long time to arrive. My biggest and only pet peeve about the Shop app currently is that it has the tendency to pick up double the tracking numbers for the same order. For instance, it picked up a tracking number from a local store that I recently ordered from and then a few days later, it picked up a second tracking number from the local courier on the same order as the store I originally bought it from. I wish this could be fixed as it really confuses me to tell the difference between the tracking numbers for the same order. Other than that, I absolutely love this app and highly recommended it for those who do a lot of online shopping!

Coconut Bowls, Utensils Cups and Straws. I recommend any or ALL of these items if you care about our planet and our world. The bowls are great for breakfasts, snacks or just eating yoghurt or ice cream. The cups are ooh sooo lovely to drink from. I have made a great set for the car and travels. Also I have renewed my picnic set, with all this wonderful and sustainable items. Comments we receive are both complimentary and encouraging for the environment. Go well CB’s you are amazing.

Great app but could rotate view better. This app does a great job putting all your purchases in one place. Sometimes it doubles up (getting the purchase and the delivery/tracking emails and entering them as separate transactions) but that’s forgivable. What really bugs me is the inability to use the screen rotated to 180 degrees; still portrait, just with the home button (2018 iPad Pro) at the top. If I have the charging cable attached or I’m charging my Apple Pencil, this app makes it so these items are sticking out towards me. Given that I use the iPad mostly sitting up in bed with my morning coffee, that’s a completely unnecessary annoyance. Happy to work in portrait mode - just give me two options.

Improve Status Update. Love this app but I find that some of the items that’s been delivered to me few weeks ago is still on “In Transit” Status. Not sure if its the vendor’s responsibility to update it but this make me question the accuracy of the status on some of my orders. I think it would be good if you could allow the customer to mark items as “delivered” where appropriate to ensure accuracy of orders to allow for better checks and balances.

Big lag on tracking updates. Wanted to like this app. And I do like how it picks up tracking numbers and the tracking map is nice. But after a handful of logged deliveries (wanted to give it a fair go and with different couriers), I’ve found the tracking always lags. For instance, Shop app shows the lastest shipment update of a current delivery to be from 48 hrs ago. Whereas if I check the tracking number directly I can see there have been 2 additional updates within the last 24 hrs. My parcel is not where Shop says it is. With such a large lag, the in-app tracking is useless and cannot be relied on.

This app needs a search section. So I only downloaded this app so I can track my order. So I started exploring the app and wanted to see if they had a certain thing I was after, but there is no way of searching for it and it’s very annoying, you only get to look at recommended items. Plus the fact that the app really wants to look though your emails I am glad they don’t enforce that and give you an option to Sign In with Apple instead.

Shop. Shop is pretty good you can shop on and pick the shops you want to shop at and plus other ones you pick out as well Plus they deliver to you as well and tell you when you will be getting you packages and when they will be delivered as well which is very good Definitely 10 outta 10 and definitely will be shopping and buying on here as well

What happened?. This app used to be great, it would have all current information on my packages, even the orders I placed through other sites but now I have to check other tracking apps to get the latest information on my packages & most of the time I have to “mark as delivered” even before the app has updated the package as sent? I am sooo disappointed with what was the fastest & up to the minute tracking on this app that I only use it to mark my packages as delivered since it just isn’t doing what it used to do at the beginning of it’s launch. I loved the fact that you could actually see in real time where my packages were in the world map & couldn’t get that on any other app but that has become null & void since it doesn’t keep up to date information now. Please fix this app!

Easy & convenient. This app makes online shopping easy and convenient, because all my deliveries are tracked in one place. I worry about what’s happening to my data with all this centralised tracking. But if you don’t care about that, it tracks packages from multiple carriers, including international and makes it really easy to follow what’s happening when you make a lot of online orders.

Parcel delivery. After previous experience with this parcel service I’m hoping I get my products relatively quick as in last time these were used as a carrier it took nearly a month as no one new where the hell my parcel was. I wish I had of known they were being the parcel company of choice I wouldn’t of bothered ordering from this site

Well what. Best Meat. Most probably the best quality Wagyu in Australia and definitely in Western Australia. There is Wagyu and then there is Futari Wagyu. You may think you have eaten Wagyu before but I’ll bet you it’s probably not to this level. The live stock are cared for expertly and once processed the meat is handled, packaged and delivered in a professional manner. The team at Futari know their stuff and their product is an entirely respectful continuation of the traditional Wagyu breed. おめでとう ( Omedetō )

Missing features. Hi there, This is meant to make things more convenient and it is a good start. However... reason why I use it is to keep track of the little bits and pieces I buy and only receive half the time. This means I am looking to fix orders that always go wrong. 1. You have a contact button but it only creates a new email. There is no order number or anything that goes into the new email which makes it hard to type the issue. 2. The text on your order screen is not copyable - which means I can’t copy and paste the order number. 3. You track Gmail accounts which is great but unfortunately I don’t use gmail. So why don’t you make an email address that we can forward our emails to. You then identify the email address and process it accordingly to that users account (like “TripIt” does for intineraries) If you added this - I would be using your app daily instead of once every 2-4 weeks - and would be more likely to use you as a checkout method when given the option over PayPal. (And will modify this to 5 stars)

Saved hundreds of $$$. So I’ve been using Shop for a few years and have had more than a few frustrating issues in that time, but for the last year or so, Shop has offered 10% off my next purchase at one of my fave stores. I am an online shopping addict and have bought waaay too many items from stores like Tiger Mist. But it’s very easy to justify a purchase when I’m getting 10% off each time. I’ve literally saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars, thank you Shop!!! 😁

The best customer service ever. Besides having a fantastic range of products and some really great specials they’re the best for customer service I’ve come across in a long time. Nothing is too much of a hassle for them, they’re more than happy to help out with all my stupid questions when vaping was all so new to me and free post to Australia over $50 is fantastic! Plus I just got another $10 off my order for their dripcoin rewards system. I have tried other vape stores but now I just shop with them as I’ve found they are the best in every way, (especially in the kindness department)

Perfect Tracker… When Able To Track. When i first got this app, it was made solely for tracking but now the updates have changed the layout. This causes great struggle to track orders when it doesn’t automatically connect as the whole section is removed unless something is actively being tracked. This also prevents personal orders being added as the order updates section doesn’t exist. When tracking orders, it sends active updates and allows the orders to be tracked on the map to show where the package was and now is.

disappointing:(. I got sent a link to this app after i made an online purchase, i downloaded it hoping i would be able to track my package as it makes its way to my house. however, i never got any location details on my package, all i was ever told was that my package had shipped, but it never gave me information on where it was. look, i’m sure that it’s not the app’s fault for this but it was rather inconvenient as it didn’t do what it was meant to do.

Excellent app, but.... I love this app, because it means I don’t have to go through all my emails to get to the tracking link. It’s basically a one stop for all my orders I’ve placed. The only downside though is that this only works properly with Gmail addresses, otherwise you have to enter each number manually. Also, this app isn’t optimised for iPad, and it would be great to have an iPad optimised version of this app, so that I don’t have to manually zoom in every time. Maybe we will get it someday!

One big ad. Was super happy with the app and how easy it was to track everything through it, and the amount of ads in it was totally fine - I’d say maybe a 70/30 split for orders you’d placed and ads. Now it seems like it’s an 80/20 split, with most of the app being ads so that you can “continue shopping”, and the order visibility has been scaled right back. It’s a shame, because this was a great and genuinely useful tool. Now it’s not really all that much more effort to just search emails for tracking details.

Sergio Tacchini shop app tracking. Pretty outstanding I was meant to receive it for days after valentines and instead I’ve received it to days before Valentine’s Day which I’m very impressed and I really appreciate because I wanted it for Valentine’s Day keep up the good work the last time I looked at it it was in Honolulu and Louisville that was early hours dis morning the next thing I know is I hear knock knock knock at the door and I see someone standing there is a courier standing at my door with a large box and you said I was a bit baffled I thought maybe I’ve got two orders coming and I didn’t know that I paid for two because I wasn’t expecting it today so I’m stoked and over the moon thanks for keeping your end of the bargain earlier than what you said... Good but American-centric. There is no way (on my phone) to filter items showing available to Australia. So far, everything I liked was not available. How do I search for Australian items? Also, is there no way to immediately search for something specific? I would give a one star for that, but shipping tracking is very good and convenient, worth five stars for that. So in total I gave three. Edit: After the developer’s thoughtful response, could I suggest to please state that clearly here that all features are only available for Americans, because a lot of people got confused with this.

Haven’t received my item yet not sure why. Placed an order for an oil slick (rainbow) coloured compact jet lighter around half way through December 2020 and still haven’t received it I’m not sure where the company or the place that sends out the orders is located and if it is being delayed as a non-essential item since it’s just a lighter and had to pay around $27-$28 AUD for it which I am gonna give to my sister who collects lights as a Christmas present or now a late Christmas present, honestly I just wanna know if it’s in transit or in a warehouse somewhere since the app just tells me that the order has been placed with no other info, seen the add on Instagram and thought that it would be a cool Christmas present, but can’t really put blame on the company for delayed shipping with Corrona and everything, apps pretty cool though

My purchase from shop.. I have recently purchased a camera roll keychain from shop and am highly disappointed. All I wanted was a cute gift for my best friend to cherish for Christmas, at least that’s what I thought I would receive. What I had discovered when I received the keychain was none other than dissatisfaction, when pulling the tab to see the photos I was nothing but pleased and delighted but the problem lies within trying to roll the photos inside the keychain again😔 The fact is that I could not role it back up again unfortunately no matter if I was careful or try to slide it back in some way or another with or without force it was just too flimsy and not at all functional. Look I know it was a cheep little item which maybe I shouldn’t have expected to meet any standards whatsoever but all I wanted was a quality product which I most certainly did not receive. NOT HAPPY JAN! I am saddened to say this is not a place I would recommend to others nor make any future purchases :( I am sorry that you have to receive a disheartening message from myself but I had to express my concern with this product. Yay for carbon neutrality. I can’t remember even signing up for shopPay, it was very well integrated with the checkout process for the online shop I purchased from, as a way to track where the order was during its shipping journey. Only learned just today that they ensure carbon-neutral shipping. Yay! Will be telling friends and family to sign up if it’s offered at online shops they use.

Useless. I had to download this app for a particular order and since then it has given information regarding subsequent orders. It is not timely in the information it provides, even with updates that say that an order is due on a date past. Today, a Sunday , it has sent me a a message to tell me that a delivery will arrive today. I would not recommend it and really wish that businesses such as Australia Post would either ditch this or request that the app platform investigates its functions.

OK if you are in the US!. This app is a real winner, unless you live outside the US, and purchase items from the US. I do this regularly, but the shop app takes the first port of call in the US and reports it as delivered. In my case, living in Australia I expect this item to go thru 2 or 3 US points before shipping to Oz. May be 3or4 weeks till it gets to me. Makes the tracking function useless here. Other than this, good app. Would be overjoyed if this could be fixed.

Good app but tracking. Shop is a pretty good app it’s good that it keeps all ur info so you don’t have to constantly type it out and you can ship either in app or one a prodcuts website (if it uses shop pay) Only problem I have is the product tracking. Most of the time it doesn’t update or even show an order. Earlier this year I ordered a book and Australia posts updated faster than shop. The book arrived at my house and yet shop still said it was being processed only problem though, I can deal with it lol

I only just realised that this app existed. So far so good!. I loaded up the app so I could track my deliveries and then realised I had heaps of purchases which I could have tracked previously. It’s always nice to have notifications of where your deliveries are. I like it so far and think I’ll definitely be keeping it. It has so much information on your deliveries including an itemised menu of what is coming, not just the sellers information. I like it!

Don’t want to use my Google account.... Opened up the app, and it asks me to log in with Google. I don’t use my Google account and don’t want to connect it to the app, but I don’t see a way of bypassing that...

Waste of time. App promised to track all my shipments. Finally said items shipped but nothing else. Received items days ago and app still just says item shipped. So much for tracking package as promised. Don’t waste your time on this useless app.

Full of issues. Super glitchy lately. Every vendor I’m tracking a package from is labeled as “oldschool men’s department”. I don’t even know what the heck that is but it’s listed for almost every package I’m tracking. Accuracy is off and the notifications happen hours after the actual events. Good app in theory but this one just doesn’t work.

Scam company that does not vet their poviders. This company does not vet the providers of their products. They do not guarantee delivery or refunds in any way, shape or form. Do not use this app. I will be deleting this as soon as possible, if the product I purchased ever shows up. The company SHOP allowed to advertise calls itself pyjamas Canada it is actually in China and I’ll be lucky if I even see the product and I’m out $140 bucks.

I Hate Your New App. I do not like this new app. It is not user friendly, I can’t find anything anymore. My tracking number is gone. Unable to track my package.. I’m disappointed that it’s been over two months since I ordered my product. This app tells me I should be able to track my order. However, no matter how hard I’ve tried to figure it out it doesn’t track my order so I have no idea where my order is. Even if it took a year at least I would know where my package was.

Works fine, but the latest update.... I’ve been using Arrive for the better part of a year and it’s been pretty great. However, the UI was recently redesigned - not for the better, I’m afraid. The main screen lists the deliveries but doesn’t have any update or location information; in order to see any of that you need to drill down on each one. Otherwise, all you see is “waiting for details” or “on its way”, which pretty much tells me nothing. It’s also very bulky considering how little information is actually displayed - a “compact” version would be better IMO. I also wish there was a way to get more status update notifications, rather than just the delivery notification. At the very least an “out for delivery” notification would be nice, just so I know to keep a lookout for the truck.

No idea. It would be nice to know what some of my packages are. You have a tracking number with no details on anything.. how are we suppose to know what it is?

New Update Sucks. This new update is really bad. Changed the entire look of the app. The entire app is now not functioning properly. Orders that were delivered are saying in transit. They no longer have proper images or anything. I am not a fan of this merger or whatever they just did. No longer a fan of this app. Going to move onto a better app.

Not accurate. I purchased clothing from a store back in March. It’s now October snd they still haven’t arrived. The app says they were delivered, but fails to provide an order from the supplier. The supplier email attached to the app doesn’t even let me email them to ask questions. I have yet to see what this app has even done. My second purchase from a supplier has been pending for 2 weeks.

Never received an order that was marked as shipped. Never received an order that was marked as shipped. This was pre COVID-19. Then I contacted the vendor who told me the order hadn’t been shipped. Then he disappeared. I still don’t have the product. This is a completely useless, pointless app.

Privacy risk and poor user interface without a gmail account. If you do NOT want privacy and enjoy letting these guys read the contents of your private emails, this is the app for you! Very rarely do I see an app that wants access to scan the personal contents of your email account (this app wants your gmail account, and all the other email accounts your gmail account is linked to, they really don’t want another email address, and will keep nagging you for gmail until you give it). Don’t have a gmail account? Expect limited functionality. My advice: READ what personal information this app wants access to, and remember that data breaches in private corporations happen every day. Don’t believe them when they say they “protect” your data ... hackers have no such self-imposed restrictions. Also, the app is very poor at making your order accessible (unless it’s on gmail) for updates, so despite all the inflated ratings here, I urge you to examine this app critically and not to belief the hype. Deleting! ***UPDATE: Given the answer of the Developer, I am even MORE convinced this app is BAD NEWS. The Developer just acknowledged limited functionality without a gmail account, and told me we should accept their “assurances” that our private emails will not be read because they’re “filtered”, and they only read emails with certain keywords linking them to shipping details? Really? So we should make ALL the contents of our emails available to you guys, and trust you won’t read them because you PROMISE you won’t? And what about your disgruntled employees and anonymous hackers who tap into this vast amount of data ... will you promise they’ll be honourable too? If anyone reading this doesn’t remember the Equifax hack, where millions of personal credit files were hacked, or the numerous hacks on other shopping sites, dating sites, etc., and you trust these guys to protect your privacy, then you really DO need to have your head examined. They may be well-intentioned, but they are simply INCAPABLE of making these kinds of guarantees. I am also not sure that the federal and provincial privacy commissioners would be on board with the amount to data this developer requests access to, in order to use an allegedly TINY portion of that data for tracking packages. I will refer this issue to them. And lastly, I STILL do not believe many of these inflated, glowing ratings on this app are genuine. I can’t prove it, but I just have a hunch these ratings are padded. The critical ratings are very specific and detailed, whereas the glowing ratings are nebulous “I love it!”’ or “Best app ever!” types of comments. Colour me VERY sceptical.

One thing. I just wish it would notify you more often and if it actually told you the contents of the package

Good Start. This app has a lot of potential. It has a pleasant UI and works quite well. The bad: It would be nice to have a way to uncheck deliveries as I have hit the big button marked delivered by accident and there is no way to revert this that I know of. Also some deliveries do not show up even though I’ve received a notification saying they have been shipped.

Updates and notifications. Since the move from Arive to Shop updated tracking information has been slower or not at all compared to the official delivery service app notifications. Also, I no longer receive push notifications even though all notifications are turned on. Please fix.

App was much better when it was “Arrive”. I’ve had numerous problems since the app change over , hardly gives any details for tracking info anymore , no visual update for map area (where you pkg is located), notifications only occur when it’s been delivered now, no ETA’s on items , basically your only benefit to this is you have your tracking number handy , so you can go back to Amazon to check the status on your pkg, seems redundant to me.... Wouldn’t download this app anymore , back when it was “arrive” , it was amazing ! I’m never one to trash software in reviews , but when you had gold before and are now given lead, that doesn’t jive with me. If any developers are reading this, please restore the format that was there before, it was fantastic ! Thx

Loved Arrive. Hate Shop.. Hate the new design. I don’t need a shopping app. I just want a good tracking app

Disappointing. The app never told me no updates didn’t tell me it was already delivered it still says it’s in transit, I had to market as the Delivered then did a little confetti like it was the one that announced it been delivered I was the one that had to tell the app

Perfect app!. They are with you every step of the way with notifications. Very convenient if you want to monitor your delivery service.

Disappointing update. Let me start by saying before the change from Arrive to Shop I would have certainly rated this higher. Unfortunately the change has removed some of the basic, and most important imo, features. Things like being able to swipe to mark delivered or archive a delivery, auto detecting when I have a tracking number copied to enter, etc. are pretty basic for an app of this type and was surprised to find they no longer worked for me. I am hopeful the developers will consider putting these features back but in the mean time I’m actually exploring other apps. On the plus side I like the interface/UI and the wide variety of shipping providers available to track. Oh and the new carbon offsetting feature sounds great! Unfortunately removing functionality still means the positives can’t outweigh the negatives for me.

Why!?. Why did you have to take a perfectly great tracking app and add a bunch of bloat onto it? Arrive did not get better it got bloated.

Delayed. My shipment updates are always days late. Always says my packages are still out of country when it arrives at my house. Therefore am never able to be home to receive any of them

This new version isn’t better. I’m very disappointed in this new Shop. Archiving an order is now hidden deep in the app, which is NOT convenient. It was better when you could just slide it. Also, could you show the date it was ordered? That would be very useful.

Your app stinks. Zero functionality

It was fine until it became a brand. I just wanted a tracking app! It was great. The app grabbed tracking numbers from my email and it was lovely. Simple. Exactly what I signed up for. But now it’s a shopping app with a payment system? What? No. How did we go from tracking packages to this? No thanks. Deleted the app. You’ve overstretched and it’s not a good look.

Change the name back!!. The name Arrive was great! The new name sucks. I don’t want an app named “shop” on my phone. Lame!!

Getting worse and worse. This app used to be good before it was bought out. Now it feels like one big advert and shopping tracking app. Many packages I order come from out of country and then change couriers but now apparently I can't update or change the courier to Canada post. Shipping updates barely refresh and I find myself linking into the courier site more and more. Some purchases don't register as being the same item and when trying to update or delete them they just show sales or invoice information not the actual shipping/ tracking info. I gave 2 stars because I am using it to centralize incoming items but as a tracking app I'm Less and less impressed to the point I might just delete it.

SHOP REVIEW!. Love this App! Let’s me know almost exactly when to expect my package and informs me of delays which is great! Great time saver for sure! The tracking map is fun to watch also! 😁

Don’t make me download your app!. I can’t stand that you cannot just input your tracking number online to track your package like FedEx, UPS, etc. I shouldn’t have to be forced to use your app to find the tracking the belongs to me! If you give both options my rating would change drastically.

Shocking privacy issues. Hand over all your email privacy to be a customer? Really?

Company’s can scam you. Hopesea scammed me and Shop couldn’t help me. No tracking was provided and when I complained they told me to contact the seller, when I wanted a refund after 2 months waited for my item I bought to be tracked let alone shop up I was told to contact the company I bought it from. The company I bought it from generates emails that say to be patient and wait. Refusing to refund me because my item is on route. But without a tracking number that’s actually legitimate then that can’t be proven.

Loved it, but now I’m confused. I loved the app, efficient, tracking my orders perfectly (and boy I order a lot on Shopify-backed websites!). But now it’s “Shop”?! The previous branding was nicer, made more sense and was good at one thing: tracking deliveries. Whoever decided to rebrand made a mistake, but we’ll see where it goes in the future.

GUI changes defeat purpose of app. First you make it so that the actual package tracking page is not the default landing screen. Now the live maps showing your packages location & basic overview have been replaced with a static box icon. I hate this. What I used to be able to see at a glance is now buried and instead used been replaced with what are essentially ads for the things that I already bought. I use this app to track my packages in real time & very much enjoy the live map feature. I don’t want to have to tap through several pages to see it.

Useless app. I don’t understand the point of this app. It was promoted as an easier way to track your order. But the tracking info for my order in this app was based on a DHL tracking number, which was in turn based on a USPS number, and in the end the package was delivered by Canada Post. All that means that the tracking info in the app was always significantly out of date. It also never sent notifications about key milestones along my package’s journey. Literally just a waste of storage space on my phone.

What did you do to it. Hey guys, really loved the app but something changed recently. Now instead of it saying what was ordered it just says order placed. When I’m tracking 20-30 different orders it’s a giant pain to have to go into every order to find what I’m looking for rather than having it listed in the title. Fix it!!

Needs a few things.... Great app, except for: 1. Needs native iPad Support and macOS support (M1). 2. Once you decline syncing with your email accounts (such as: Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook), it keeps bugging you every few days to sync your email accounts. This is very annoying. 3. Needs some user-first privacy focused features.

veriy for legitimte website before collabration. There were website named "luxury sheeny" which are promoting your app name to track the orders and didnot reply any of the emails related to tracking number. That was scam and want to give heads up you should check on your behalf too. Thanks

Not useful. FedEx tracking shows me all the details from the last week. Arrive shows my order but says it hasn’t received any tracking info. Useless and is being deleted.

Trash. App is trash, says my package is in transit for 3 weeks but hasn’t moved. Says it’s somewhere in California. I messaged the supplier and they said it’s in Canada. App doesn’t help one bit

Convenient, but not very reliable. My experience using shop app has been very on and off. Sometimes, it gives me correct tracking information and lets me know my package’s exact location, but other times it’s not accurate at all. Take now for example, I ordered clothing from a website that allowed shop tracking. I quickly checked to see the location update on where it was a few days later and shop told me that my package was already delivered. I went to check if it was and there was nothing. 2 days later, I receive it. This has happened to me SEVERAL times while using this app. It’s not reliable a lot of times for tracking however I do like the whole concept of the app. A lot of stores accept using shop tracking service, but it defeats the whole purpose of using it if the information Shop App is telling you, is wrong. This app has so much potential to be amazing! But it is not at this point yet, they have many improvements to make with it. There should also be a contact button for you to either email or call the provider if your package was never delivered when claimed to be.

Payment issues. Shop is through Affirm and is similar to Klarna and Afterpay with the options of installment payment for merchandise. Klarna and Afterpay are slightly better because they allow the opportunity to move your due date if you run into an issue with making an a payment. Shop would have gotten a higher rating however there was issue with trying to make my final payment. Shop instructed me to download the Affirm app in order to upload a different form of payment for my last installment. Once downloading Affirm it would not accept the card, a Capital One CC. I went back to the Shop app where they allowed me to add it but would not allow me the option to select it to use for payment. After searching the Q&As section they claim they do not accept prepaid debit cards or Capital One cards, here’s the gag… my original order was accepted and fulfilled with a Capital One prepaid debit card… all but this final payment of the 4 installments have come from my Capital One debit card. I won’t be able to have funds on that card til after the due date which will make my final payment late and the Q&A is showing interest may be added.

Shop app. I used shop app to purchase a drone accessory, a power bank. The store name AirSelfie. I placed a order and got charged but tracking the order is horrible, all you get is the shipping address being delivered to and no other information. That’s not tracking anything. You can’t see if it’s been shipped. I email the company twice and still no response. After 4 weeks I contact my credit card to had them do a investigation so I can receive my money back. This app may work for others or perhaps a different store but truth be told I’m done. Not using or purchasing anything ever through this app. Personally I think is more on the store side. But the app doesn’t show anything useful to track my order like the last location etc.. not even if it had been delivered etc. It’s been two months now from the date of purchase and still no new information. I did get my money back but that’s because AMX is a great credit card to have. Good luck for all who use this app. I really hope it works but stay away from AirSelfie store. Poor service and they don’t reply to emails. As for me I’m staying away from the app as well .

LOVE the app!. UPDATE: My friends! Thank you for listening! The experience of adding a tracking number and selecting a carrier is MUCH better and working exactly like I had imagined! THANK YOU! I love that the app keeps all my orders in one place. Now I don’t have to go to my email and search for each order from different companies. I also love that the confetti works for me now. Just a simple touch of fun added to deliveries! I do have 1 suggestion though. After I’ve copied the tracking number from the carrier on packages I have to manually put in, it brings up a list of carrier options. Which is great. The issue is once I select whatever carrier it is (which is always the first option provided because it’s smart like that), the list should go away. Otherwise, I have to scroll through a long list of carrier options (99% I’ve never heard of) to get to the Add Package button. I shouldn’t have to do that if the carrier is already selected.

Absolutely could not live without this app!. With a new baby on the way - it’s been hard to keep track of all the different packages and stuff we have been gifted and ordered. Also every company and seller uses different carriers so with this all were able to put in every tracking number from FED EX, UPS & USPS! It makes my life so much easier! I know when it’s supposed to be delivered and when it has been delivered if I’m not home when it is so I can alert someone at home or a neighbor to get it before someone else does. You never know nowadays with so much theft with packages. I can see this making my life during the holidays so much easier as well. I try to stay away from the holiday rush as much as possible so this will also help me keep track of all of my packages throughout the busy holidays, keep them safe and out of thieves hands! Great idea to create this app Arrive! My life is sooo much easier now because of this simple solution of putting all the tracking numbers from all carriers in one place!! 5 stars!

HUGE PRIVACY BREACH: ARRIVE WANTS FULL access to your email account!. So the problem with this App is the insane level of privacy violations. When you download the app and are trying to sign up it asks for FULL ACCESS TO YOUR ENTIRE GMAIL ACCOUNT. That means that it has access to everything you’ve ever sent to anyone and if you get emails from your bank it also now has full access to your banking information. And if you don’t have gmail account at all, or try manually enter your gmail instead of directly signing into gmail like they want you to it will barely work and rarely send you your delivery notifications. So essentially Arrive will refuse to work properly until you let them access all your personal information/as well as if you don’t possess a gmail account at all (which is ridiculous because how many people use yahoo/hotmail etc.). That’s why it’s free with no commercials, because it straight up makes far more money from scanning all your emails and private information & then selling it to various companies than it would by making you pay a set fee to track all you deliveries. Never trust an app that requires full access to your entire email account just to function properly.

Super Convenient & Informative. This app is great because when you purchase items from retailers who use it you can access all the information on your order(s) in one place. I no longer have to go to USPS or other carriers’ sites in order to track my packages. Now I just open this app & I can see exactly where my ordered items are at any given time. It allows you to set up notifications so you get real-time notifications when your package moves through the delivery pipeline. I have the app on my Apple Watch so I get a little pop up/wrist vibration to let me know my package has been delivered & I can retrieve it from my porch or have someone else grab it. I would imagine that retailers who use this app find it extremely convenient because they no longer have to spend lots of time fielding questions from customers regarding the delivery status of their orders.

Love it!. I really like the aesthetics & being able to keep all my information organized in one place so I can keep track of my deliveries (I’ve had issues with packages getting lost, going on accidental detours across the US, & even had a USPS employee try to steal a valuable package & try to throw off the system by placing my tracking on another package that wound up in a different state 😳). Being able to keep track & have a place where I can show proof of unusual activity, & see it all on a map makes me feel much better about knowing when something is arriving or wrong. **Also, for people who gave low scores because they couldn’t copy/paste a tracking number... write it down first then enter it manually, or on a smart phone you can toggle between screens easily & just type 4-5 numbers at a time if it’s a long number... problem solving, guys 👍🏼 Not Arrive’s fault if you don’t feel like putting in a minuscule level of effort to type a number.

November 12, 2023 - LTT Screwdriver Review. I Love the LTT ratcheting screwdriver and I’m glad they went with the silver shaft in lieu of the black shaft. I’m not convinced that the bit storage holder is the best design available, but it’s better than nothing, such as Snap-on. I like the orange accent color and wish they had used some inlaid or molded some more softer orange grips in the handle similar to Snap-on’s “instinct” handle design, to make the tool glow in the dark for a more functional design in a Construction environment. I also prefer the bits to be longer and I would used orange coloring (preferably fluorescent orange) on the bits to make them easier to find when people drop them and can’t see to find them, especially in the dark. It is a great screwdriver and I will use it in my Construction Company as a finish type tool for finish Carpentry work, such as door & hardware installation, fixtures & specialties, etc……… great Job and thanks for the great tool. Torn. I’m torn on whether or not I like this app. For the most part I do, but about a week ago I ordered from a merchant through Shop called Trendyluvs and I did express shipping. It has been a week and the order has not even shipped. I’m pretty positive this merchant is a scam considering the email address they give to contact them isn’t a legitimate email address, and I recently found out through social media that the product they’re selling isn’t even their product. I’ve tried reporting this to Shop and they haven’t responded other than to say if I haven’t received my order in 30 days they basically weren’t going to take it seriously. Even though I’ve reported the merchant and there’s no way to cancel or refund the order since there’s absolutely no way to contact them, I’m supposed to just sit around and wait? I don’t think so. There needs to be more accountability for scams like this, and an easier way to cancel orders! I reported this through Shop several times and no response, they don’t care if you get scammed by merchants that use their app. This is the worst app. Wish I could change my rating to a lower one.

Notifications. When I first downloaded this app, I would get notifications that would drop from the top of my screen whenever I would place an order or whenever a package is delivered. Whenever I would place an order, I would turn my sound back on because I like that little notification chime o would hear whenever I would. Now, for some reason, I don’t get those drop screen notifications. I have to open the app and scroll through my orders to see if anything has been delivered. Granted, it seems like a small inconvenience, but it’s a pain to always have to open the app to check up on packages. Most packages, I have sent to a PO Box, so whenever that drop notification came down, I’d check what delivered and go pick it up. Now, I have to open the app to check. Today, I saw something was delivered, and I could’ve very well had it yesterday. I did check the app yesterday, but didn’t notice it. Would’ve been nice to have it, already. Again. Minor inconvenience, but I liked it better when it would just pop up on my screen and didn’t have to guess whether or not something was delivered.

BEST delivery APP EVER conceived & developed !. This app has to be the best delivery app to ever be conceived and developed. It gives consumers more information and in greater detail and timely manner than ANY of the shipping companies themselves give! With not only daily but every movement made in the shipping process.. most shippers only give end of day changes IF even that. Not only does shop describe in PERFECT detail the shipment movements yet; the as well let you know exactly which item it is being shipped so no need to go back to said purchase site and seek out the items they are listed right there with the tracking number in colored details. AGAIN best dang app ever developed concerning shipping, receiving, and EVERYTHING in between. I am Simply amazed at the fluidity and complete perfection of this app. I truly love this app. If I were a smart man I’d be buying into the app for its going to be huge if anything deserves to be this one does! I find out on ‘Shop’ before I even get a Tracking # from Companies. I used to Screen shot or I’d Save to My Email all these Tracking #’s which Definitely can get Very Confusing & Frustrating. I’ve seen on SMedia Customers Angry & posting Crazy Mad Comments saying CO’s take Money but don’t Send Products. On ‘ Certain’ CO’s I Know to Be Great @ sending out Products~I’ve Literally gone Posted to Customers “Download THIS “Shop” App & Literally WATCH Every Single Town Products ordered went through!” I’ve LEARNED so much about USPS, DHL & Fed Ex practices & One Might Find it’s NOT your Mail Man/Lady after all taking those Pkgs but items SIT @ HUBS..What do you think when pkgs sit there for Weeks/month? You all are the greatest!!. This is what I call excellent customer service!! I wish I could give them a 10 my transaction for the ACV weight loss supplement wouldn’t go through at first I knew I had money on each card I tried so I called the customer service number provided and I was instantly speechless because it was actually Ms. Marsala’s voice!! Sorry if I spelled her name wrong but she was so sweet she immediately said she would check with her team to see what was going on and asked me to text her number the error message I was receiving she continued to keep in touch and even stayed available until I made my purchase to make sure I was able to. I confirmed I was able to make the purchase I even got 2 bottles after getting such a quick response and such good customer service!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! Amazing!. I’ve used this app for months and is absolutely game changing. The little map helps a ton and it’s cute how I can visually see where my package is. Out of curiosity, I was home once when a package was delivered and I got the notification within 10 minutes. Considering how this app is the middle man between me and usps, 10 minutes is very accurate For complaints, in a newer update it’s harder to add a package :( there should be the little + on the Home Screen again. As for my second complain, I’m upset that I have to wait for a tracking number to add the package to the app. Unless the seller uses this site for tracking (which many do, but so many still don’t) it’s hard to keep organized. I have a page in my notes app of all my incoming packages since I can’t sleep all my purchases within this app. Again it’s super nice if I use a seller that uses this site for tracking as I can just import the info with one click and the tracking will be automatically added when avalible

Unwanted suggestions. There needs to be a way to filter the suggested ads on the starting page on the app. Today I opened the app to check delivery status of an item, only to be greeted with a bunch of Hello Kitty stuff in the “Picked for you” section. Ordinarily, this wouldn’t be a big deal and I would just ignore it. Today, however, the first image in this section was the wonderfully tasteful image of a woman in see-thru Hello Kitty lingerie that really showed off all her knobs and buttons, so to speak. I would understand if I bought and shopped for those kinds of things, but I’ve literally never shopped or ordered anything like it before, especially using a package-tracking app with a bunch of bloated “features” built into it. I get it, this app is mostly used by women shopping for clothing (based on the advertising and categories being suggested to me in the app), but there has to be a way to opt out of seeing people in their underwear. As of today, there isn’t any way to customize, block, or report any suggested ads in the app that prevents those ads from showing up.

Keeps getting worse. The app continues to get worse and worse with each update. When I first downloaded the app 2 years ago I could track all of my packages and receive notifications when they departed, estimated delivery time, out for delivery and when they were delivered. I also had it hooked to my email to track automatically. That stopped working last year which is fine, it's no hassle to copy and paste the tracking number, it takes maybe 10 seconds or less.. then recently they made it so it only shows 1-2 packages up front and the entire main page is products to buy... now with the most recent update it doesn't even show the map or give any information anymore. I loved this app, all of my friends downloaded it because they thought it was cool and now it's no better or easier than just clicking the tracking link through the emails from UPS or fedex plus USPS also has a text service that notifies me if there is a package sent to my address. Such a shame because this used to be a great app for tracking packages and purchases.

Not sure what the use of this app is?. I purchased this from someone and they actually sent me a link to this so I can track my package well so far I haven’t been able to track it! When you click on the tracking number all it does is send you to the shipper and you have to login with an account and I’m usually doing this with my phone so I have to go back find a laptop or computer to get the darn password. And not a big fan of USPS because even though I know what the password is it often says I’m wrong and I realize you’re saying it’s a computer you’re wrong not the computer But some sites are just harder to use Often you can just copy the tracking number or click on it if it’s in an email and it opens up the tracking information but not this guy now see you can also shop on it I don’t think I would shop with us based on the inability to track something but who knows all dogs can be taught new tricks just an unhappy old dog today

Extremely Helpful. I typically never leave reviews on Apps, but I had to for this one! I love ordering things online, and especially with COVID-19 and being quarantined to my house, I’ve turned even more to ordering things on the internet. I’m really impatient for things to arrive, and having no idea where my package is most of the time makes it even harder to wait! Most of the time, the estimated delivery day that websites gives is off either by a few days or ENTIRELY off. I first heard about this app when I decided to order from a Korean beauty store called TONYMOLY. I decided to download it, but I’ve now been using it for everything! It’s super easy to use, all you need is a tracking number and the package carrier and that’s it! Now I can get a picture of how quickly or slowly my package will come and can keep track of it through this app! I love it, definitely worth the download if you like shopping online.

More the sellers problem then shop. A couple weeks ago prior to Christmas I order a gift for my brother. I didn’t want to get this app, but I didn’t want to deal with having to type the tracking order in through fedex or ups, multiple times. I got that app, and at first I was pretty upset because I never got a tracking order, nor an update where my package was. Then I completed my second order and followed it through shop. The updated have been consistent, even with 3-5 day shipping. I am very impressed. By the time I get an email from the company sending it. I get the same one for shop. I believe it’s mostly because of the data going from the company to shop. If you were someone who didn’t want another app to know what you were getting. DONT GO through them, if you want quick and reliable updates on your packages. Definitely download this app… Lastly, it’s amazing but you won’t stop checking to see where and when your package is arriving.

Tracking information not up to date. ***UPDATE*** I received a response from the developer stating “Our app helps customers to connect with their favourite stores and coordinate deliveries in one easy place, but you’re NEVER REQUIRED to use Shop to track your orders.” THIS IS FALSE and a lie! I have screen shots of the companies website and emails confirming you must download the app to track your order. I confirmed this on the phone with said company as well. It is one thing to have an app with bad UX and UI, it is even worse that you go through emails to find the data required to perform your API and the retail stores require you to download this app to verify information. It is a whole different level to gaslight a customer and lie about your product to save face in PR. This is one of the first reviews I have ever created and I will continue to post about this until you sort your mess out. I only downloaded this app as I was forced to in order to see where my packages are. It gave me no information on this status, even though some had been delivered to my house weeks ago. It is a total waste of time. Deleting now as there is no need to let a pointless app have access of my emails.

This app is useless and they give out your info. I tried to use it to help me find my orders and despite having access to my number and emails I ordered from literally none of my orders came up for tracking. Also when you delete it, this app STILL has access to all your emails and such unless you manually remove it which is shady. I also found out they kept my information and let other companies that I guess they own but don’t publicly say or have deals with access my information including my full name, address, etc. Mind you these weren’t shopping sites or ones i’ve accessed prior. When I tried to get help with my order support also was not helpful and gave the most copy and paste robotic response that completely IGNORED my question then tried to upsell me on some other app they’re trying to shill. Overall all very shady company and annoying behavior. Definitely ask them to remove your information off all the other sites they give your information to and make sure you’re keeping track of all your orders and confirmations because they will not help you or do anything if you need assistance.

Unexpected Benefit! Wish I could give this 10 STARS!. SHOP just saved me a lot of trouble and hassle. I had mistakenly ordered from a scam website and paid through an online payment service. Shortly after I ordered the products (within minutes) the “seller” put in fake tracking information. SHOP alerted me that the items I had literally just ordered had been delivered... get this... two hours BEFORE I placed the order. By having shop alert me to this “delivery” I was able to login to the payment site and stop the scammer who, at that moment, was trying to have funds purchase a gift card. SHOP saved the day! THANK YOU! NOTE: there are several negative reviews about SHOP, but if you notice they typically deal with problems with the SELLER that are taken out on the developer. And yes... shipments during COVID and especially those from China may take an inordinate amount of time. Again, not the fault of the APP or developers.

UI Changes. For multiple years now, this app has made tracking and managing package deliveries so much easier than attempting to keep manually checking emails. That said, I have to say I’m not a fan of the new UI changes. Before, launching the app would take me immediately to a list of all my current packages. Exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Now, I get an abbreviated list of packages and 70+% of the screen is dedicated to basically ads. I have never and will never use this app to browse/shop. That isn’t what I downloaded it for and not how I consume information when looking to make a purchase. If this is some people’s cup of tea, that’s fine. Please at least offer users like myself a toggle option in settings to go back to the old UI where I see my full list of packages on launch rather than a bunch of adverts. As a side note, I’m not a fan of dropping star based reviews in a public forum (especially low ones) on an app I have otherwise enjoyed. That said, there is no easy contact us/submit feedback option within the app, so here we are.

Unresponsive (Update: Limited Functionality). I had an issue with an order from a seller. I reached out to the seller directly multiple times to have it resolved, but the seller would not do anything about it so I reported an issue with the order via the Shop App about a month ago, followed up again a week or two ago, but have still heard nothing back. The app says if there are issues to reach out to the seller directly, but I already did that so what are they here for? UPDATE: I now know that shop does not assist with order fulfillment if there is an issue, which is disappointing. So I guess it mostly provides shipment tracking and personalized advertising (the latter of which which I don’t want more of). On the plus side, their help after my review, gave me another avenue to resolve my issue of my package fulfillment, so that helps. Still, if the Shop App doesn’t help ensure fulfillment I kind of wish the actual shop had just sent me a tracking number, but I’m guessing it benefits them to use the app versus just sending a tracking number.

Downhill Since App Changed to Shopify. As mentioned in many other reviews, this app really went downhill after Arrive changed to Shopify. Not only does Shopify want access to your email (invasive!), it doesn’t even read your emails correctly! What’s the point of invading my privacy like that and NOT get shipping information right??? For example, my package arrived today and the tracking number reflected as such. But Shopify insisted that my package would arrive 4 days later. Where is Shopify getting this information??? Further, the map updates are all wonky. The map says my package was “delivered” but the map shows that it was delivered in “Oakland, California.” I don’t even live in Oakland! Please fix your maps! It’s incredibly irritating when map updates are not accurate. Overall I resent the fact that this app forces users to give it access to their email but more than that, the app doesn’t even read your emails correctly!!! If you’re gonna invade my privacy, the LEAST you can do is provide me accurate information based on the data you’re farming off of me.

Shop. I LOVE this app! I DO have UPS and USPS and this is better. Why? I love jewelry but am poor so I get a lot of my jewelry from India. Other stuff frequently comes from China, etc. I often don’t know that until I have already ordered it. The problem is I like to know where my stuff is and if it is lost. Do you know what a hard time I get from the USPS in trying to find packages? If you give them a tracking # from another country, they say they can’t track it, yet when it get into the USA, THEY ARE THE ONES WHO GIVE IT an American (Post Office) tracking number. Then, more often than not, the item gets lost in a US Post Office 🤦‍♀️. Anyway, the SHOP app is capable of tracking an item from those countries right to my door!!! UNLIKE the United States Post Office. So, SHOP is way more on the ball and more capable than the USPS and other places here that should be able to keep track of these things. They are the ONLY ones I have experienced being able to do this and they do it well.

New Update Ruined Everything. The review I wrote before this one was a five-star review raving about how simple, efficient, and amazing this app was. But the new update made things way more complicated than they had to be. The new update involves the app not only promoting shops over tracking orders, but now the organization of my orders are completed messed up now. It used to be that all my in-progress orders would appear at the top of the list and all my delivered orders moved to the bottom (since they were delivered, I don’t have to look at them anymore). This was perfect. Now the update has messed up the list and my orders are categorized based on the date I placed the orders, so some of the preorders I have been waiting on that used to sit at the top of my list have been moved so far down the list (literally months and months and MONTHS ago) I have to scroll for a bit of time to find it. The list of now a confused mixed of “delivered” and “in transit” orders. And there is no way to change it. Overall, I am so disappointed that this app prioritized promoting shops and in doing so sacrificed the easy of use for its loyal users.

Best thing since sliced bread. Such a brilliant and useful app. This helps me immensely with both online shopping and keeping up with tracked mailings for work which I now do from home. In the age of covid19, online shopping is all the more a commodity if not an essential. In-store shopping now feels exhausting, I feel a constant sense of guilt while doing so, and a lot of the time items I need are sold out specifically because of covid19 delays, etc. That said, I shop from a variety of online stores and am able to keep up with all of my purchases, deliveries, returns and work mailings using this app. No more trying to figure it all out in a variety of texts, emails and online accounts. The even more brilliant part of this app is the cross-referencing that offers clickable links for tracking numbers, order emails, and contacting the seller! WHAT?! Not to mention the ability to easily see items purchased, tracking activity and history, etc., and manage payment options. Highly recommend :)

I can finally close all of the tabs!. I downloaded this app because I ordered something, and this was the only way I can track my package. I was a little irritated because I didn’t want to download an app just to track one package, but I am so happy I did. I had three other orders that I was waiting on, and every time I wanted to track it I had to dig through my emails, find the correct email, and click the link to open the webpage that may or may not work. I had to do this so many times, and the process was honestly frustrating (and I hated having all of those tabs open on my browser). Once I downloaded Arrive, I was able to view all of my packages in one place, with notifications that alert me when anything changes immediately. I really appreciate this app since it makes the waiting process so seamless. I have definitely been using it with all of my purchases, and I will continue to do so.

Love the app, implement the installments section!. As someone who is constantly shopping and with the holiday season coming around I’ve really found the app helpful to keep track of all the gifts I purchased in one place. I’ve even started using the shop selection to pay in installments instead of using another four payment plan Apple like Afterpay or Klarna. I love that I can pay in installments but I have no way to keep track of how many payments I have left for a specific purchase because the app has no way to show the progress of my purchases and payments! I noticed it before but it became quite apparent after I tried to check the installments in the app from a notification I received, but it just gave me an error page. I can’t wait till they implement the installments page in the app and I won’t need to use any other four payment apps as everything is all in one place! The app can only improve from where it is now and I already love it!

Shop is promoting pornography. (My previous review appears to have been deleted rather than responded to. Let’s keep playing whack-a-mole, it costs me nothing but time to spread the truth about what your app is currently doing and costs you money to respond. I will keep posting this until you take action that allows me to block the objectional content you are forcing me to view when using your app.) I ordered an anime wall scroll for my 15-year old. This order was tracked by Shop, and ever since then I have been getting progressively worse advertising directed at me. What started as hand-drawn depictions of impossibly proportioned females in less and less clothing has become photographs of human beings engaged in sexual acts. This app is rated 12+ and is actively promoting 18+ pornographic material by way of its partners. I only want to check the status of an online order, not be subjected to a barrage of internet porn reminiscent of 90’s pop-up windows. Shame on you. Fix your app. You can start by allowing me to hide content I don’t want to see and never asked for, instead of trying to push unwanted aggressive advertising in our faces.

I want shop off my phone. I deleted Shop months ago yet every time I shop at all it still pops up! I have tried everything I can find on this app to get help I tried to message support I’ve tried all the help options given I can’t get through to anyone so as soon as I finish this I’m contacting my attorney general consumer protection to find out how legal it is to one make it hard to delete an app on purpose two continue to stay connected to a consumer phone after it’s been deleted as well as continue to collect their data! Anyone can see that you purposely make it impossible for customers to completely delete accounts I have literally tried everything and can’t get any answers the when a consumer deletes the app then it should completely be removed from their phone at least made easy to find out how to get said app out of their phone! Maybe the attorney general’s office consumer protection can help get this off my phone as well as help me find any legal actions I can take! I have tried more than once and I can’t get any help and I can’t get this app out of my phone this can’t be legal!!

Scammer sellers. Impossible to get support to help after many attempts.. Some sellers are excellent on this app. Some are not. I ordered an item from a seller with decent reviews only to be robbed of my money and not have an item sent. You can contact the merchant but you will most likely not hear back. If you do, they will give you the run around and send fake tracking order screen shots. Shopify does not act on these orders until 30 days after the order has been placed. I emailed Shopify support to get no response regarding my order. I also tried submitting a ticket through the app only to have a prompt telling me that my ticket could not be submitted. I wish the developers were more involved in helping customers. Although there are good merchants on this app, I can not shop confidently knowing I might not receive my items. Especially after not being able to receive help nor a refund even after contacting Shopify directly. I do not recommend this app. The concept is great and the stores are nicely laid out but due to so many third party merchants not being held accountable I will not be using this app any longer.

Great tracking app. I originally was skeptical about letting one app track all of my packages. I was originally using USPS, and UPS, and other tracking carrier services. I finally decided to give Arrive a change and honestly I have not been disappointed. As soon as I receive an email with a tracking number, it auto-sorts it into an Arrive group, and pulls the tracking number with some information for you to easily see on the app. It also lets you manually add one if you need to, and gives you the choice of seeing the original email within the app to see exactly what it is that your tracking. You can also rename the tracked item, and it also has great notifications. Let’s you know when an item is out for delivery, or delivered, and more. Overall I am highly impressed with the ease of this application and it’s functional, and highly recommend it if your not already using it.

Inaccurate. Updates are late or don’t happen at all. I can look at status on carrier website and have more updates than this app. Even refreshing the app or the package the updates don’t come through for hours. You can’t edit a carrier either so packages that go from ups to USPS require you to delete the package and re add it under the new carrier. Edit: tried to give this app another chance and still not change. To add my list, there’s no estimated arrival date! What is the point of knowing my package is in my state if I don’t know when it will be delivered? Often times packages get held up due to smart post so I can never assume that just because it’s local that it will be delivered in a timely fashion. What’s the point of the app if I have to copy and paste the shipping into the carrier website for an estimated delivery date? The UI is cluttered. It often missing tracking info from emails. Gives less details than similar apps. For example when I plug in a new tracking number into this app before it’s shipped other apps will tell me where the shipping label was created. This app? Nothing, just says it’s waiting for data.

Becoming Worse With Each Update. I’ve used this app from before it was called Shop. It was great when I downloaded it. It tracked most of my packages and did that very well. It was worth five stars then. With each update it gets worse. Now it is mostly an advertising app. It doesn’t correctly track things and does it worse with each update. The main page was filled with my packages before but now it just filled with ads. Even when I am not using the app I will get notifications about stuff to buy. The notifications about packages aren’t even accurate. They’re designed to get you in the app so that you might click on a link. When you’re in the app it is being redesigned in a way that makes it even more difficult to avoid the ads. Nobody is downloading this app to connect with their favorite brands. They have it to track packages and it is becoming more incompetent at that all of the time. When you read the good reviews they are almost entirely from before it became this. I am deleting it and just creating a spreadsheet that I track manually. At least the information will be accurate that way.

Shop by Bravo. Do not order from this website/App they have horrible customer service. Once you order from the site if any issues occur they will not help you. I ordered from shop by Bravo and when I put in the shipping address it Auto filled my address to my previous address I lived before my new home. I could not cancel the order because they said it already processed. I literally sent them an email within minutes after my order. You cannot call anyone or speak to anyone on the phone. They would not even change the shipping address because they said it was already processed. They say you have to wait for the item to be in transit and get a hold of the carrier in charge of delivery. The item was not even shipped after 4 days and they would not do anything to help me. All I wanted to do was cancel the order and re order the item with the new address. After the stress and headache I have dealt with I would never prefer from them again. If you don’t want issues I’d recommend staying away from this app/website do not order from them. There are so many other websites I’m sure u can order these same items from. Thank you.

Used to be helpful, updates made it worse. This used to be my main tracking app. It was useful because before it would show all your tracking and where they were on a map. Great to know how far along things are! Then, it updated. You had to go to a separate tab to view them, which was an annoying extra step but whatever, got used to it. My app automatically updated without me wanting it to, and now they’re all progress bars. Why? This is horrible and not helpful at all. If I want to see where a package is, I have to go view all orders, tap the order, and then tap the show details to see the map. Then, back out, back out, and do it all over again with the next package. Horrible if you have multiple items to keep an eye on. New update made the app itself not worth using anymore. Might be a good shopping app, I don’t know though as I got it specifically for the tracking. It’s fine if you want your app to be more for that, but please don’t change and remove features that are needed :’)

The best app I never knew I needed. Title describes it all basically, I’m guilty of constantly shopping online and everyday multiple times a day I check my email to see my shipping statuses. When I started seeing the option to stay updated with arrive after checkout on online stores I decided to download it and it’s been a go to every day since. Basically you log in with your email you like to make orders with on the app and it will filter out all your emails and will only show your online orders that have tracking information. it will show you a updated tracking status with a transit map status as well, it shows what’s happening with your order as it’s updated without going to your email and searching every time. Very convenient if you're the type who likes to know exactly when your packages are shipped and updated. Thank you (maybe add a more colorful theme to the menus$

Annoying. Super annoyed that I had to download the app just to track a random package I ordered. Just send a tracking number that I can look up online. Edit: to add an update based on the developer response… yes, I understand what the point of the app is. It’s worthless. How often are people ordering from multiple Shopify stores that they need to track multiple packages? Honestly, there is no way to justify requiring an app and I deleted it the second my package came. Provide a link to track packages in the email confirmation. Easy. If people want to download a stupid app to track it then they can. Don’t force it on the rest of the population just so some exec at Shopify can say they’ve had a ton of downloads for the app they pushed for. Edit 2: since the developer clearly doesn’t know how their own app is used… You place an order on a website that happens to use Shop. If you check out using Shop, you don’t get a tracking number. Instead you get an email with a link that can *only* be opened with the Shop app. This requires you to download the app to track a package. If I could give this app a negative review I would. Complete waste of everyone’s time.

FedEx is the only way to send a package. Oh hi drive clear to the other side of town just to go to Walnut Creek FedEx they are so helpful Candy and just courteous people and it doesn’t matter if it was 5 years ago or a week ago every time I walk into the Walnut Creek FedEx I always go to the counter because I am not computer savvy at all I explain to them what I would like to have done and they always with a big smile no problem do this or this and will have it already for you not to mention the other day I was in a lot of stress trying to get this paperwork sent out notarized and they were just absolutely calm mean nice to their time explain to me the best way to do it I had brought my own very expensive paper and they took the paper put it in the machine print everything out charge me and said it would be there around Thursday 8 PM well it got there two days early and that’s even better thank you again FedEx Walnut Creek your forever customer Doreen Medinas

Almost perfect. Update: The issues addressed below have all been fixed and the app is almost perfect! I would love to be able to automatically track orders through other emails, but that is a minuscule thing... My biggest wish (and I’m really hoping it’s in the works) is that I’m able to use it with iOS 14’s custom widgets. Can’t understand why so many reviewers are upset about not receiving items, that has nothing to do with this app! Original review: I loved the app when it was Arrive. It wasn’t perfect, but it was pretty darn close. Now most of my shipments only show the tracking number, not the item(s) or where bought from. It takes several hours for tracking updates to appear in the app. There are no shortcuts to mark things delivered or archive it (I archive my shipments once a month to clean up the screen), you have to go into each item and mark it. I loved this app because of the automatic tracking entry, but seriously considering going back to my previous app and entering everything manually

⭐️Very CONVENIENT!⭐️. I am so glad I found this app! You literally connect your email(s) account(s) to it and it pulls info from there (shipment notification, emails) and puts all the information in one spot for you! It saves you from having to search for the email that has all the information, from things you ordered, etc. ⭐️ I only give 4 stars because I wish it would allow other email providers other than just gmail. I have Gmail email addresses AND yahoo. I also use Microsoft email from time to time. So that’s my BIGGEST problem with this app. Which isn’t huge, but it would be 1000% convenient if you would allow Yahoo(and other email) email accounts to be added so I/everyone could track through those email accounts as well! ALSO!! Every now and then, it’s a little behind on the updates from USPS, UPS or FEDEX. I have all of those apps and sometimes I’ll get a new shipping notification from one of the above, before Arrive gives me the notification. Or sometimes USPS (for example) will give me a new update on my shipment, long before Arrive ever reports any changes. IF this happens, Arrive will eventually update and give me the notification of a change, but it just kind of drags on the notifications/updates from time to time. That’s not a huge deal, but I thought y’all might want to know in case it were something you would like to fix! Thank you for this app!!

Used to love it.... It used to be an easy but accurate way to track my packages. It was nice, being able to track all my packages at once, even if they all were shipped with different services or were from different companies. It was always on point, up to date, and it was always easy to find information about a package. Now all the app does is take up storage. The tracking is inaccurate at best. Many of my packages still show "in transit" despite being delivered weeks ago. Many have completely inaccurate information when it comes to where they are (cross-referencing the information with the actual shipping service), and most don't even have information, and are permanently loading sometimes even months after the order was placed. To say it has become useless is an understatement. I can't use it for the one thing I downloaded it for, which is a shame because it was very handy, and had some really good and even fun features (like confetti when something was delivered). But there's literally no point in me having it anymore.

Ruined app. The app is ruined by filling the Home Screen with “Spotlight” items/ads, and burying all but 1 package behind a “View all” button, rather than showing the packages on the Home tab and hiding the Spotlight feature behind a button for people curious for other items to buy. Edit (after developer response): Thanks for the response, but what you said contradicts the design of the app in its current form (which is different than it was prior to the last 2-3 updates). You say it’s to provide the best mobile tracking app, while also (as in a secondary functionality) helping users to connect with their “favorite” stores. In reality, the primary function seems to currently be as a shopping app and the secondary functionality is the package tracking ability - the inverse of what you said in your response. To add to my complaint about the app, I also hate that the app automatically “follows” companies you purchase products from via ShopPay, as if to assume a user will purchase from them again and it isn’t just a one-time purchase. There should at least be a toggle to ask users whether they want to follow companies automatically or not.

I wish all stores used this app. It’s given me peace of mind and been helpful to receive delivery notifications when parcels arrive. I like that I can track my orders with in the same app. While I live in a safe neighborhood where theft does not provoke huge anxiety, mistakes frequently have occurred with deliveries and the notifications help me to catch and report mis-deliveries, as well as track the especially slow orders delayed by the innumerable problems we’ve all been experiencing. When you consider that several orders that should take days are often being dragged out over a month, the original companies are losing track and often rely upon the consumers to supply oversight and reminders back to them in order to receive the goods you’ve paid for. This app helps me locate, track and report problems back to the companies in a more timely manner, ensuring I actually get what I paid for eventually.

Rare Review for a Rare Product. This app deserves me taking the time to write this review. The amount of time this app has given me to focus on other stuff that matters is almost impossible to calculate. As an impulse buyer, or a last minute shopper, I want to relax while my package just shows up when I expect it to. I no longer have to remember, “when did I order that thing?” Or what site did I order it from so I can search my inbox with 1272 unread messages for the one with tracking number. To only then have to search the tracking number, tap the link, and hope I have some vague estimate for where it is in the delivery process. Not only does the app just automatically add tracking numbers to main screen with a feed of deliveries, it shows you a high level progress map to know where exactly your package is. It’s accuracy in letting my know when a package is gonna arrive by lets me use my day for what I want - without fearing I’m gonna miss a delivery or wonder if it’ll be home when I get there. I’m ranting now, but this is the ONE app every one needs whether they order a little bit, constantly buying stuff they don’t need, or they just need to make sure all their Christmas packages are on track with enough of a heads up to let you know if you need to come up with a plan B. This product as a whole is a case study in truly delivering a product that does one thing really flawlessly and delivers on its value promise every step of the way.

Package from China. Received package from China, app alerts that package is coming before any other default mailing apps like ups, usps, dhl, which is nice to have someone else tracking packages coming to my address other then me and alerting me that package made it to next hop in the journey, didn’t actually add tracking numbers to it so it seems that app did that on its own somehow, which again is helpful since I don’t have to do that myself, app does it on its own and alerts me on the progress of the journey, letting me know in advance how close package is, eliminating loss and possible theft of packages from my porch as well as compensating for occasional incompetence of delivery people. Also I can apparently pay with it, it added my credit cards to it, again on its own, I didn’t have to do that. So nice app overall, I especially like the package tracking features that sends me updates on the journey steps of my package.

Not accurate, provides no way to cancel your account.. I downloaded this app because a certain vendor offered tracking information through it. Tracking information here has been, in my experience, almost useless. It's easier and quicker and more accurate to go through the post office. For example, I had a package that Shop app said was going to be delivered yesterday, even though the post office said it wasn't. Of course it was not delivered, and today the app tells me it's going to be delivered today. It is not, because there is no post office delivery today. This is not just a single time problem, I have experienced this in the past. I also don't like the way that they try to sell you stuff. If I want to buy some thing, I'll go through the merchant, not some third-party app with sketchy privacy policies. Further, there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel the account so that they don't have my information. I have deleted the app, but I'm still trying to find a way to actually cancel my account so they don't keep scarfing up my buying information.
