Absolutely outstanding. Accuracy better then you could begin to imagine, this wonderful app accurately shows you everything you ever wanted to know about your sleep but were afraid to ask, and could not ask (because you are sleeping)! The graphs and statistics are easy to understand, but once you’re grasped them really this is an outstandingly serious aid, to call it an ‘app’ does not do it justice. This is nothing short of miraculous. Thank you so much devs for this incredibly useful intelligent aid to understanding my sleep. Brilliant.

Sleep tracker. I’m re writing my review I originally gave 2 Stars because it was way off on my sleep after me adjusting the sensitivity levels trying to get a more accurate reading I still don’t believe it is accurate by how may times I wake up but it’s better than it was after customer service looked at my settings not sure if they adjusted anything or not I do realize this is not going to be 100 percent accurate but I was hoping for something a little better after the reviews I read before purchasing

Auto Track Sleep for Apple Watch. App store should feature this app, it is that good. I’m a CARDIAC Patient and use these two Apps for my Cardiologist and GP, along with KARDIA a device smaller than a Credit Card that will record ones EKG using your iPhone, or Apple Watch. Get these two Apps no matter your age. Tracking Sleep activity, resting heart rates etc is very important for overall health. When these App developers provide an update, they provide incredible care for the user experience.

5 star review. Like being able to compare current day with past days to see any trends in my sleeping. Not needing to connect to anything when going to bed & needing to connect when I get up seems like a nice little extra. Having tried other sleep apps this one seems to give ur morning results much more quickly then past apps.

Cheap but Effective. Fitbit personally has my favorite heart and sleep tracker. I couldn’t find a sleep tracker that didn’t require me to buy an annual membership until I found this one. It’s cheap and effective. I need to see what I need to see. I recommend you get one too. You won’t be disappointed, because it’s like a few dollars.

SleepMatic. Does what I need it to do, but it’s far from perfect. It registers as sleep when I’m not sleeping. For example, when I wake up, pour a cup of coffee, and sit down to read my email, it will continue as sleep. This can be manually adjusted, but it shouldn’t need to be. I have tried sensitivity settings to no avail. When viewing a night’s sleep, it’s difficult to correlate my sleep with my heart rate because the bar is the same dark blue as the background, so I can only see the bar within the sleep segment, but I can’t see exactly where it lines up with the heart rate, so I have to guesstimate. I have sent more than one request to support asking them to add some contrast between the bar and background but never hear back, and it hasn’t changed.

No stars. I’ve used this app for over a month, and it has yet to come even close to tracking my sleep accurately. I’ve set the sensitivity and taken other troubleshooting steps, but nothing works. The hours it shows that I slept each night is wildly incorrect, and when I try to manually update my sleep hours, I have to do it multiple times before it saves the data. Today it won’t allow me to modify the hours slept at all. I’ve reset and saved them multiple times and it keeps reverting back. I’d like to get it working but so far it’s been a waste of time. I’m using it on an Apple Watch Series 3 and iPhone 8.

The best sleep app for Apple Watch. I’ve tried like four different sleep apps for Apple Watch and honestly, none of them hold a candle to what Fitbit provides. I made the switch from Fitbit to Apple Watch and just assumed that Apple Watch would have similar (if not better) sleep tracking. Not the case. BUT, this app gives you the best data and has the closest layout and information to Fitbit. It doesn’t try to be too fancy, but it gives you good data that’s easy to read. Only downside is that there aren’t longer trends within the app. I’m only seeing a 7 day lookback so far.

Great app. When I switched from Fitbit to Apple Watch I missed a lot the sleep tracking feature. So happy since I found this sleep tracker app. Also want to tell about great support when I switch from iPhone 7+ to iPhone X I noticed that my data incorrect and sent email to support and within hour I got reply with detailed instructions how to fix it.

Not very accurate. Currently comparing several sleep apps. This is less accurate than a couple others, for example overstating amount of time in bed and categorizing that as restless sleep and undercounting awakenings. Also, it does not show deep sleep. Too bad one cannot try out an app before buying. Update: Developer wants me to adjust sensitivity to obtain better results. While I can alter the data by changing the sensitivity setting, I have no way of knowing what sensitivity setting would provide the most accurate data. It seems to me that the developer should be able to determine that, which is the case with another sleep app I am using and prefer. I still don’t recommend buying this app. Though inexpensive, it is not worth anything to me.

Erratic. I have tried a couple of apps and haven’t found one that compared to the one I used with my Fitbit. I did t have a particularly fancy Fitbit and the sleep app was basic and was sure with an Apple Watch everything would be smooth. In theory it’s more sophisticated, but it is not reliable. I had problems when I first started using it and was told what adjustments to make and it worked although not particularly accurate. I finally sent an email when it became erratic with complete days/nights missing with no response. It is frustrating and if I recall correctly I upgraded to premium. It doesn’t matter if it is free or premium because I cannot depend on it!

It’s been great; latest update crashes. It’s been working as expected since I got it about a month ago. It has some issues telling when I’m awake; I’m either awake all night or that time I got up to go to the bathroom isn’t recorded - none of the sensitivity settings in between seem to change much. Even with that I was very happy with it until two days ago ever since the last update - the removal of the compilation changes - when I try to open the trends tab the app crashes. Haven’t been able to open it all month. It’s getting rather frustrating as that was the part that was mostly useful.

Just like Fitbit. If you have transitioned from a Fitbit to an Apple watch, this is the sleep tracker for you. I found Pillow and AutoSleep both way too complicated after the simple tracking I was used to with my Fitbit. The layout of this app is just like what I had with Fitbit, and the tracking is more accurate than it was with the other apps too! Definitely get this app and don't waste your time or money on the others.

Replaces feature I missed most from my Fitbit. When my Fitbit finally died I wanted a way to track my sleep with my new iWatch. I tried a few apps that basically wanted me to tell the app when I went to sleep and when I woke up. Pretty lame compared to my recently departed Fitbit. SleepMatic filled that gap by collecting heart beats via Bluetooth and calculating my sleep. SleepMatic syncs automatically to the Apple Health app so I can track all my data. Now I just have to remember to charge my watch during the day so I can track my sleep each night.

Doesn’t work at all. I just started using an Apple Watch after years of wearing a FitBit. I bought this app because it supposedly works like a FitBit and tracks your sleep automatically, a functionality that seems to be absent on the Watch. Just to make sure it would work “automatically” (like FitBit) I launched the app when I went to bed (with the Watch on my wrist, of course). When I woke up in the morning, I checked the app again and it said “No Data.” So it’s pretty useless ...and I’m switching back to FitBit again.

Thank you, best sleep tracker. I am suffering with sleep issues and wanted to try apps that tracked sleep, I used for a few nights and got no deep sleep rating, so I did a blind test and got my wife to wear it, so same watch, same bed different person. I wanted to see if it really saw deep sleep. It does it tracked her and saw the deep, rest etc. On the bad side shows had bad my sleep is, but I know the data is true as we both show completely different sleep patterns. Then I emailed support, it turns out I can fiddle with the settings. Once I lowered the sensitivity, my sleep data is showing up correctly. I am happy, just wish the instruction is easier to find, but otherwise it is a great app.

Awesome sleep tracker. I got this app after using a couple of other competing apps and finding it fascinating and really useful. I do not have to push any button to tell it I am starting to sleep, it is so convenient. This app gives great data, it forces me to consciously focus on my sleep patterns and to allow for them as part of my wellness routine. In depth data and analysis really helps. Can’t recommend highly enough

Great sleep app. No need to start the app, doesn't drain your battery. If you are wear your Apple Watch overnight the results show up in the app I thought that the new Apple sleep app would have additional features but it has significantly less info. SleepMatic was already working in the background, updating my Health App but provides much more info like heart rate and restless sleep.

Best automatic sleep tracker for Apple Watch. I first purchased AutoSleep because it had great reviews online but after using it found it to not be accurate even after I followed the trouble shooting tips. Turns out the problem was the app itself. Downloaded this app, enabled it, and all the sleep the other app didn’t track this one instantly showed. Very accurate and even tracks my naps when I’m lucky enough to get one. Definitely worth it!

Has a bug :-(. My best friend and I both loaded this application over a girls weekend...the information from the first nights sleep was amazing...love the layout and the heart rates etc. The second night both of our watches were dinging almost hourly telling us to either stand up or breathe...ALL NIGHT LONG ! I have called Applecare and they state that it is s third party app causing the issue...and suggested either turning off the reminders for stand and breathe before going to sleep and turning the reminders back on each morning or NOT wearing the watch to sleep...that’s a work around I’m not willing to do :-( As soon as the developer fixes this problem I will reload the app.

Great sleep tracker. I needed a simple program to help me track my sleep patterns on my watch because I want stay healthy. It works good with my Apple Watch. I would recommend this program highly, it lets me adjust sensitivity because I am a restless sleeper and I don’t have to let it know when I am about to sleep like other programs. It also tracks my heart rate while I sleep.

Just the APP I Needed. I need to know how I sleep, how long, how many restless periods and awakenings. SleepMatic APP helps me track my heart rate and sleep pattern as they relate. I sure can tell when I fall asleep without putting my APAP on and sleep just 3-4 hours and get up. Living with chronic pain from Fibromyalgia and facet joint degeneration make bedtime painful most of the time. When I pay attention to feedback I’m often encouraged to ‘force’ myself to get in bed or stay as long as I can at least nod.

This one works. I don't know what the negative reviews are about, but they inspired me to write my own. I've tried a lot of sleep apps, and this one actually works like (or better than) my old Fitbit. There's no way to know the real accuracy, but after I adjusted the sensitivity, it matches my recollections of my sleep, including how long I was awake reading, better than any of the other apps I've tried. As for other apps: AutoSleep is just inaccurate unless I tell it when I'm going to sleep, and it says you need to have the complication on your nighttime watch face, which is basically the same thing. Pillow wants me to tell it when I'm going to bed too, and then refuses to work unless my battery is like 60%. Since I charge it in the morning when I'm getting dressed etc, that doesn't work for me. This one, SleepMatic, works great.

Amazing information. I’ve used this for about 6 months now and find the data and tracking amazing. I use a CPAP machine. My CPAP tracking and this program track consistently. However I get quality of sleep and heat rate information from this device. I recently traveled and was without my CPAP. I learned that with out the CPAP my sleep quality really suffered and my heat rate gets too low. Mid 30s. Normal on CPAP IS LOW 50s. Great tech. Thanks

App crashes. App crashes when you try to look at previous data! I like to compare my days of sleep! I use be able to but it just started this a few days ago! I have restarted app and restarted my iPhone but nothing works! I would give you 5 stars but the app started doing this crazy thing of not letting me see my previous sleep patterns! I hope you all can fix this! Really like the app!

Sleep app. This is probably my favorite sleep app and I believe I have four others plus some meditation apps that I use primarily for sleep. I like the way the data is presented. I give 4 starts because it is always trying to sell me add-ons to the app. I wish that wasn’t the first thing I saw when I opened it. I really like the variety of white noise selections as well. Great app guys!!

Don’t pay for this app. I tested this to see how accurate it is. I read several good reviews but was still skeptical. I need an app that actually tracks my sleep/is close enough to accuracy. This app has been “tracking” misc. hours. For starters, I haven’t been wearing my watch each night, so it can’t be tracking my resting BPM however each notification daily says it is, magic! Obviously this is not possible. If that’s not bad enough, it also told me I was asleep yesterday for 2.1hrs in the middle of the day when I was at work where I am actually nonstop so it couldn’t just be a glitch. I don’t trust it for tracking my heart rate because it never matches what my watch tells me either, and for the other mentioned reasons. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Love this app!. Before I had SleepMatic, I used the AutoSleep app. AutoSleep said I was sleeping any time I had my phone or Apple Watch charging in the middle of the day, and when I was sitting down to read for more than 30 minutes. On the contrary, the SleepMatic app is WONDERFUL! After adjusting the sensitivity, it is working perfectly and am extremely happy with it! I’ve used it every night for about 6 months now and I am so glad I bought it! This app is a wonderful investment if you are looking to track your sleep accurately!

Amazing!. This app allows me to do at home with my iPhone and Apple Watch five, what i used to have to go into a hospital to do. I can sleep in my own bed and get the same data that used to require me going into a hospital, getting hooked up to a bunch of wires, sleeping on a very uncomfortable mattress at an hour that was not normal for me, and having people wake me up every two hours to untangle me from the wires I had gotten wrapped up in. This has been a huge asset to me and my doctor to help figure out my health issues. It is well worth it to purchase the premium version, and to invest in an Apple Watch. It is the future Of health, longevity, and proper diagnosis and treatment.

I couldn’t ask for anything more. This app really records accurate information about my sleep, mo doubt this is the best sleep tracker. It knows when you sleep and when you wake up since I have to wake up every morning (obviously) it knows what time exactly I woke up and notify me soon after I wake up. Best part is I don’t have to do anything it does it with out asking or anything and it’s great with heart rate and everything with my Apple Watch series 3. Just great work! 👍

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch. I would love to be able to rate this 5 stars. The main reason I got this app was because it had everything I was looking for: auto sleep detection, hours spent asleep, and graphs. It also seemed to have all of this available on the Watch interface. However I noticed that the Watch app doesn’t update recent sleep data unless you open the IPhone app. Is there a setting that I missed? Hopefully this is coming in another update or I will have to look for another sleep app.

No stars. I downloaded this app in anticipation of getting my watch so it would be ready to go when it came in. I have the 3. Set up the watch as per direction, paired it with my phone and all my apps were there including this one. Set up the app everything looked good. Wore my watch to bed and had a horrible night of sleep. I’m not sleeping well and wanted to see how much rest I’m actually getting. Woke up and checked the app on my watch. No data. Checked my phone. No data. Synced my watch to my phone again. No data. Ok maybe I did something wrong. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Second night I had the app open in my phone and on the watch (as much as you can leave an app on). Wore my watch to bed. Slept better so I thought for sure it would have something. Still no data. Phone- no data. I have now uninstalled it and purchased AutoSleep app. Don’t waist your money.

Sleep conditions kill - a great tool for insight. Sleep apnea affects so many millions and it has a negative impact on your life and health...and could lead to stroke, heart attack etc. SleepMatic is an excellent tool...when paired with an Apple Watch during sleep...you get a visual of your Sleep health. You can use this data to present to your doctor to get further treatment via a sleep study...and get on the road to better health. This is an excellent product.

Awesome and HELPFUL app!. I have been using Sleepmatic for about 9 months or so and it is GREAT! I LOVE the way it tracks sleep with my watch, shows my heartrate and my restlessness and my probable night wakings. Obviously it is not 100% accurate all the time as it is on my wrist and not tied to my head and breath and legs like medical sleep monitors, but its pretty useful for the average person - and may help you decide if you need more medical support or to drink less before bed or exercise more. LOVE LOVE LOVE the latest update!!!!!

An app I don’t want to be without. Sleep is top priority that effects my performance and function each day. I am an athlete with a sleeping disorder and this app has been a reliable resource to me for over a year. Just like the weather, it one of the first things I check before starting my day. My husband and I both look to the information the app provides, daily.

Not very accurate for me. I started looking at the clock when I wake up during the night so I could compare data with the sleep app. It does not count my wake episodes. I adjusted the sensitivity and it hasn’t improved. My fall sleep and wake up time isn’t correct either. I also do not like that I have to have WiFi on for the app to record my pattern. I sleep with my wrist by my head and do not want the WiFi signal near my brain. I had a free app that worked without WiFi on. It sent the data to my phone after I turned it back on. I just didn’t want the advertisements that came with the free app. I might have to switch back and deal with them because it recorded my info more accurately. Sorry, I really don’t like to post negative reviews. Funny it won’t allow me to post unless I have more stars. I only wanted to give 2 but it keeps saying my nicknames are all taken.

Awesome. I’ve used fit bit for years, I’ve had every one up to the ionic,, and never did any of them give me this kind of detailed information, I’m using the new Apple Watch +4 and I am very happy with this app. I’m a new user to the Apple Watch, hands down this will out perform any other sleep tracker on the market,, I highly recommend this to anyone who tracks their heart beat, and sleep,, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doesn’t work. I bought this yesterday along w downloading some other sleep tracker apps that were free so I could compare. I’ve been using AutoSleep but it lacks a few features I’d like... the other two I downloaded were able to pull data immediately and show me the prior night’s sleep. This one just spins and says no data. I even did as the developers recommended in FAQ but that didn’t work. They try to say it’s something w the Health App but if 3 other sleep apps are working just fine it has to be the sleepmatic app. I’ve emailed the developers so hopefully they’ll respond or I’ll be emailing iTunes for a refund. It’s only $2 but I still expect it to work

Essential App. I use this app EVERYDAY! Not a simple app, but the options are awesome. I love the latest update- the developers really listen and have worked hard to accommodate requests of users. Being a night shifter and full time student- I sometimes couldn’t even remember when or if I slept. I would be up for 36+ hours regularly. This app helps me to see patterns and better plan time for sleeping (seems simple- but if you ever worked like me you’d get it). Thanks for a great app !

Amazing App!. Slices and dices one’s sleep in more ways than I ever knew existed. I am now sleeping with my Apple Watch on (charging it before I go to bed and, if needed, after arising for the day). It isolates, very accurately after setting the sensitivity, the various aspects of my rest. When I feel sluggish during the day, I can look back at the quality of my sleep and it pretty much nails the reason. So impressed with this app.

I think this will work out in the long run.. I just download this app yesterday morning (5/28) and have went through all the settings. I took a 2+ hour nap and timed it. It was off by so I adjusted the sensitivity. Went to bed last night and it was only off by about 8 minutes (going to sleep) and I adjusted my middle of the night bathroom break time this morning in the other portion of settings. Over all, once I find my perfect combo of tweaking, this one is going to be the best sleep app for me of all of them I’ve tried (and paid for 🤢) You have to be patient and perfect your settings for the best possible accuracy. The other thing I’d like to see is a combined hour and time of hours/minutes slept a night IF one has gotten up in the middle of the night instead of it being broken up. That’d make it a 5 star app for me.

Great App. I’ve been using this app for several years, and once adjusted, it is pretty accurate in tracking my sleep. I like the way it displays the results and gives you a week’s view of your sleep patterns. And it feeds into the Apple Health app, so I can see the results along with my other health statistics. I hope Apple’s coming sleep tracker works as well.

Best!. I’ve personally tried just about all of the other sleep tracking apps and have never been satisfied with the results. This app is pretty accurate and after having used it for a long time, I decided it was time to test other apps out just to see if they got any better, I simply compared the data results between the two apps and still nothing comes close. Great sleep tracking app. Thank you!

Love hate relationship. I have had this app for a couple of years now. For the most part itworks good. I don’t like that the wake time is not always accurate. When I change the time to reflect my actual awake time, it doesn’t change the number of hours slept. I have made adjustments in settings, it don’t change anything/ I appreciate that it tracks my sleep, if I’ve had a restless night, I can see that with the app. I will continue to use the app despite the flaw.

Helped show low heart rate. I’ve been using this about three weeks. I have been very fatigued for months. With this app I was able to show my doctor that my heart rate was dropping 20 bpm several times a day. Also that my sleep was not very deep and I was restless most of the night. This got her to put me on s heart monitor and now I’m getting a pacemaker. Which should help with the fatigue and dropping heart rate.

Could be Better. I love the fact that it automatically tracks my sleep but my issue is that it often overmeasures my sleep. Like it says I slept for 13 hours a few days ago but I really only slept for seven. I had sedentary activity for the first five hours. I even got up and walked to my car and drove home during those five hours and somehow, they were still counted towards the time I was asleep. I wish there was an edit button so can could edit out those five hours and make it more accurate. When it doesn't overestimate, it is awesome because it is usually pretty accurate.

Excellent in many ways. Ever since i got the iPhone i have wanted to track my sleep. The model 2 and especially the 3 seemed to have the battery life needed for 24hours of wearing. So i tried a couple apps and THIS is the one i settled on. Easy to use, lots of data to follow and great features. My wife and I enjoy using it and comparing our nights rest :-)Then we had a problem with her watch and some general questions. All was resolved quickly and easily, great customer support.

5 star app. I normally do not write a review but this app is good enough to write a review about, it's a great app before this I bought pillow, problem with that was if I forget to click record sleep or to tell it I woke up, it wouldn't know. Thought the iPhone app for this app is very primitive, something a guy sitting in the corner with single computer would do, even it is a single guy in the order I would suggest he hires a designer and improve the app looks and feel, it would really help.

Quite fun after accurately set up.. This is definitely worth the investment. I’ve recommended it to my family. Helps me track apnea episodes n compare to my weight n exercise+meditation regimen. My doc likes reviewing my results when I go in. I’ve found that I have fewer apnea episodes when i weigh less n exercise/meditate more. Duh, i should’ve known this. Need more time with my swordsmanship. As Miyamoto Musashi said of the sword ... This Is The Way. Especially at 53. I wonder what it will be like with series 7 or 8 watch assuming spO2 measurement improvements. I highly recommend this over the others in the market. I rank this number one in the top 5 in App store! Pillow n others were a waste of money.

Great app. When I got the original Apple Watch I was appalled that it didn’t have sleep tracking built in. I researched and liked the reviews of this one so I reluctantly paid whatever it was I don’t remember. I have never been sorry. This app does its job. I recommend it. I honestly don’t check it every day but I’m glad to know the information is there if I need it.

Great app. I love this App. Shows exactly what I need.

Bad update. Worked with detailed and accurate recordings with previous version. The update changed past information and just gives vague information on the phone and seems bricked on the watch. Please roll-back version. Currently is worthless.

App crashes when selecting ‘trends’. Great app but continually crashes and I cannot open trends data to view last 7 days. I have reinstalled and deleted app data multiple times but without fix.. Please assist ?

Sleep. Struggling to understand its accuracy. I am awake more often and longer than it is recording

Sleep App. Great app, works well with my Apple Watch! With my medical history tracking my sleep has been very helpful

Just ok. After using my Fitbit I found this app not very accurate. It counts time when I’m just lying in bed. Doesn’t pick up on naps. Not really useful

Poor sleep tracking, unresponsive.. Used to be good with reliable data capture and daily notifications once sleep was calculated. Last series of updates has complicated displays and lost notifications, but worst of all made sleep capture sporadic and less accurate. I have sent this feedback but with no response I guess the developers have low interest. Try a different app.

Waste of money. Waste of money!! Doesn’t even work!!

Very happy with it so far!. I have been using it for a couple of months now and it has never failed recording the sleep. Interface can be improved

Lapses so much and stops tracking. Doesn't seem to sync data well with my watch which is connected 24/7. Entirely missed days of sleep tracking and gave duplicate sleep entries for multiple days in a row. Wouldn't really recommend this app to anyone.

Works and easy to use. Works and is easy to use. The automatic tracking is a little over sensitive by default, but if I cut out the time I'm lying in bed awake before going to sleep, it's quite accurate - and doing that takes seconds, and I get a notification to do it

Very happy. Am a night shift nurse and this app has helped with heaps with keeping tabs on my sleep.

HRM Not so sensitive. Could be more sensitive to movement and heart rate. I feel it is more of an Apple Watch problem than this app though

SleepTracker??. Problem is it tracks all sorts of things ... like sitting on the couch watching tv. This has been confirmed by app support. My suggestion would be to hang on to your 4.99 and try a free app - there are several that work.

Good so far. Only issue I have is when to charge my watch...

Does what it says on the box…. I check this app every morning to get a bit of feedback about what might be contributing to how I feel. I think that it is fairly useful. The simplicity of use, the weekly average and the ability to review previous weeks are key features of the app, in my opinion.

Annoyed. The app keeps skipping days. Today it is short the wrodate

Confusing and wrong data. It does not show correct data for deep sleep and light sleep. Usually show 52 mins of light sleep and rest as deep sleep, which is not the case as measured with other sleep trackers. Second issue is that it always show “in bed” for around 22 hrs. Third issue is that the watch app interface does not refresh at all

Has Potential. Didn't work on the first night. I had it loaded on two apple watches. When I removed it from one it sort of worked on the second night. Bed time and rising time were correct but it didn't have me sleeping for the first three and a half hours. I was actually sleeping like a log after spending the whole day working in the garden. Can anyone inform me what the height of the bars means? Initially I thought that they represented heart rate but this does not match the numeric display.

Disappointing. I bought this particular app to collect sleep data when I got my iwatch. I chose it based on the reviews comparing it to the Fitbit - it’s nowhere near as accurate as the Fitbit, and interprets my low heartbeat/slow heart rate as resting/light sleep. It doesn’t allow personalization. Being in a Wheelchair I’m not as ‘physically’active; but I’m also not asleep 15 hours a day as the app assumes; I’ve been using it for 9 months, and would have thought it might by now have started to intuitively pick up on my body clock. No. It has a basic algorithm that cannot even be personalized; I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with low blood pressure and/or slow heart rate; as it interprets this as rest/sleep. Nothing like the sleep monitor feature on the Fitbit. Not worth the purchase price when there are better free apps!

Won’t even open anymore. I have had this app for nearly 2 weeks, after I adjusted the sensitivity I believe it was very accurate in capturing my sleep. Now that app won’t even open for the past few days so basically have wasted $3.

What app???. This app has not worked for me since the 19th of October! It crashes when I open it, doesn’t show ANY data and doesn’t work on my Apple Watch either! Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app... still nothing!

Malware. I don’t know what this does on your phone but it doesn’t track sleep. Next to a basic sleep tracker like Fitbit it is all over the place. Which begs the question as to what it is actually doing?

Cat. Great app, I’m very glad to know how much I’ve slept, a good nights sleep is a reason to celebrate

Works perfect. Tracked my sleep perfectly. I love it :)

Not as good as expected.... I’m disappointed and not it’s worth the money! I’ve been using this app for 2 weeks after moving from a Fitbit to Apple Watch and I’m disappointed. It doesn’t track all sleep. It tells me there’s no sleep data. When there is sleep data, it doesn’t update. Unless I physically open the app, it doesn’t store my sleep info. I can’t force it to sync. This app should update ALL sleep not just “last night”. It should also be able to track sleep types in better detail - REM sleep, light sleep and deep sleep. After having a Fitbit, this app is awful. I contacted support and have not had a response. How do I get a refund????

Nigh night. Works well, easy to use and accurate

Not accurate. I’m deleting this App, I find it’s not accurate at all. Tell me it’s takes over 5 hours to fall asleep, 15 plus hours in bed etc.

Sleep tracker. Still getting used to it. Would be nice if it auto sensed one’s bedtime and wake up times.

Can’t tell when I go to bed or get up. Every day I have to adjust my sleep time as the app gets is wrong even though I wear an Apple Watch to bed. I thought it would get better with time but it doesn’t. Wouldn’t waste money on this app

Works well. I like the summary that pops up during the day. The data is understandable. No problems.

Finally it works!. Only one night so far, and one daytime nap but looking good. [edit] updates have seen this app improve in leaps and bounds. Now 5 star!

Dissatisfied. Doesn’t track sleep. Waste of money.

Great app: does not require manual switch on. Great app: does not require manual switch on

Not even close to Fitbit.. Says you’ve slept even longer than you’re reported as being in bed for. Worse than useless, and far less than I expect from a paid app.

Alarm doesn’t work. Obviously they don’t care enough to fix this issue with the Apple Watch. Will not wake you after all their suggested trouble shooting.

Mrs. It’s good to know , when you think you haven’t slept, you actually have .

This is very accurate. Set up the sensitivity to 0.10 and you will see the results. It’s a not pretty app but it delivers what I need. Awesome!

Sleep Magic. Absolutely love this app. Very easy to use and so far fairly accurate too :)

Sleepmaatic. The app is good but it’s hard to under stand and most of time it’s wrong I adjust the time but it goes back to the wrong date the time I go to bed and when I wake up it needs fixing but other the wrong date & time and so it does work but I will for a better SleepMatic app it really need fixing ASAP I am about to delete it, being wrong all the time fixing the date and so I am really over it

Amazing app. Love the app. Suffer from serious night terrors so monitoring my heart rate and when they occur is easy with this app.

Works sometimes. Coming from a Fitbit, I found the interface design needs a lot of work as it’s not designed very well. I found the tracking to only work sometimes and it takes a few hours after getting up before the app calculates your sleep. Good idea when they get it working properly.

Did work well until the recent upgrade. The app worked ok but the recent upgrade in the last week has been terrible. The upgrade changed the data prior to the upgrade so not sure what to believe.

Handy app. I find the correction wheel fiddle to get accurate (minor issue) otherwise good app to compliment another

Sleep time incorrect. Reading time in bed is recorded as sleep. Adjusting sensitivity doesn’t fix the issue.

Works well. Best sleep tracking application I have used for Apple Watch. I have 2 watches and tracking works seamlessly.

App crashes on watch and phone.. Contacted developer and no response. I paid for this app and can't use it.

Worked for 2 days and then it failed. Nice little app - worked well for the first 3 days and on the fourth it tries to load data on the watch and it just goes into a loop and then nothing. I have unloaded and reinstalled several times with no improvement. No support available - no contact or help from the app. Very disappointed - do not buy.

Could be better. Could be better. When relaxing, it reads you are sleeping..

This is how they should be. Love this app. Accurate and easy to use and understand. Seems to accurately measure my sleep and awake times. Can’t find anything negative. Well done. Highly recommend.

Not having much luck with this app. Have been using this app for a week and experienced the following: – The alarm has worked only twice – I've received a notification of the amount of sleep only three times and even then without the graph indicated in the app store screen shots – Last night I was up for about an hour and it shows only 5 minutes – The other night I was up three times and it shows only one time I've played with the settings and sensitivity but nothing seems to help. The only thing that does work consistently is the app sensing that I've gone to bed. Cannot recommend.

I like it!. Works very much like the Fitbit sleep portion, which has always been missing from Apple Watch.

Great app!. Works automatically unlike all other sleep analysis apps on app store.

Back working after update. I have to hand it to the developer. If you point out there's a bug with the app, they're very quick at updating it. I'm still very doubtful of its accuracy with automatic sleep tracking, but it is getting better from update to update... And now it's back at syncing properly with apple health.

We. It seems to think I am sleeping 17 hrs a day

It got better. I’ve been using for years now and so far the app got better. It’s very simple compare to Apple Watch native sleeping app

Not working. Thought I'd give this app a chance. Seems to be working better since the last couple of updates. Sometimes it starts my sleeping when I'm just sitting in the couch watching tv before bed.

The app does not always work. Some days it tracks automatically and most days it does not. I am going to search for another app. Money returning policy with apple sucks.

It’s crap. It would tell me I’m sleeping when reading or watching tv and tell me I’m awake when I’m sleeping. Very disappointed

Keeps crashing. Keeps crashing when I click on trends.

Useful sleep tracking app... should have a lite version for trial. Data is presented well with useful information and graphs along with heart rate. However, smart alarm is not working for me as it is unable to wake me up.

Awesome. This is really helpful and accurate

Inaccurate Output. I am disappointed with the reports that show me going to bed long before I do so.

Works like a charm!. It must be the best auto sleep tracker in the AppStore now!

Unreliable. Unreliable. It only works twice a week. Now it just keeps closing. Save your money I would not have bought it if a free trial had been available.

Find it does the job.. Very coool

New version crashes. Was working well for months and since this last upgrade it crashes when selecting weekly report trend. Hope this will be fixed soon.

Good app. Pretty accurate

Great. Works well

Slow to download sensor data and inaccurate. Very slow downloading sensor data, if it does at all. I wear my Apple Watch to bed every night, but last update to sensor data is 3 days ago when I check. Data is not kept current.

Great App!. I've tried several sleep tracking apps on the watch and this is by far the best. It doesn't use as much battery as the others and is quite accurate. Great purchase!

Excellent app. The times are about 90% accurate for me, although my sleep patterns are not exactly regular. A must have app companion to your Apple Watch.

Good quality apps. The grads and info is great. Sync with iPhone in the morning is often delayed when using the appel watch series one.

I want my money back. Dosent work! Crash all the time

Inaccurate. The app reports inaccurate data. Disappointed.

Sleep. Not accurate

Me o my eee. Poor

Don't purchase!. This app is terrible and it doesn't even work. The date is stuck on one day, it only shows me 2 days in the trend, and it is extremely inaccurate. It shows that I am restless the entire night, like 95% of the time which isn't even close to true. I miss my Fitbit for the sleep tracker. Don't waste your money on this app!

SleepMatic - waste. This is the worse sleep app!! And I had to pay for it albeit it $3 but that could have been used elsewhere. Do not bother with this app!!

Nice app. Really like this app!

Not satisfied. I would like a refund for the price of the app. Thanks

Does not work. This app has zero functionality. Don’t waste your time/money.

Great sleep app. A lot of data and I really like it as there is nothing to start or stand

Good but inconsistent. SleepMatic doesn’t always pick up your sleep data but when it does, it shows nicely. You need to configure the app sensitivity options for your own sleep and it took me about a week to get it correct.

Sleep matic. Very accurate. Help to know if and when I sleep walk. Wish there were more options, such as snoring..how long total, moon phase, and weather upon waking.

Sleep Tracker. Overall it’s a great idea but nothing seems to work accurately. Does not matter what I set for the sensitivity it never detects me sleeping. I think so far it’s been a waste of money.

Lacking. It counts being inactive as sleep , not very accurate for sleep info , kind of a waste of time app wise :(

Good app. Good stuff

the latest uodate. wonderful app especially since the latest update. now sensing the sleep window automatically.. no longer miss my fitbit sleep reporting... Thanks

Very nice. Similar to Fitbit easy to use Great work. Thanks

Very impressed !!!. I was using AutoSleep and tried SleepMatic. Had both for a week to compare and I was taking manual notes to help me evaluate which one was best for me. The results show that SleepMatic is very close to the reality ... AutoSleep is ok but I think SleepMatic is a little more precise and the interface is A LOT easier to understand.

Horrible App. Purchased this app as they portray it being similar to Fitbit. Far from it! Used for about 1 week. Not one sleep was accurate. It was never correct on time I went to bed, woke during the night (and got out of bed), woke in the morning. It would also over lap sleeps during the same night also. IE: Monday night shows 2 sleeps say 11:30-2 and then 10:15-4am. Glad I only wasted a few dollars on this app.

Sleepmatic. +++

Crash city. Won’t load on iOS newest update. I want a refund.

Getting better. They worked a lot to improve the app. Tracking sleep is getting better. Its fun not to have to start it. Would be nice to be able to set it after when its not accurate. Would also be nice to be able to see the previous days (maybe the last month). Would be good to have an email link within the app to give you some feedback. Its not like the fitbit yet (they have an amazing app and the sleep tracking is just wow). But its getting better... hope you will keep putting time and make this a must have app.

SleepMatic. Acheter depuis 4-5 jours et ne fonctionne pas! Veux le remboursement et je vais enlever l’application.

Easy to use. Solid app. Always reliable. It’s a great tool to use to compare results when experimenting with different techniques for falling asleep, staying asleep, activities before bed that affect sleep, etc. no gimmicks. Just information.

Almost perfect. Fairly dependable reporting the sleep pattern (as far as I can tell). But you have to jig the two interval settings to find the settings that work for you. Have not found better.

Very detailed. Love this!!! I use it to see how much my infant wakes at night cause there is NO chance I’m remembering. Plus, it monitors your heart rate and gives an average. Highly recommend

Sleep patterns. It is unreliable as it often indicates I was asleep when I’m in fact watching a movie or it says I slept much longer than I did. Example, the other day it said I slept until late morning when in fact I had been up hours prior and was in a car traveling for at least two hours. This app is not correctly reading my sleep.

Ideal sleep tracker. The one thing I missed when I switched from Fitbit to Apple watch was the sleep tracking. Having tried several other apps that all needed to manually start and stop sleep sessions this is finally the app I’ve been looking for. No more sleep logs lasting 30 hours, or no sleep at all.

Simple. Elegant. Easy to use. Reliable. Non-intrusive. 5⭐️. SleepMatic is a game changer! Its sleep tracking accuracy is unparalleled. Love the clear, intuitive interface and insightful sleep reports. Better sleep is just an app away!

The last iOS13 update has bugs. After the latest update there is an issue with white background for sleep charts in Trends and purple background for week data (when in dark mode). Still there is an issue with fonts: some data is shown in ?Arial, which does not look nice at all. Could you please change it to San-Francisco?

Not accurate. While this app is great for automatically determining the times you go to bed and finally get up for the day without starting and stopping the app, it does not know when you are awake and most times can’t tell when you get out of bed during the night. I really don’t need something to show my total time in bed. I need more accurate details of my sleep. I do like the heart rate function though I can get that with other apps.

Works- sort of. It’s hard to tell when the app works. Supposedly it knows when you sleep therefore the user does not start it manually. I’ve found that it does record sleep but not necessarily all it seems. Portions are missing and it doesn’t tally the sleep till later in the day which makes me think it wasn’t working at all. I’ve only had it a couple days, things may change with the app- I don’t know.

Inaccurate. I’ve been using this for about a month now along side another sleep app and find this one is not very accurate. Trying to adjust the sensitivity does nothing to make it learn my sleep habits as each morning I basically have to manually put in the amount of sleep I need. This morning I went to compare and it won’t update and is stuck on yesterday’s results. I will say SleepMatic measures time it took to fall asleep is better than the other app I’ve been using. UPDATE: Now the app has stopped working altogether.

Expected More. The graphs are hard to read, difficult to determine how many times I’m waking up and how often. The sensitivity setting is confusing and I wish there was better explanation as to how those settings determine your results. How am I supposed to know which sensitivity is best? I just want accurate info, why should this be hard?

Apple Watch 3 app doesn’t work. I just transitioned from FitBit to an Apple Watch. The app shows up on Apple Watch but when I select it the app show a screen with a decreased light and then the app shuts down. Also since downloading your app, my Apple Watch restarts on its own at least daily. I paid for this app so I am super disappointed. Additionally, my Apple Watch is new. I’m on iPhone version 12.1 and my Apple Watch is 5.1. Both are the most up to date version available to me.

Well developed app. This app is very impressive. It has a clean, attractive and interesting interface. There are a ton of features included and, even better, lots of help screens and explanations included throughout. I’ve been impressed, love the diagnostic, helping u figure out the problem.

Can’t use the trends options. Not sure if it happened since I updated my phone but every time I hit the “trends” on the bottom of the app the app crashes & shuts down. Pretty frustrating since this is the only way to get a breakdown of a weeks sleep. Wish they would fix this

Works great. It’s basically the same functionality as the FitBit builtin sleep tracking feature, but since Apple chose not to do the same feature someone had to step in. I think this app does a great job of differentiating sleep and restlessness. The interface is sleek and easy to understand. Definitely worth the $1.99.

Finally, an app that works!. I’ve tried more than a few of the sleep apps and this one is by far the most accurate I have seen. No need to keep looking and I pray that any updates will not mess this up.

Doesn’t record every day. I’m disappointing that this doesn’t recorded my daily sleep. My doctor is keeping track of my sleep because of medication changes. I might have to change to a more accurate app. Karen

Accurate tracking of sleep-wake time. Of the several apps I’ve tried, this one is most accurate. The only negative is that the information at the bottom of the main screen is very difficult to read.

Wow. Who knew you could get so much information from a little thing on your wrist. Amazing!! I think this app may allow me to live longer (or at least sleep better). My daughter is sending me to doctor.

One of the most in-depth sleep apps.... I’ve been using this app for around 3 weeks, and it is probably one of the most in-depth sleep trackers on the App Store today. Other sleep apps such as AutoSleep and Pillow on the App Store offer similar services, but if you’re looking for something to track your sleep just accurately, this is the one.

Greatly improved. This App is the best I have tried. It has improved a lot over the last couple of years so you can make more adjustments, which improves accuracy. The “trends” function gives you a good overview. The Fitbit was good, but who uses that any more.

Love it!. I have been using this for a couple weeks now, and I have to say that it works great! It provides you with all info from your night of sleep, it tells you how many minutes of restful sleep and how much restless sleep you had, along with recording your heart beat.

Amazing App. This app does everything one needs to understand their sleep habits It’s easy to setup and use. The results are clearly displayed and very accurate I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to completely understand their sleep pattern James Moir

The best sleep app of all time. I had huge doubts on this app but decided to give it a shot, especially after trying a couple other apps, like Autosleep. I’m glad I did because this is the best sleep app I have used. It is pretty precise with when you sleep. Tracks everything you do in your sleep.

Easy sleep tracking is back. I love my I watch but I hated the fact I couldn’t get my sleep numbers unless manually started and stopped the app. This does all those things and more automatically

No need to worry, simply works sleep tracker. Absolutely awesome, you don’t need to press anything before you go to bed. That’s the kind of I was looking for. Now you have it. Terrific. Do not buy the other cheap sleep apps (or expensive ones), because this one works.

Better than Fitbit. I’ve used Fitbit for sleep tracking for years. I tracked my steps with Apple Watch. With this app, I can do both. There is more detail on my sleep patterns and very accurate. I highly recommend it!

Not accurate at all! Zero stars!. I went from a Fitbit to the Apple Watch. The Fitbit was of course very good at tracking my sleep. This app had great reviews so I thought I’d try it. Wow! So bad! It said I was sleeping from 6:52-2pm. I was driving and running errands. I checked the settings and the next night, nothing was even close to accurate. I tried it a week and several times I was out and about driving, walking and it said I was sleeping. I then tried a new app - AutoSleep. Much better. I’ve had it for 3 nights and all 3 nights tracked very near perfect. Do not buy this app.

Drains your Apple Watch battery like no other. I bought this app because of all the great reviews. I don’t sleep well and wanted to see just how often I was waking up. Two nights in a row I used this app, and two mornings in a row I woke up to a dead Apple Watch. This is extremely frustrating, since I charge it right before bed. I had read a review that said to turn your watch to theatre mode, which I did after the first night, still woke to awful results. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

A window into your sleep. If you’re really up for waking up refreshed and ready to go then take a good look at what’s going on behind your eyelids when you’re sleeling, you will be surprised what you find. It helps me to figure out how to improve my sleep.

VERY nice sleep tracker. First night with the program. I’ve tried several sleep analyzing apps before and this is the best yet. I love that I can put the watch on airplane & theatre mode and it still works great. If you have problem, make sure run the diagnostic to figure out what the problem is first.

Love this app. This app is so worth the money it cost to buy it and it is so accurate. I always look at the time when I get up to use the bathroom at night just to see how accurate it is and it’s right on! My watch does light up every time I move but it doesn’t bother me.

Best app. I wrote a review before. About the dings all night you turn that off, I’ve never been woken up with the app or my watch5. And about setting it up while waiting on your Fitbit or watch. You have to wear your device 24 hrs, then it will track. Come on if you do what it says to do, best app ever

Usually it’s quite off, even after trying adjustments. My Fitbit did a better job, and it showed time spent in REM sleep, etc. I hoped this would do a similar job on the Apple Watch. After more than a week of use and few sensitivity adjustments, I’m disappointed. It’s fine for the most general of information that may or may not be entirely accurate, but not great, in my opinion.

SleepaMatic is the best!. I regularly use 4 Sleep apps. SleepMatic is by far the best. It reliably accesses data from my Apple Watch. it gives me an immediate readout from hour 1 to hour 8 of my sleep. It clearly shows my awake and “get up times“. The read-out graphs are clear and readable. It is the best!

Educational. I know I’m not getting a lot of deep sleep, this app really has been helpful identifying that. It is also eye opening to see my heart rate going up and down. I am now trying new ways to get the quality rest with the help of this app.

My life is better. I go to bed every night. And wake up every morning. Now, I see my life in a different lens. I wake up before I wake up, several times. I slept for 7 hours? Nope. That’s not true. I only slept for 4. At least that 4 was good sleep. Oh wait, only 48 minutes was good sleep. OHH , do not get me started with heart rate....

Sleepy head.. It has been quite interesting to see how I sleep at night or how little I sleep at night, finding out how many times I wake or how often I’m getting restless sleep. Not only that It gives much information on what is going on throughout the night while you are unconscious.

Works Well. I’ve been using this App for the past week. It initially captured too many instances that were not actually sleep - just long durations of minimal movement. I adjusted the sensitivity and as I did the last reading adjusted to my nights sleep. The setting for me was .60. That adjustment did the trick. Works perfectly now.

Frustrating, doesn’t record consistently. This app is frustrating, just when you think you have everything set up to track your sleep, only to wake up in the morning and realize it didn’t register anything. I’ve had this happen multiple times. There is no way to tell if it’s going to actually track or not. Wish I would have not purchased this and I’ll be purchasing another sleep tracker app. Save your money.

No in-app support. The app picks up my sleep if I sleep more than two or three hours but due to my schedule three hours is a luxury. I want to know what my cumulative sleep time is from different times of the day. I have tinkered with the adjustments of sensitivity and minimal sleep time but I can’t seem to get any sleep recorded that’s not at least three hours in duration. I went to the feedback support section but it requires me to setup an email address set up somehow, but there doesn’t seem to be an in app email field.

Great, Great, Great sleep tracker. So simple to use (just wear the Apple Watch to bed and sleep) and you get some useful and insightful insights. Highly recommended if you care to track your sleep. I came from using Fitbit, this app fills one feature I feel missing from Apple Watch.

Fantastic sleep app. I have looked at a lot of different sleep apps and used different ones. This by far I feel is the best. I use this one instead of the Apple Watch one much better at readings and graphing ! Hands down a great sleep app

I bought this because it said it was similar to Fitbit. While the charts and some of the icons are similar to the Fitbit sleeping tracker, the results are off and it never has my correct bedtime or wake time. I’ve double checked the time zone and it still does not make a difference. While this app is not expensive, it is a bummer because I was expecting more is a Fitbit type of sleeping tracker for my Apple Watch.

Not happy with this one. I thought this was an app that I could use with my watch where all I would have to do is wear my watch tweak a few things once and it does the rest. That is not the case. This is my 2nd night wearing it and it didn’t do anything the 2nd night. Then when you go to edit sleep it makes up crap when I haven’t even been asleep yet on that date.

Best sleep tracker for Apple Watch!!. Tried several other apps and this is where I settled. Latest update makes it even more useful. App has helped me become more accountable to getting enough sleep, I am happy to say I am finally averaging over 8 hours, and I am waking up less during night!!

Worth it. I’ve had a few other sleep apps for my watch and they either didn’t sync or they didn’t do anything at all. This is accurate and easy to manage.

EXCELLENT & EASY to use!. This is definitely NOT a situation where you get what you pay for! This App is inexpensive, yet does EVERYTHING the more pricey ones do, AND it does it in a much more easily understood manner! There was no learning g curve—I started using this one within 1 minute of downloading it!

Not totally accurate. Would have given 5 stars, however it seems that on occasion accuracy suffers. If I get up at 3 AM to use the facilities that is shown as waking time about 4 times out of 10. If I sit quietly at the kitchen table reading or playing cards the app thinks I’m asleep.

Genuinely Impressed with the sleep tracking results. I’ve been trying to find an automated sleep tracker for the Apple Watch since I had a series 1. This is the one for me after trying two others, even though one other seems to have more reviews.

VG. This is very good once you get the sensitivity set right. I like the fact that if it does happen to pick up if you are sitting on the couch before bedtime you can edit it to the actual time that you went to bed. I also like the fact that it monitors your heart rate. You can also look at your sleep history. Veg sleep app.

No more Fitbit required. Who needs a Fitbit with this ap? I know because I bought a Fitbit to track my sleep and just returned it. This ap is the same info but in a useable easy format and without having to switch watches at night. I recommend it!

No information. The first day two days I really had to make some adjustments to get the data to read correctly. On day three of owning the app, I got no data at all. The next night, however, I did get data and it did seem to be pretty accurate. So far it has not been very consistent so I will give it some more time.
