Soooo many ads. So many ads it’s just not worth it, you might as well go to the website, also, it does not always show all of the listings a user has available if they have more than two or three. The app definitely needs more work less ads.

Worst app ever. It deletes my ads and then locks me out of my account. I matter how many accounts I make, I cannot get into any of them! It’s like it’s in a loop. Terrible terrible app and web site . I would give zero stars if the app would let me

The ad has way too much advertising. I have used the website in Safari many times - and find it very frustrating and it has a lot of advertising - I would guess 70% of the listing are sponsored ads. They dragged all that over to the app and the added even more advertising. As much of a pain as the website is this app is terrible.

Disappointed. I have been a user for a year at first it was fine. I’m tired of not being able to post ads. I am disappointed that it isn’t loading for me. Needs updated

Not working. What’s wrong with the app every time I click on it it just goes blank? It doesn’t even open up

Ugh sooo many issues. Ads every 2 seconds and now I can’t even open the app - which is the only reason I put up with the rest.

No help. No support, no help, no way to contact anyone. Been trying for days to access my account, with no luck. It says that it sent verification to my phone and email, but nothing arrives. No way to contact anyone to get the help I need. Very upsetting.

Love the app. I love the Hoobly app just wish they would make it easier to use for quicker use

Aggravations. When I try to login to the app it just tells me to verify my email once I do that I tried to log back in and it just keeps repeating the same thing

Huge Unfixable Problem! Useless App!. I used to love Hoobly! Well, now it won’t accept my password. So I click reset password, it says my email isn’t in the database. So I click on new account, then it says that email is already in the system. THERE’S No Help!!!

Great but.... I love using Hoobly but now I can no longer log in on the app. It’s flagging my login attempts and making me verify through email EVERY SINGLE TIME which makes me use it via safari vs the app and I cannot see my messages nor delete the old ones via safari for some reason. I’m very frustrated and every time I get a message from “Hoobly support” on my Hoobly account it logs me off without notice.

No Support for app or website. Within days of creating a listing my account went “under review” and became inaccessible. I was never notified about the issue and only became aware when I logged in to check my listing. According to what I read, the only way to protect yourself from having your account flagged is to pay for it (with bitcoin only). There is no protection from other sellers flagging your listing and having it taken down for no reason unless you PAY. What a SCAM! There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, no email to contact, no phone number to call and no updates given and to top it off there is NO WAY TO DELETE YOUR OWN ACCOUNT.

Not very user friendly. Could use some serious help. It won’t let you narrow your search by state just goes back to everywhere. If you log into it by internet you can needs some adjustments made to make more user friendly. Thanks

GREAT!! omg. so like- ive been using this app for a few months (bc im a pet lover and its like a whole zoo) im constantly scrolling on the cute lil pets. i got a sun conure from this app and hes doin good as he can be!

Problems with the app. It doesn’t allow you to post, read msgs or classified’s. It just gives you one screen and it’s half. It’s like it’s froze and the app doesn’t need to be updated.

Love!!!!. I'm an avid Hoobly user and have been for about 7 years. I've bought and sold many dogs on Hoobly it's actually my #1 site I use for my business. I'm sooooo excited there's finally an app. I hate using the website bc most of the time I can't sign in,see messages or post an ad but I've had a wonderful experience with the app I haven't had any problems thus far and hope it continues. I highly recommend the Hoobly app!!! 1 thing is there's no advertisements about the app so there's a lot of ppl that don't know it exist that would be 1 thing to consider for your avid users like myself. Keep up the great work Hoobly.

Great app. I left a star off because I think there should be a way of leaving feedback and reviews about where and who you bought from. Help to weed out scammers.

What happened to the app?. I use to go to app and pick the state and town. Then pick categories. Not anymore. I have this big blue box at top and no where to pick my states or categories. What gives? Also I use to like where they put the dates the ads were posted so I could find the newest, and that stopped long along. What good is an ad from last December for me? It really needs dates to let me know if I’m wasting my time. App has just gone to pot in last 6 months. I do not recommend at all anymore. I use to love it and use it often. But I’m deleting app.

Ads. I’m looking at one post and multiple video ads will keep popping up. Very annoying! Also this app hasn’t been updated in over a year. Just save your phone space and use the browser to use Hoobly. Please update your app!

This app is no good. I received an email telling me to log on or I won't be able to ever again in future I did try to log on and even notified them it days just pending it's not working waste of time trying

It’s like it’s designed just to serve you ads. They stripped away search functionality, so now you’re left scrolling and paging endlessly to find what you’re looking for, which of course delivers you more advertisements than real results.

To many pop up ads.. Way to many pop up ads. Causes phone to freeze and makes the app very unfriendly and a pain to use. It’s a deterrent and won’t be coming back. Also searching is a pain. People don’t take down old ads.

Easy to use. The only problem is that it will sometimes log me out leaving me not to receive notifications.

Don’t waste your time. Hoobly was a good app in the past that I used for puppies but now you can’t do anything without ads popping up every couple seconds. The traffic and responses from listings I get now are also very little. Something has changed in the last couple days and now I can’t even get to my messages or my listings…

Frustrating. This app is veryFrustrating to use because they continually have pop-up advertising. Then they don’t have anything on the ads so that you can close them out so you constantly have to get pushed to the ad and then back to the app I will not use this app ever again!!!

Needs some work…. I love Hoobly. I’ve used it for years to sell my bullies. Only issue is that there is a lot of hateful people that like to message you but you can’t block them in any way. As well as not getting phone notifications and only email notifications. Most times when I open the app, an ad will pop up and when it’s cleared the entire app is frozen making me have to close it out and then log back in. Please fix these issues!!!

Terrible navigation. Love the community and the wealth of options on the platform but finding anything specific is near impossible. Navigating between messages, searches, favorites etc... just clunky and not well thought out. The search options and filters are nearly non-existent. Can’t filter by price, breed, male/female. Only 10 or so results per page (can’t change that either) In summary: Good community, poor execution of an app.

Sign in. I love Hoobly itself, but the app is not real user friendly. I have to sign into it every single time which isn’t bad, but every single time I have to go to an email to verify my account which is not convenient.

Frustrated with app log in process. I waited to post a review on the app because I was having trouble logging in and sent a feedback report expecting a response to remedy the issue. I sent that report over a month ago with no response. Don’t get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoy Hoobly; it’s the app I’m not a fan of. I try to log in on the app. Instead of it keeping me logged in like every other app does, a message pops up that I have to finish my log in through my email. When I do that, it sends me to the website on Safari. It never actually sends me back to app to be logged in properly. I find it frustrating that I have to go to the actual website every time I try to open the app. What’s the point of keeping it on my phone at all then?

Fix log in please. I have verified my email a half dozen times. It redirects me to the actual website after. I log out close all my iPhone windows. Click Hoobly app, log in, and it wants me to verify my email AGAIN 🤷🏻‍♀️So, I do, and it redirects to the website. Its a never ending cycle. The website works. I listed some ads, but the whole point was to have the app! Please fix.

Total joke. Placed an ad was able to log in for a week or so and I can’t now keeps asking for verification seriously I’ve had numerous inquiries and can’t even respond let alone see the messages fix the dang problem your costing people money

Can’t log in help. I have had my account for 6 years and now for some reason o can’t log in! I enter my email and password hit login and it opens a new window with a blank screen on the app it goes to a blue screen with nothing. Pleas help me fix this issue.

Website. Right now I was trying to update my pics for my ad and I’ve been redirected to a Camero website a rate this app listing and some other rating, I agree with the guy who popped up unexpectedly, get redirected, and if I don’t check the ad I miss buyers because I rarely get notified of buyers from the site itself, on the fence! Not on the fence- this site is the pits!

Horrible App, Horrible Website. I’ve been a Hoobly user for a few years to use in search of dogs. This year I bred a litter to sale and I’ve had the most difficult time logging into my account both online and through the app. I’ve had to resort to opening new accounts and they are all flagged and won’t allow me to log into sell my puppies. Every time I attempt to create an ad, I receive a message that my account is under review. No phone number or email support is offered to rectify my account information or verify who I am. Worthless app and website not worth the trouble.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. For some reason hoobly has changed the way you can search their website and their app is identical to their website it’s worthless you can’t look up a specific subject anymore I wish they would just go back to the way it used to be when It was easy to use

Not user Friendly !. This new version is the worst , makes it not user friendly to search for things and for all areas... Not sure who designed this new app but they should be fired ! Ugh so frustrating!

Signing In. I try signing in. It says to check my email to continue signing in. When I do so it takes me to the web browser in my Safari, not back to the app. There isn’t an option to get to the app from the web browser. It’s just a continuous cycle.

If you love ads. I have used a lot of apps over the years and by far this is the worst app I have ever seen. Totally useless to try to find anything. To bad 1 star is the lowest rating

Log in. My only problem with the app is every time I try to log in it makes me go to my email and verify it’s actually me and then when I click on the email and click where it says click here to verify it ends up opening it through my browser instead of the app anyways and I try to go to the app to see if it will let me log in on the app but it goes through the whole process again. So basically I might as well just use google chrome to log onto my account.

Sign in every time??. I like the fact that you can sell your pets on here, but having to sign in and then go to your email to continue to sign in is a pain in the buttocks. That really needs fixed

Don’t get the app. Don’t waste your time getting this app. It makes you re-log in for everything then makes you go to your email every time and it doesn’t let you post because it constantly asks to log in again right after you click post an ad

One of the worst apps. Few search options, and then fairly frequently stops giving you access to the few search options there are. Just… ugh. Always a frustrating experience.

Question. From last week hoobly is not working on iPhone 7Plus.

Won’t log in. Vicious cycle of trying to log into the app and it makes up check email to log in only it doesn’t take you to the app. Done waisting time deleting app. Messaging system has not worked right for quite sometime.

No way to report bad breeders. We purchased a dog that was listed on this website and I can’t get ahold of her for shot records or his birthdate. I’ve called and left a voicemail and sent 4 text messages. I love how easy it was to search the animals. I just wish there was a way to report bad breeders. I also wish Hoobly didn’t allow bad breeders to continue selling on their site

Terrible - if I could give 0 Stars, I would.. This app does not work, every time I go to login, it redirects me back to the login page. I’ve tried asking for help to no avail. I was excited about this app but it’s honestly just disappointing. I never rate apps, but this one sucked so much.

It “works” I guess but many issues. The app has many issues but I only have time to type out a few. The Favorite (⭐️) icon. When you click it accidentally there is no cancel or close option. Apparently the apps way of closing is having you click “Save” with a blank name. If you leave it blank then the Save button is essentially a Cancel button. If you choose to use one of your stored favorite listings, and you were in the middle of browsing something else, then as soon as you pull up a listing from the favorites you can’t get back to where you were. You have to search again and attempt to find your spot again. So be sure to use your favorites at the beginning or end of your browsing. When I click the hamburger or menu icon it prompts me to sign in (even though I am already). Then I click sign in, I don’t actually enter my credentials, and then click the menu button again and magically I’m signed in again. It’s garbage, so many ads that it freezes the app. There are so many that the devs can’t even figure out which ones to serve up at a time. I had 3 pop up at once and the app crashed.

Great App. I found three new puppies with this app! Very easy to use and navigate. I like the fact that I can save favorites too.

Account suspended. My account was suspended with no reason given. They want me to add a “non free” email address to start up my account again. I’ve googled this and it has happened to many people. Way to go hoobly.

App doesn’t work frustrating!. Love Hoobly but the app just doesn’t work! You try to sign in it asks you to verify your email and you do and can never get past there. What good is the app?

Needs work. It’d be nice if I could open my messages. Seeing the preview is nice but it won’t open up the entire message. Quite annoying

App Login. Can’t login using the app have to go through my web browser which defeats the purpose of an app.

Not happy in Ohio. This app is terrible, and I tryed to reach hoobly and it’s impossible. I hope they get this issue cleared up and make it more friendly to use.

Messaging Never Works. Don’t know if this is an app issue or a Hoobly issue but the messaging feature never works. Rarely receive responses via the site, have to resort to emailing or calling/texting.

Useless in its current state. Fix login process otherwise it’s useless, very flawed not sure how a coder could even think that might work.

App for Hoobly. The One, single person who revived this app giving it All Stars, must be the developer! Cos this app BLOWS! Don’t waste your time downloading!

Old listings. Just about every listing I have found are 3 plus months old. It needs to be updated more regularly or it is pointless.

Used to be a great app. This used to be a great app now it’s loaded with advertisements so now you can hardly sign into your account without a bunch of pop up apps. Not worth installing anymore.

Hate it. I absolutely HATE that the AP keeps logging me out every time I quit the AP, and then logging in again isn’t as easy as it could be with it’s 2 step verification process. 🤬

Login failure. Won’t let you login once you download the app. You enter your credentials and it just keeps making you do that.

One of the worst user interfaces for an app. The UX makes you think it’s 2006. Clunky, with out of control advertising. The classifieds are not searchable, at least in the iPad.

No notifications. I like the app but i do not like that it does not notify you of new messages.

Doesn’t work. Can’t sign in (it says cookies not enabled) and when I click on an Australian Shepherd ad, it filters by all aussies in the US instead of going to the ad.

Not good!. Every time I try to verify the app to enter it tells me to check my email. I can see that the first time or maybe the second or third time, but not 10 times.

sellers need better communication. love the app and that you can buy and sell whatever you want but some of the people who sell the dogs rarely answer and it’s really hard to actually buy one. i’m still waiting on a responds on a puppy that i wanted for almost 2 months already.

Message feature doesn’t work. If you want to message person it doesn’t work! You need to fix this feature as it is key to your site!!
