Awesome app. I got the app along with going to Kaplan and this app is super helpful. I passed my exam the first time no issues. I did extremely well on the national portion and knew almost everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend this app. Completely worth it. You won’t need more than a month.

Finally a winner!!!. I've been looking for an app on the go that I can study smart, take quizzes, and continuously test my knowledge. The best!. This is the best study guide if you are wanting to take you Real Estate Salesperson test. If you’d tidy the concepts and not just the answers, you are on your way to passing the test. This app has everything in an easy to use platform and set up just like the actual exam. I can’t recommend this app enough!!

Helpful for the exam. I completed my 90 hour course for my RE exam prep and did all of their practice tests. Then I downloaded this app and tried the practice questions. I liked them enough and I went ahead and purchased a 1 month subscription. The questions are generally good and I like that you can click whether you knew the answer or not and then build a custom test of questions based on the things you didn’t know. It was great practice. The only thing I didn’t like is that it refers you to learn your state specific rules. It should have a way you can select your state to get the specifics. Good stuff. Thanks.

GUARANTEED PASS. I was never big on studying and even struggled with learning disabilities as a kid. I used the app for a total of 10 days and I passed my real estate psi today. Extremely happy with the results, just put the time in to study with this app and I’m confident you will pass. As long as you put the work in, you will achieve your goals.

Frustrating!!!. I was getting into this app. I paid for it. Really wanted to study during the weekend. It kicked me out and I had to buy it 2 more times. I wouldn’t have wasted my money but, there is no one to contact on the weekend. Now I am out $30 and the stupid app does not work!!! I do not recommend. I lost a whole weekend, and $30 for a app that doesn’t work. I’m very mad!

Very bad experience. I wanted to use the 3 days free to check if I like it and before the end of the free Trial I wanted to unsubscribe and I couldn’t. I sent an e-mail to the costumer support and nobody answered me but I was charged the monthly subscription that I didn’t wanted. Even now I am subscribed without my wish.

GREAT APP, BUT......... I’m really enjoying this app. I was sold when I saw it was a Wiley company. I used Wiley to self study for my CPA and just like those study guides, this app does not disappoint. My only issue is that progress is only recorded using the Study Option. If I’m taking Quizzes, it is not tracked as a part of my progress. This becomes a problem after I have gone through all the material and I’m ready to test my knowledge by doing quizzes with all the topics mixed together. There will not be a way for me to see what areas I’m really weak in. That’s why I knocked a star off. If there is a setting or something I can change, please let me know.

Brilliant and Massively Helpful. LOVE this App as I am smack in middle of live classroom courses in Pasadena. Just mentioned to our instructor and wanted to suggest you add a “Share” function in settings and maybe some sort of incentive to users to share. I looked for this and didn’t see any sort of capability. My previous life was Tech Consulting and cloud systems integration along with Marketing so it struck me you could be capitalizing more on the app by making this function readily available. :)

Awesome. Most of the questions were what I got wrong in the state exam. This app is legit and on point.

Reading the text. I really like this app but would like it to be in bold text or darker text. After reading you tend to lose the text in the white background.

Not that great…. The format is the exact same as the Dearborn app, however, this one doesn’t provide explanations of the answers after answering. Dearborn does. Even on the trial version. I would recommend downloading their app vs this.

Not even close to adequate preparation. I’ve been licensed as a salesperson for 7 years and am preparing to take the broker exam, which is mostly the same material as the salesperson exam but with a higher score required to pass. So I’ve taken the exam once, have taken all required broker courses, have taken numerous official practice tests, and am currently finishing up a cram class provided by an approved education provider. I’ve seen actual test questions more than once, and the ones in this app are NOT adequate preparation. The question style is way off and the material covered doesn’t reflect the material on the actual exam. Your state real estate commission website has the info on what percentage of questions are on what topics. The ones in this app are not it. Save your money for an approved prep class. This did nothing but put a dent in my confidence. I score low on these but consistently get 90%+ on real practice tests.

There’s nothing like it. So helpful. Thank you. It’s a great app. So many free and relative questions. I hope I pass my test this time. I’ve taken it once and totally flunked. It’s hard to find good material and my real estate class and teacher sucked. Thanks for creating this app.

Great app. Very helpful and even the free questions offered help a lot!

Keeps up selling. I paid the 29. But can only access 10 questions a day unless I pay more. It blocks out any explanation of the answers unless I pay more. For the 1st $29 u get 19 questions with no explanation and nothing more except adds to buy more membership. There is no one supporting the app you can e mail or call. This is a waste of money and worse for up selling than a free game. Then when u want to review you have to pick a nickname, all of which have been taken I will continue to input random letters in hopes of getting this posted

Awesome App, could use podcasts/ videos.. Awesome app, it’s seriously helped me out a lot. There are little tips and tricks you don’t learn in the normal Real Estate classes. It’s well organized and setup, and it’s great on the go. The only 2 things that I think would make this app the perfect RE app would be video/podcasts and if there was a website I could log onto. Sometimes it would be convenient, I feel, to be able to access all this on my computer.

Passed on my first try. I never review apps, but I feel this one has earned it. Passed my tests on the first try, national and two states while using this app as my dominant study method. Very helpful layout and system. Thank you!

Smart studying. I took the NY exam and this app really prepared me for it. If you practice the questions by topic every day until you master all of the topics, you can finish the test with confidence. That’s what it’s all about! Target all the questions you don’t know and slowly learn all aspects of the test. Good luck to your career!

Explanation. I love the questions this app has and how it repeats them in different terms so you know you got it. However the explanations are terrible, they will explain why they aren’t the other answers before explaining when it was the correct one. Some will be like try to remember this one because it starts with a T. If this app really explained the answer it would be 5 starts.

I usually don’t write reviews, nor did I want to pay for the subscription, but after struggling to get this information down, this app has really given me hope that I can get this information down. Great app to help pass the MA salesperson exam.. I used this app over the course of several months on and off to help study for the national portion of the MA salesperson exam. I was able to pass on the first try by only using this app and state specific flash cards on quizlets.

Best mistake I ever made.. Silly me, I thought I could just study and take the state exam, so I memorized every bit of this app. After that, when I went and tried to take the state exam, they told me about the 60 hour pre-license course. I was shocked and caught way off guard, had NO idea about it. But, when I did take the pre-license course, because of what I learned in this app, I was able to breeze through the course in 6, I repeat 6 days, then passed the state exam on the first try. Although the material in this app is not state-specific, it is VERY informative and when you take pre-license, you will learn your state specific criteria. One of the best parts of this app is that the quick-start questions pull from each of the units randomly, so you learn a little from each unit as opposed to one unit at a time like the pre-license course. It helped because as I went through each unit of pre-license, I had a HUUUGE head start on each unit. I could not have gotten my license or began my real estate career without THIS app. Now go ahead and hit download and start studying!!

Unhappy. I paid for my year subscription three days ago and now it's like it's back on the trial version. Can someone fix my problem please.

I need music to study.. So I got this app. Hoping to take the real estate exam. Don’t get me wrong this is a great app but anytime I open this app while playing music. The music stops. Can this be fixed pls. Cause I paid for the premium version. Thank u. I use the iPhone X.

Great Purchase. I purchased this app to cram with 1week before taking my pre-license exam. Passed it on the 1st try. Studied an additional 2 weeks before taking the state exam and also passed it on the 1st try!

Passed my exam!. After 3 tries I finally passed my exam. This was the only difference in my studying! Highly recommend this app. Lots of good questions, explanations, and content.

Worst interface. I just signed up and on the home page are things that say there are 25 questions. You click on that thinking that naturally it would run thru them one at a time, but no. There is NO way to do this. You answer ONE question and there’s no way to click to the next question. You have to go back to the home page and start over for each question. Seriously the stupidest user interface I have ever seen. Don’t get this, find another, better designed, app.

Stops and freezes. I was really hopeful for this App. It stops mid test, closes the app and doesn't keep where you are in your progress. I contacted their Tech Support people. I was told they are looking into it. Nearly a week into it, i have had nothing but problems. When paying this much money, it should work. I told the developers all that was happening, i was then given a web app. I was told to log in and it will give me full paid access. Nope! Their work around is nonexistent. Very frustrating. I have to go to iTunes to force a refund. Horrible service and support.

Convenient way to study. Convenient and helpful questions but at times the quizzes will crash

User friendly. This app is great! It was a little expensive, but I like it that I can use it anywhere for a few quick questions; like in line at the grocery store or getting gas, etc. I also love that there’s an explanation no matter if you are right or wrong. I don’t have to look all through my notes to find the answer; therefore I have more time to take all of the tests.

Questions cause confusion and frustration. This app is not helpful at all. All the questions are just trick questions that aren’t even close to the questions that are on the national test. Half the questions explanations negate themselves. I took a 60 hour course, using Dearborn’s book and online site, and got 90 on the test. Dearborn offers real national test questions. These questions are not helping me, they just make me confused and frustrated.

Not helpful, finally stopped using it. I needed this for the National portion, not the state and I found this to not be useful. I finally stopped using it altogether and focused my attention elsewhere, where I was able to learn and pass my exam. Having taken the exam once before I bought this app, I knew the type of questions to expect on the exam and this app didn't cover those. I bought 3 apps and an online class and only 1 app proved helpful and the online class was the most beneficial. I would not recommend this app.

Over charging without my consent. Regardless, they automatically enroll you in auto payment. I applied for a 1 month and they automatically place you in a monthly autopay. I will be contacting Apple to get a refund. Such a hassle.

Fantastic application. I didn't really feel confident until I got this app. When you get a question wrong you get immediate feedback as to why. I took the course test and then the state exam and passed them both first try. It's nice to know where your weaknesses are and this application did it for me.

IM UPSET. Paid for app and locked out. My exam is on Wednesday and it’s Friday so it can’t get fixed until Monday I’m guessing. I just want my money back.

Questions Gone. So I got the trial version for 24 hours and it showed that there was about 900 practice questions. After purchasing the full version (when my trial was up) there is only showing a total of 415 practice questions available! Where did the extra questions go?! Love the app aside from that- was hoping to have more of a mix of questions to test my knowledge like it showed before!

The questions are on point exactly how worded on the state exam I failed , it explains after you've answered ur question not only about what the questions are about but also the other answers meaning as well like how I study I'm praying this app helps I still need help with finance and math hopefully this app gears towards my weaknesses

Amazing app. This app is really amazing. There were very few questions that didn't pertain to NY real estate, which is where I'm registering, and this app is so perfect for the last 24 hours of cramming for the exam, because the first 24 hours are free. It made studying fun and easy, and allows you to categorize questions so that you can go back to them as many times as you need too. The flash card/ vocabulary section was really helpful too. Highly recommended!

Great App!. I passed my national exam on the first try because of this app. I had taken my 60 hour required course and just didn't feel like it had given me everything I needed. I tried this for free for about 20 hours and then bought the course. I liked the way you could choose whether you knew the answer well, somewhat or not at all. That way you could go back and review and then take the question again with an in depth understanding of what the question was asking. There are chapters that match the part of the exam that you can refer to before returning to the question. Great app! Highly recommend it!

Great!. I love that it gives you the questions you weren't too sure on in a different category so you can go back to it later. I'm always on my phone and I find it easier to study so I love that I can take it anywhere with me. Sitting in line? I will practice instead of getting on Facebook or snapchat. I would recommend to anyone!

Study. The app is great for understanding concepts. Awesome learning tool since I found it to give me a jump start on material we go over in class. Real estate is not only education, but having a passion for it certainly helps creative learning. Seeing the last review is saddening because those are the people who cry, complain, and make excuses. The BEST studying guide ever!. It took me 5 tries and almost a year but i finally passed...both the state & national exam the same time! I was in total shock & was so relieved that all that studying was well worth it! Very good. App is a great study tool for someone getting ready to take the national exam. It gives you the tools Necessary to conceptualize the material, some of it may not be on the national exam but it's better to be over prepared. For the app to be effective, use the daily study goal and meet it daily. If your having trouble applying the material to real world problems/situations I would fully recommend this app.

The results will tell. I have been using this app for about an hour now, I don't have a lot of basis for rating yet. Seems well structured and easy to use. I like the progress portion, shows me how I am doing overall. Thank you for the 24 hr full access trial!

Reason I Passed the Test!!. I believe the info in this book/app was the reason I passed the RE test. It made it so much easier to understand with the information being summarized based on category description and connection. Great references when to check on state law and LOVED the detailed examples and description that gave accurate relation!

Ineffective Test prep. While this app is well set up, easy to use and allows you to learn a ton about real estate none of the questions I had on the National portion of my exam were even close to the questions asked in the app. I feel that I have wasted my money and hours and hours of time because all of the studying I did resulted in not passing the exam. I am able to get a high percentage of questions right on the app but the actual exam didn't have questions that were even similar to these. I passed my state portion just fine in using the state study materials I purchased. Wishing I hadn't used this product and didn't have to go take an expensive test over because I studied the wrong material.

Why does everything have to be a charge. It lets you take one small exam and charges you after that

A lot of info... Pros: Ties in perfectly with the book of the same title. A lot of good info. Cons: Is a bit pricey. Also, there's a lot of information on here that wasn't relevant for the test in my state (Texas). I used this to prepare for the Texas real estate exam (which I just passed). As someone else stated, it will not help you with the state portion of the exam.. Just the national. I realized after I purchased it that the real estate commission in my state offered an outline of topics (national and state) that would be covered on the test. The material in this app covered WAY more material than I needed to study. My advise would be to check it out for free before purchasing it to see if the same applies to your state. If it does then this app will definitely help.
