Fix the Game. I absolutely love this game! I solely play it to compete with the leader boards! I don’t understand how I can get up to nine lives and still be at the bottom of the totem pole. I understand that there is a win lose ratio but how is it even possible to lose one level for 12 hours? While sitting patiently waiting for more lives. Why are the butterflies no longer in my favor? What are the tickets good for now that story is complete. I have played the game for years and would hate to let it go! This used to be my go to game since I had to let candy crush go due to the same issues! One would think y’all would prefer more downloads that actually get played! Guess not! After making it to levels 3256 and 974 I would hope you want me to continue to play, sadly i hate being constantly cheated I stopped spending as much money because if you do it loosely the game becomes extremely hard and impossible to win without spending money. I connected to Facebook and only can see one friend luckily I can receive the life without signing in every single time! I love the game so much that I’ll give time to fix these bugs while finding a great replacement.

Player Support Ineffective. This was my favorite game for years. I am level 4282, and legends level 95 so I’m not a beginner. I should be higher but as I can tell by recent comments we are all having problems progressing due to advertisement glitches. I have messaged support and of course they give me the auto-generated answer of uninstall, restart, update, etc. as if I am new to online gaming. We don’t get this far in the game by not knowing how to attempt a fix on our own. Obviously there is a problem with advertisements freezing the game resulting in loss of boosts, levels, prizes, and progression. I’ve won several levels multiple times in a row which is getting boring, btw, due to the game bringing me back to the level previously won due to having to force stop the game and re-enter. I would rather have the support team thank me for my input and honestly tell me that they are working on a solution instead of making me feel like an idiot. I’m going to jump on the ‘ please give me a paid option to do away with advertisements’ bandwagon which seems to have been a request from many people for years and years with no resolution. Sadly, my patience is wearing thin and I may just move on to a different game. Gaming is supposed to be fun not frustrating.

It was fun while it lasted.. I’ve been playing this game for a couple years and think I’ve come to the end of the yellow brick road! As with most online games you end making purchases if you want to keep moving up, I won’t even mention how much I’ve spent on this game, just say maybe too much. So now as I’ve reached Level 2655 there are no more levels available. I have two choices, play Land of Oz Legends or Glinda verses the Wicked Witch. Unfortunately it has become nearly impossible to keep advancing to next levels so I end up repeating the same games, thus the game has become boring now and I’m losing interest. I’ve managed to make it to a Master player, however I don’t see much incentive to maintain it, as there is no way I’m putting more money into conquering these near impossible levels. Plus the game has made changes where the tickets you earn have become useless as there is no longer options to use them on anything. I don’t know if the developers are planning more on creating more levels beyond 2655, but if they don’t, I’m afraid I may need to find a new game. Let’s see.

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. This movie is the first movie I can remember as a kid and I absolutely fell in love with all the characters back then ... fast forward 53 years and here we are able to immerse ourselves in games themed to one of the greatest films ever made. I have played the game for more than 10 years now and still play on my iPhone6. Although I have some issues I still enjoy the program. I’m on level 2387 now and still going. I will play as long as they keep the game up and running. I never buy the extras only the free lives. It’s hard sometimes to do that but it works for me. I mostly play when I’m waiting on something or someone or taking the occasional bathroom break... lol all in all this is probably the best game ever and I’m thankful to be able to have a go to game when I need that getaway!!! To add to this review it is 7 years later and Im on level 3580 and its still my favorite game of all time on my phone apps

Long time Player-until Now. I have been playing this game for years on different devices and starting over every time. So I know have been to the top of the highest levels a couple times. I also have been really happy on how it plays. I have always made a purchase so I don’t have an ad. I am good with that. My issue started a week ago when there was an update which I didn’t know about at the that time. So I didn’t think about it being that kind of issue. So I tried to enter game and it told me I have to have a secure connection and to connect to Wi-Fi. I use data most of time so I connected to my Wi-Fi and it still said same thing. Since I have been hacked in the past I think that’s my issue or something going to happen to me. I delete the game. I was so bummed that my game progress is gone. That has never happened before. I have deleted on devices and it still knew me. Not now. But that doesn’t matter at this point I still can’t get into the game still says my connection is insecure and to connect to a secure server. What’s going on???? Are you guys hacked ??? Are you trying to fix the issue? Please address the issue with a statement please because we deserve it. It’s not just me that is having this issue. I love playing this game. It’s the only one I play. Please fix it. Thank you.

Not good on iPad. I have played this game for a long time and enjoy the actual game play, but am so frustrated with playing on the iPad. It stopped rotating to landscape and I complained. They said they optimised the game for the phone and had no plans to correct this for iPad. They obviously don’t care about people that play on the iPad because now many of the ads won’t let you get back to the game. The x or => symbols do not respond. I have to kill the game and get back in. Of course I lose my reward or game extension. When I tried to use the online support, the wait time was 7 min. No way to just send an email with the issue. So then I tried playing on my note9. The game doesn’t recognize my stylus to play the game. My fingers are not as accurate as a stylus so again major frustration. At least the ads respond correctly so I can get my rewards, but I hate playing on the small screen. It’s obvious the company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at least on the iPad. As a result I don’t play nearly as much as I used to and am close to giving it up entirely.

Not getting any help from support and unable to move from level 615 and on to next chapter. I have had similar issues to other people who have posted here. I have been double billed multiple times, their response was i must not remember and they add the times up on one bill to present. However the ones i showed i was charged within seconds of the first purchase. The latest issues are glitches when you try to use power ups and the games taking the power up and giving you no credit. Very slow on getting the release of colored blocks. But that is no where as bad as the issue i have now where i can’t move on. I have completed level 615 and i am not able to load new content. It shows me the download new content, it starts to attempt, then flashes and nothing ever happens. I can only go back and play other levels. Guess my time with this game is done. Will not support the company as i have received little to no help when emailing. All i was told was to force close app. Done and done times 10. Have latest version and restarted my phone several times. May not work with Apple IOS system so beware before you start buying anything from this company.

I am beginning to not like your game. Mostly because you should have a chance to wi every time you play but I’ve become convinced that I win when you want me to. You watch commercials for extra turns misty comes when you don’t have a chance to win. The butterflies never go where you need them to go. One game I had all my colors but needed to get rid of flowers to win but the butterflies never went to the flowers rather just kept going to the spots to drop the scarecrow even thought I didn’t need for that to drop. What drops after you take something away is never what you need except when you let me win the game. So I will play your game but if it continues as before I will not watch your ads and soon may stop playing a game up until now mostly enjoyed playing! I am done. What was once a game I loved to play now I don’t it’s rigged for you to lose until the time when they want you to win maybe all they want is for you to BUY the free turns and when the realize you won’t they they let you win so you’ll keep playing but enough is enough good by

Has changed over the years.. not for the better. I have been playing this game for years on and off. I started playing more frequently again a few months ago, and what I’ve noticed, is that you now almost have to PAY to play. This was never the case all the years prior!! It’s a fun game, and I enjoy it. I just hate that this game has become like all the others… and it’s all about getting players to spend their money. You don’t get much back “ free” as perks. I’m at the highest tier a player can reach, and you don’t get many perks- which is unlike many other games. The higher your level/ the greater the perks( free butterflies/ free beams/free bubbles/ free magic balls…. ) Any of these would be great to KEEP loyal players still actively playing. I stopped all the candy crush games b/c it was all about getting you to pay to play. Now, this game has these season passes and you do get some rewards, but the rewards that are helpful, are ones you have to buy. I admit, I bought this for Christmas season. You could buy the $4.99 “pass” OR $6.99 pass plus 100 gold bricks. I bought that, and never got my bricks. Contacted support, and they said it was “ 100 bricks “IN the holiday pass”. That’s NOT how it was advertised. I voiced my frustration with this and was told they would “ pass it along to let the developers know”. How does that help me? Pardon my rambling. I strongly dislike being mislead by games… and sadly now THIS game has started doing that..

Finicky love affair with this game.... When I first started playing I was blown away by the graphics, the bonuses, the tidbits and absolutely loved everything about this game. Being the “rabid Oz fan” that I am I knew this game could either be fabulous or a flop. Once I got deep into the game I wasn’t as enthusiastic, as with any game it seemed you had to pay to play, then the whole thing crashed so I didn’t play for quite some time. Everything got repaired and it was fun again...until the developers decided to try a “reboot” and everything became too cost prohibitive...so, thankfully, they changed back to the old format. Now, it seems there are bugs again and I may quit playing altogether! For a month now I’ve tapped on the bonuses and sat through a 30 second ad only to get shafted and not receive anything! After reaching top tier and doing everything I’m supposed to, I get demoted 3 levels within days! Boo-hiss developers! AND, when I indulged and paid for a $5.99 package I was charged DOUBLE! Noooo, bad game! Bad! I’ve gone over some bank records and it seems this has happened a few times! Again, boo-hiss developers!

Short changes your progress. Love the game however when you clear off the board needed to reach your goal to win the game I notice on several occasions your numbers or credits are not counted, example, your goal is to clear off red poppy’s, so as you keep eliminating them your goal keeps getting smaller and smaller what I find is many times you clear them off the board but your goal stays the same, example, 10 poppy’s to clear, you eliminate say 3 and your goal number stays the same, it should be down to 7, so it’s rigged in their favor to get you to spend money, I will not be tricked into paying, sorry but if this was on the up and up I would rate it 5 stars and maybe spend money to play, but not when the game is rigged

Terrible update. Just did an update to my game which you know every time you turn around there’s a update, right after the update I couldn’t even get in the game I had a window that kept popping up saying thank you for updating please restart the game so I’d hit restart oh I can’t restart because you’re not connected to Facebook but I couldn’t connect Facebook because the stupid pop up window kept popping up going restart restart couldn’t send a message to customer service either I’ve been playing this game for over a year I was on level 300 and something I maybe was 100 and something but I was up there and I had to delete the game, shut my iPad off completely an hour uploaded the game again and now I just get the screen that says Wizard of Oz magic match, frozen screen, It would be great if I could get back to play my game how bout fixing it people!!!

Please fix issues. I, like so many others LOVE this game and play it daily. However, I can’t even play the game. If I click on the add to get the free stuff, my screen goes black and the only option I have is to close out the app and start back up. So annoying. And now, today, I can’t even play at all. Even ignoring the ads, if I start playing, I can’t even play a complete life before the app crashes & closes, causing me to lose that life. Please fix. Also, I am equally frustrated as the others about how the game no longer gives hardly any rewards for play at all. ie., axes, butterflies, etc And when I go through the effort to create a butterfly, it’s not even on “my side”. It doesn’t even help me anymore. It’s almost a waste of time to create it. Please consider going back to like it was before. You don’t have to give excessive rewards for play, I get it, you want to make money, but you could go back to at least giving SOME rewards for play.

Still LOVE this game. I stopped playing for a few months but as I was wondering before I took a break from it, where do I claim my gold coins? They haven’t moved in a few years. I’m hoping they’ll magically appear somewhere but I’ve looked everywhere I think. And it’s been a couple years since I’ve seen those good perks like watch a video for 3 extra moves, haven’t seen any extra crystal balls or other helpful things in a long time. I’m stuck on a difficult level right now and there’s never a thing in sight to help me get past it. And the perk they used to have where we could help a friend pass a level that was great too. I’m on a high level, I’ll keep trying but we could use a little help. 😀

Rip Off!!. The latest scam is the one that caused me to delete the game forever. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars. I’ve been a loyal player. I was on level 1735. But your sneaky “open the piggy bank at 75 coins” scam pushed me over the edge. The game advertised you could open and earn 75 coins when your piggy bank reached this level (within a limited period of time). So OF COURSE I spent money and pushed through to achieve this. And guess what happens when you get to 75 coins? You can only open it if you pay $6.99!!! What? Ever heard of bait and switch? Misleading or false advertising? Sharp practice? I am DONE. Friends, AVOID this game. They well and truly only want your money. They have officially become as bad and greedy as Candy Crush. I used to play this game because it was actually playable and not Candy Crush-a game where you could only advance by buying add ins. Because of the high playability, I did spend real money. But of course over time the (free) playability has gone down and the prices have gone up. I’m done. Shame on you developers for this latest misleading scam!

So very annoying.. New Review: Now with the latest update the game can only be played in portrait mode. This is a deal breaker for me, and I definitely won't be playing it unless this is changed. Several of my friends have said they will delete the app if forced to play in portrait mode. This was a bad decision ~ or is it just poor coding? ........................................... This game could be a lot of fun. The graphics are fantastic, and the theme is very charming. But it really only works well if you have a very current device. If you have an older device, expect frequent freezing and unpredictable functionality. Also, like most games developed by this company, it is very highly monetized. As you progress to higher levels you need to use more and more "boosts" in order to pass the levels ~ and the daily bonuses are extremely stingy. Most annoying is one of their bugs. Namely, quite often he gifts sent to you by your friends simply disappear. I just had around 25 lives vanish. As I said, the game is very appealing, but even with that in mind I cannot recommend this game unless you are lucky enough to have a large balance in your iTunes account and you don't mind spending it on games instead of books, music and movies.

Game is becoming a ripoff. I’ve been playing this game for several years now. I’ve spent a lot of money on it too. I’ve noticed what others have been saying. The game is starting to get greedy. They used to give nice rewards, a crystal ball, at every an ax, but now it’s mostly lives, which I don’t need. What really frustrates me is the magic butterflies. They used to click on the things you still needed to collect when you created one. That was kind of the point I think. And if you got into a spot where you had to pay to continue, they would always help. Well not anymore. It seems like they have been reprogrammed to not help you at all because say you have 2 turns left and just need 2 items. And lucky you, you have w butterflies you can tap and use. Well, the butterflies now won’t tap on the 2 items you need, they go to another part of the board and collect something you don’t need. Also, I’ve encountered some hard levels that are so hard, you will have to pay to keep going forward. Until recently that usually worked. I just however spent $4.99 + $2.99 + $2.99 thinking surely I’ll be able to get the last 2 pieces! Nope. $11 later and I still needed the same 2 pieces. I deleted the game. I’ve recently lost my job due to COVID, so I’m choosing where to spend my money, and spending it on an unfair game isn’t happening any longer from me. It’s sad because I really really like this game.

Sad, Disappointed & DELETING✌️. I really enjoy playing this game. It's my little escape at night before bed and it helps me clear my head from the day. Why do you need so much FREAKIN storage!!!! But what I can't get past is why would a simple fun game cheat me out of points I obviously earned? Or why when I have two more turns and make a move, suddenly I have no more turns?...Why cheat ppl out of fun. When you cut corners or what ever the term might be for a game app, you take the fun out of it. I've been playing this game for some time now and I'm comfortable with this game. I enjoy it but not so much that I'm disregarding my responsibilities. But when I'm being cheated out of the satisfaction of winning because the game decides that I don't get the full points for a turn I clearly should have received, I question why I'm giving this game so much of my precious sleep time....I'm very saddened with the decorum of how this game is being controlled.

Game used to be fun but no longer!. I have been playing this game for a few years and enjoyed beating levels and receiving my daily goodies. I don't have Facebook so I'm not sure what is missing from that end. Every time there is an update it seems to get worse. Now I can't even use my 2000 tickets for anything except to buy "moments" who cares about them? I used them in the past to boost my score when winning a level. It's very difficult to get gold as where you used to get three a day for watching a dopey video- no longer available maybe one or two if it's a lucky day. The game freezes and kicks you out which is annoying to say the least, but when you spend 9 coins and win the level and it boots you it's extremely irritating! I have deleted this game three or more times and don't know why I'm such a pathetic sucker to reinstall it, I guess I'm hoping things will go back to how they used to be. Portrait mode stinks and the weekly promotion or demotion stink as well, please listen to your players and revert back to how it used to be!

Update. After playing this game for years and reaching level 3770, I can tell you the game has changed. It used to be i could play a level a few times and then win. Sometimes I would relent and use the power ups. In the last year, I’ve noticed the game is clearly rigged to suddenly adjust at the end of a level to where you are never at an advantage. It’s so obvious. It was never like this when I played the first two years. It’s sad. I’ve spent $100’s on this game and it’s stupid of me. It’s also in very bad form of the game. Too many people trying to make money on this game it would seem. I think I need to stop playing. I just love this game! Not only is it absolutely beautiful throughout, the features from the movie make the game visually exciting. I especially love the trivia prizes providing details from the movie production! The sound effects and character enhancements add the finishing touch! I've never experienced a single glitch and I'm on level 178. Furthermore, I'm able to play without purchasing anything. Those who choose to will only enjoy it faster and more often! 😊

Still needs work. Update: Level 1268 ...... Butterflies are absolutely worthless. They don’t complete their attack. Having an awful time getting past this level, & this time I refuse to spend more money that I don’t have ! Can you please fix this? 😖😖😖 Hi again, I did the update as suggested & now I am NOT getting the heart or the box with all the goodies. PLEASE FIX THIS. Thanks At first the game is entertaining, but the further up you go in levels, the fun starts to turn into frustration. For example: Not enough moves in order to finish a level When the scare crow makes his entrance, if there are MORE than 1 leaving the board, it only computes as one. At one point I had 3 leaving at the same time. I got jipped out of 2. The same if 2 leave the board at once, it only gives you the credit for 1. I realize the game is programmed to make money, but even when spending coins, it's still not enough to finish the level....eh? There should be coins given at the completion of each level. Even if it's just 2 or 3. That way, it gives an incentive to continue on, even if a level needs repeating several times to finish. At first, we can get another life by watching an advert. But those get far & few in between as well. Also, there are times when a level eats up more moves than it should. The wait time for accumulating more lives is too long. Hey techs, fix these issues, & this game will be spot on! Thanks.

Fun game BUT .... I have been playing for a year now. It has now gotten to the point that if I don’t pay money I will not get past certain levels. No rewards pop up any longer. I have been stuck on a level for weeks now. Constantly I’m left with one item to clear before I’m out of moves. I suspect this is by design hoping I’ll bite and buy moves. I’ve done that in the past but no more. I don’t play for several days out of frustration, only to get back into the same vicious cycle. Other games give you some assistance to welcome you back to a game. I’d like to just delete it and hopefully start all over again; at least you’ll get the potential to move past a level in a reasonable amount of play. Almost done with this one.

Will bleed you dry. Game has great sounds and graphics. Ive been playing for yrs now and notice that I'm unable to advance without having to make in app purchases continually to advance. Ive played many match 3 games but the gameplay has now become completely stressful, draining and not fun at all. No other ways are provided to give you coins except through payment. It amazes me that most developers have created gaming apps that really aren't games but a form of gambling....where you are constantly paying to play. I don't mind anyone making a profit but be honest. These are your customers. I know big business has kinda thumbed their nose at the consumer believing their gameplay is borderline addictive behavior or disassociation “playing” out and so they have no interest in anything but their own greed. Not only is this nation crumbling but the entire world is suffering bcause of this mindset. I wont say no one should play just use caution. Soon enough you will see its truly not a game just a gambling apparatus.

Disappointing. I love this game except for the Emerald City Challenge. According to the instructions for this I should be 2 levels up than what I am. Supposedly one is supposed to be promoted to the next level if you finish “above the promotion zone” Every week I have not only finished “ above promotion zone” I have also finished in 1st place. No promotion & no rewards. This challenge was a waste of time. There seems to be a glitch is this part of the game. Otherwise this is my favorite game, but this issue has pretty much ruined the fun. The above issues were fixed a long time ago & I now love the Emerald City Challenge, this latest version has some very irritating problems. 1st: After I finish a level the screen goes black. I can still hear the game but have to turn it off & restart in order to continue to play. This has happened over & over in the past week since the update. 2nd: Good grief! Why all the ads!!! And some of them loop over & over and have to be manually turned off! There always have been a lot of ads, but this is getting ridiculous! I REALLY LIKE the game but these problems make it less fun and more of a waste of time. I will delete the game if these issues aren’t fixed.

Rip off!!!. I have played years on this game. In all the games I play online, not once have I Ever written a review. However, I can't deal with being ripped off after I've paid to play the game further! I only had 2 more things I needed to win, so I spent the $4.99, only to have it close the game unless I paid again. So, I thought ok, I'll let that slide & go ahead & buy the $2.99 to continue playing. Nope, it closed again as if ready to start a fresh new game unless I paid more to continue. I know I shouldn't have, but I paid the $2.99 one more time thinking surely it would take it & let the game continue on. Btw, this is not the 1st time this game has done this to me. I wrote the company several yrs. back, about getting a refund on the time before, but never heard one word back from them. I love this game, & most people might have quit after it did this to them twice. I never would have considered it, but after this time, I feel they are totally ripping people off. I'm not one to spend a lot of money on a game, mainly because I don't make that much. So when I do spend it, it's on things I enjoy, like this game. However, I don't like to be taken advantage of. I try to be a nice person with a kind & loving heart to people. So, that's why I warn you to just be careful on spending your hard earned money on this game. Great game. I love the game however, I’ve had multiple technical issues with this game! I have been in the middle of competitions and my progress completely deleted. I have finished all tiers on events and my progress has been deleted. When I email the company all they do is ensure that their developers are hard at work to resolve the issues. I have never experienced the customer service being rude, however, they are not sympathetic. They do not like to redeem your purchases or the items that you lost from the glitches in the game. I have contacted them multiple times and I have been told the same thing over and over... force close the game or delete it and reinstall it. I’m not stuck at level 555 because it won’t download my new episode. I’m done with this game! Its frustrating probably because I like the game so much! If you had fixed these issues sooner, I wouldn’t be deleting it!

I really love this game..... But, I've tried the newer version and I have to say that the only thing I would change is that the character coming out needs to be a little bit slower. I'm up to level 191 and when the character, who this level is the Scarecrow, comes out to throw the Poppies, he is way too fast to keep up with. It's like "Here comes the Poppies---whoosh, whoosh". I guess that I can get used to it, but it's going to take awhile, I guess. Keep up the great work. It's a great game!!! Friday, May 10th, One other change I'd make is that you should change it to where the horizonal screen comes up. I definitely DO NOT LIKE it in portrait screen. My IPad runs smoother when I play games in horizonal more. Judging from what I've been reading in the other posts, no one likes the portrait screen either!!! PLEASE CHANGE IT!!!

Disappointed in new pay-to-play “seasons” feature. I have played this game every day for almost three years. The graphics and themes are wonderful. The levels are challenging without being impossible. New levels and features kept the game fresh. The options for in-app purchases was always there if you wanted to advance a bit more quickly (which I sometimes did) however if you wanted to just be persistent and play harder to advance you could still compete in the game. But this month the developers decided to change the playing field and make it necessary to pay a monthly fee (season pass). Oh you can still play without a season pass if you can’t pay the $5 a month but you don’t get any where! So after 3 years of daily play, I am saying goodbye. It’s just not fun anymore now that the playing field is no longer level. Too bad they couldn’t offer 2 versions- one for those who don’t mind paying a monthly subscription and another for those who can only afford the occasional in-app purchase.

Great game!. This a great match 3 game! It's one of the best I've played, and I've played most of then! Plus, you learn fun facts about the movie too! So glad I've finally gotten over being scared of this movie, or I wouldn't have given this awesome game a chance! However, I feel it’s really rigged. How many times have you gotten down to one thing? Lots, right? How fair is it that you have to get 3 more bugs and repeatedly there are none on the screen? If it’s not on the screen, how are you supposed to get them? I know, spend more money so you can continue that level! How many times do you click on a butterfly and it doesnt land on the item you needed to win that level….Or when you get something lined up and the witch drops stuff and messes it all up? Sound familiar?

The game is addictive but take caution...player support is horrible!. The game is fun, the graphics and sounds nice. However, take caution, especially if you buy power ups or additional lives or even if you win them. I’ve had multiple technical issues with this game. Game freezes, crashes, etc. I’ve lost lives, power ups/lives and competitions because of multiple issues. Every time I’ve contacted customer support outlining the problem AND providing information such as “I have strong wifi; I’m connected to facebook; the device I’m playing on” — they suggest over and over again that I check my wifi, insure I’m connected to facebook, etc...then send me links to help out with those issues I previously stated were not the issue. I don’t know if they don’t want to take responsibility for reimbursement or replacing lost stuff; if they don’t understand what I’ve written; or they don’t have the skills to help. If nothing else, one would think they’d want to work with the customer to resolve these issues. Currently game play erratically begins to move in “slow motion”. I wrote to them about this issue...I wonder what their response will be? Tongue in cheek....😖

If you don't pay then you face a rigged game. I don't understand these supposedly free games.... Sure they are free but the more you play it without any "in app purchases" then the more you'll see the game is rigged. I mean really how many times can one get within one play of clearing the board... Especially if you have many moves and are getting close to finishing a level. Take notice of just how "random" the pieces fall. You will see that the more moves you have left and are close to completing a level that these random pieces will not fall as random as they should. And if you don't think that this can be rigged then notice that of you do complete a level with say 10 moves left those moves will be cleared by adding then to the board increasing your score.... But if you'll notice that when these moves are added that the falling pieces will fall in such a way as to not keep making matches. In other words the developer can dictate just how these pieces can fall. Hence rigging the game. Yea it's just a game and yea it's just a free game but time to delete this one and move on to the next.

Love the game, but…. Updated review*****… I still love this game, and it is the game I play the most. But it can be very frustrating! I was currently on tier four of the "Butterfly Bonanza" and just got a notice that the game was being updated and had to reload. When the game restarted all my points were gone and it started me over again with nothing on tier one!!! 😕 I love this game… And enjoy playing it some every day. I do get frustrated with the daily rewards. I play all the way up to day 20 and then instead of getting the Grand prize… I start back at day one. I don't know what the prize is supposed to be… Because I have never seen it. The battle matches are now two hours and that is too long. I also would love to be able to choose when to use my unlimited time bonuses.

Harder than it needs to be. This is a very fun game and I have enjoyed it very much until I have reached level 307 which I cannot get past it just keeps letting the witch win no matter what I do I don’t feel a game she have to be so hard that it takes all the fun out of it which is what this does now I’m beside myself I’m going back and redoing all the boards that I was able to pass before . I don’t know what to do please really can’t you change this up a bit games are supposed to be fun not make you aggravated and miserable the graphics are so cute so colorful so happy I still don’t understand completely how to play the game because there’s not directions anywhere really I want to get past level 307 without having to buy something with real money what is the trick??? Big OZ lover. This game is the best I’ve ever played in games! This is my fav! The things in about on game is so beautiful! The Lollipop guild is still just as cute! You win collections that are amazing that teach things about the cast characters of OZ that you forgot or didn’t know! And also if you win a level and have a reel on it! That’s when you get the collection and you can buy some too with the tickets they give you for winning and the reel was there! Also get so many of them and you get boosters, they are so nice the ones that work all this, they will give a long life a couple hours or a ax crystal ball now again no reason just because! I could rattle on a mile or 2 my family has always been WOZ fans but even if your not you will love this game! You absolutely will I promise! You never know it’s only until you start to play the game you see what’s up for that level! You won’t be bored for sure! They keep adding new levels, I’ve been playing for 5 years now and now have a few family members playing!

Best Game. This game is the best game, fun, challenging, and ad free. NO ADS! I have been playing for years on level 2463, and still love it, nothing repetitive like other games. The Graphics are the best, and when you win a level a little know fact, about the movie, comes up in the screen! Also you DO NOT need to buy items to win games. It may take a time or two tries but no spending at all if you don’t want or have the means too. I have not run into one glitch what’s so ever, and it updates (you do not lose your place) every once in a while to keep the game fresh and fun. This is my Go-To game!. This is a Match 3 player’s Keeper, even if you’re not a Wizard of Oz fan. The graphics are excellent! This game will take you away from your daily stress and challenge the Match 3 gamers. I’ve had it for years and play it everyday. I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars because players must purchase tokens in order to advance and enjoy this game. Players don’t receive daily tokens which are needed for extra moves when a level ends. Instead players are given one daily Power Up that expires after 15 min to 1 hour and nothing for winning a level besides points towards a “Player with the Most Points” weekly competition. Aka “the player with the most money wins”. Overall this game is worth a few bucks every month!

STILL takes away moves. I am on level 1265..how is it that I’m still losing moves when I go to the next screen? I would end the first screen with 5 moves left and on the next screen it would only reflect one left. Before it was taking only one move away NOW it is 3-4?! I identified this flaw already when I was on level 1245 and instead of it being fixed it has gotten worse. While playing this game, I've noticed that it takes away a move while switching to the next screen. Specifically, in levels like 1245 where you clear a path for Dorothy. I spend a lot of time (and unfortunately money) playing this game. It may be time to take a lo g break from it till they fix this bug. Wish I caught this before I kept putting more money into it.

Game is locking... losing money. My game is locking. I see the screen to play put when I touch the screen ....... Nothing. I have to turn off my iPad lose a life to reset. At level 635 this game has gotten finicky, sticky and not fun to play...at times this game is frustrating when you know you can never get rid of the items totaling 400 pieces in 30 moves unless you spend money. I know it’s always about the money.. I put this game down 4 years ago... and I thought things would be different I’ve spent a couple of hundred dollars and I’ve wised up... I’m done. I like the alleged competition you’ve made me think I am having with others... but in actuality I could have paid my way to first place... not rocket science. I’m like an autistic.... I like watching the game pieces fall and explode... but other than that it does not take away my frustration... but you ask...why do I keep coming back... I ask myself that same question - time to find another game. With over 1000 levels maybe you can bring more winning of free stuff to the game. Unless you are making enough money the way it is. Love this game!. Hi! Absolutely favorite game, hands down! I have set goals for myself to get 3 stars on every single level! This can prove to be very challenging! I feel great joy when I achieve 3 stars on a level that has been hard! Anyway, for the most part it’s completely fun and achievable! However….there are a couple levels (currently 616) that seems very UNachievable. What’s strange about it is this: on the very first love of the level, the star meter fills all the way up to 2 stars, with only having about 800 points. I have achieved a score in the 500,000’s and still the star meter sits at two stars….. this makes absolutely no sense to me. I mean how many points to get they last star on this level??? Ugh…anyway, there are a. Purple more levels where that third star escape me, butn not a quitter so I’ll keep trying….maybe a little help from developers or some hints how to get that 3rd star a little easier! Thanks!

Happy notes. I have been playing this game for over 2 years just about when it came out. I found it after a big life change that had made me very sad. Then as I played it the music started to make me happy again. The music is so close to the movie that you feel like you are apart of the movie. You are helping Dorothy scarecrow lion tin man and Toto get back to Kansas. The graphics are smooth and amazing. 5 stars for sure But. Be patient some levels are very hard. But the game will give you a break after a while I am now on level 1854 Level 1850 took me 2 weeks until the algorithms set up so I could win and move on to the next level. My position went from 2nd to 26 out of 29. It’s all in the designers purpose The algorithms Ya. It gets very frustrating and I stop playing for 10-40 days sometimes. Why play a “game” that is ridiculously programmed I feel frustrated So I take long breaks some times I delete the app and make room for other games or read books and do things with my friends and family then when I come back the algorithms see how long I’ve been gone and they set it up for me to win Oh. Ya. Designers, how much longer until you being back the 3 gold a day after watching a video for each gold?

Great game but needs fixed!. I do love this game. It’s almost the only game I ever play. I’ve been playing for over 3 years now and of course it’s got glitches and issues sometimes, but when I’m paying for things on this game, I don’t expect or appreciate being closed out of the game right before receiving my awards and advancements. Also, when you make a bonus match during a tile game with the wicked witch, you’re suppose to continue with your turn until you can no longer make a bonus match. Why is the witch taking my turns when I’m about to win?? I do not understand that. It clearly says “bonus - keep going” but instead of letting me take my next turn, the witch proceeds to take it from me. I’ve had the game long enough to know this should not be happening so please fix this issue. It’s rather annoying and if it doesn’t change soon, I’ll no longer make purchase (and I make plenty) and I’ll just delete the game and spend my money on a better designed game. I’m currently on level 3,120 and 522 in the Legends Division. I’d hate to lose all I’ve built up over the last few years but I won’t continue to pay money to a game that’s cheating me out of it. Rip off!. So typical of Zynga, I have played this game on and off for a few years, I’ve lost a ton of money to play on when I needed only one more item and they figured out how to make it impossible to get without spending a ton of coins. I finally made it to the “legends” part of the game to where I thought would be a lot more fun to play, instead it’s a rerun of the earlier games, costs you more coins than ever before to play on for that last item task, and these old tired reruns are almost impossible to win after 5 or 6 tries (or many more). This could have been and should have been a fun way to honor the movie, it is no longer anything but tedious, tired of getting demoted all the time because I didn’t play for a few days, tired of impossible levels to play as they are NOT enjoyable anymore and this latest upgrade is not smooth at all, game pieces fall very sporadically and twitchy. I swore after Zynga getting rid of Farmville because they were to lazy to change the operating platform I would no longer play any of their games, gave this game a chance again, never got the promised extra lives, should be at at least 10, still at 7 even though I’m at a top level, still cheating and still ripping everyone off! As soon as I’m done with my coins, this will be the LAST time I will EVER play one of their games!!!! A truly greedy company!

I used to love this game. But yes They are ripping people off! You used to watch a commercial/video they help you with whatever you choose to watch it for. now when I watch the video I never get it the reward for watching. This has happened again and again. I’ve contacted them several times and if you don’t get back in three days they close the case of the complaint as if I want to go around and around with them just fix it. I’m on level 1100 something crazy I’ve never in my life played anything to reach that high of a level, but I love this game I paid money to get coins and special helpers but I feel now anything I used to do to get a promotion to higher levels doesn’t work anymore I used to play and get up to second to the highest level now I’m stuck on ruby and can’t get passed it. Like since I started buying I have to keep buying or I don’t get any help from the game. I’m ready to quit completely who really has time to sit and play video games but it was fun while I’m eating my breakfast or before I go to bed. I’m sick of waisting my time watching dumb commercials and then not rewarded for it there’s more to it then that because they are keeping me from advancing to higher levels and that’s pretty lame I think I’m going to go back to bejeweled. Fix this please!. I LOVE this game! However, every time I complete a level and get to the ad there’s a problem. The ad plays, I hit the “x” and the screen goes black! The only way for me to get back to the game is to close the app entirely and open it up again. This is so annoying! I found a loophole when I receive a reel by clicking “gallery” which then allows me to exit out that way but you don’t win a reel every time. Like I said, I love this game, the graphics the reels with all the fun facts and the objectives but having it black out on me and having to go through all the closing and reopening every time is getting quite old. I’ve wanted to suggest this game to some fam & friends but I won’t be doing that until the issue is fixed. It can’t be that difficult, can it? Thank you for your time in addressing this! Game Doesn’t Connect to Internet. UPDATE: Am finally deleting the app on all devices. Have played the game for over 7 years am at level 5300+. Progress isn’t saved across devices. It simply doesn’t work on the iPad and wants to start me at level 0 - no thanks. The phone screen is too small to play on for me. When a game is more frustrating than fun, it’s time to stop. They are also unresponsive to issues. ——— Was fun, but no more. The last couple of weeks it says it isn’t connected to the internet- when it is. Contacted support, went through all of the recommended steps - nothing helped. Ensured I’d saved progress in Facebook and deleted the app per support recommendation. Downloaded the game again, reconnected to Facebook and it’s starting me at level 1. I’d been at level 5300+. Playing iOS version. Took screenshots to document progress. Just want the game to work again at the level I’d been before all the snafus.

Very expensive game to play!. When I initially started playing this game, they gave you a lot of different incentives to build up your tools, so that you could actually win the game. Now, it seems like every game, you have to spend money just to win that game. I also noticed that after you spend the money, you win almost instantly. Like within the next move you win, so they are somehow setting their algorithms do you make it so you have to spend some thing to win the game. Trust me it was not like this in the beginning, it was fun it was relaxing, you got a chance build up your tools to help you win further. Now to me, it’s all money, money, money. I get it, this is how they make money on the game, however any other game I play give you incentives so that you don’t have to continually spend money to get to your next goal. It’s very sad to me, because I truly love this game. With the economy the way it is, with the country in the shape that it’s in, you would think that there would be some sort of eagerness to help people continue playing. All that being said, the game is beautifully put together the music is wonderful, and it CAN be a lot of fun.

Frustrating to say the least. Some pointers, when we the player take our limited moves to make our power ups, to get to the harder parts on the out side of the board, the game is designed to work from the inside out, it always goes after plays I could easily get myself or it pops one of my power ups that I was saving for a later time. We need it to get to plays we can’t reach, and Power ups are the only way to open up the board, your Power ups will only hit one spot one time so all the other butterflies are popping things I don’t even need, also the player should be able to use their power up without matching it with two of a kind or another power up, this would make the game more fun and interesting to play and less irritating, as 9 times out of 10 the power ups never go were I want it to. You could also put more incentives like power ups and money every 5 games we pass for an example check out Royal match, It can get difficult on some levels, but at least they let you pass the levels without you having to spend a week on 1 game, and Royal match gives a lot of money and lots of power ups to keep you going with no commercials. When people win free stuff it gives an incentive to play the game, it seems Disney does this very little in hopes we will pay, that’s Disney for you. So I play this game rarely and reluctantly now.

Labor of Love. There are dozens of "match three" type games for your phone, but this one is a cut above. It's evident that for several people on the development team, this must have been a true labor of love. The affection and attention to detail lavished upon this game honors not only the classic movie, but the generations of fans for whom "The Wizard of Oz" is beloved, almost sacred. The paintings are exceptional-- lovingly capturing not only the likenesses of all the characters (even minor parts), but the light, rich technicolor beauty of Oz. The producers make wonderful use of the soundtrack from the movie, featuring all the right themes in the right places. There are also audio clips of the actors and a treasure trove of bonus trivia material you can unlock along your way to The Emerald City. Kudos to everyone who worked on this game. If you are half the fan of "The Wizard of Oz" that they seem to be, you will definitely love this game.

Watch your game rip you off. This is the biggest rip off! They give you your earned power ups only to take them away immediately.. they strategically place them and then they’re gone before your first move it’s awful then u if u make a butterfly like they want u to when u use it it goes to something already checked off ie. U need one red cube u make a butterfly u release it and it goes to the blue that u already got all?! There is so many things too many to list in game that is just not worth it! Beware! Also they have you connect to a social media and u can ask for help for lives however they won’t let you connect to people u r sitting next to for and extra life in all the years playing I’ve ever received an extra life or been able to play with my kids or hubby they literally pick off ur social media and show u a small list of same people that have said they sent a life however Idk where it went?! Anyway watch ur screen they will blow up the screen make it look like ur getting far with the craziness but if u watch what u have left to get nothing moves! It’s so bad also strange but the first go round with a lvl u almost wet it then next try u don’t even come close then a few times more and u will all the sudden beat it with like 20+ moves left?! Just not worth it! And now they make it so u win but not win I’ll add my attachment!

Review. I love the game but have to play Legends until new section ‘unlocked ‘ or completed because there’s no extra levels until then. The Legends levels are at times ridiculously hard and the latest ones supposedly gives you a bonus after3 but keeps resetting because the levels take so many goes to get through. Not happy jan.

Great game a definite for Oz fans. I love this game especially all the tid bit extras about the movie. The only thing and I’m hoping that this is read by the App guys, but when you get enough for using Glinda’s wheel you should be given a chose whether you want to use it there or another time. Just to say...... Great game, always requiring strategies to complete - but just a bit over busy at times when wanting to play to relax. Beetles, flying monkeys, constant random repositionings, all going at once is a bit over the top for the player who just wants an interesting distraction rather than something that becomes more like hard work...enough of that in life already!

It's good, but not. I'm really hooked on this game & have played my way up to level 1200+ & it has been challenging & entertaining; although I have to say the rewards really aren't worth it, it's scummy crumbs & the $$$ of any purchase is quite overpriced- I've lost too many rewards earned or $ spent. You'll have to do better to warrant a reconsideration or recommendation.

Cheats spoil the fun. Update. I’ve just had a developer response nearly 50 days after initial comment. And 50 days after I deleted game. No comment about anything of any relevance. Just a generic non comment. Thanks for nothing. This game should have 5 stars. Was enjoying this fun and interesting game until the cheats turned up. To progress up the levels to get rewards such as faster life generation and extra lives and other bonus items one needs to play in tournaments against others at your level. But after playing for a week and getting to the top 3 players, one or 2 players arrive on the scene. They were not on the player list they have double the points(jewels) than the leaders on the leader list therefore stopping anyone progressing. Company admits they are cheats. Means going back and playing that level all over again for another week with the chance the cheats arrive again. Which they normally do. If only one cheat maybe one can advance. When 2 turn up then it’s almost impossible. People spend their money and watch ads for this company to make money. People getting an unfair advantage by cheating are stealing from honest players. Company says they take this seriously and want a fair and level playing field. However it keeps happening so I think there is little that can happen to stop the thieves. Must be heart breaking for the developers. I know it’s frustrating for the players.

MLiss. I am on 1735. Up until now I have weathered the storm and gotten through after many struggles with some levels. However, these last couple of games have been just horrendous! I have been playing them with no hope of getting through because of far too many obstacles a and not enough matches. Eventually I finally got there only to see that the next game is a “Hard One”. Here we go again! I really have enjoyed playing so far but am so frustrated by not being able to get a few easy ones! I may have to give up as it is beginning to annoy me! I am happy to be challenged but I look for a loophole somewhere and rarely get one. The last game I played 30 times even getting down to just one shot away on several occasions. My question is how about giving us a fair go! Again now 1765! Totally impossible! How do I get past that?

Game definitely cheats. When u get a move where u get a few combos in one go, the butterflies will not go to the actual flowers, etc. What is the point on pro-longing me on levels??? Just going to delete the app!!

Quality is failing. Have been playing this for a long time up to level 1234 but lately each time I finally finish a level the video drops out and leaves me with a black screen I have to shut down the game and restart. Please fix it.

Love it....but.... Am absolutely addicted to this game! However, one little thing would make it perfect. When I get unlimited lives for 2 hours it’s great, but I don't always want to play for that long at one sitting. The unlimited time expires before I use it, it would be great if there was the ability to “bank” the unused portion for use later. Something to think about?

Great, but RIGGED?!. Great game. Play online competitive against others. Once a week I have the opportunity to progress. Was coming first. I have even been taking screenshots of my progress. Within half an hour, out of nowhere, another player is suddenly beating me by over 1500 points. Very disappointing to think that bots are involved or my progress is rigged. I just want to get to a higher player level. This is the only app I play.

A game I enjoy ,I’m actually addicted to Candy Crush ,but found this game starting to take over that addiction ,HOWEVER being on limit WiFi I now can’t play it till I go somewhere I can update ,which won’t be for a while ,so now can’t play 😡 I also agree blocks are stupid ,would be much better if a block appeared if you couldn’t go ,which does happen ,now unsure of this game !!!!🤔

So realistic. It’s amazing, I loved the movie myself as a kid I used to watch it all the time, this game tells facts about the actors and the movie itself, this game is extremely clever, keep updating. I love it.

Jebby. Hard levels are very hard and just when you think you have it a block comes up then some levels are very easy

Glitch level 57 onwards. The witches hand has been left on the screen unnecessarily. Logged out and back in but hand still there. Otherwise game is okay.

I love this game, totally addicted but, I just played the 3 day collect butterflies stage and got to tier 4 and it said I would receive all I had won but no prizes have been awarded, ripped off. Adding: Now we are on to collecting beams but I don’t advance past Tier One, it’s not adding any beams to my total. Please fix this. Also, I don’t think Glinda gives enough after collecting all the wands. She need to give at least double.

Good game, but. I really like the game, but it freezes quite often and throws me out. Frustrating when I've nearly completed a hard level. Also, can there be an option as to when you use Glinda's Magic? Some levels, I don't want to use it because I know I'm not going to pass it, even with the help. Just a suggestion.

Too many ads. I’ve been playing this game for a while and really enjoyed it, however recently when playing after every completed level I get an ad. I’m ok with this for free games, but just not after every level.

Not so great. This game offers rewards, when you watch the ads. But a lot of the time, you watch the ads and it does NOT give you the rewards. The game, itself, is good but not when they seriously mislead you to watch the ads, so they can get their rewards but don’t give you your rewards. It’s not a glitch when it happens continuously.

Hard to do. Hard to do the higher levels with out coins or extra boosts, unless you spend real money on the game

Used to be great, now - not so much.. Loved playing until last update. Play on iPad so landscape was perfect. Now forced to play in portrait, which may be better for phones, but NOT tablets. Get Real. I am so tired of the screen freezing when the ads, especially from Skilz…I am seriously considering deleting this game. I have been playing since very close to the game’s debut and even though changes to the game were disappointing, the graphics and the music were good, so I stayed on. Today I have had the screen freeze 5 times in a row and had to restart, and now it is just wasting my time and trying my patience and I am not being awarded the bonus for watching the stupid ads in the first place. I have sent this complaint to the Player Support the last time the screen freeze got out of control, but here we go again…enough already!

Some of the games are near impossible to win. Some games I have to try so many times to win that I give up but always come back after a month or so. It’s just frustrating when it’s impossible to win.

Too glitchy. Game shuts down way too many times while playing. And usually when you are doing well. I have tried all the fixes I have found online and nothing works. I am getting closer to stopping altogether. I would definitely not spend money to buy lives on this game.

Great Game except that it frequently freezes. Interesting facts, good music but it freezes frequently. Losing at least two lives due to freezing whenever i play.

The latest upgrade is not working.. User clicks on upgrade now icon and redirected to App Store. Press open on the App Store and you go back to Upgrade now. The reward feature that is a disc that takes the user to the 3 boxes is horrible! Interrupts play and then having to click on the box for a reward rarely collected is painful. All of the good rewards are gone. The coins, the magic balls are no longer rewarded. Such a disappointment from when the game was first introduced. Why reward tickets if they cannot be utilized?

Used to like this game. Between all the crashes and watching ads that you don’t get the rewards for it has been a pain to play. This game now crashes every time I play it. Love match 3 games but this one’s a miss for me. The game is really bad at giving instructions. The power ups don’t really make any sense and even with the Wizard of Oz IP the game fails to deliver.

What Happened?. I returned to the game after a hiatus. When I ré downloaded the game up I had lost all my progress. I was near level 4000. I’m not prepared to restart at level 1. Can you rectify this problem please?

So here we go again. I’ve asked Customer Service to help with a level I’m on . I gave them the level number, I got back “I see that you cleared this level “ I did not .. what’s going on with this game’s customer service ? They can clearly see that I haven’t cleared the level. Ads not loading. Update. If I could give no stars that is what I would do. Contacted customer service as you suggested in your response. The issue with the ads not loading is still ongoing and it is not a level playing field for everyone playing. Customer service blames the developer and the developer tells you to go to customer service. Vicious circle!!! Great game however ads do not load so no bonus points. Loved this game but.... This is my favorite game but lately seems to be a big Money grab if u aren’t careful!! Seems to get so hard to Move forward . I’m in the 2300 level and it’s frustrating. Also not sure why we can’t see/use our tickets? The glitches are getting annoying and when trying to get threw things like “save the farm” ext it’s almost impossible if u don’t buy gold! Very frustrating, and I will Not pay anymore!! I’m done!

Payment Glitches. The game is great, but every time you make an in-app purchase, you are double charged. This isn’t an ethical practice. Won’t be making any more purchases with this. They are skimming money from you. Be wary!

Be aware. I do enjoy the game but you get robbed when playing it. A few times I added in a few boosters to help me get pass a hard level. The game would freeze and you lose everything you choose to help you in that level. It’s freezes more times then I would like for a game like this and you have to reset everything in order to play again. There’s also times when I’ll try to make a move and the game would do something different causing me to lose an opportunity to make a big move. It is fun to play but frustrating as well.

Fun game but turning into a money grab. I took off several stars. I used to love the game but have become frustrated at the lousy support. Ads hardly ever load, and I keep being told to upgrade and refresh and make sure nothing else is loaded, etc. I do all of that. Still, I read that other people have had the same issue with ads not showing up to earn the bonuses, and no other advice for them either, so it’s not just me having the issue. You seem to set the game so it’s impossible to win some levels without boosters, but then make those boosters unaffordable. I don’t buy boosters but when I do, it’s because I have used up all the free boosters but am still left with only one token on the board, and no possible way to win. Even then, the boosters don’t always ensure a win. It’s too bad, because it was a fun game. I had to take a break for a few months because it was becoming so frustrating. Looks like I may have to do that again, or delete the game altogether.

FamilyVille 3 freezes my game 2nd comment. After having to suffer watching FamilyVille 3 play, (this video has been reoccurring for the past few weeks) my game freezes and I have to reboot my iPad. Purchasing coins. Love this game have been playing for years ( 4296 ) the only problem lately has been purchasing coins, if for some reason there insufficient funds or the game has a bug when you purchase and the game will charge close to 3 times the amount to cover the last failed purchase this has happened to me twice but not again, I’m deleting this game, good luck

Wizard of Oz match 3. For days now when I have watched the videos to get rewards I get nothing. The blue sapphire and the new leaf rewards don’t even appear as a balance for trading. This is really bugging me. Why should I waste my time to watch videos and there is no reward or accumulating balance for trades

Wizard. Today I went down to the red division and now I can't play the game at all. I deleted and reinstalled and the same thing is still happening. Why is this happening?

Sad no longer playing 😪. I have been playing this game for years. Unfortunately over the last few weeks I’ve had to request a refund due to extra money’s removed from my account. The most recent being I g had canceled a purchase for $6.99 and they billed me for $15.81. They refused to refund and no coins etc were ever received for money taken. I am a widow and live a quiet life and played this game for hrs each day. I have deleted game and going to miss it but won’t be treated this way!

Lost interest. The game constantly cheats. It has gotten worse I got to level 2000 and the last update ruined it for me. You only win levels if they want you to win. Very hard to earn any of the rewards. I’ve deleted it.

Level 1152. I love this game and have been playing it every day. But now on this level it is impossible to pass. I am thinking of just giving up this game now. There is no way to make matches out around of the baskets. This is the first time I came to a level you have no way to beat If there is a way I sure would like to know. I wasted all my bonus things like axes; crystal balls everything I had saved up and still couldn’t pass this level. It’s too much. So please think before making these impossible levels. So sad it’s come to a end for me after going so far. Please check out this level and see how it goes.

Game play. This game has excellent graphics, it’s fun and challenging but there are a couple of things that I don’t really like. Like when you have a globe on the board and you use one of the other special characters or boosts, and the globe is in the line it clears, it takes the globe out. I realize it gives you points for it, but I’d rather be able to use the globe! Also, when Glenda’s manic is full, I’d rather be able to use it when I choose to use it, instead of at the end of whatever round it gets full on. A good portion of the time it goes to waste because I’m nowhere close to winning the round. Sure it’s helped me win a round several times, but its something the player works for, so we should be able to use it when we need it most!

Frustrating. Been playing for couple years, made it to legends of oz and don’t know what’s going on. Have to tap icon in upper right corner to get into legends and it starts with game one. Really can’t advance without spending money on gold to play on and rewards have been scant to none under recent so-called improvements. Takes forever to collect any game aids (hatchet, line clear, etc.) so disappointing to be a loyal player with little to no rewards and find out that Legends of Oz is a scheme where you can be stuck on a level for 50+ attempts until you get frustrated enough to buy gold and spend down pretty quickly to get out of said level.

Much like playing a slot machine. This game is very, very random. Although there is a modicum of skill involved, winning mostly depends upon the way the tiles fall. You can play the same level many times every day for a week and still not win. It is very slow to load the graphics even while playing a level--sometimes so slow that I've thought the game had locked up. Then there are other times when the game plays itself. I've walked away from it and come back 5 (yes, I timed it once) minutes later and the game is still going without me. The final straw, and the reason this game is about to be deleted from my iPad, was that with the most recent update, I lost all my tickets (I had over 100) and was dropped from sapphire level, where I was ranked #2, to the very bottom of bronze. All in all, it's more frustrating than fun.

Fun till you get to higher levels. I got to level 107 and I have to quit the game before I even play because their is not even one play to start the game. It tries to twister to shuffle the characters to allow play but their are no options even when they are shuffled. I have to just quit and give up two to three loves of my five to just get one play and get started. Also not enough moves to finish the game. I have enjoyed the game so much till I got here. This is a terrible concept for a level and if it continues for long I will just quit the game. The graphics are very pretty and it was a fun game till I got to level 107 and then no fun. Guess it’s time to move on to something else.

Are you kidding. I have been playing this game for a very long time. I do enjoy this game yes at times it gets frustrating. When the game was done we could play 5 more times if we bought the extra turns for 9 coins. Now to play the extra games it jump from 9 coins for 5 extra plays to 100 coins for 5 plays. Are you kidding !!! That is ridiculous either go back to 9 and truthfully it should be lower then 9 for its only 5 plays but okay ! I’m Very disappointed. Not sure how long I will keep this game. I’m back to rate this game again after a couple of days playing since the last update and yes I lowered the ratings When I first started playing almost year and some ago I gave the game 5 stars, and then it went down to 3 stars - and now within a couple of days it’s at 2 stars. Please just put the game back before this last update.

Sound Off Please!. I have played this game for 5 years and have really enjoyed it. In fact I enjoy so much that I make in game purchases, something I will not do for any other game. Lately, however, I have been quite annoyed by the change to the ads. I don’t mind the ads, especially since by watching them I can receive or increase my points. I am not happy that I am no longer able to mute the sound on a majority of ads played now. I don’t even keep sound on when I play the game, so this is frustrating. I am on the fence right now and seriously considering deleting the game. To just not watch the ads at this point will not only take income from the game, but hurt me as a player. I hope that this is resolved soon.

Needs update!!!. I love this game but you need to update it. I’m on level 975 and been there for two weeks!!! Also, I’ve had problems with when purchasing lives during the game to continue, it freezes up and my current game is lost. I wouldn’t buy the lives if I didn’t need to get through the level. Careful. I have been playing this game for years, I do not purchase anything because the few times I did it’s a rip off ,you don’t get what you purchase. I also watch the ads to get points and it’s a 50-50 hit or miss sometimes you get the point sometimes you don’t, but the ads always play. Game has issues. This is the best match three I've played. It's challenging and fun. The problem is that I have had to delete it and reinstall several times because it gets stuck and will not load the game. This is very frustrating. If I didn't enjoy playing so much, I would delete it permanently. I have played this game for years and still found it challenging and fun. However, I have been stuck on level 1495 for months. I don’t know how to move the hot air balloons They have moved a few times, but I don’t know why, so I don’t know what I’m doing right or wrong. I’ve tried to find the answer but haven’t gotten any information. I used to play every day but now I go weeks without playing because it’s just not fun. If someone could just tell me how to move the balloons, I would appreciate it.

Just another "Free" game you'll pay a lot to play. Fake ratings- they try to trick players into clicking a "5 star rating" button that looks like a "continue playing" button appearing after a level is completed. This is nothing special, different, or exciting, and the music is thoroughly annoying after a short amount of time. The trivia nuggets are commonly known- huge let down. Minimum purchase of extra moves is $4.99 (for all those levels that are calibrated to be just out of reach for the number of moves allotted and tasks assigned you in a level). You'll never actually finish the game. I keep coming close, then they add more levels. It's a waste of time. Also malfunctions where items freeze, always manages to deprive me of a turn or malfunctions when I'm close to winning a hard level, not when I'm behind. Also deprives of power-ups and other cheats when I'm close to winning- save your cash, and don't start.

Rewards. Hey people! First of all...I AM OBSESSED! Love love love the game. I’m often sad when I use up my lives. It’s sad really lol! The only thing I don’t what to do with are the moments and tickets. I’d much rather receive bonuses. Such as; axes, crystal balls, beams or bubbles. The reward system kind of leaves you without bonuses to play the game. Also...I hate things that move on the board and impede your moves on the board. Those types of things are what made me quit playing Candy Crush and other games with bombs and such. I find myself being stressed out instead of relaxed. It’s very stressful on me to have blocks blocking my moves. Really I’ve been obsessed from day 1. Love the game!

Just as rigged as all the others. You get to a certain point where you’re forced to use boosters to get anywhere. And if you don’t have any, you’re forced to shell out money to buy some or else get stuck on the same level over and over and over.... There are also “normal” and “hard” levels but honestly there is hardly any difference between most of them. They’re ALL hard unless you’re willing to spend ridiculous amounts of real money to advance. Screw that. They do offer “help” every once in while in the form of Glinda appearing to offer three extra lives and some boosters, but she always seems to appear when none of that will actually make a difference. If I need at LEAST seven more moves to finish a level and she only offers three, HOW is that supposed to be helping me? I was hoping this game would be different than all the others, but it’s just another Candy Crush. Frustrating and pointless.

Fun as a time killer.. This is technically my second review, an update... while I support developers and have paid into games like bloons 4 and 5, I will not hand any money over for this game. I’ve read too many other reviews where they double charge with no refund, and I just don’t trust the company anymore. I’ve noticed the wizard and butterflies are close to useless, I thought they were there to help. I had one ice shard left, combined two butterflies twice (that makes 6) they both went after stars for some reason, then I dropped two wizards and their help was everything but that last ice shard. Really?!? Happens quite often. Level 503...I release a beam that shoots through a rust block and nothing happens, then a butterfly released by the beam hit the rust block and again nothing happened, the rust block took my yellow lollipop. Really?!? That happens quite a bit. The butterflies at that point are useless as they hit things that were hit by beams or bombs. Aaaand then I’ve seen on multiple occasions the combination of blocks to form bombs, beams, etcetera and they never materialize. Sneaky. If that’s what you have to do to make money then count me out. I’ll play, however I’ll give my money to other games that aren’t that inconsistent. Be careful with your money and if you don’t mind that stuff then by all means spend on the game, me? Nope. Bit

Off to See The Wizard!!!. Very fun and so very addicting I love the animation and the music... I would've given 5 stars , there are still some alot of glitches... Game Freezing up, loosing levels, things of that nature... Gets annoying ... Even being double billed... I love this game... I really do not want to delete it, but I’m going to have to because the only option to buy power ups are $4.99 packages... that’s absolutely ridiculous! it should be a $.99 option at least! it’s ridiculous that you have to pay $4.99 every time you want to buy a power up or advance...why it keeps having glitches I have no idea because customer Service never ever responds to anything I have sent emails I have inbox them on messenger never nothing back no response unacceptable!!!! I truly do believe that the wicked witch runs this app!

One of the best games on the App Store!. Im always looking for new games, and I usually sit through hours of ads a day while playing games. There are most often ads before, during, and after games. This game caught my attention because there are no ads ever, especially between levels, so the game flows smoothly. The levels are relevant to the story & movie of Wizard of Oz in an amazing and cute way- dare I say this is better than candy crush! All the little details not only give reference to the original movie & story, but each level keeps you interested and the animations are sooo life like, and spot on. I could go on and on, but you should just try it for yourself! Fun & not too easy, the right challenge!! Xo

Good game, BUT:. The game itself is pretty good if you like match 3 games. If your good it can be frustrating. I am normally first or second each week. The past week I received none of the “perks” for being leader in group. I got none of the “power ups” you use in the game. They are great if you get stuck. Customer service is non existent. I have never had anyone respond to legitimate concerns. If you play, don’t spend, it’s no where near worth it. Have fun and know ahead of time it’s good and bad. I hope nothing ever goes wrong with your gameplay, as it usually does. Glitches, freeze ups, and problems NEVER happen. A lot of times everything is fine. But, don’t be disappointed if at times it doesn’t work right, no matter how much effort you put into it.

And another thing.... Don’t try to “compete” in the game if u don’t spend money. The game switches to “impossible to advance without cash” no matter ur skill level or the level ur on in the game. if u start ranking good in competitions! As a casual time waster, u’ll advance better through same stages than if you’re trying to do good in competition. In other words: complete (any) 20 stages in the weekend will be less likely if u are in the diamond league vs the ruby (or lowest) league. As soon as u start to rank good in competition- the levels don’t change- only ur ability to beat them changes. When I tried to compete- EVERY level jammed me up. Usually it’s a few easy... a few hard... a few nearly impossible. Once u rank up... every level becomes nearly impossible. If u enjoy playing this game- this game will enjoy playing you! My favorite. I have played many match three games. I started this one when it first came out and been playing on it for two years I have never had any major technical issues and it is the first game I have actually spent any money on, not just because I wanted to advance to the next levels, but because it was a really good game and it seem like a good investment. they have change things that I wanted changed and I did not have to complained about, I guess I have everybody else to do that for me. You all keep up the good work I love your game I love you can play even when you haven’t come up with new levels.I will always play this game unless for some reason you stop making it.

Updates that don't load. It seems the further that you progress in the game, the more glitches. The game can't be played without updating, but it can take days to get the update. Support isn't the friendliest & just reply with troubleshooting that I have already explained what I did. I understand the levels get harder, but some are barely passable with 1 star. The games itself is great....I've played for several years, but the limited lives and inability to "hold" the reward has me losing my 2 hours unlimited lives. Speaking of which, I get notifications for 2 hours, but when I log in, it doesn't apply. If you can get over these glitches, the levels can be amazingly fun!

Still a good game - but some bugs are creeping in. I’ve been playing for at least 2 years now and I don’t pay anything to advance or enhance. It’s an airport, travel time killer. I’m on level 1485 so you don’t need to pay to advance. There are some drag issues in the game though. The new Glinda Mini Event that opens at random upon opening the app never opens for me - just a perpetual load screen and I shut the app down to continue. Also, the videos to watch for extra emeralds or bonuses can take forever to load. Not a perfect app game but I’ve seen few that are. Also requires Facebook for “saving” progress and I don’t like relying on this.

Was great not so much anymore. App was great you were able to win a lot of rewards if you played every day you were able to win free lives, gold and tickets. Not anymore now it looks like they took everything away. Toto task are not really worth much takes the fun away. The moment sets are not worth much you can’t win any gold anymore. Was a five star game where you could win the rewards instead of having to purchase them all the time . Now Game is barely a three it seems they got very greedy and anything you really want to do you have to purchase. I’ve been playing for over a year and got other people to join before their latest update Now I would not recommend it

Lovin the game. I'm on level 560 I'm loving the extra chances to continue the level I'm on. Sure I'll watch a video! I can earn coins at will and continue a level, then Glinda shows up and I can continue again to try and win. I'm always earning little power ups, the fun never ends! I have to mention I like how fast the lives generate. Keep up the good work. Thanks! Fast forward to this year @ level 900 I watch a video for a perk and I can’t exit out of the video. I have to shut down the game to exit and no perk. Let me tell you that they have no problem showing a unsolicited advertisement and letting close it to continue the game. This is theft I paid with my time and didn’t get what was promised.

Magic Beam Collection Wins Not AwardedFIXED. Raised rating from 2 to 4 stars. Reason for two previous 2 stars: While the game masters do finally 'allow' you to win without purchase, the new upgrade (I believe) has caused my magic beam collections to not even register and reward me when I win a level. If this game only had a brain. THANK YOU for fixing this within a few hours. However, i really wish when unlimited lives are awarded for so many hours (whatever the length), that the player can choose when to use it within a 24 hour period. Sometimes its just not possible to keep going for an hour at the moment that reward is won.

What happened to earning flowers, gold coins, etc,... For the past week or more nothing has appeared on the right side of the home screen to earn. I win a game and for what? Absolutely no incentive... I have played this game at least for 5 years now. Please explain what is going on or please fix this glitch! There is now no incentive to continue on....I hope this can be resolved. I usually always rate the Oz game 4-5 stars ⭐️. If this problem is not fixed in a timely fashion I’ll be forced to think about opting out of your game. I truly hope it works out for the best.

Super glitchy!!!. Game freezes all the time. You pass a level and then you have to repeat it. Fun game but so many glitches. Don’t bother buying anything, I had it when I paid and then couldn’t use it cause I was out of lives. Sometime you get lucky by getting all the colors but need like three flies or what ever and it takes 19 tries to get a one more fly and then you have lost all these time just moving around colors cause what you need doesn’t come up at all. Overall, fun but I have it a two cause of all the glitches. I’ve spend some amount of money on this game, so it’s not like am playing for free any more.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this game. I have been playing for over 4 years and waiting for new boards to be built and while I am waiting on the new boards I play in the endless Legends. This game keeps my mind working and relaxes me while being fun. I am a former Candy Crush player that gave up because it just got too hard no matter how much you spent on extras. I really like that even when it gets difficult there is a good shot of eventually winning the board without having to use a special item and that there are may options to gain free special items to enhance the game play. I will play this game as long as I live

Issues. Edit: Level 1527 is broken. It tries to load the second screen, but then zeroes out available moves and gets stuck flashing until you turn off your phone or delete the game. Please fix! Edit: continued issues with new levels added. They don’t work correctly, and keep switching around. For example, a level requires collecting bugs, but the bugs never come out. Or it requires collecting 100 red roses, but counter never collects them. Get it together, and/or refund lives! You are going to get class-action sued./end Really fun, addictive game. I’m at the top available levels, and it has problems, like not providing enough possible “bushels” to collect, #1239, specifically. I’ll need to collect 12 more to complete the me level, but it’s not dropping down any additional to collect. Please fix! I’m paying for lives that you are unfairly taking. You need to be reimbursing people.

Good game. Horrible support and glitches. I have enjoyed playing this game over the last year and am at level 1390. So I have lots of experience. The game is truly fun and the glitches are a lot less than they used to be. But BEWARE if you do purchase something in order to continue a round. The likelihood that at that moment the app glitches and doesn’t let you use what you just spent to finish off that round is high. It happened to me 3 of the 4 times I have purchased anything. The customer service people could care less and don’t help. The end result is frustration and disappointment. You end up wasting your money and feeling cheated. Not a nice feeling from a game that should be fun. Customer service should at least offer some extra power ups or something when these situations occur. But they are not into keeping their players happy...

Can’t play on New iPhone. So I loved this game until I got my new iPhone (11 Pro Max). I can’t get past the very first screen. You know how when you first open the game up it shows you your daily prize and reminds you of the events; well I can’t get past that one about the Marvelous Mysteries. This is because with the new iPhone the red x in the top right hand corner to get out of that screen is off the screen. I have tried clicking all around and in the corner to no avail. I would be happy to give this 5 stars if you could fix this one thing. If you could make it to where the X wasn’t so far up in the corner or maybe if I could change the screen orientation so I could just be able to get to that X to get out of that one window then I could happily play the game. Or even provide a button dead center that says PLAY like the one on the load screen when you first open the app would be nice. Something, anything would be appreciated so I can play. I like this game and want to continue playing it. I am going to try and send some emails to support and see if they acknowledge and fix this issue otherwise I am going to have to delete the game since I can’t get past the first screen to play it and worst not recommend this game to anyone with a new iPhone.

Wizard of Oz match. I have enjoyed playing this game for several years now. There have been a few glitches along the way and some of the levels are very difficult, but I realize they cannot all be fairly easy. Overall, I have really enjoyed this game. It is in a class by itself in many waits. That is, until you made the latest update. It does ok until you watch a video for 3 extra lives. You watch the video for 3 extra lives but it will not give you extra lives. It goes to zero and just keeps flashing. So then, I have to shut the phone down and then reboot the phone to be able to play again. That is very frustrating. I don’t have to do that with any other games. Can you please fix the glitches? Thank you!

Compliant. I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I’m noticing every time after I win a level, a commercial pop up comes on. I let it play until I see the (x), once I close out of it my screens goes black and I’m force to just end the game. This happens very often now and it’s becoming very frustrating. Can you fix this glitch? I have also notice the game is freezing a lot too. The only thing I can do again it to exit. It’s a wonderful game, but it’s now becoming very irritating because I can’t even play several levels without having the complications just mention above. Please fix or get ready to lose a loyal player.

Update. I don’t know why when it was updated that you can now only play in portrait mode, before you had the option of playing portrait or landscape, please change it back! Another issue is when you reach higher levels it’s so much harder to get boosts or ANYTHING, then when you have a problem with the game freezing just when you win the level and now loose all the boosts and coins you have lost on that level and you contact support they take forever getting back to you and reimbursing your coins/boosts, one time it took them over two weeks to reimburse mine so I had nothing to play with and I refused to purchase because I should have still had some to play with and that’s exactly what they wanted me to do, and they act like your lying about the game freezing and you loosing your coins/boosts when I sent them pictures and they can look back and see exactly what you were playing and how much you lost.

Love the game but.... I love this game and play it constantly...at least, I try to on my ancient iPhone 4. The long load time (like 5+ minutes) often means I fall asleep waiting for the game to load and end up just going to sleep. There's a glitch: often times it takes so long for a level to load I get frustrated and close out of the app. When I reload, I have lost a life even though I never attempted to play the level! The game also does not recognize when I am online, whether I am using data or wifi. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it fixed the problem...once. Now it's back to not recognizing I'm online. I tried closing the app completely and restarting the phone but it still does it. It's a good game but not very friendly to older phones... Update 5/5/20: I recently redownloaded the game, it had been a year or two since I played. The amount of pop ups is so annoying when the game first loads. I don’t care about specials. I don’t care about quests or rewards or whatever. I. Just. Want. To. Play. The. Game. I get so tired of closing out the pop ups that I just close the app and go do something else.

Where’s my he freebies. Love this game. Always let you watch a video to get coined, and boosters. The they say one time payment loose the ads, only watch ones that give extra stuff. I did. Yes lost the ads but the ones I choose for extra things. BUT. Now I don’t get any to add up my coins. I only get 2 coins on the 7th day. And, it is taking longer to win a game. That’s not right. And I have a question. What am I supposed to do with all the tickets I have, and keep getting. Been playing this game when it first came out. Suggest those of us with all these tickets should get to spend them in the store instead of cash. I will still play but spend no more. That’s why I gave 4 stars.

Great game... I have been playing this game for a long time. Great graphics and fun..... was stuck on level 1102 for a long time but all of a sudden, I got it. And not quite sure how. Now it just crashed On after I got to level 1140 and will not load on phone or iPad. What's going on??? Says an error has occurred and restart or contact customer service. I have deleted the app. Then downloaded again. It immediately crashed again. I was up to level 1140. Thanks for your response. Deleted and tried to load again. GToday was able to download the game with no problem. Thank for your help and response.

Come on Wizard of Oz. Isn’t the objective for a video game to keep the players wanting more, and keep playing? Why then am I at level 715 and I can’t pass it. Over the last week I can’t pass the hard game at the end of the level without spending money! I just spent another $8.00 and didn’t even pass the level. I’m not going to spend anymore money because it doesn’t get me anywhere. It’s a real bummer because it’s one of my favorite games and I am going to end up deleting it like I did 4 years ago because the same thing happened. I couldn’t pass the hard game at the end of each level. I just don’t understand why a video game would do this. I know you want money and I’m fine to spend it but NOT when it does not help. 🙁

Money. When someone spends money on your game why in the world would you make it so frustrating that they would rather delete it than spend more money. I am about over being on the same board day after day. You have a fine line of when it's enjoyable to the spender and when you just plain want to delete it.i have been playing this game for a long time and may I suggest that when a person spends money they should also get a select number of your “power ups”.....I used to love playing your game and I realize it’s programmed to make us spend money .... you need to give a little more on your end. See the other games out there that do that !!!

Adventure Loses Steam / Upgrades. I enjoyed the visuals and music, although after completing 90 levels and buying time the game did not progress to any new heights instead just kept regurgitating the same configuration to a more competitive solution., I would have like to advance much like the Willy Wonka game in which you can actually see progression rather than being stuck on a endless yellow brick road! After a upgrade made by the developers that included higher stakes and game play the rewards proved to be next to nothing after achieving over 13,000 emerald points I was rewarded with two tokens to used in future game play and THREE count them THREE coins a full week and strategically game play and countless dollars makes this a unfulfilled adventure! The updated version is heavy with new content but also finds itself crashing more often!

Addictive but not fair. This game is pretty cool. The thing is that they only offer you extra moves when you have no chance of winning the game with 3 more moves. Otherwise you have to buy/use coins. They want 7-9 coins to continue so you'll end up spending a lot to try to get that much. Also, as the game goes through and automatically pop and stack up, it will clear most of your targets except the last one, which means now you have to spend coins or start all over, even when normally a match next to a flower, for example, would've normally coated cleared that and you'd move to the next level. There are some cool things any this game, residual history of the movie, but a lot of the clips don't play. It's addictive, just be prepared to be cheated out of points and games.

Updated Review. Have been playing since the game was first released and yes, it's gotten harder every step of the way. The amount of points needed in each level just to get one star is ridiculous, much less 3 stars! And to fill up Glenda's magical help is off the charts! When a game becomes so difficult that it's no longer enjoyable, then it's time for me to find something else to play! This game has become a chore! The ONLY way I've progressed is by purchasing coins, which I said I'd never do...famous last words! I'm going to keep playing for a bit but I'm not putting any money in this game anymore! That's just ridiculous! I stopped playing Candy Crush awhile back and I haven't looked back! You're next Wizard! 😡🔥💩😈

RIGGED GAME!!! Previous bad review deleted.. Zynga should be ashamed as to how rigged this game is! Repeat it is rigged! It seems like my scathing and lengthy review was deleted. So I'm gonna post another one. Although I continue to play this game because it amuses me, it is extremely rigged! Everything about this game is rigged. Also they keep switching stuff up for no reason. And forget customer support, they will respond but give the same answers over and over. And this is the only game that never gives any kind of free boosters or bonuses if you complain about a specific issue. every other game I play does this. I have complained repeatedly about bugs and issues with the game that cost me, but all they say is "oh I'm sorry. make sure your device is up-to-date." DO NOT GIVE ZYNGA ANY MONEY. You'll get more amusement out of setting it on fire in your barbecue pit.

Addictive and can be VERY expensive. I have a chronic and very severe illness. A lot of the time I just don’t feel like doing anything. This is the only game that distracts me and I actually like. However, I was spending too much $ on continuing to play, etc. So they just made a big announcement that you get more gold and moves, etc for less money. Which would have been great EXCEPT they went from having the first extra moves cost 9 gold....to 100 gold. An Ax went from 4 gold to 70 gold! Do they think we are all so bad at math that we don’t notice a more than 10x increase in what your gold buys? I will not be making any more purchases that is for sure. I also try hard to limit exposure to WiFi. Yet the game increasingly tries very hard to make you stay connected to WiFi to play.

Going down hill. I’ve been playing this game for close to 5 years or possibly more. There’s always been issues, but most were minor. For probably over a month, I’ve been reporting the game freezing when trying to “x” out of a lot of ads. I’ve explicitly explained what the error is, and where it’s coming from, yet nothing has been done to correct it. Today, for the first time, one of the ads was very partisan and an anti-President Biden administration. This is the first time in all these years that any game, especially a Zynga game, has shown a disregard for ALL users, and not just the ones they align with politically. I’m very disappointed with this company. If the issues the users report to them are not important enough to correct, then I suppose they wouldn’t mind losing a large group of them.

Wizard of oz game. Well I like playing this game however I am at level 3061 and also at level 619 after finishing the other levels I’ve spent a lot of money for this game I don’t know why but I did but lately I don’t know if it’s an IT issue or not but you are unable to collect any points go to the next level not even given me a free hour because it will give you four minutes of playtime when you try to connect to the app it cut you off I don’t understand I will not spend any more money for this game and at these Times when people aren’t working and looking for some entertainment the game is ripping people off

Creators purpose. A game should be something to just relax and play for fun or simple entertainment however that doesn’t seem to be the case. I can’t believe I’m writing this review let alone contacted this game support. It takes them more than a day to respond, and the when they do it’s the same suggestions every time. I’ve done all the troubleshooting they suggest and it doesn’t work. I completed level 795 and agreed to download the next set of levels, it said completed and now won’t open. It doesn’t seem like the game support wants to fix the issue, if I have to delete the game I won’t reinstall! What’s the point of the hassle when there’s a lot of other issues throughout the game. It seems like the game wants to get people to buy stuff or the game doesn’t work. It’s just a game but they make it an issue!

Fun game but room for improvement. This is a fun match 3 game and being a fan of the movie I really enjoy the Oz theme and characters. I do find some of the levels frustrating and difficult though, which often makes me lose interest for a while. Also I'm not sure what the point is with the Moments and tickets etc. I like the trivia but ultimately it's stuff that you could easily read on the web (or that u already know being a movie buff) and I would rather be rewarded with another life or something to do with the actual gameplay than just a trivia card. The same facts also seem to repeat over and over. I also feel like the character graphics need a lot of work, they seem very cardboard cutout-ish for some reason.

Worse and worse… don’t bother. Ive been playing this game for years and it gets worse with every update. Just about the only reason I kept playing was for the day 7 prize of 2 hours unlimited play combined with the trophy prize of 12 hours. Today the bonus was one lousy gold piece… are you kidding me!?! The 12 hours trophy prize makes up for it but next week it is ONE AX! Not even worth the effort. We haven’t seen a new story coloring book or reel for ages, and now the Royal Match ad freezes up so you have to close the game completely to close the ad and don’t get the bonus. The developers don’t care as long as they get their money and customer service is a joke. Don’t bother trying this game out; find one that is worth the effort from developers who actually care about the customer.

WAY TOO MANY ADS. I love this game but there are WAY WAY too many ads... 3 or 4 ads per level is just a severe waist of my time.. The developers of this game are taking advantage of consumers...Their making millions not only in constant ads but also in people making purchases which in reading all these reviews tells me people are not getting any positive results back...This game is just a money maker for developers, you will waist more time watching ads than you will actually having fun playing this game...And I’d like to know why games like this, making millions of money like they do, that they don’t give consumers a way to win any money back...If they only realized that in reality it would be a win win situation...

I have proof! This game cheats us. I did a screen recording while playing this game. Then I watched it back in slow motion and WOW. They cheat us!!! I saw it cheat twice! And yes...I know the game rules quite well because the level I’m on is in the thousands. I was always suspicious of it cheating which is why I recorded it. Now I have proof. Shame on you developers!!! BOO! Not cool. And where is the daily gold??? I had it, now I don’t have it, but I know other players who still have it. Is it punishment for being at an advanced level? Why is it so hard to obtain any gold? It’s ridiculous. Too bad the developer won’t take the time to respond back to me/us 👎
