This is the only game I play!. I have just recently gone through my phone and deleted many games and I had five but I thought I should get one more. I love to cook so I looked for cooking games and this was one of the options. I thought I wouldn’t like it but I’m only on level 7 and it’s awesome. I’m not a VIP but I still get lots of opportunities! I love getting to run and manage and arrange MY cafe. It deals with real life experiences like people’s stories and you get to play games with your customers, you can go to other people’s cafes and look around, and you get to collect and spend money! I went home the other day and got a notebook and I call it my cafe notebook! In it I have things I want to buy and how many and their prices. Then I add it all up and put my price down and once I purchase something I subtract that price from the overall price so I know how much more money I need to make! This is like the only game I play! ONE THING THOUGH. Some things are very expensive. 1 decoration plant is $1,780... maybe lower the prices some!!! Overall I’m very happy with this game!❤️❤️😁😁🍦🍦🍽🍽

Fun at first.... The game is good. It’s slow moving but it has you interacting with the customers and getting to know the community. But after level 5 (which I got to on day 1) they start asking for special requests that require you to use diamonds. If you ask if they’d like something else because you don’t have access to that ingredient, the characters say they’ll give you other options once you become VIP which means making a purchase. It’s a good game. I’d be willing to spend a good amount of time watching ads if the payoff for diamonds was worth it and kept the game moving, but it’s VERY hard to do that and make money without them. You’re either stuck disappointing the customers, which is not a fun game at all (that’s what real life is for), or you go broke putting endless amounts of real money into a game. I wish the developers were satisfied with ad revenue but I guess not. I’m very disappointed that I won’t be able to finish this game. It’s a bit ironic that in the game customers won’t buy from you and will refuse service if you ask for too much money for their products. I hope you change the way this game is played before that happens.

The best and the worst. I loved this game for a while now, the characters have interesting story lines and of course it’s fun to build up a Cafe. I don’t mind spending some money on games I use more often, however this one has become more and more frustrating with how easy you get sucked into buying gems to compete in festivals. For instance you get to take 6 tasks in a festival, the more tasks you take the more trophies you win for your township, if you win the most trophies you win the prize of gems and other spices/gifts for your whole township. The task costs 50 gems to cancel in case you need to take a different one and it almost takes me a whole day now to complete one task on a spice..and if you get all characters to ask for a same spice and take the different task the game resets it to back to the basic ones so you have to work your way up again. Sry if it’s long but I don’t agree with the level of difficulty of this game, and festivals go on every weekend along with a ‘gems sale’ between $5-$20. I’ve had several people in my township leave because they were tired of the game and I am too now. I played a lot to get to the top of the festivals league but I too am done be suckered in. They don’t treat the players right in the game, nor in customer service when you make purchases you don’t recieve as I’ve seen other players have problems with. Best of luck Cafe, I’m sure they will only make more money from more suckers.

My Cafe Review. My Cafe is absolutely wonderful, for starters I like the fact that it shows you how to run a business, reason being, if someone wants to run a Cafe, My Cafe shows them exactly how to, and I think that it’s such a great feature, next I like how they added Ann the Barista, because she has helped me a lot so far, everyone time I am confused I ask for her help and she shows me what to do, and the customers as well show me new recipes, and now I know a lot of different Cafe recipes, thanks to Ann and the customers. I personally knew nothing about coffee recipes, but now I am an expert, this game is not only very fun, but also educational, it gives you a great learning experience, and not to mention, it is also very addictive, so I highly recommend that you download My Cafe, it’s free, but just a reminder there are some in-app purchases, but other than that, it is free to download, so get My Cafe today, and start your own Cafe dream, that is all, bye from a really happy customer. In love, but.... I really love this app. In fact, I might even say I’m addicted. It’s so fun, and the apps are so interesting. I also love the variety of in game activities from the vans, to the barista challenge, etc. However, I do have a few complaints. 1. I’ve been trying to figure out how long it takes for the “sell furniture” option to refresh. It’s messed me up a few times during the festivales, because I accepted the quest, but it didn’t refresh in time. The help button doesn’t have anything on this. 2. Tickets are really hard to earn. I wish customers have an equal number or simple gifts and tickets after completing 4 special orders. 3. Phone orders take SOOOO long to refresh. There are times when I’m out of quests, and all the festivales and challenges are over, and I’m left with nothing to do. Then the game becomes boring. It would be better if phone orders refreshed faster. 4. Lastly, I don’t quite understand the point of gems. They take a long time to accumulate, and even then, everything is SUPER expensive and not really needed. I wouldn’t make things so pricey.

My cafe 2 thumbs down. COME JOIN MY TOWN 2019!!! The Quick Sipp!!!! The concept is wonderful the cafe is essential but it would be nice if you could trade with anyone within your township and get more diamonds and coins the time and sometimes task for both is unrealistic and unreasonable you have to wait for a certain time until you can get diamonds from the TV which sometimes slows down a level for example if you only need one diamond and then you watch ads and you don’t even get the diamonds you get coins or sometimes you get nothing but a mashed up close up of the tv and can’t zoom out and have to close the app which is just a waste of time. Definitely don’t want the hassle of this nor continuing to be a problem. Making the game a little more larger so you won’t have to zoom in every five seconds would be a plus. The same characters stop through town time after time and sometimes it’s the craziest obscured story or sentence or person place or thing that you ever heard of. Then it taps back into being realistic with the graphics. Like I said great game just tighten up some odds and ends. COME JOIN MY TOWN 2019!!! The Quick Sipp!!!! All for one and one for all! 3 stars. I like this game and it’s the first one that I have played so far where I and the customers can interact together. It is interesting also because u can listen to the customers stories and help them solve some of their problems. The only problem that I have in this game is that the equipments are overpriced. It is true that there’s an option wether to buy the equipment as it is or the one where u have to upgrade it if u don’t have that much money in the game. So I chose to buy the one where u upgrade it bc the coconut equipment cost like 450,000 but I bought the one where u can upgrade it which cost like 250,000. I needed to upgrade to open some of the recipes needed for the story and so the first upgrade cost like 70,000 and the the next cost 80,000. I was gonna upgrade the third time but now it cost 310,000 to upgrade it. I felt bad and cheated considering the fact that the price went so high and it’s hard to earn mo et in the game. I used up most of my spices and some diamonds just to earn money from the game. So for now I’ll only give 3 stars and when this matter is resolved I’ll come back and change it to 5. Thank you!

Love this game!!!!!!!! But just one thing...... I definitely recommend this game for people who like easy, cute, and fun games, who lets be honest is probably everybody. There is only one small flaw I would like to point out. It starts with a V and ends in IP points. Okay, I get where the whole thing is coming from, but it is a little ridiculous that certain purchases or goals require you to either have VIP points, or you have to do an extremely difficult task that you sometimes have to wait a week for.(SPICES SPICES SPICES) The encouragement of buying things with real money could really empty kids pockets. Also, after awhile certain items get really expensive! And then it gets really annoying and your tasks keep piling up and you have to save up all your money to buy a mint machine or something, only to level up immediately and have to save up to get another machine again. Seriously, the panda in love task? That was 650 gems!! Thankfully I already had like 400 something, but still! All in all, great app, but there could be adjustments.

Wonderful Game! Just could be better.... This game is a very positive game and is excellent for kids and even grownups! But there is a few things to make this game a perfect game for any age! When you get farther into the game after a few days, you start to spend diamonds and you don’t really realize that it is a “need” to buy things and do other opportunities. Like to buy spices. To complete people’s wants to earn extra money you need spices. Sometimes you can get different ones for free, but most of the time you have to buy them with diamonds, which for most people, it is an easy resource to lack. Also the customers usually ask you to buy things with money (not game money, your actual money), and sometimes it gets annoying. Take this review for instance. Bill (one of the costumers) keeps asking you to rate the game. And that is the whole reason I am doing the review. Over all, there are somethings that could be fixed to make this game a lot better. But this is a game that can be enjoyed if you don’t mind constant reminders to rate this game and buy their in app purchases.

Addictive. I love this game so much it is sooooo much fun but I have some wishes and things I would change though like for example I think when I am filling phone orders or the car order if for example the order says 30 chocolate teas I think it would be cool if I could put 30 things of chocolate syrup in the order an later put in the tea, bag like if it says cinnamon cupcake I think it could be nice to put all the cinnamon and later the cupcakes but I think it would be cool to have that as an option but you could still put the things in together. Another thing I would change is how you make the cafe bigger instead of making the price for extending your cafe bigger every time I would either keep it the same price or if you have to pay more money then make the upgrade just a little bigger, and my last wish is that it was a lot less diamonds to by spices since spices are a huge part of it. But again I love this game so much it’s my favorite game. A+ Ps I think we should be able to get more employees faster than waiting for the next level

Not for Free to play, long term players. The game itself gets kinda boring after a while, with many barriers into levelling up like money, having certain spices for story exp. quests, and little to no incentive to log on every day as the events either need too much dedication to get to the good rewards or finish the event before time runs out, and for the car events, there's no indication for how long they stay. As a lvl. 25 player, I level up maybe every couple of months considering how long it takes to get money, and with the spices contests, it's difficult to know when to log on for those to have the chance of actually making good profit with the hard to get spices. But the reason why I genuinely couldn't rate higher was from the fact that I don't understand why they're adding all these new food and drink items when I'm already barely saving up for the expensive equipment after leveling up. Having to lose idle income and having constant set backs savings-wise due to the equipment I didn't know they were even thinking of adding is just annoying and I havent been able to level up for months after having to buy 8 pieces of equiment I barely touch. I never see the customers ask for the new food/drink too afterwards and It doesn't help that every time I log on and decide to play for a bit, the camera just drags me unwillingly to the bunny game I never play or the new car quest annoyingly and makes me just want to not play for another week+ just to repeat again.

I love it but I have a few suggestion. I love the game but maybe make it easier to get gems, for example maybe make it so you can watch more than 2 ads on the tv to get gems per 3 hours or give out daily or weekly ones as gifts. Also could you make it so you can do more than 7 quests during a festival for smaller townships sake. And finally could you make it so customers leave quicker while your on the game perhaps like 2 minutes after their orders are filled? That way it’s easier to get money because you sit there waiting for someone to leave and no one does for like an hour. Also just a question could you guys make another game similar to this. I love games like this but this is the best one I’ve found and I don’t really like any others. Something similar but not so similar it’s boring and too similar to the other. There’s so many times where I’m stuck and just have to wait for the baristas and servers to do orders and collect money when I’m not on the game and I get very bored. Also since this game seems very successful maybe one like it would be too.

Love it!! Just a problems I’m annoyed about.. First I want to say, I appreciate all you devs, you guys update this most of the time and it’s appreciated! But, a few problems I have about the game is, when your done with the stories, it’s gets really boring and it’s takes a little while to level up to get more stories and machines. So what I mean is, when your finished with all the stories, and your not close on finishing the level, it gets boring because there’re is nothing to do, especially to find ways to level up. The stories are the only source to help you level up so when you don’t have anymore there is nothing else but to spend your money, and make special orders for your customers. But I don’t like spending my cash to buy the items because I’m saving for the next level. My next issue is, when you can’t afford something for a story. For another example, you need to pay 500 diamonds to buy this for your customer. I always have to skip it because I can’t afford something. So I want the stories to be possible for every player because some people can’t do certain things and is gonna spend way to long to make a big amount to do things which is hard to play the game because now it’s gonna be such a challenge! Thank you once again devs, you guys are always reading reviews and fixing bugs, and taking suggestions.

I love My Cafe. First off I want to say I love this game! Along with the theme coffee. I love coffee! Just wanted to lay out just a few things I feel could be tuned up because you guys are actually doing great. 1. Employees should be made to restart machines after they use them, not to say they don’t they just only perform this when they need a item. All machines should stay making products and I’m old school so I was always taught that if you empty something refill it. It really frustrates me that they pull product and don’t restart machines. 2. More task to do to level up. The story line is slow slow. 3. The map with the rabbit. You should not have to restart at the beginning every time that’s like you will never get there which cause disappointment and could possibly steer folks away from playing it since after all you will not get to the end before time runs out. I understand the concept of the game and possibly the motive for certain incentives you all put out there but these things can and will help the players feel more confident when playing. I don’t mind spending real cash but it sure got to be worth it.

Used to be a five star game. I still play this game because I like my Township & want to keep supporting my teammates, but the developers have made a lot of bad choices about style & function lately. The characters were recently redesigned & are now much more sexualized and stereotypical. They look awful & I want my old graphics back!! And the bouncing coins and stars all over the screen are annoying. The phone booth game is a lame distraction from the team play aspect of the game and the phone booth in front of the coffee shop is too big. It’s ugly & in the way. (Adding the puzzle aspect at least helped this side game have a purpose) Put the phone booth in the back near barista challenge!! All of the icons along the sides of the screen clutter the shop & make it harder to play. And will the rubies EVER be useful for anything else besides buying benches and bushes to clutter up the sidewalks? We should be able to use them to buy special dice or tickets for the bunny game!! Who are all the people walking around repeating inane comments??? The “seasonal” bonuses have become too expensive to purchase, I mean really, $15 for the same amount of diamonds that used to be $5? Curses to Family Island for being the developers’ yardstick….the characters in that game were so insipid and offensive that I had to delete it from my phone. And I never got the promised reward for downloading & playing it. Never got the bonus for getting a friend to sing up and play either.

Can’t Stop Playing!!. Wonderful game! Solid structure! The only thing I would ask to be changed are prices of equipment and decorations for your cafe. In real life, would a bottle of whipped cream really cost 2,000 dollars? If the food cost more for customers to buy, and they actually asked for the special dishes that give you a lot of money, I would be fine with it. Please fix this, and I will give you a five star review! Another thing is that the game glitches and makes all my food cost like fifty dollars for customers... Then I lose profit and have to work to get it all back! Edit: I used to love the graphics, but after the last update the art just looks... weird and honestly kind of creepy in the case of customers. Mary Ditt doesn’t look like herself anymore!!!! Which makes me sad because she’s my favorite customer. Also, how does Petrovich walk on those spindly little legs??? Clyde Bowen is just creepy, Ron is suddenly super muscular, Bill’s new shirt just gives me headaches, Ben has tattoos and also has super skinny legs, and Jennifer’s head is way too big for her body. Please fix!

Hard to Quest Without Paying. I truly like this game and I would have given it 5 stars, but I have one big problem that made that impossible. The quests seem to be designed for people that are willing to pay for energy instead of for those that are playing the game just for fun. I enjoy the game and understand that everything can’t be free and easy, but it shouldn’t be set so it’s either pay and have it easy or don’t pay and everything’s extremely hard. This latest quest, Petrovich’s, has been better than the last one because of how much energy comes from a pumpkin and how many pumpkins there are. But I have less than a day left and I just started the 4th level (2nd floor in this quest). I have been gathering energy and pumpkins every time they’re available, missing maybe one or two 3 hour pickups while I’m sleeping. I wish I could complete everything because the stories are interesting and the prizes, especially the new puzzle pieces, are really cool. Either we need more time to complete the quests, the energy given needs to be upped, or the energy needed on each floor lowered to make this something worth the energy that someone has to put in to succeed.

PLEASE GIVE US THE OLD MUSIC BACK!!!!!. I absolutely love this game, I’ve been playing it for years! And those who have played it as long as I have remember the funky soundtrack that used to play in the background while you played the game. This is such a small and weird thing, but I loved that soundtrack, it brought a certain originality to the game and I found myself bobbing my head and enjoying the game more while listening to that little funky soundtrack. I think we should atleast have the idea to switch between which soundtracks we want in the background because I know not everyone likes that same soundtrack but to me it’s sooooooooooooooooooo much better and more enjoyable than this new one. Also I wish we still had the option to switch between running 2 different cafes. I’m not sure if it’s an option still, but I liked having 2 different coffee shops to play with 2 different cafe themes and also the option to kind of start over with a new shop and new approach while you still have your original cafe. Other than those minor things this game would be 5 stars for me! Just please give us a music selection option 😭😭😭😭

Very very fun but..... I think this game is really amazing and unique. Other games are like just you opening more restaurants and just serving your customers but this game has a wider variety of decorations and you get to interact with the customers. Also, I like this game because it doesn’t have any things that are locked. I also like decorating the cafe, serving the people and hearing their stories. But the reason I gave 4 stars is because some things require going on Facebook, but kids 4+ sometimes don’t have Facebook, like me. Another reason is those VIP things. I’m fine with you having them but I think you should allow some things to be able to people who don’t have it. I think the order to get the gifts should be for anyone. And maybe the create your own township but I’ll get why you might not allow the township but at least let us be able to choose the order we open our gifts. And maybe allow people who aren’t VIPs to buy from the VIP section too? It’s up to you. I’m just suggesting. Other than that I really like this game and I also like that you guys answer to our feedbacks because I see you reply to other people’s feedbacks. Please try to make this game better! 😊

Parents take notice... should be 8+ Developers please read. This game is extremely good but there are a few things that need work. Some of the stories are NOT appropriate for the age suggestion of the app. The stories aren’t terrible or graphic and an adult or even an older, more mature child would be fine, but the app is for ages 4+. Some of the story content includes glorifying crime, cheating, single/unmarried parents (with slight backstory) etc. To me, those stories are not appropriate for a 4-8 year old. And some parents may feel they aren’t appropriate for even older children. I personally don’t read the stories anymore, I don’t have time for them. Secondly I think there should be a report button for the chat, I understand some people might abuse that button, but I feel it’s necessary especially again, for the age suggestion 4+. Options for opening social media pages is also not something that I think is appropriate for a game labeled 4+, but I understand the marketing and why they do it. In short, I think the developers should raise the suggested age of this game to warn unwary parents. Besides that... spices are rather difficult to obtain and maybe should be easier to get or less expensive to buy. A great game to play but should have higher age suggestion.

Fun but difficult to progress without spending. It’s a fun game with interesting stories and neat characters. However, everything gets increasingly expensive. You end up needing 16,000 and up in coins to purchase a machine and everything else like decor gets expensive. You have to save for hours to get it. Or you can use diamonds which the game forces you to have to have for most things including some goals. You can’t succeed unless you have diamonds because for so many goals you have to have a special spice and those cost at least 2 diamonds and most are closer to 20. Then there’s the VIP. The game is easier if your a VIP but to get to VIP, you have to spend real money. This game seems to revolve around making the player spend real money. I get it. The developers have to make money somehow. But to force it in such way that if you don’t, the game isn’t fun, isn’t fair. Maybe just make certain things not accessed unless your spending some money. But don’t restrict everything and make everything take forever without spending money to get diamonds. Or at least make diamonds a little easier to get. You can get quite a few in a day but it’s not enough to reach some of the goals. If it weren’t for the diamonds and VIP parts, it’d be a great game.

👎🏽👎🏽. i liked this app until i went to by diamonds which cost $1.99 and i kept clicking it because it the transfer and show me purchasing or give me a notification until after 3 times i clicked on it , it said item purchased so today i checked my debit card and it said u spent $6.98 which is unbelievable it only asked me for my face scan once to make the transfer so why did it take $6.98 ??? i would like to get my money back spent on this app the creator of this app shouldn’t have these issues with paying process , it’s should be a one and done . it’s a good game but after a while it get boring and just the same stuff to do and do quests you have to pay a lot of diamonds for stuff that’s not even worth it you can’t do townships , you have to be VIP to do a lot of stuff . another thing i don’t like is the level up process it takes a long time to level up and you don’t get a lot of experience with collecting orders and when you do quest like this one quest i’m stuck on where margerat want 500 DIAMONDS to get the officer to remember like people just don’t have 500 diamonds to spend so honestly this game was good but i’m starting not to like it anymore because the quest are unreasonable , they take your money and it also gets boring . the game is scam !! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY !!!

Great Game. I’ve been playing this game for awhile now and I’ve loved it ever since , it’s fun making all the different types of orders and fulfilling the requests if you like games like that. Diamonds aren’t hard to come by , yes you can purchase diamonds from the store but they come actually pretty easily , in the beginning you get a lot of gifts which gives you diamonds money and spices & herbs , once you get so far it gets harder to get them , but my character gets 2 small gifts a day which varies from spices & herbs to small amounts of money and small amounts of diamonds. I payed more attention to the stories at first , but after awhile I just pressed through them. The only flaw about the game is once you hit them higher levels all your equipment prices jump , I was at level 12 and somethings cost 25,000 then level 13 the things cost 65,000 like that’s a big jump in just one level , but over time you’ll make the money to buy the things and it’s fun in general if you are stuck in the house during this COVID-19 . Could be better. This game pretty much requires that you constantly spend money on diamonds in order to get VIP spices like cardamom and saffron. But hey, at least they seem to realize that and made diamonds cheap. So I don't mind spend $1-3 here and there. I do hate that upgrades and new equipment is outrageously priced. I got stuck for 2-3 trying to earn money to get a stupid chocolate cake display AND a machine. Even the further furniture you unlock is outrageously priced. Now I can only hope to have a huge load of coins before the next level. But! The game is relaxing and addicting. My township just happens to be a good one with a good leader. I am having an issue with the sound in the game. I open the app and have to close and reload 2-5 times just to get the sounds to work and the music to play. I like to be able to at least hear the sounds so I know when drinks are ready to be made. Basically, it could use some little improvements but it's a decent game that I'll continue playing I guess until I hit level 28 when apparently there's nothing left to do, haha.

Fun and entertaining if you’re not in a rush. It’s a lot of fun! But you have to be patient. People complain it’s pay to win but really if you don’t get in a hurry, there’s no reason to spend money. There are some things that are annoying. You can only rotate furniture two different directions and you can only put the tv, menu, and topping shelves on one wall which hinders your options for decorating but the devs are active and keep improving the game. I’d recommend playing this as a chill game that you can log in a couple times a week, maybe a few hours for the festivals, and let your staff make the money while you’re away. The main thing is that the devs are still active so if it takes a while to level up, it’s ok. The game’s not going anywhere. The VIP levels are kind of annoying but they’re really not that important. I have bought stuff but that’s because I don’t mind spending a couple of dollars to help fund the game. You don’t have to though. There’s really not much of a benefit to owning your own township. You can easily join someone else’s. Think that’s all I can think of. Lol! 5 starts due to the consistency and commitment of the devs! Thanks!

Great game but.... This game has been my favorite app for a while now and I haven’t gotten bored of it. This kills so much time and the game doesn’t go to fast or too slow. The thing I appreciate the most though would be that the pace at which you earn money stays at the perfect pace for how much things cost even as you get higher in level. But with that being said this game could be improved I’m gonna go on a hunch here and say that most of the people that downloaded this game are 16 and under, so for someone like me who would love to buy gifts and money, I can’t because I don’t have the money. So it would be so much better if instead of having your VIP status control if you can create your own township or not, have your level determine that. One other minor detail is when you move your furniture, it can only rotate in 2 different ways, so it limits the amount of creativity you can have when it comes to designing. If you could rotate the furniture 360 degrees it would be a lot easier to decorate. Besides that this game is probably the only one I’ve actually been interested in. Keep making more games like these because they are amazing!

It’s great. This game is insanely addictive and super fun. Being able to constantly upgrade your coffee shop is really exciting, I hope there is more choices for decor styles made though!! Some of the design choices for them are a little odd, but it’s all preference. One thing I wish townships/friends could do is trade spices, coins, diamonds, rubies, furniture, etc for other things ex. One gold for two cardamom and stuff like that. In the later levels like 16+, I can never really make enough money to buy the machines fast enough with all the expenses from what customers want me to buy. My coffee shop doesn’t make enough even though it’s big and upgraded and I always have to fill in special orders to try to get money. Some of the spices are kinda insanely expensive especially with how much money you get with their drinks, like gold being 41 diamonds then it selling as 5 or 6k in a drink!? So not worth it to buy that gold unless you get like 50k. Overall, I don’t really love the new art style but the Nicole and buster story was awesome!!

Unique and Fun!. This game is unlike any other game I've played. I sometimes go "game hunting" and I always install some games I think I would enjoy and then delete them if I don't like it. This is one of the few games that I don't delete and it keeps me motivated to keep playing all the time. Not too hard, and not too easy. Addicting. I don't know why other people are complaining about spices. First of all, you CAN throw away spices (to that person). Gems isn't really a problem for me. It's pretty easy to get for me and if you know how to use them, then everything is fine. Also, you don't have to fulfill every spice order. It is just for extra money and such. I really recommend people to get this amazing game! And to all of those complaining about getting more money, gems, spices, etc. I have played this game for a while now like for a year, and I can get gems and coins easily. You just need a good strategy and understand that there is patience. I don’t understand why people are saying they need to “purchase to continue the game” because there is nothing like that.

Festivals. This is one of my favorite games to play and is only game I have ever spent personal cash on. However, I am Very disappointed with the way some aspects of the festivals work, in regards to actually receiving the rewards that are acquired when the festival is over. The leader of the Township I am in has NEVER in 4 weeks played or distributed the prizes. I have made purchases so the township can advance leagues and I get the most trophies every week. The leader has NOT set a manager, nor has she even played in the 4 weeks since I downloaded and started to play the app and joined her township. The reason I picked her town was because she said she only wanted people who would work hard for her township. Now I am tired of myself and 3 out of 10 people even attempting the festivals and I WANT OUT OF HER TOWNSHIP! But I want my cut of the the prizes that I have worked so hard for. I don’t think it’s fair that I have spent so much of my actual cash money to help her township and then leave and get nothing but to have to start all over again either in my own township or someone else’s. I think there should be a way to message the township owner to remind them they owe people prizes! I would give 5 stars if I could get in touch with the township owner or be able to get my share of the prizes so I can leave my current township.

Well designed and great concept. I have probably downloaded over 20 kinds of café / restaurant / cooking game there is on the AppStore and the time management genre just doesn't excite me anymore. This is a fresh café sim game where there is continual progress and you get to serve customers and upgrade your café continuously from the profits you earn over time. What's more is that there are stories to each customer (sometimes involving several customers at once) and you get to be part of their drama helping them decide on various things and serving them coffee or cake to spill the beans or get their spirits up, which makes the game a lot more interesting. There's also festivals every week that you can participate in with your township which is nice. The progression is perfect too - not too easy, not too hard. Just enough to keep you interested! If I could suggest some things they would just be: more machines / displays / decor items for your café, the ability to change wall / flooring pattern per wall / square instead of just one pattern for the whole thing, walls to be able to create rooms, more and varied events. Great job devs!!

Okay.... I like this game, but there are a couple things I wish I could change. Some of the spices are so rare that they’re virtually impossible to get without being VIP, and I shouldn’t have to pay money to play a mindless game. Second, there should be constant car delivery options. Most games like this have a consistent large delivery along with the small delivery (phone). Third, this current update is still the Easter one (IT’S JUNE) and every time that board game comes on it forces you to play, which is super irritating because you’ll be in the middle of something and it’s like NOPE you have to go through this board game tutorial FOR THE 20TH TIME! Also, the board game is dumb, it’s open for like 2-3 days which means 3 free spins? What a joke, I refuse to spend money on an app and I should be able to enjoy many features without having to spend money. I also agree with previous comments made about the township, you shouldn’t have to be a vip to create one, and township assistants should be mandatory in case the leader isn’t available to distribute prizes promptly at the end of a festival. There should also be a daily prize that’s better than a “simple gift” or the simple gift needs to be revamped, I’m sick of getting only rose and anise, if I’m on every day, I should ACTUALLY benefit. Anyway, game is good overall, just wish these things could happen.

Help! Horrible accident. I liked this app. Past tense. My phone bought an in app purchase when my phone glitched. I didn’t consent, as I was trying to close the app as it glitched and I screenshot the accidental purchase immediately. The purchase went through my fingerprint, but I was trying to close the app because it was glitching, that’s why my thumb was on the thingy. This app is NOT WORTH $7 to me, and I would never spend that much real money in a digital world. This is absolutely ridiculous and I thought this app was cool before but if I don’t get a refund I’ll be uninstalling forever to avoid ridiculous charges I didn’t want, and reporting!!! I don’t care enough to spend that much money on that, and would happily give you all my silly spices back that I didn’t want. I shouldn’t be charged because my iPhone glitched and its thumbprint pay. I DID NOT choose that purchase, because I don’t have that money to spare and if I did I wouldn’t buy fake things, I’d buy real food because I’m actually starving in real life, not in fantasyland.

Avoid in app purchases!!!!!. As i have stated avoid purchasing gems,cash and or gifts. Not worth it since the game system is not fair. Example: if you join a township and participated to try and win rewards... only leaders and give the rewards but mostly have the power not to give you your deserved rewards. leader can also bot give you a reward and posibly give it to his/her 2nd account in the group. you have been warned hopefully the developers of this game listens before the game dies due to this unfair rules. if you read most of the negative aspect of the game is receiving the festival rewards that members have participated and not getting nothing for the hard work done. specially if you spend in app purchases to add to the cost to win the festival then it is not fair to not get what you have earned thru money spent and time and hard work! rewards shiuld be given automatically by the game developers. also some leaders like my leader have been mia for 2 weeks now... im stuck in this township/group cause i still have rewards that the leader owe me and the other active members! theres not even aprivate messenger in the game to send the leaders and notify them of this problems. in other words the leader can keep all the other members hardwork eventhough he/she just sit there and do nothing! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! don’t waste your money!

Apocalypse ads. Hello. Is their a way that you can change the ads? I don’t know if you guys have any control of them, so I thought I would give you some information of the main ad/ads that I’ve been getting which have nothing to do with the my café. All I’m mainly getting is zombie apocalypse ads, The main ones that I end up seeing all the time is state of survival. I’d really like to download this game for my kids but since those are the main ads I end up getting I don’t wanna download it for them. My little girl really likes this game a lot, she keeps asking me to downloaded it for her and I have told her I will, but now I’m starting to change my mind, because all I get is zombie ads. I know some people like those kind of games but to me their disgusting, horrifying, nightmare, things for people that have a high phobia of them, were they, end up feeling sick to their stomach and they start to shake. I know some people who play my café might put a ha ha face to my comment, and I just don’t really care, people may laugh at my phobia but honestly, I don’t really care, all I’m asking is for the company who does my café please change the ads if you can, from discussing apocalypse ads, to much lighter games like raid, MergeDragons!, EverMerge, Township, garden scape, other merging games you know, anything but for zombie ads please.

Good. This game is really good, and fun, but eventually it gets boring. There should be daily quests and ways to earn gems and coins daily without having to buy it. Me I’ve spent over 200$ on this game so I could buy gold spices and other spices, also the board game is a joke. If you land on gems it should be way more than 1,3,5,7. That is simply unfair, and it seems the gold gift is IMPOSSIBLE to land on. If you had daily quests each day for people to earn coins and such; this game would be so much more fun and I would play so much more often. Instead I’m on once a week. How am I supposed to save up 15,000,000 to buy a machine when my daily coins when I come collect only amount to 100,000? This is a problem that should be fixed to make the game better! Still fun in the beginning, but after time goes on and you realize al the coins you have to save; it isn’t so fun anymore. But I won’t uninstall because of all the money I’ve spent! Also. The spices are SO expensive in gems. 41 gems for a gold spice is RIDICULOUS. And the prices need to be brought WAY down. So say I win 7 gems on the board game, I can buy one anise and one rose. I love this game like seriously no lie I genuinely can play this for hours and not be bored I mean not literally but you know what I mean lol and I’m a real person like I’m saying this all coming from my noggin.(it’s pretty bizarre)< lol (I keep laughing at myself lol) no but seriously tho I strongly recommend downloading this game it doesn’t require you to buy with real money,(unless your impatient)I mean you could tho but you don’t have to. its actually pretty fun when you start to memorize the recipes and if you have a nicely decorated café or badly, idk that’s up to you and your problems (lol jk)< I’m gonna stop using my parenthesis sorry 😂. Hello I have a few suggestions to make the game more popoular and better first of all make it easier to get the gems ik you made to watch a ad and to pay but I don’t wanna waiste money ( if you didn’t have a way to get the gems by using money I just remembering wrong) and I don’t wanna waste my battery watching ads so make a way where you can earn them by making every order and by leveling up like if you were level 33 you would get the 33 gems things and so on and if your giving them the gems you lose the gems so pls don’t have that next I would like if you could add more food types and drinks for example a choclate milk if the ppl have kids or they teenagers that like it and the thing that’s hardest for me is the thing where you give the costumers a special order ik that the spices are hard to get cause if you saving up to get a slot for a new worker and you need a spice for the comstumer it’s even harder pls do this oh another thing when I try to get them to place a new order the say once you reach vip status 1 they will gladly place a new order pls do these things and not just do mine do everyone’s bye bye for now

OMG I LOVE THIS GAME!!. Though this is one of the only games on my phone, I’ve still fallen in love with it, and not its minorities. First of all, WHY IS EVERYTHING SO EXPENSIVE??? I’ll have like 5,000 coins and I can buy one thing before I have to save up again just so I can pass a mission, not even mentioning my level. Secondly, what’s the deal with townships? There really aren’t all that many and they’re getting full, so why can’t I create one without spending $30 of my real money? Third of all, I don’t have enough room for all the stuff! This isn’t said like you think it would be. I keep on getting to ingredient machines and then I have to spend another 10 minutes re organizing my cafe just so it’s not sitting with the telephone while all of the others are on the left side of the ice machine. Fourth, we should get a hold gift at least once a week. I always see them but never get to open them because they cost money. (This also applies to gems!) Lastly, I don’t want this to be an all negative review, so if others are reading this, I highly recommend this game and i hope that you love it as much as I do!!

Like the game but could be better. I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!! But let me start by saying it could be better. I think the player should be able to create there own township without being a VIP. It's kind of unfair. Then sometimes the customer asks for you to go to Facebook or Twitter or a online app that kids under the age of 12 should not be on. I think that there should be a way that when the township festival comes, prizes should not be given out. They should be picked out by the player and then the township leader can approve of. Then I think the coins are easy to make but not the gems!!! Gems should be given out every day with at 10 gems a day to each player. And a gold gift should be given out every week to the player. Only one gold gift. Then sometimes in township chats, there is bullying. There should at least be a " Report this person " button to keep kids, even parents safe. Maybe, when a kid or child first gets the game there should be a " Enter your age " bar. Or every week there should be a alert that says " You will not be able to play this game until your parent or guardian or owner of this device puts there finger print on the pad below. We're are doing this to keep you and other players safe." This helps because it keeps other players safe, and it keeps the player safe!! If this message helps you develop the game great!! Fun & Addicting but….. This game is definitely fun and very addicting. My only complaint is you work so hard and (optionally spend a lot of real money) to get these stylish machines that will give you rubies and raise the prestige of your cafe. However you pick the machine style that matches your cafes theme, but as you later progress in higher levels new items unlock in a different theme you like better, so now you change your theme BUT your special stylish machines stay as the old theme and now you have to put them in storage and work extra hard or spend a lot of real money to get the new themed machines to match your new theme or the prestige and tips suffer drastically. The stylish machines should be universal to all themes you decide to change your cafe too. The game makes a lot of real money on so many other things, that I think the machines shouldn’t keep costing. If you try to get them without spending real cash for energy playing the puzzles or saving diamonds it will take months to just get one stylish machine instead of a week to get 10. I planned to start a second cafe but because of this one thing I won’t do it.

Fun and easy to collect gems.. It’s fun and fairly simple to obtain gems. With that being said I recommend purchasing at least one pack (about $5) it gives a head start and won’t leave you without gems or money for the tedious first lvls. Don’t waste it on rushing items. No one leaves for slow service. The story would just progress slower. My lvl isn’t high enough I guess but I don’t see any double brewing items? Having a single cup of whatever you’re making brewing when several people plus the phone service wanting it makes it difficult to progress. I also think their should be a clock as well it’s hard to tell when time passes because there are customers sitting from the “previous” day and having a story unfold as if it’s been a whole day since you’ve talked to them kinda confuses me as well as ruins any sort of depth to the story and really shows it’s only been a couple min since they left and came back. It’s a good pass time game since there is no real penalty for being slow and is fun enough if you enjoy cafés.

Amazing concept. I am in love with this game! When I downloaded this game I was not expecting it to be this addicting. It’s very entertaining and I can not stop playing. However, because of this reason, you run out of things to do pretty quickly. After about 30 minutes of playing at a certain point after you’ve gone through the basic setup of things, you have to wait until your orders via the van or phone to refresh, unless you pay for diamonds, which I have done but then they get drained in about 2 seconds and you’re back to where you started. Another thing I want to address is how many appliances you eventually need to get, my cafe is slowly looking cluttered with all of the counters and items I need, and I think it would be beneficial to add a little area of room space for all of the kitchen stuff, like said in another review, a staff kitchen or a back room so the cafes will look more put together instead of an unsatisfying mess. I hope you guys will be able to address these problems, because this game really does have potential and is amazingly fun .

I started playing this game I believe in early 2018 and haven't been able to put it down since, the story's r awesome the festival's r fun there constantly adding new stuff so it doesn't get old and honestly it just keeps getting better and better I used to pick on my brother bc he was so stuck on some game on his phone a while back and I couldn't understand why he would spend so much money on this game well now I completely understand bc I have spent a fortune on this one but bc I wanted to not bc I had to u don't need to spend real money to enjoy this game I just choose to but anyways I definitely recommend this game it's competitive the graffics r awesome the game all around is a great game and I've never took the time to write a review about anything really but this game definitely deserved it so to the developers keep up the good work and everyone else give this game a chance u won't regret it if u really take the time to play and build ur cafe it's awesome

AMAZING AND SUPER ADDICTING. this game, I’ve got to hand it it to the developers, is pretty snazzy. I’m super duper addicted with this game and love all the stories. But this game is far from perfect. it’s too hard to fill all the customers requests all the time without saving up for quite a while, and all of the machine and decor are way overpriced and all though the stories are good, their pretty much the same every time, either the ex got together with someone they loved and trusted, you have to do all the work on someone else’s relationship, or there’s a robbery. And also I can usually get whatever spices I need but I’ve been trying to get cardamom for two weeks without spending money, cause I’m not allowed. I know that this may not be the case for some players, but it is for me and it’s really annoying. And there’s one last thing, maybe I’m expecting a lot, but Ive noticed that there is a point in time where there is nothing to do on this game, although it usually only lasts about 5 min. Anyway, I’m sorry about the length of this and despite it’s few flaws, this game is definitely worth getting and I recommend that you give it a shot.

Great but some problems. I love playing this game. I use to play this game from my childhood and I still love this game… The story of every character is really great! But there are some things that would be great if added in the game… the graphics and difficulty are ok but in every occasion there is a new character comes with a vehicle and we have to fill there orders, but if a player misses that customer than that customer never again returns… many of that character gives us special decoration item that could only be earned in a fixed period of time! I missed a lot of the special customer and couldn’t win the special decoration item. And they will not again return… if they return, they don’t give that special item. They give new items… So, I will be happy if those customers return… And 1 more thing, we always have to stay in the Café. And we just have to hear the story from the character. It would be great if you could visit their house or at least see the images like we do in the special quest. I hope it will be added in the next update… Anyway, it is a great game. Thank You.

It’s okay, some things need fixing. It’s a cool game, love just checking in on it and fulfilling some orders, collecting money, then doing whatever I can. However, you can’t spend a substantial amount of time on the game because you earn money pretty slowly, and everything like upgrades & expansions cost quite a bit. The customers also eat slowly, not sure if this is because they have a ‘special order’ that they’re hoping you’ll fulfill or if they always ate like that before you unlocked that, but it’s annoying. You should be able to tell them you don’t have the items required for the special order just like when you don’t have the equipment to make a new request. It also takes Forever to level up, serving costumers only gets one star each fulfillment, and that’s if you do it yourself. It takes a Lot of experience to level up since I don’t see the bar move when I fulfill requests and I’m only a level 5. And then when you leave, the server can fulfill 100 orders and she only collects 1 experience no matter how much you let it rack up (at least from what I’ve seen). It’s a cool game and fun, you just get bored easily and end up having to leave to check in later in hopes you actually have enough money to finally do something.

Sad that a fun game is frustrating me in one area. I’ve been playing for a while and I do enjoy this game. The stories are cute and it’s engaging enough to keep me interested in doing the drudgery necessary to advance. I do spend some money from time to time when I get impatient, and because I enjoy the game I don’t mind that. My one issue, which has happened twice now, is that the absence of specific equipment can prevent you from participating in the special events. For example, in the current holiday story, I have filled 8 orders but cannot fill any more because I don’t have the milkshake machine yet. I just hit level 30, but of course the milkshake machine costs 7,500,000 coins and it will take days to amass that many coins, even with the extra money I spent on the holiday tree thing that gives extra diamonds. It’s frustrating and disappointing that I can’t move any farther in the holiday story due to the excessive cost of the milkshake machine. Again, I don’t mind spending money now and again, I understand the developers want to make money. But in these instances, by having the story orders require equipment you don’t have, it ruins the players enjoyment of the game.

Amazing. This game is the only game I haven’t deleted on my phone! But there is a few problems. U really need to lower the prices of the items. I have to save up for a few days just to get the 2 star equipment and all of the furniture is really expensive as well. The spice box is really annoying. Pls don’t make us use gems to buy spice box spaces or if u do make it like 1-10 gems not 150. The third problem there is is that the rare spices are really expensive and WE ONLY GET 1 OF THE SPICE!!!! Now for the suggestions every player should be given a daily award of around 200 coins. And what’s also really annoying is that the players can’t pick up trash on the tables pls let us pick up the trash. And also I think it would be more realistic if there was a usable cashier that we could click to get the money out of and to see our past paychecks (By the way make the cashier free) and maybe make a way to close your cafe so OTHER PLAYERS can’t come in. And last maybe before u hire someone it would be cool if u could interview the possible workers. Sorry this is so long but pls take these ideas into consideration. Thank you!

I really enjoy the game, but...... I actually really do enjoy this game, but the only thing I really hate is that you have to purchase items you don’t want just to complete the story. That’s not fair. My cafe is decorated the way I want it and the items you are having me buy is not according to my liking, so there should be an alternative solution to buying the items that you pick. For example, if it’s a couch or table for two, instead of limiting it to one style why not allow us buy it in any style so we can pick what we prefer and what goes along with our cafe. Otherwise, I am wasting coins on something I don’t want in my cafe and then when I sell it back I’m only getting a third of what I spent. Right now I am in the middle of a story and Margaret is requesting that I buy a California couch that is almost 9 million coins. I don’t want a California couch nor do I want to spend that many coins for an item. So in this case I feel like it’s not worth me continuing the story(because I am not buying that) which means I won’t progress and it will take much longer for me to level up. NOT FAIR!!! Please make it so we have a choice of doing something else besides purchasing these items.

PLEASE READ!!!!!. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this game!! let’s get that point clear. It’s the only game I play consistently. I literally only have one issue. I have been playing this game on multiple devices for YEARS. My only issue is the festivals. I have spent money constantly on this game. I am currently an elite township owner in the chocolate league. Unfortunately , I have had multiple township members not completing tasks or disappearing or disrespectful to the point where I have no members. Still I pay money & ALOT of diamonds to complete as many quests as I can to progress to the next league. However , it has been very difficult to progress because all of my competitors have way more members & are able to complete way more quests. Can you please have it to where we can compete against people with the same amount of team members? It gives players a really big advantage & it makes it seem as though I’m wasting my hard earned money trying to compete. I don’t want to join a township because then I wouldn’t have the same control. I am definitely a long time user & I would love if you guys take this into consideration.

From Love to Disappointment. I have been a loyal player for a number of years now, playing each day, and putting money in regularly, putting me at the highest level, and running a township because I’ve loved playing so much. Sadly though, the last 4-6 months, the developers of this game have become extremely greedy and it is getting harder and harder to support this game because of it. The amount of money needed to buy diamonds and gifts of spices is ridiculous to be able to fill all spice orders and to get tickets for the bunny game, and the fact that you’re asking up to 4 tickets for 1 roll in the bunny game, (only to move 1 space), is absolutely disgusting and shameful of the developers. Asking for more than one ticket per roll is beyond greedy. I really do feel for those that can’t afford to put money in to play. I won’t be putting anymore money in to this game unless things change and they back off on the greed. I will be playing it any way I can as a free game, and yes I do know all ways to get spices, coins and small amounts of diamonds for free (this hardly helps any more). If things don’t change then I’ll probably delete this game permanently and find something better. Please change the way things are done now, it use to be so great. My fingers are crossed, but only for so long 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Amazing Game!. I have been playing My Cafe for a while now and believe now is the time to express my opinion/feedback. Overall it’s seems to tick most boxes, some of the gameplay seems repetitive but I really do enjoy the stories. It engages with the audience effectively and takes them on an enjoyable journey. You’re introduced to more characters overtime with new and intertwining stories which I adore. I would like to see more attention with new updates to include not only new characters and stories but to include new events, themes and styles of furniture. (Idea/suggestion) Potentially the game can become more of a pick your own story with the decisions you make and the outcomes and impacts are based off your decisions. I would like to see more features/small details that make my cafe improved all round. It can be the smallest of details like how the customers arrive at the cafe. Cars? Motorcycle? Bicycle? Thank you for all your hard work and I personally appreciate it.

4 stars. Let me explain why... I generally love this game, it’s awesome! But, I have one concern, I bought Ginseng, but I didn’t have any space for another spice unless I unlock ANOTHER slot for 49 💎, I obviously didn’t have that much, so, I just refreshed the game and left to brush my teeth for two minutes. After I came back on, the Ginseng wasn’t in my spice box, but, I did not get my 14 💎 back! I feel like I deserve giving back 14 💎 . It was to complete Mary’s quest which said she wanted Ginseng Tea. Other than that, super amazing! I totally recommend downloading it! It’s very addicting but unfortunately it doesn’t come offline, so could you please add that? Offline My Café? It would be awesome. Don’t listen to those 1 stars. This game is the best in the world, no actually! You can even own a township. With your own residents, and what I love about this game is that you could decorate your cafe in any way you like! Decorate with English style, American style,Chinese style, Loft, French style,or even northern lights style after you reach lv 7! You can also get money very fast and answer educational quizzes from this guy named bill, it contains fun characters with their own personality and unique adventures, well you get bored but somehow you start playing again! I have so much other things to say but not enough time, I need to keep playing!!! Don’t listened those 1 star ratings Thanks melsoft

Blocked with no explanation. I had loved this game for a solid year up until the point where I got too busy to have time for games. As you do when you’re busy, you don’t play games for a while - in my case a few months. After a few months I decide to install it on my iPad, only to discover that they had blocked me due to a breach of their ‘game rules’. I had messaged and emailed them several times over a span of a couple of months. When I finally got an email response, their only justification for blocking my account was due to unfair gameplay. I played the game that was pay to win, which I utterly regret now. I never abused anyone in my township, I did not sell my account or lend it to anyone else other than between my 2 Apple accounts. And I did not have a third party. I was gutted that after so many attempts to advice that I must have either got hacked or it’s because they didn’t recognise my email, they ignored my suggestions and continuously pushed me back with the same excuse that it was due to unfair gameplay. No details on what it was I did wrong and how I played unfairly, simply that I breached game rules. Worst support I have received from an indie game company.

Its okay, IT REQUIRES THINKING AND REMEMBERING GOSSIP. A bit too much happening in the game all at once.. when i first started the game it just overloads you with too much task and looong sentences from 5more characters gossiping flirting upset or dunno whatever just TONS of irrelevant stuff or conversation that doesnt have to do with the game if there is its just boring stuff( if you like games WITH story this might be for you), with also trying to figure out how to make drinks in the beginning and spices tray that you could barely fit any spices.. Its sooo difficult to level up. I dunno i didnt last playing it.. its just too complicated or probably just A LOT for a game. P.S. still give it a try. Just didnt work for me. Gluck!

How can you dislike this?!. This game is the best cafe game I have played! In all of my experiences of playing games, this has got to be the best! The things you need to buy aren't even that overpriced and you rarely need to use diamonds to buy things. In others games some of the furniture you have to buy costs like 20 gems, when they don't even give you any! I really recommend this game to others.

Absolutely amazing game, there are a few flaws, such as p2w, workers getting in front of machines so I have to tap the button ‘excuse me, I need to use this device’ about every 2 minutes when I’m completing a big order. Nonetheless, it’s a great game to play! You can join townships and work together, the feeling of accomplishment when you get first place with your team… so good! It is very hard to stock up lots a materials, such as spices, coins, diamonds, etc. for orders (I have completed all 5 only about twice, level 10 by the way), special offers at bank, and… diamonds are basically everywhere. 1 star review reacts to PROVE it’s a good game! ‘Blocked with no reason’ Ok, that’s none of my business, go contact the team and see what they can do. ‘Can’t enjoy if you have no money’ I get this. However, the new event (the quests in the sos pole thingy) is actually really fun! (Although you might need to spend a bit on energy). Connection Loss. Hi! I absolutely love your game! I was playing it everyday, I became obsessed with it until one day I opened the app and i said that there was ‘internet’ or ‘ connection loss’. This happened quite a long time ago, I tried checking my phone to see if I had no internet but I had, wifi, service and internet. I tried reloading the app, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app but it keeps coming up with the same message. I had deleted the app for quite some time and have tried multiple times to reinstall the app but nothing is working. I know it isn’t my phone because every other app seems to work but this one. Once again love the app but I just Can’t play it - thanks 😊

Fun, endless possibilities.... This game seems to emulate a real business setting. In the beginning you start with the fun basics of developing your café. Later on, you can join/create townships, that require team work, management and creativity. Lots of potential with this game, from lazy fun to more focused strategy. Notes for developers: can you adjust the text in township chat so that it doesn’t chop words up when moving to another line? Also allowing emoticons would be nice. Thanks!

LOVE! But lately, continual glitches are appearing. I love this game a lot from the opportunity to customise your cafe to a specific style, the ongoing storyline and quests and the fact that I find it much easier to gain coins and gems compared to other games (however sometimes the cost for decorations is a little excessive). The only problem I’ve been experiencing for a few days is that I’ll press the mail notification or competition button to choose a task and suddenly my game is blurred and frozen or my game continues to work but I cannot move around the cafe and make drinks etc. I am on the latest update for both the game and my phone so I’m unsure if this is a new bug, but if so, please fix it soon!! I keep losing my half finished drink orders ://

My Honest Review ☕️. My Café is one of those games that really hooks you, the story of all the characters is amusing, the wide range of styles your cafe can be in (French, American Retro, English, etc) is brilliant. My only downside is the expense some of the machines come at when you hit a new level, I personally buy them quicker by selling special orders and selling telephone orders. It’s a great game to play and definitely worth downloading.

Kicks me out. I used to love this game so much!! I would play all the time!! I stopped playing for a really long time but today I came back on and as I was loading in it kicked me out! I thought it was just a glitch so I went back in. But every time I open the app it kicks me out for no reason. I don’t want to delete the game and reinstall it because I got to a very high level and I don’t want to restart all of that. I didn’t have an account (which I regret now, I will make one next time, if there even is a next time) please tell my why this is happening. I just want to continue the game I have always loved.

Cost of equipment is so much!. One of my favourite games. There are great characters and interesting stories. At the beginning the prices of equipment is reasonable but as you get to higher levels needed equipment is so expensive that it takes ages to get it and then there is something else you need to get. It eventually gets impossible to buy equipment without making in app purchases unless your willing to spend weeks of saving up (basically the whole game because when you get to the next level there is other stuff to buy)

Quest not giving money back. I have been playing this game for weeks, and has put money into it. Now that I got to a quest with Koffsky in which he asked to lend him 500 gems and he will pay back 600 gems. But at the end of the quest, he only gave 5 gems?! And when I tried to trace the quest in the character board, the whole quest disappeared and only meaningless statements remained in there. It’s like they took the gems and ran away with it. Where can I get that my 500 gems back??? Also, the higher level you get, the more money you have to pay to complete quests. There is no way to play this game without putting more and more money in.

BEST GAME!! Just need to change prices. Been playing this game for years! One problem and only problem I have with this game is that, the machines are way to expensive and the money you get from customers and from daily bonus is low as. Like the soda machine is 15 million coins yet daily bonus is like max 5 thousand coins. I don’t get over 1 thousand coins in gifts. It just doesn’t add up. Also you can’t even buy coins, yet you can buy everything else. overall BEST GAME IVE EVER PLAYED

Lovin it!. Not only is this one of the best games I’ve ever played, it’s so fun and interesting. Not only do you get to create a cafe and add character to it. You get the opportunity to understand what’s happening within your town and find out the mysteries which occur with your customers. Although I’ve played this game for a couple of years now, it is great to see how they have updated the games system by improving the graphics and especially when customers ask for orders You don’t have to go through the menu to find each individual recipe. instead what the customers’ orders is highlighted for you which helps a lot! When it comes to gaming of course there are some flaws. In this game seems to be a problem when it comes to selecting a machine and the staff is in the way. Besides that this game has come along way. I’m very excited to see what they will do next, can’t wait!

Good but.......... It is a great game but I wish you could pick if you have a male or female to start with and also things were cheaper like 39 diamonds for saffron? And 5000 dollars for a couch for 4? Things are way to overpriced and you hardly earn any money from anything when you start. At the start it feels really simple but when you’re on a really high level it becomes I’m possible to buy stuff or level up.

Why did people complain? Love it. I love this game. It is such a cool game, coins that hold a lot of money which is earned floats on your waiters heads. It’s so cool. There are a few glitches and bugs but that doesn’t stop you from loving this game. Plus, the people who ‘work’ for you play while you are not so your customers are always happy. A lady named Margret, who has had 13 of her own weddings, buys all of your old furniture so your storage doesn’t get to crowded! Though the in app purchases with game money and gems are pretty expensive sometimes, the people who made this can reason with you. Plus- when you join a township, you can go to the circus and get so many trophies! It is really a great game! The person who rated it one star was awfully wrong and I recommend you don’t go by their rating. Sometimes you’ll get bored of it but then after that you’ll play for a long time then get bored of it and then play for a long time, it works like that! I really recommend playing this and hope you take this into consideration.

Great game I would of given 5 stars but having to depend so much on gems for almost everything like spices I didn’t find fair at all all spices should be available to everyone not one section for vips maybe have other privileges for vip and have spices for all because there needed for a few good recipes also for the van out front that requires some of its orders to have spice to. the space of time between phone orders could be shorter like an hour maybe? Five star!!!!!. I really love this game, I play it almost every day. I never experienced any bugs in this game. I love games that let you choose your own story. There is only one tiny problem. Please could you make the cafe expansion cheaper. Maybe some other things as well. I’d also like the game better if you could hire more employees without having to pay diamonds, just using money you earn in the game. Otherwise 5 star. I don’t know why everyone is talking about glitches or bugs.

Addictive and on my mind. I first downloaded this game when I was ten on my crappy iPad. 2 years later when I received a phone it was the first thing I downloaded it, it gave me so much joy and I remember the excitement I would have for coming home and being able to relieve the school hours on this game. Now being 15 I can’t believe I’ve resided back to this game once again. It’s that addictive. Everything is design to may you pay. By everything, I mean literally everything. I get it, that we need to pay for some game in order to get a step a head of other players but this game take it to completely next new level. If you don’t pay meaning “wait for 24 hours to get a single item that is even barely useful to do anything” Example: the primary source of income in this game is to accept special orders by customers. In order to accept the requests, we need “Spices” which are ridiculously expensive. To top that we have to also buy the slots for them which is ten times more expensive. So yeh””” if you are not willing to pay hundreds of dollar, just stick with Candy Crush or whatever you are playing now. My advice, if you wanna play this game, just buy a PS4 or Xbox one. Because you will have to pay the same amount of price for this game in order to play for real. If anyone from review team reading this, please “fix the game especially the income system”. Plays should be allow to do stuff instead of waiting for 24 hours just to serve an order.

Flawed Pay to Win. It is a pay to win game and that by itself makes it a one star game. However, I find the most annoying thing is the waiters and baristas standing in front of equipment that I want to use. Telling them to move their rear ends is not a problem if they are not also carrying bonus herbs that I do NOT want to collect. The baristas become fixated on taking the drink from a specific piece of equipment even if an identical machine has the required drink completed. Recently, I find they are so fixated on a specific machine that the only way to get them to change is to store the machine that you do NOT want them to use. Moving the machine is NOT enough to force them to use a different machine. That being said, I would have less issue with the badly designed flaw if the staff using the stylish machines also earned rubies. They do NOT earn rubies so sometimes I want them to let me use the stylish machines while they use the ordinary one. The orders placed by waiters on the stand do NOT disappear if you complete the order and the stand can only take 2 orders. This is crazy if you have lots of tables, so I guess the smart thing to do is to only use bar counters so and to get 4 baristas. These major game play design flaws make this a 1 star game. It would be interesting if they would consider fixing these major design flaws.

This is the best cooking game ever!. I absolutely love this game! The fact that there are multiple plots and crimes going on while you serve customers. For some reason I also love how you progress through the game by customer suggestions. The graphic are also really good! I highly recommend this for anyone who like cooking games as the dopamine rush you get serving customers and unlocking recipes is the best!

Money trap - avoid at all costs!!!. I am so disappointed with this game. I downloaded it after seeing good reviews and at first it was really fun. I became engaged and invested in the game, sinking an hour or so into it. That’s when it sunk in its teeth. Suddenly all the characters started asking for ‘special orders’, to the point of no normal orders being available for me to complete. To fulfill these special orders, you need spices. To get spices you need diamonds, and to get sufficient diamonds = spending $$$. Normally I don’t do this but since I was really enjoying this game I decided to pay the baseline $3 to gain what I thought would be access to sufficient items to be able to continue play the game. This was NOT the case. There simply weren’t enough diamonds to open sufficient spice slots and gain sufficient spices to make the characters increasingly complicated recipes, and insufficient alternative recipe options were made available to be able to continue without paying MORE money for more diamonds. It gets worse. After this I realised the only way to get to the next stage of the game was to complete the recipes. So I paid $3 for an unplayable game. I am disgusted.

Great App! Only a few small glitches! Easy to use!. I think that My Cafe is a great app. I love the idea behind and I also love that it’s so easy to understand how to use it and that there isn’t to many different confusing controls. This makes it so much easier to play and that’s why I love it so much compared to other apps. There have been a few bugs here and there, but otherwise it’s an amazing app! So thank you!

Ok, I love this game, but I dont like the new update. How come the cupcake stand is different to every other stand? This WILL annoy me (sorry). The fridges are VERY different too and the cream machine is re-designed. I will probably get used to this but I DO prefer the older version. Now, to talk about the actual game, it’s AMAZING. Apart from the fact that they sometimes ask you to do stuff like give them a coffee with cardamom! Because, you can’t get cardamom unless you are VIP (you have to pay) or if you MAGICALLY get it out of a prize. Sorry for the complaining, but do know I love this game!

I don’t recommend it. At first the game is pretty fun and u can level up pretty fast but once u reach the higher levels u need to pay to have a full experience. The main source of income is spices which are expensive and u can either buy it with diamonds or get a bag or box. During the festival or event u also complete quests. I used to play it about a year ago and the quests were fairly simple and quick to do but now most of the quests involve spices or boxes which are expensive. Ads also don’t have an x to exit out of which is strange. The ads are really sketchy and the only way to close the ad is to shut the app itself but then you won’t get your reward. It used to be a good game but not anymore.

REAL FUN! Suggestion tho. It’s an awesome game, and I like how there’s stories which we can play along with not just having a cafe! That’s what makes this game real fun to, and the graphics are wonderful. Everything is awesome about this game, but I have 1 suggestion. Could we have this bitten that we press that’s like OPEN/CLOSE. Because sometimes when I don’t want people to come inside, I get a lil’annoyed because I know they will keep on coming in. Better than valium!. I really wanted like this game, I really did. The thing is, it's painfully slow, and painfully awkward. The same two women keep coming in asking for cupcakes, ice cream, and tea - from a coffee shop. As one is finishing up the other one is walking in the door. There's seemingly no way of improving the painfully slow and stilted conversation, asking for an order, getting it, and don't overlook collect that $3, which goes into the cash register whether you touch it or not. You can't buy the furniture you want, when you want, and I was certainly given the impression that it is a design game. I didn't sleep much last night and found myself nodding off! This game needs work, and I don't mean computer bugs!

This game is amazing but.... This game is so much fun and in my free time I always find myself playing this game. But one problem is that some of the characters request you to do something that either costs a lot of Jems or money or sometimes even very rare spices and the only way you can get those spices is to be a vip. But to be a vip you have to pay so for some people these quests take a lot of time to complete so it wastes their time and slows down their progress. But otherwise this game is amazing and I don’t think theirs anything wrong apart from that.

Loved the festivals until recently. This game was awesome plus had the added fun of a weekly festival where you and up to 20 team mates could compete against other teams performing tasks. In the last couple of releases the developers have become super greedy and ensured that around a third of the tasks can only be completed via gift purchases. You cannot win a festival without spending money. Some of our best players have decided to leave the game or just not fully compete due to this. Has made the festival very ordinary. Such a shame it was a great game, I really used to look forward to the festivals but at VIP5 with no story line left and the game forcing you to buy if you want to place it’s kind of boring now.

Great game. This is a really great game, I love it how the coin pops up on the workers head so that we can get extra money and a bubble comes up on the customers head so that we can chat with them, it doesn’t feel great when you can’t speak to someone and enjoy, Bill is the one who you can chat with and he will ask you some quiz questionnaire, it is really fun! The only problem is pretty small, the problems is that to get extra gems when your out of gems is that you have to pay money, you get to get free gems from the customers but sometimes I really really need a device to serve the customers what they want and I’m not allowed to pay money just for a game, if you could please make some for free? Like 50 gems or 20, I deleted the game once of that but in wondered if I should write a review and be patient. Thank you very much for this game, I enjoy it and I hope everybody else enjoys it as well, you did your best. 🌸

A Few Glitches. I think this game is great. everything about it’s fine my only issue if when bill tells me to rate the game everyday and i go to the app store after i press yes, i rate the game and return to the game and all of a sudden the noise from the game stops! This really bothers me because i have to restart my game and then it works! this also happens when i flick up to change my brightness and stuff like that, i return to the game and all the sound is gone! this might be my phone but i’ve got the iphone X (no flex intended) and it doesn’t do that for any other game! all i’m saying is it’s a great game except for the couple of glitches here and there.

Township leader gone and no support. Township leader has not been in the game for 30 days and I want to be appointed leaders assistant so I can give the prizes to the players still in the township and then we can leave. Finally figured out what to do how to contact support and it won’t let me submit the email. How about some customer service, you take our money really efficiently so put effort into supporting your customers. This is a stupid way to run the townships and you should set it up so when the leader abandons the game for 30 days it automatically lets remaining players compete for it. I had research to find options to fix this and I still haven’t got anywhere, games are meant to be fun and fair and not hard work.

Money loop hole that’s not even worth it. Download this seemingly lighthearted game only to be met with constant nagging to follow there social accounts and infuriating restrictions on what you can do without a crazy amount of ‘diamonds’ which there is no way of meeting the standard with out spending quite an unreasonable amounts of ACTUAL money on diamonds, even the characters in the game got on my nerve about it. I know this seems really petty but I’m so sick of every game cornering you into having no way to keep playing without spending money, what happened to lighthearted games where the software engineers were just happy people were playing there game? Honestly just really disappointed.

Love this game… It’s Amazing. Good but need some improvement. I quiet enjoy the game until I make my own township. To unlock everything is getting ridiculous prices while the benefit of being members in one township is nearly nothing. The cost to do the quest on festive is much higher than the rewards. Other members can’t help the other by giving spices. And the spicies from member to township also just become a cheap diamonds. I played this game, I spent alot but the fun of it its not worth it. Considering to leave it to other more fun cheaper games if they not do any changes of this..

Pros and cons. Like the game. Great idea and concept. I find the characters move way to slow which causes me to become bored after a small amount and I stop playing. I also feel that if you were able to earn money faster or the prices for items were lower it would be a more enjoyable game. I feel this game has great potential and find it sad and greedy that the developers charge so much money for so little in their package deals. It appears to also be limited to a particular age bracket as young people wouldn’t have the money to afford playing this game to its full enjoyment capabilities.

I absolutely adore this game. Hello! My name’s Grace and I’m an 11 year old girl. I dream of owning my own café just like my level 12 café now, I got my best friend to try this game out, she said she loves it! I give it 5 stars for 5 simple reasons because: 1. It’s super easy to play 2. I love the quizzes Bill does and the dice Margaret does 3. It’s super easy to get lots of money for drink devices etc. 4.its really easy to get diamonds 5. You can easily get every spice you want from the gifts 6. You can design your café in ANY way you’d like ( I prefer the French design) 7. The side games like the bunny one (forgot name) are easy to play and don’t cost much The only thing I don’t like about it is that 1 ticket costs around 100 diamonds, in which in my reference (I love to spend them as soon as I get them) is really hard to get. I love this game but the bugs are horrible. I really enjoy playing this game. But I’m sick of being in the middle of the game and what I’m doing then all of a sudden it comes up with either. “Going under technical work” or “connection lost try again” it’s not my connection cause no matter where I am it happens it happens like 10 times in half an hour. It’s getting that annoying that I’m nearly to the point of giving up the on the game and deleting it even tho I’ve done so much in the game. It needs to be fixed or I’m deleting the game.

Awesome game, but.... I adore this game it is one of the best games I have ever played in my life. I play it everyday and it never gets boring. Like, ever. There is always something new to see or do or hear about from your customers. However, there is one negative comment I’d like to make. Some special orders require you to spend a lot of gems or even real money (vip) to get rare spices. Take tapioca for example. I have had to ignore tons of special orders with tapioca in them cuz I can’t get that spice. Anyways, other than that it’s an outstanding game, well done developers! If you’re thinking bout getting this game, plz do!!! You won’t regret it!!!

Amazing. I love that you can enjoy the game as it is without having to purchase anything with real money. Like other games where once you reach a certain level you can’t progress unless you buy more gems or coins etc. It’s good that this game is continuously being updated and including different features etc. Edit: I’ve noticed the game has been glitching a lot. I’ve been loosing out on my rewards from completing personal quests in the festival. I competed a personal quests where you serve 75 spices and you’ll receive 50 gems but when I competed it and went to claim by gems the game freezes up and doesn’t add on the gems to what I have. It’s a bit frustrating

Overal if you dont have money you cant enjoy. The game itself are great. Until story line asks you buy not nesessary things. For example, i reached level 23. And now customer asks me to dress my staff with very expensive outfit which is 575 💎 and another customer asks at the same tame to buy special decoration with owl which is 650 💎. And they will give me gift boxes, which i dont really need. Why I need to spend so much money to just past the story and receive level xp points? I dont get that. To colect over 1000💎 i dont know hom much time I would need to spend without paying some money. I upset about this game, because they dont give an oppprtunity to play without paying any money. That is frustrating.. and shame shame shame..

Excellent Game!. I’ve had this game for a while now and it’s one of 2 games I don’t think I can ever delete. I love having my own township and striving to make our rank better. I don’t play through the week anymore, I only play for the festivals.. but I spend roughly $5-$10 every week for the festival. Only down fall is I have been sitting at level 5 VIP for a while now and there aren’t anymore levels to go up :( maybe a special present once a month or something would be good for those level 5 VIP’s who are still spending money each week :)

Fun, but you need diamonds. Fun game! The only thing is you need diamonds to purchase recipes in order to move on in parts of the story so I get stuck for months on one part of the story while trying to save up 90 diamonds. (As I don’t wish to pay to get them) Other than that this is sooooo much fun!

Abusif. Quand j’ai commencé à jouer, il y avait alternance de festivals courts et ceux de semaines ne risquaient pas de nous faire perdre le niveau. Maintenant , c’est festival sur festival d’une semaine et les missions sont pratiquement juste des missions où il faut acheter avec le crédit (ou bancaire). Car les missions cadeaux sont gourmands et impossible à gagner autant. Pour les trolls, oui j’ai parfois acheté mais il y a une différence entre des fois et que le jeu, par ces festivals abusifs nous y amène ou on perd le niveau pour la ville. J’aimais mais plus maintenant.

To get anywhere in the game cost diamonds and more diamonds.. In the last several months this game has changed dramatically and to the worse. They have removed most of the less costly or easier tasks forcing you to spend more diamonds. The special tree that you can purchase went up in cost by 40% and the diamonds value you get went down. Non stop festivals and where the weekly one would not impact your standing in leagues it now impacts you more often. This has turned into more of a job than a game!!! Update. I wasn’t going to comment but after being told by others about this, I felt I had to. I don’t know why the special offer page to buy the gift bags you used to get from Fernando have been removed again as it makes it needlessly hard to progress with the spicy drinks without them so they really need to be permanently restored. My own personal comments are about the male characters when you’re not ‘communicating’ with them. They mostly look like they’re on steroids, especially from the front and back and in addition, Bill looks like a zombie when he walks, not a good look so hopefully you will adjust that as well. Rip off. I made a purchase of diamonds, and started to purchase a few spices when all of a sudden the diamonds started to decrease 1 by 1 as I play the game. All of the diamonds I purchased have now disappeared. Not impressed that I made a purchase that disappeared. I enjoyed game until I had this happen. I also feel as you progress through levels, items get ridiculously over priced.

The audio.. Its a good game I very much enjoy it but the background audio or all the audios in general are all distorted and fizzy sounding I hate it so much please, please, please fix it I really like this game and I don’t want this to ruin it!

Love the game but…. Now there are 16 tiers spice chains. I used gems to finish them twice and got 0 gifts when I feel like if you choose to go that far to 16 tiers, you should be guaranteed gifts because it takes a lot of spices/gems. 🤷‍♀️

NICE UNTIL LAST UPDATE. Have been playing for years since game came out. Last update is a disaster especially as regards the design. Everything looks cartoonish now, like a game for a 3years-old. New fridges do not match anymore with furniture. Also why only one line of spice shelves in each style? The rest of the furniture is declined in several lines for each style. Last, price of equipment is getting ridiculous as you get higher in level.

Melsoft ruining fun by being greedy. I’ve been playing this game for years, it used to be challenging but fun. Over the last 6 months or so the developers have made relentless marathons to force players to pay. Sucking every inch of fun out of the game and alienating long time players. Even top rated towns are quitting. Good business strategy 🙄

To many festivals. I love the game but there’s no more days off between festivals, no time to rest. And almost all of them can make us lose ranks. It’s a nonsense. You want to have lots of festivals in a week? Fine but one of them should be just for fun, no rank changing. If it doesn’t comme back to this, I stop putting money in the game.

Annoying but good. This game is a annoying because when it says there is a update and I do the update then it doesn’t even work! It says there are a bunch of different stuff in the update and it is not fair at all. And the diamonds aren’t even free and like not every one has enough diamonds to unlock things like recipes. But I will say it is a pretty good game . But I don’t recommend downloading it unless your willing to pay money . I hope they fix the update problem soon.

Misleading, rip off. On the app it says if you invite friends and they get to level 7 and join a township you get 500 diamonds. Two of my friends joined and got there but I didn’t received my diamonds. Went I asked about it on the chat in the contact us option no one is answering. Good game but a complete rip off as 500 diamonds cost 7$ (real money).

Awesome. Really awesome game except it does take a while to earn money so it would be great if there were some sort of way to earn some extra money to help pay for all the expensive renovations in the cafe. All in all, a very well designed game with excellent graphics. Very fun!!

Not happy with changes. This game was great. I loved playing the tournaments with team mates. However they are making it so hard to get supplies unless you pay for them. They already make a lot through ads as you have many ways to get rewards through watching ads, which is fine by me for the entertainment value. Not sure how their advertisers will feel once subscribers start to diminish. I think they are shooting themselves in the foot. My team is starting to get fed up. I feel they are getting greedy!

Jadis il y avait un mélange de tâches faciles et difficiles aux festivals… les tâches faciles sont maintenant presque inexistantes et plusieurs ont carrément disparu (trouver de l’argent dans les cadeaux, dépenser des rubis, gagner des rubis…) Presque tous les festivals comptent, on n’a plus le temps de refaire nos provisions. Je n’ai rien contre dépenser un peu d’argent de temps en temps (et je l’ai fait à travers les années) mais il faudrait dépenser bien trop pour pouvoir performer, alors, plus envie. Si vous voulez gardez vos joueurs… retour vers le passé svp! Vous aviez un jeu accrocheur mais plus maintenant. Vous êtes passés de 5 étoiles à 3… et ça continue de descendre.

I love this game!. This is seriously my first review on a game. I’m absolutely obsessed with it! I love that there aren’t a million ads every 2 minutes like other games. You can choose to watch them and if you do you get something like a diamond to use in the game. It’s so easy to level and really fun when you get the hang of it. Easy to make coins and buy stuff for your cafe. I love too that you have conversations with your customers. Adds more fun to the game. I will only say I wish you could rotate furniture all the way around besides the two options it gives it. Also, some purchases you have to make can be expensive but when you make special drinks you get extra coins and it helps. Though I will complain I hate how you have to be vip to get certain spices and the spice rack cost a lot of diamonds to open up new slots for storage. Other than that I recommend getting hooked on this game!

All my friends are hooked!. Literally this game has taken over my life! 🤣 I became obsessed with it and told all my friends and now we play together all the time. It is almost perfect. One thing i think would be really good would be if all of the different styles of furniture became available at the same time, because I chose the loft style but there is barely anything available whereas french style has way more available at the same level. Also i wish i could turn my stands and things in all four directions instead of just two. That would make decorating the cafes much more versatile. I also think that some spices are in really high demand but are really hard to get. Cardamom is one of, if not the, hardest spice to get and it is always what the customers want so I can rarely complete all of their special orders. But other than that I am obsessed! I love it so much!

It’s good but. The game is good but i have a problem with the way you talk about Ron and how he is treated by Cleo and Cleo’s chapter in general. Ron is a nice guy and a football ⚽️ captain and he was with Cleo, a dj and one time, they were on a break because she didn’t think he was funny. At first she didn’t want to go out with him because he wouldn’t buy her a specific drink and would only go out with him if she did. I mean, there is nothing wrong with standards. But when they were on a break, he went to a person who attempted theft for joke advice. Which is nice because he obviously cares about her. She then went out with his joke advice teacher and was confused about who she liked. Then when she made her decision, she said why don’t you ask Ron, he is the one who started this mess. Which doesn’t make sense and makes her seem like a bad person for not appreciating that he was willing to change for her. I think that Ron was better off without her and she deserves anything bad coming her way

love this game, but one problem…. my cafe is really fun and a game that needs dedication and commitment in order to move ahead in the story/game. the one problem i have is that here and there, there is a character in a game who will request you to do 30 orders within a certain time limit and you get prizes along the way. along with the orders, there is a storyline that comes with it and you get to talk to the characters. however, BE CAREFUL when talking to the characters because the options to respond to the characters trick you and are in a order that will accidentally make you click “spend 349 diamonds instead of completing 27 orders.” there are SO many times where i accidentally click “spend 349 diamonds” when i rather complete the orders because diamonds are hard to get. please fix this or change the order of responses to choose from because i spent 349 diamonds for no freaking reason and i’m getting fed up because i work hard for them.

Gameplay is fun, but micro transaction tactics are kinda lame. I've been playing for a bit and I do enjoy the game. I'm used to how mobile games usually work in terms of microtransactions so im familiar with a lot of the tactics games use to encourage them, but one thing is incredibly frustrating. When you have the option to spend diamonds (the premium currency) there's no confirmation check, meaning if you accidentally press an option to spend diamonds, you're out however much regardless if you meant to or not. I've lost about 600 diamonds from doing this accidentally. As a mostly F2P player it's incredibly infuriating. I doubt the devs would do anything about giving my diamonds back as I’d imagine the design is intentional, but I ask that at the very least a confirmation box be added to these huge purchases. There are a lot of options to spend a large amount of diamonds, so accidentally spending so many on things I didn't want in the first place really kills my desire to play the game.

I like the game...............................Can you add something?. I like the game My cafe. In fact it is one of my favorite games. I just would like to see a drive thru. Where you can unlock it from diamonds. Customers drive in their cars to the drive thru. Like I know that events already have cars. Can it be where you have this pay window and give foods and drinks window you can get from money? That would make it higher in my favorite games. I would like to have that in My cafe. Or can you add a delivery van. You can load the van and it gets shipped to customers homes. For example, You load 10 vanilla ice cream’s, eight lattes and five cupcakes. It takes a while to get the van back unless you pay diamonds. Then you get money and a spice. If you can’t do this stuff I understand this is just something things I would like to see in the games. I would love if your could make your own food or drink. Bye!

Could use some new stuff. I absolutely love the game. I’ve played it a year or 2 ago and got to level 20 something. Now I had to start over but I didn’t mind I could’ve easily restored my old cafe but wanted to start over. I wish they would have other customers come in even if there is nothing to talk about with them just to keep the cafe busier than the same few people. And there are a lot of slow moments where there’s no conversation to have with any one just takin orders so adding other customers would be lovely. New recipes and and new equipment would be great too honestly. The spice box is ridiculously priced unfortunately. I will not spend 199 diamonds for another slot. I can’t even imagine how much it is open another. Why can’t you give us a slot unlock every couple of levels or something to keep people playing and determined. They game already is amazing but changes an additions to the game are very much needed.

Absolutely Lovely But.... As long as I don’t rush through the storyline and wait for the coins to gather up over a few days before I start playing again, I generally have enough coins for the quests and new items. The game is really fun and spaced nicely to where I won’t be stuck at my phone for hours on end playing lol but I can enjoy it for about fifteen to twenty minutes every other day. I recently reinstalled this game after about a year and a half, and I was kind of disappointed to see that the character looks had minorly changed but it wasn’t too significant. But I came back today after an accidental 19-day hiatus and... Nothing against the artists but I feel like the original character personas have been ruined. They’re very child-like and nothing like the original. They’re hard to imagine now in the story, which I felt like was part of the original appeal, because they were pretty life-like and pretty. Maybe there could be an option for players to opt for the original look?

PLEASE STOP CHANGING THE GAME 😭. ive been playing my cafe for years, seriously this game is my childhood. and i understand as time passes games will change and look different than what they did at the beginning. but PLEASE. oh my god PLEASE undo the recent game design. i’m saying this in the most genuinely kind way i can. it is such a downgrade. now the game just looks cheap and like every other simulation game. one reason i loved my cafe was because of its design, everything looked fancy and modern and mature. now it just looks like something you would find in a 5 year old’s toy box oh my god it makes me wanna close the app every single time. the ice cream containers and the spice containers especially looks just ridiculously ugly i can’t stand it. and i’m sure many other players agree. please change it back. (tear falls down cheek)

Great game, but the devs REALLY NEED TO FIX THIS GLITCH. Okay, If I said i don’t like the game just because of a glitch, i would be lying. But there’s a glitch that is really annoying and I personally think it really needs to be fixed. When you buy something from the offers button at the top right of your screen, it says “are you sure you want to buy [item name] for [amount of gems].” then you say ok, then a thing shows up, and the item should be there, but its not, which is the first part of the really bad glitch. Then you press OK at the bottom of your screen (let’s just say you bought a 3-cup tea machine) then you would normally go to your storehouse to place it in your cafe, but it’s not there, and then you just wasted so may gems on nothing. PLEASE fix this glitch this has happened to me and i’m really sad. I’m sure other players have experienced this too, and i just really want everyone to have the best experience possible while playing this. Stay safe and wear a mask! 😷

Addicting and I love but a few MAJOR problems. It’s a great game but I’m so close to deleting it. As you progress through levels it makes me unbearable to play. The way the equipment is too expensive and you have to do SO many special orders just to buy certian things to continue with the game. But then you don’t have enough to just decorate your cafe. Seriously everything gets way to expensive it’s so annoying and it turns me off to even want to play. Another thing is they have those quests “if you pay 300 gems for a table i’ll be happy” like it’s so dumb cause a LOT of players don’t have that and will never have that unless spending money on the game. And it’s so annoying cause everytime they come in they’ll keep asking for it and the quest will never go away. Atleast make it so you refuse. But yeah that’s not that bad it just annoys me but anyways I’m really close to deleting the game cause everything is way to expensive and it’s just unreasonable on how expensive it all gets.

Wish I would have read some of the reviews for this game first.. I’ve had this game installed on my phone for a little over a month and I kid you not, I’ve spent $400 of my own money on in app purchases! It’s ridiculous how little you get for the price you pay. Especially during the leveled quests. Seems like moving/opening boxes etc takes tons of energy which cost a large chunk of money unless you plan on never finishing the 6 levels in time. Also, I’ve noticed I’m having to keep a close eye of my purchases as iTunes has charged random amounts a couple times that I did not authorize in the first place. I know $400 on a stupid game seems absurd and it totally is. They easily sucker you in and before you know it, you could have bought an XBox with that money. Seems like a total scam of a game and way too difficult and expensive to get stuff and enough coins and gems necessary to actually enjoy the game. I mean come on, $15,000,000 for a piece of equipment?! I do wish I could just delete it from my phone but really finding it hard to since I’ve already spent so much on it. Totally bummed

Fun!. This game is fun, but I wish everything did not cost so much. It is quite frustrating that you can make gems easily, but not coins, which is the main currency. I really love the events. I wish the story would develop more. I hope we can have more events because it is getting rather boring, because there is nothing to do after the customers are served and are eating their food. I do not like how easy it is to spend gems, but how hard it is to get them back. I wish that events like Diego and Nicole will happen more often, and that we could have more things to do with our township. To all complaining that to play we need to spend real money: I have played for almost two years and never spent a cent. I have plenty of gifts waiting for me to open, including multiple gold, blue, and pink gifts. I have over 2,000 gems that I saved. I found an AMAZING township that has fair and stern rules while being super friendly. It is possible to play without spending real money if one has the patience. Enough complaining, and I really enjoy this game so very much and appreciate the storylines. It is intriguing and I find it rather calming to listen to the stories. What if we were given a gold gift once a month, with a pink gift every week? It might be a good idea. Thanks for the fun game!

MANY opportunities to open your wallet. Seriously. This game will bombard you with “deals” for their in-game currency (diamonds) and special equipment that may or may not actually do something useful. You may find it hard to do many things without investing real $$$. Every level requires the purchase of new equipment for more than the previous level cost and in-game money doesn’t really increase proportionately. Between the ads (for their special stuff, though you can opt-in ads for other games in exchange for diamonds) and to make progress, you effectively have to bribe characters with special concoctions in order to progress, I’m honestly starting to lose interest in this game. The mechanism for “cities” (guilds) needs a lot of work as well. All that said, I can see the developer puts a lot of effort into their games and it shows. I haven’t once encountered a bug, the art is fantastic, and it really feels like you own and are running a business. Their other games are high quality, too! I will definitely re-rate this game more favorably once it becomes less commercial.

Random Review. So I’ll start off by saying the main things I like about this game. I found it very fun and enjoyable to be able to not only find out about customers lives, but to be able to tell them your opinion on certain things if you are asked a question. I played for about a week, but after a while I deleted it because I just couldn’t keep up. Maybe I’m just slower than most, but after the first few days, there were just to many new customers coming in. With all the new customers I constantly ran out of enough money to make more room for them. Plus I had to keep on buying new recipes and stands and it was just too overwhelming. If you could maybe make it so things go maybe a bit slower so we have more time to expand our cafes and finish up with other customers requests, and maybe make it a bit easier to earn gems, etc, that would be amazing! 🙂

Not impressed. This game is fun. The stories and characters are interesting. I even enjoy the puzzles, despite only really being able to play them a few minutes at a time at best. I even agree this game is a total cash grab. Especially, how it is rigged to demand a new OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE item every time you level up. But that isn’t the most annoying thing I’ve encountered with this game. Nope. The biggest annoyance for me in the couple of weeks I’ve been playing this game involves the festivals. I wanna know who the boneheads were that thought that having other players dole out the prizes at the end of a festival was a great idea. Seriously?! It’s been 10 days and 2 festivals since the last time prizes have been distributed. (Looking back in the chat log, it would seem that leaders assistant has been locked out in the not too recent past.) Having players give other players prizes they earned in festivals is just plain lazy on the part of the developers. Idiots.

This Game Is All About The Dollar!!!. The developers are money hungry and the support response time when there’s an issue is horrendous, you cannot share with friends and the reason why is because they say it will make the game unbalanced and those who cheat would share resources with everyone. The game is full of glitches and unless you spend money you will not have much fun for long because it will be extremely slow dragging. The treasure trove is where resources are kept but once you’ve opened everything it just doesn’t make much sense not to be able to use your resources in the trove to help others on your team. The game is far too controlling and many of us who spend money are leaving. With every update the game is getting worse and costing more!!! The moderators in the Facebook group speak robotic and freedom of speech is not respected as your personal opinion is seen as being disrespectful. No one likes Eric Renn because he’s very condescending and misogynistic even other moderators speak against him. We also believe it’s unfair that he has several townships for the game. Now that’s cheating!

Really enjoy the game.. I’ve always enjoyed playing apps like this. The only real problem I have with game is not being able to fully rotate items or around the building. I understand simplicity is best when you’re on mobile, but it just takes away from the enjoyment of being able to fully customize. Also wish that there would be randomly generated customers that stop in every once and a while. Possibly other friends who play the game or other people in general. Still really enjoy the game and the stories. I also REALLY appreciate that you don’t have to pay money to get ahead. The currency in game is divided well and you can gain needed items in a reasonable amount of time, so it allows you to always keep a story going. It’s one of the longest lasting apps on my phone, and possibly the first review I’ve actually done. Great job! 10/10

Game froze. Had to delete it then reinstall it for it to work now it’s froze. Also I don’t understand the point of those side quests u can do to get rewards, doing computer orders then when you’ve done some the game just decides to get rid of it and there’s a empty space where the side order quests were, then it came back. Just some unnecessary stuff in the game that there’s no point in being in the game. And it’s froze. Once again the same ad that froze and wouldn’t let me get back to the game happened again. The ads just froze and wouldn’t go away. Once again I have to delete the app because the ads keep freezing and won’t go away. Ruining the whole game. Need to just get rid of the ads cause they make the game not work. Not only does this game freeze and chooses not to work, but there are weird things about such as one person’s own beliefs put in the game. I mean is this not a cafe game? Don’t need unnecessary beliefs in the game it just makes it stupid and weird as it already is.

More Options. I fell in love with the game when I started playing it (it was a few days ago) and I’m already at level 7 because I play it so much! I really enjoy this game to anyone looking for a restaurant game. But sadly, on the other hand, there are some cons. You see, when Fernando asked me while style I think I’ll go for, I accidentally clicked the wrong one so now, I have to buy that styled theme even though I don’t want to. That bugs me a lot. I hope that the next time the game updates, there will be a option that says :”clicked the wrong style. go back and choose again” or something. Also, when the customers asks you to buy stuff that they wants like the fish tank, just let there be 2 options for example “buy a fish tank or the plant?” something like that. Fun game but some issues. I love to play this game and it’s super fun. I have a township and it works over all good. I’ve spent money on the game. There are some big issues that needs to be fixed though: 1) as a township leader you need to open up shelves in order to distribute gifts. To be able to open up the “pink gift shelf” you need to pay 5000 diamonds. This is a crazy amount and keep in mind there’s like 7-8 more shelves to open up after this. It’s almost impossible to win diamond league and get 5000 diamonds so it will take a very long time to get there. 2) the machines are not timed correctly. If you go and visit your township the machines stop working. It’s the same if you assign someone to fill an order and then leave the app for a few minutes - everything stops in the coffee shop. This should not happen. Please look over the time issue. Except this I think the levels are fair and the prices on machines etc are fair. I think the biggest issues are the time issues and the INSANE prices to open shelves for township leaders.

New story problems still no response. Love this game but it is super hard to always have over 2 million coins so I haven’t been able to get the milkshake machine to get past 14 deliveries with this new story/mission. You base prices on a few people who probably spend there own money to get stuff. One other issues I have recently had with the new mission is the character bill. He has not been in the game since the new update. Is that suppose to happen? Love this game but I may be done can’t seem to get anywhere as it is Update: new story was not completed and is over now because of bill missing and the milkshake machine I could never buy. Crazy how many times I posted on here, your fb page, and I even messaged you guys. Seems you ignore people with real problems who would actually enjoy the game if certain things were fixed. Seems the only way to get anywhere given how crazy expensive everything is would be if I spent my own money and that isn’t fair to the people who don’t have money like that. The game is free so make things easier to get.

Lacking in customer care.. I am extremely frustrated because I just spent all the coins I had on new countertops, then I leveled up. After I leveled up I got a new order from Diego that requires sweet buns but I did not yet have the sweet bun machine. I ended up spending most of my diamonds to get the one star machine since there are only two days left and I don’t have enough coins. The machine is not a high enough level to fill the order, and there is no way to SKIP the order like there is with phone orders. This means that the ONLY way I will be able to fill the order in time is spend like $100 or so to get the diamonds for the full machine. I have already spent probably $500 on your game, and now I am getting screwed all because of a lack of a garbage can button. Please help! I have tried contacting customer support. I love this game, but I am so angry right now because the last message I received from customer support was nearly 24 hours ago and asks me to describe my problem and someone will get back to me shortly. I described my problem for a second time, but have still got no response. So I guess my biggest problem right now is the lack of customer support.

PAY ATTENTION TO EVERYTHING YOU PRESS. Wish I could give this game 5 stars, its a fun game Ive enjoyed it. However their customer support is a joke. The game is too easy to accidentally spend a mass amount of diamonds and customer support refuses to refund them. (I will say they answer back fast and tried to put a positive spin on it) but if they truly cant refund diamonds then there should be an “are you sure” button that pops up before you spend them and it should be advertised that they are non refundable in the game. I have also had a previous instance when I was purchasing what I thought would be a large amount of diamonds with real money and it turned out they all went to the township! No where in actual words did it say it would go to the town ship just a picture of the township on the ad. Customer support says they cannot do anything about it and to ask the township leader if they would give them to me. The township leader said they couldn't even access the diamonds. I have never left less supported in my life . While it is a fun game play with extreme caution.

No option for zero.. First off, I have to download things directly from the game, rather than getting my updates from the App Store, which I prefer for many reasons. The App Store prefers that we get our updates from them so they can check the content before we add it to our systems, but even if that doesn’t cause us problems, the downloads in game require that the game be open and in focus, or they stop. Sorry, but the way the App Store does it is much more user-friendly, rather than having to sit by my device and make sure my screen doesn’t go dark. And I can’t do anything else while I wait. Reminds me of file transfers in 1987 and earlier. This is enough to make me delete the game. Then, you are put in a position where you need to buy things with real money in order to advance, especially with regard to VIP status. Spices are priced too high, and everybody wants them—obviously designed to create a need to buy the currency with real money. It’s altogether too transparently put together, not for a player to have fun, but for the player to have to PAY frequently in order to have any fun. These are games to avoid, and I’m out the door!

Customer Service was Outstanding. My friend was an assistant in my town, of course and removed all of my members right before the next festival. Melsoft Games helped with no problem at all and are currently helping me try to add my members back. As for the game itself, it is wonderful. I have spent money on it and I usually don’t do that on gaming apps. I think what you can purchase is actually reasonable. I have seen some crazy in app purchases for gaming currencies including one game giving me 1,300 for $2 or 10,000 for $11 and in that game it costs 2000 or more to buy anything and on top of that you get the item random. In this game you can spend $7 and get two gold gifts and 400 gems which you can do a lot with. You also don’t need to spend money to have fun with the game and I love that. I think spending helps you breeze through all of the levels but you really don’t have too. The stories are so ridiculous and funny and you’ll have so much fun reading in your spare time. The game doesn’t need too much of your attention but if you have it, you can give it. You can decorate your café in many styles and you can dress up your employees in an endless amount of ways. I think you should give this game a try if you like simulation games and want games to play with your friends.

Too hard to get coins. I loved this game, but at this point I am deleting it due to how hard it is to get enough coins for equipment. I am trying to get the frozen yogurt machine. I bought the cheaper one, because I thought that it would be easier to get, but I was very disappointed. With the price of all the upgrades and the first purchase of the cheaper one it is costs 504,000 more coins than it costs to just buy the mor expensive one without upgrading it. I highly regret buying that now, because if I had waited I would have had the machine by now. I only need 400,000 something more coins. I hd no idea it would cost so much more. I have run out of patience. This game just takes too long to collect coins and unless you are a person who can spends weeks in a game doing nothing and waiting to get the coins you need, I recommend not downloading this game. The stories and characters are great, but it's just not worth it anymore. It would be great if with each upgrade you could unlock one recipe with that equipment instead of having to wait to upgrade it 3 times. Please fix this. I'd really like to continue playing this game, but for now I am deleting.

You changed. This game used to be my favorite but after a few too many mechanics changed it’s become less fun. I liked the bus or side story you got to play in 20-30 days. It made the game very enjoyable. Now it’s become, who can use the most spices in the festivals to get first place. Just seems like a cash grab to get people to spend money on diamonds, to spend money on spices, to be number one each week. I’ve become burnt out on the chores without any of the fun stories. There was also a change in leveling up. I liked being able to grind to get coins to afford the big ticket items in the next level. I really enjoyed being able to level up when I wanted. I also feel burnt out on the doors tasks. I could never reach the end with an average work schedule. Seems like a way to get people to spend money to play… it’s just not as fun as it used to be.

Love this game!. Addicted. Took me a little bit to understand festivals but I love them! I also didn’t like that some of the tasks required me to use almost 500 of my hard earned diamonds on stuff I didn’t even want. I almost stopped playing bc of that. Also, Can we make items in the cafe able to face all directions? Not just flipping from facing left to right but to align with each of the walls, even the “invisible” ones? Some items look silly backwards, like the fireplace, and I don’t have room for it bc all my coffee and food are on the visible walls. I’m all about the look of my shop! I also would love to create my own character. Like Ann would be there guiding us, but we could pick hair, face, skin color, gender, etc. - I think it could make the game so much more personal. Bc I get confused sometimes, like I feel like I’m playing as Ann and then Ann talks to me sometimes and I feel like I’m not. I want to be a character in my cafe too! I want to be Mary’s friend!

A very good game. I love this game. The plot is very interesting. I'm crazy about it, too. But there are still some minor problems. Players must reach VIP3 before they can open gifts, which annoyingly annoyingly for players without VIPs. I'm in level 10 right now, and something's wrong with the plot. Inside, Lady Margaret is solving a problem for Ms. Elsa. She asked me to wait until Ms. Elsa's next visit to check on her. But when she arrived, there were no options for the plot. So I decided to wait for her to leave, wait for her to come to the coffee shop, then ask her. But to her disappointment, she didn't leave. She stayed in the cafe, unwilling to leave. Even when I quit the game and went back in, she was still there. I was stuck at level 10, unable to play any other plots. Hope to see this comment, can help me. Thank you. Have fun.

Hard to keep up with the prices of items.. The game is fun at first but after a few levels up you realize that more advancement is very dependent on spices and new equipment. Spices cost diamonds and unless you’re willing to purchase them with your own real money you have to rely on earning them and you only earn 1-3 at a time. Appliances get ridiculously expensive, like 45k for a vanilla syrup machine. And these new appliances unlock new recipes that you need to advance storylines and make more money. It just gets lame after a while because you don’t earn coins that fast. & your cafe doesn’t earn very much money while you’re away either so it’s not like you can just come back to the app later and be even a little closer to your goal. I know the point is to get you to play the game, but still, it’s underwhelming. I get it that every company needs to make money but honestly this game gets a little excessive with how costly everything gets & how slow/small profit is.

I love this game but…. I love this game and would give it 5 stars however there are a few issues I have with it. I’ve been playing it for a few years now and I’ve see all the changes, so necessary and some not. I love the stories and some challenges but they lack variety. Also you take forever to level up, and things like furniture and machines are waaay too expensive. For that reason I can’t properly decorate my cafe. I hate the fact that once you choose a theme you have to stick with it the whole game, meanwhile all the freebies are a totally different theme so you can’t get good tips. I hate that the machines and characters are starting to look more and more fake, there was one update where they were realistic and that was amazing. There are always updates but nothing really great. I wish there was more variety, make stuff less expensive, more stories, make us able to change our themes, more characters, make it mire interesting. It’s getting kinda predictable and boring.

Great, needs improvement. I love the game, but there’s some things that take too long to do. When editing the furniture or equipment you have to individually select each piece. Which was fine at first, but once you have so many machines and toppings, trying to add a new one in and change your layout takes longer than it should. There should be an editing mode, where you go into that mode and just drag things to the desired place all at once. The machines wouldn’t be usable until you get out of editing mode. Waiting for the delivery truck to get new orders is a long process as well, and if you want it faster you have to use gems. Which has been mentioned in other reviews, aren’t very abundant. I don’t exactly agree with that, you get them pretty fairly. Yet, the amount of things they’re needed for versus how fast you get them is off putting. You could developer an option to convert gems to coins and vice versa. These are my only big concerns.

Love the stories and gameplay, but I still want more.. I would love this game even more if there were a couple of changes. First, it would be perfect if all of my staff members had the option to give spice bonuses. Players could gradually earn access to the type and number of spices earned each day based on the skill levels of their staff members. With this change I wouldn’t have to pick and choose my staff based on a random offering in the game. Also, I wish there was an option to pay a one time fee for elite township status. Every time I play the weekday festivals my group does very well, but by the weekend we’re stacked up against obviously elite townships and lose. It makes it impossible for us to advance in leagues and any progress we make in tasks is hindered because we can’t complete two tasks at a time. Other than that I love my little cafe and its colorful group of visitors.

Randomize customers orders more. I’ve been playing this game for about 2-3 months and I love it! But there is one thing about the game that I wish could be changed. It’s nothing major but could there be a way the customer’s orders could be randomized a bit more? I’m on level 18 and I am sooooo tired of just making chocolate cake with hazelnuts and choco mocos the majority of the time. No one ever orders things like cheesecake, tartlets, croissants, cupcakes anymore unless it’s in a phone order or truck delivery. It’s like those things become more and more useless as you advance in the game and unlock more food items because then the customers only want the new recipe instead of the older recipes. Again like I said, it’s nothing major, but at this point I can pretty much predict what the customers are going to order and it takes the fun out of the game so it would make the game more enjoyable if the orders were more randomized.

Poor implementation-Waste of time. If you accidentally level up before you can afford equipment, you’re stuck with orders you can’t fill. Okay. Kinda stupid but so what, you just miss out on a bit of profit. But if you have a special event demand orders that can’t be filled or deleted/bypassed, what’s the point? It’s not “so sad” that I got stuck as the support rep condescendingly said, it is a flaw. It means not only did I waste time participating in an event I can’t win even though there’s still five days left. It also means there’s no point playing for the next few weeks until enough profit accumulates in the background to let me progress. Is that really a design feature, making your game pointless to play for weeks on end? While I’m at it, festivals should also automatically match up competitors with a similar # of members. If you’ve got 1 or 2 people and all your competitors have 12, you can’t win and so there’s no point participating in those uneven match ups either. Tl;dr : There are some basic flaws they need to address instead of pretending that boring/frustrating their players is all part of the grand design.

I love this game!. I really love this game!It’s really fun to build your own cafe, and the stories are very interesting. It could be better though, like for instance, you shouldn’t have to be a vip to have your own township since it’s kind of unfair. And as you get to higher levels, it gets harder to try to get to the next without spending money to get xp. You have to do that in order to have enough money to buy the next required item. I know you can just wait until you get to the next level to earn more money, but I think you should find an easier way to do that. The people in the cafe can ask for favors and you can get xp that way but after that, I think you should add something to earn more xp to get to the next level. All in all, the game is great, but if you could to some tweaks, that would be even better! Thank you for your consideration.

Everything cost too much. If you play this game you will end up not having enough money to buy what the customers need, then you will need to spend money, there is no way around it. I bought a couple of packages and now I am done. Once my diamonds run out (because they will and fast) I will no longer play it. Three stars because of the characters they are kind of fun but not worth the real money you will have to keep spending, I am out!! Update: Developers say you don’t have to reach VIP level…but you do!! You will have to spend so much money on diamonds to help progress forward in levels. If you do not have enough money for machines, the game will make all of your workers bombard you with bubbles that are telling customers they cannot make a particular item because they do not have that machine and everything is EXPENSIVE!! You will need to purchase diamonds, no way around it if you want to move forward!! So yeah, my review is still the same but now I am giving it two stars because of the general response the developers gave!!

What is even going on?. Am i the only one that finds the mechanics really perplexing? Other than the ice cream, i dont have any idea how to tell when something needs to be refilled or if im going to accidentally pick something up. Can’t tell when the characters are getting impatient, or if they even do at all. Sometimes they seem to leave abruptly and without paying so I assume its because they’re angry. My character keeps giving people things that they didnt order. On top of that, there were a few instances where the conversation responses didn’t make sense. And the clipboard maintains some notifications for quests I already completed. The concept of the game is cool and I enjoy the idea of being able to choose whether or not to socialize with your customers and get to learn more about their lives. The mixing of the products to create a new menu item is really cool, too. Unfortunately there were just too many kinks to work out or maybe the instructions weren’t clear enough for me but I really could not get myself to continue to play passed level 4.

My main issue with this game.. I have been playing a while and I have “worked” really hard to get my cafe where it is. That being said, I do run a township and it is hard to send things my residents need. There needs to be an easier way to send items between residents WITHOUT having to pay so many diamonds and coins to unlock the shelf. A lot of people play this game and can’t afford to purchase diamonds. Which is fine. But make it easier for them to play without having to use so many diamonds. It isn’t fair that I can’t send my people something they need because I can’t unlock it in the treasure trove. There has to be a better way. I get it’s all about making money in the long run so my review will probably get ignored. Just thought I would throw it out there. I really enjoy this game. It’s the only game I have ever kept on my phone this long. I think that being able to send items between residents would make this game 100%.

Like the game...... So I absolutely love this game. I love the fact that you have to discover new recipes either through your own intuition or by customer tips. However I may just be thinking this but I feel like there should be other non-story arc characters. Don’t get me wrong I love the story lines with all the characters but occasionally I wish there would be a character that comes in with no real lines other than “can I get a mocha”. I feel like that would add a new dimension to the game and make it feel more realistic in a sense. I get that being a regular at a coffee shop is a thing but more times than not is a new person walking into a coffee shop. Take Starbucks or Dunkin’ for example. They consistently serve millions on a daily basis and just going to take a stab in the dark by saying a majority of them aren’t regulars. Other than that I’m loving the game! At the coffee shop I’m a regular at, I got my own barista hooked on the game.

Can’t stop playing, but needs work. This game is a lot of fun. I’ve only had it for a couple days and I’ve played for probably hours at a time! It’s almost addicting how fun this game can be, but there’s a few things I wish were changed. I think the prices of each item shouldn’t be so high. Every time someone tries to tell me a task to do I can’t do it for many hours since I don’t have enough money. And I can’t buy more coins to make it faster, which I wish was an option for this game. Also, I feel like there should be a decorate option, like in the Sims, where everything stops so you can add or rearrange the furniture and what not. This would help since I rearrange my stuff all the time and it’s really hard to move things, especially machines or ingredients, since the characters will probably need to use them. Besides that I’m very happy with the app and I’ll keep playing, but please keep these complaints in mind.

Fun Game but could be better. This is a really fun and different game. It has a clean storyline and lots of fun people and recipes to unlock. But it does have some curse words and not the best for young children. Also everything cost so much money and time!!!!!!! It is a WAY overpriced game. It also takes days for you to win or complete things. It also can be very complicated too. The story's end half way in the middle and are continued in like four levels! Also levels take so much time to finish and the town games and townships are a joke. It just is a waste on time. I would give it more stars but the problems in the game are to bad. It is a great idea but the developers need to get rid of a lot of extra crap in the game. It would make the game so much better if it was less complicated. And please please lower the prices. I love this game but will definitely delete it if does not change soon. Come on guys, make a game you can be proud of.

Love it!. So I really enjoy this game, and I’ve kept it a lot longer than other games like this. I really like everything, but I just have one problem. So,when you make a recipe (say vanilla ice cream with lemon) you can see all the customers who need it, which I think is really helpful! It saves time, but now what’s happening is that I’ll have a recipe in hand, but a few of the customers wave and alert you don’t really need it. I think it’s just a bug, but I would really like it fixed. One more thing, I would love if the machines were a little less expensive, like I just got onto level 16, and 120,000 coins for the chocolate ice cream freezer seems like a lot. It would be great if you could trade coins for diamonds, since even though getting coins is easy, I wish there was a way to get coins that was a little quicker. Seriously frustrating - 0 STARS!. I used to love this game. Now, it feels like you need to pay money in order to advance to higher levels. No matter how many +1 diamond ads you watch, it won’t be enough. Also, the way the township festivals work is inefficient. The tasks take too long to complete or are impossible to control. It’s difficult to earn trophies when you don’t spend diamonds or if you aren’t on the app 24/7. The most frustrating is the townships. I was recently kicked out of a township by another player for no reason. I asked her to distribute prizes after a festival and she denied it - the following week she kicked me out. This was after I had bought in app purchases like diamonds, gifts in order to build the township up. She wasn’t the leader, but the leader assistant. Our leader wasn’t even active for the last few months yet she kicked ME out even though I participated EVERY week. I filed a support case from the game and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Seriously, don’t waste your time with this game. Unfortunately, I spent too much time and money that I can never get back. In the future, I’ll never play this game again and you shouldn’t either.

Star anise... PLEASE MAKE CHEAPER.. As much as I love this game, I have one problem that is R e A l L y hard to ignore. Any time I make a special recipe, I ALWAYS need a VIP spice if it’s pink or more. This has become a major problem, because any special at level 6 or more basically needs a VIP spice. Specifically, star anise. I swear that the only special order that I’ve been receiving is an espresso with cinnamon and star anise. And even if I had VIP access (,which I don’t D: ), it still cost a ton of gems. It doesn’t have the greatest gem value (tapioca does) but it still costs a lot. Really, ANY VIP feature is really annoying because it is so important to the game. And the only way to get VIP points? Buying in game purchases. I DON’T WANT TO SPEND MONEY! This is a random game that I found on the App Store. I just want an other way to get VIP access without wasting my moolah. Overall though, this is a great game. I love the story, deco, concept, Exeter a. VIP access is the only thing that made me give this a 4 star review. Keep making games like this! Hope you read this! Please change this! Respond! GOODBYE!!!!!

Woot. This is definitely my favorite gaming app that I have as of right now! I usually end up getting bored and deleting my gaming apps, but I can tell that this one is here to stay. However, I don’t know if this is something I have to unlock and just haven’t gotten to yet or if it’s not an available feature yet, but I believe you should be able to go into some kind of “edit” mode. It’s super difficult to try and move everything all at once and have your customers get all mad at you for removing equipment. Also, I believe the furniture you already bought should be able to be sold (for cheaper of course), but it doesn’t make sense to not get any money for getting rid of furniture you just had. Plus, it makes it harder for you to get the furniture you need to replace what you got rid of. Overall, I love the game. I just wanted to make these quick suggestions :)

Decent Game. 1. This game gets boring fast, you basically keep selling and doing the same stuff over and over again until you level up and it takes a long time to level up. 2. You somewhat have to spend real money in order to level up quicker or else you’re stuck on the same level doing the same stuff over and over again until you make enough diamonds to level up as some requests or quests from customers require spending a certain amount of diamonds and it’s not easy to earn diamonds since you basically have to spend diamonds for spices. 3. The phone booth quests is ridiculous - there’s no way you’ll ever get through a whole quest without spending real money. 4. The whole concept of the treasure trove is dumb - you can contribute as much as you want but if you’re not the leader or the leader asst. then if they choose to give you nothing from your contributions then you get nada. Just pray you landed a good and fair team with good leaders. 5. Overall - this game is a nosy game. “You” aka the barista sticks her nose in everyone’s business. At one point Bill even mentions that anything he mentions in the cafe gets exposed to everyone who comes to the cafe! Lol! So basically this game, you serve coffee/orders and talk about everyone’s business to everyone else. I’ve just started playing this game for a month or 2 and I feel if it doesn’t get more interesting or better in the next couple of months, I’ll most likely quit playing.

Losing Interest - I don’t want another job. This game used to be fun but now it’s a second job. And it’s not a rewarding job. Festival after festival after festival and each one sucking resources and trying to force players into spending real money to buy gifts because that is the only task given in multiples. No longer can you play with what you have. The leveling up at a rapid pace means you don’t have enough time to save up to buy equipment and the story advances before you even get to do it. Give players the option to contribute to their townships in a way they can and not force them to use their resources that can’t replenish because the rewards are so meager. After you put out 600 diamonds for a festival and your township comes in last where everyone splits less than 2000 diamonds is making no sense for players. A million trophies in a festival and 100 diamonds as my reward. The maths don’t add up. I can’t be glued to my phone. This game isn’t reaping the rewards for me like it did in the past.
