Support please help. TLDR: my $ wasted, doesn’t let you buy things you have in game $ for, and you can’t contact support. As there is no way to contact support and the website has no support tab either, I can only hope someone can help if they see this. I loved this game until it started taking things from me. I’m usually not one to pay for Anything on an app but this is like my favorite game ever after 2 weeks! So I bought a couple packs with $$ and then I tried the subscription. I earned a gem capsule, and to open it it needed about 70 more gems so I used my gems on a magical chest, which I have exactly 360 which with the discount is perfect. “Sorry you have too little gems” so I sadly chose the regular chest. And then I pick the gem capsule. It loads for 15 seconds, then loads the game and says I have 133 gems in it, which is less than I spent on the chest!!! Then it expired. So I did not get a magical chest, my gems are gone, I did not get the gem capsule, and your support is missing?

80/20. This game is fun if you keep in mind there is no skill involved. You will have to forget about win streaks & losing streaks. You will have alot of both. You can drop 150 points just as fast as you gain them. You will see some opponents seem to get mana faster. While you’re waiting for a 6 they have thrown a few 4’s at you. You will also have matches where your first five cards are all highest mana characters. You will lose most of those! Thats an easy way to tell. The purchases are ok. Just dont rage buy and if you rage quit alot this isn’t your game. Keep in mind you dont need skill to win! Its all luck of the draw and maybe even an algorithm to temp you into purchases. That is their goal so im not mad at them. Be accurate with your lanes. Ive lost by simply hitting the wrong lane. I wish they had a way to put characters on deck so you could watch the cards better.

Match making is terrible. Be prepared to spend money if you want to win. The match making is terrible. You can win 5 in a row then all of a sudden you’ll lose 10 and nothing you do will change or even help you stop the losses. You immediately know you are gonna lose because your cards won’t load and your opponent is already hitting your castle. By that time you can’t get any cards strong enough to push them back. Sad thing is is when you go back and compare your losses you find that you somehow got beaten down by opponents with much weaker cards of the same ones you have and you immediately wonder how that could happen or how did his cards load up so much faster than yours. It’s all about money. If you get frustrated enough you start thinking quick upgrades and buying chests which ultimately turns out to be a joke because you end up with nothing matching what you have in the first place.

Designed for u to lose. It's a great game, great concept, great characters. The only thing is it feels like the game learns your hand and specifically places u against enemies with whatever your weakness is no matter how you change your hand, then holds the cards you need from being available when you most need them. You can go on a 10 game winning streak, then suddenly the strategy will not work anymore because the cards you minted just will never be available anymore when you need them and you'll start facing only opponents that have your weakness in their deck. Forcing you to change the cards in your deck then repast the cycle when the game has decided you can't win with that deck anymore. Extremely frustrating game. So frustrating that I'm considering just not plaything anymore. I was up to 4000 trophies, then suddenly one day could not win a match anymore. I dropped all the way to 3100 before winning again. And the exact thing happened to everyone in my clan. Something clearly changed that day. Makes me no longer want to play the regular game, only the side games. Too frustrating being that you have absolutely know control over the cards that you'll get dealt. You often already know when you're going to lose before the match really gets going by how they start you out. You can see it coming. This game went from fun to just making me sad...

Be prepared to be frustrated.. When I began playing I was overjoyed. Simple game to learn, fun, and i was not doing horrible. Then in arrived at castle 3. I started seeing troops i had not yet even begun to deal with. Then more troops i had not been privileged to pick up in the earlier castles. Now after countless hours playing i have realized that the matching system pretty much has decided who will win from the start. The card generator at the bottom seems to have no real random structure. Even if you have one large gem card you will somehow end up only having a hand of 5-6- or higher gem cards to play when you can even use that many at the time. Meanwhile your opponent has been able to somehow deploy numerous troops while you have to wait. By the time you get enough open and available gems, your opponent is now throwing their big guns at you since you had no choice but to wait. Within seconds you are overwhelmed and the match is over. I have lost more than i have won, games i should have been good on but then im looking at a hand of high gem cards when i only keep a few. So random my sweet tookis! Be prepared to e frustrated and ready to pull game off your device. Its fun for a bit, but now its just stupid annoying. I will say that there is a good sense of strategy. And learning that in the beginning is fun. But past that... well ... yeah. Its just a clown shoe of a game.

Useless to even try. I actually like this app, having said that the people who run it do not look at these reviews and definitely do not respond or work on changing anything. Lol it’s painfully obvious. So stating issues and or ideas will fall on deaf ears. For the people who read these reviews my only gripes are you can’t change your name and also how long it takes to get your chests. Either spend 500 years getting the extremely slow chests when they finally open and you finally save enough gold to upgrade that way or spend a bunch of money and upgrade quicker. Bout the only way to do it. If they lowered the time on receiving the chests this game would actually be a lot more fair. Everything else is pretty good tho. Not that anyone in charge is reading this but I at least hope it helps the average person out there wondering, cheers!

Luck here and luck there everywhere there’s luck and more. This game is by far one of the best games yet worst games I’ve played. This entire game is heavily impacted by luck. You get the wrong card you lose if you get the right card you have a massive chance at winning. This entire game is practically about luck. Chests, the opponents you fight, the cards you fight EVERYTHING is about luck. In my opinion the match making should be about the levels, the opponent has the card, the level of the cards and the trophies instead of just trophies. I would not recommend this game for anyone with bad luck or something like that as you will likely have a hard time getting cards to counter any rush the enemies will send. Now this game is super fun I really like the concept of 3 lanes however everything I listed just override the good parts. Now rest of the cons I’m only going to write a bit as I’m too last to write more. This game is slightly a money scam with all the cons I said it seems as the game is just wanting us to use money in order to even have a slight chance of winning I mean. I think I lost atleast like 10 games in a row recently due to having to fight opponents with lvl 6 cards meanwhile I’m still here with level 4 and lower cards due to only starting to play this game again after a few months.

Fun distraction. I really got a kick out of this game when I started. I’m not the type of guy to pay for things unless I’m sure to get something back. If it feels like an endless trap of money sucking just to continue I tend to stop. This game has been fun. Fun enough where I spent a few dollars on special deals like gem traps and piggy banks. If I keep it at that level I will continue to play it because I get a kick out of it and you can play a game in under 5 minutes. But I see dark clouds on the horizon. The endless stream of upgrades that are near impossible to achieve on your own and the games designers making things on some strange level of parity where you can win and bunch of games and then lose a bunch and the explanation is bad luck with card draws. Bad luck just isn’t so repetitive and predictable. It feels controlled. Just doesn’t feel right and I say that as a guy who looks for patterns for a living. Keep this at arms length as a fun distraction. They obviously need money to pay for the game development but it would not be difficult to spend hundreds of dollars if you are impatient or must win. Remember it is a game.

I hate this game now this game sets you up to lose. I literally lose sleep over this game it’s very addictive and it literally makes me want to rip out my hair out of my head and punch holes in walls I’m not sure the developers would like that ppl literally hurt them selves over this game I’m going to uninstall this game after I write this review I got to castle 6 and struggled so much to get there I will literally lose 20 times plus in a row no matter how much I change my deck around you guys always put me up with someone who magically has the cards to trump mine I know this is just a game but it’s more then just a game we collect cards and earn our way up it’s not fair to someone who worked that hard to get to a higher tier just to suddenly lose so consistently the game realizes your winning and then just destroys your whole mood and thinking you can’t even have a go to deck because you always have to tweak it I’m competitive by nature I can’t change that but you guys need to change how your game works so it’s fair for everybody and I’ve only scratched the surface with this game there are so many other things that makes this game unplayable side games is the only thing playable at lest I won’t lose trophies

Major balancing issue. I play this game everyday, and I have become very frustrated with the side games you must win to get a card fragment. I get placed against people from levels 11-14, and I am level 9 with around 4,300 trophies right now. It is getting very frustrating because I am left grossly outmatched and have to keep trying until someone loses connection or has a bad deck, and even then their cards are a few levels above my own. The normal gameplay is fine and very enjoyable, but in order to get legendary cards you need to play the side games which are basically impossible for me now. Not sure how it’s fair that I get put against a level 14 player when I’m only level 9. Other than this issue, I really enjoy the game. However I wish blocking people was easier as there are some people I would not like to interact with anymore. I hope these issues can be fixed, I really enjoy playing games, especially when I have a fair chance

Horrible. This is marked as a strategy game but here is the thing, there is No strategy involved. It’s all luck and cheating. Funny how you can only get to castle 3 before you somehow lose 10-12 matches in a row. The real reviews here tell the truth. I’ve lost to players min lower in power and castle size to me so many times it’s crazy. I had one match where the opposing player replayed 2 cards which normally take forever to ready with in seconds of each other. No matter how you organize your deck if you have been winning it will only give you the cards that take forever to lead while you opponent gets all the easy loading cards and you get overwhelmed before you even get to place your first card. Game is crap. They just want you to spend money. My wife has been trying to get to castle 5 for almost a month now. Never gonna happen. The second you get to close you lose a ton of matches dropping you back to the Stone Age

Rigged to lose, purchases get lost, no support. I’ve been playing this game for about a year. I’ve spent a lot of money on chests and upgrades. Once you reach the master level, they take trophies away from you every “season” because they give you rewards based on your level and say it’s to keep it fair. If we earned the rewards, why would we be punished by losing trophies? That’s not fair and a waste of money. I bought a chest recently and was charged for it but never received the contents of the chest. I contacted support, but have heard nothing back. I’ve contacted support many times about the signal loss that seems to happen when you have a winning streak- clan members report this problem too and hear nothing back. It seems if you win too much, they cut your signal during a game so that you lose. It seems anytime someone reports problems to support or writes a less than stellar review, their signal is cut when winning as punishment (clan members have come to this conclusion after play for years and seeing that trend).

Scam. THEY JUST NOW DELETED ALL OF MY ISSUES. I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND THEY DECIDED THE BEST WAY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE IS TO DELETE MY REQUEST. They introduced the tournament. Each time they change the rules ever so slightly and make it more likely you need to spend cash. I didn’t read down to the BOTTOM of the rules and spent a fair amount of cash to finish the 10th round. In which you get your gems back. But wait, you only get the gems back on the FIRST success, which is noted in the rules at the VERY BOTTOM. I politely asked for the gems back. They only respond with a canned message. They would be out nothing to refund the gems, but refuse to. They are in it for the greed, not the player experience. They also ‘learn’ your deck weaknesses and match you to those. You can ‘reset’ this by changing the deck, or using a different Deck for awhile. When your matchup timer starts to drag out to 1 minute or longer (during a busy time of day when matchup estimate is 10-15 seconds), then you know it is selectively matching you to your Deck weakness. I had 8 out of 10 games against lane change opponents. The matchups where taking 1-2 minute, or longer. I switched decks and didn’t see one in the next ten games. My matchup time was back down to 10-20 seconds. They didn’t all quit at once. P.S. I am rated at 5900~, so played plenty of games. It is now very noticeable they are in it purely for the money.

.... Hello I have loved this game but I still do... But over time you made the graphics horrible! Please return the old graphics. (I did not stop playing because of that. I still love the game not the graphics) Also I hate when you can’t choose any cards until 5 mana and when your lowest card is a 6 mana when you start. It’s just torcher. I can’t believe why you don’t start with our power mana cards first. But my best thing is I love how you give free gold for the mini games it is so fun and exciting to play them and I’m glad it doesn’t give or take your trophies when you win or loose. And if your trying to do a spell only deck don’t put us with other people that have spells only. Thanks for the help. If you are reading this can you return he old graphics just not the old characters? And at last... I hate how the players from castle 10 just go and loose all the game then go to castle 5 and win then make the people at castle 5 go back to 4 then 3 then 2 then 1. I really hate it. I was at castle five but then hey kept putting a orcs tribe how am I supposed to beat a lot of orcs tribes!??!!!? Unfortunately I am at castle 4 NOW...

Amazing game. Been playing for a year solid now and this is the only game I play every day, whether it’s for one battle for the weekly challenges or I’ll play back to back games to get my victory chests for gold, the games very balanced and granted I’ve spent prob 60 bucks for gold which was purely for upgrading cards cus I was lazy, I have almost all legendary cards from just playing and there are sooooo many different cards for different card builds, people that say you either get crushed or do the crushing is WRONG! Yes it can be like that but iv lost when I thought I had the upper hand and iv won when all hope was lost! People are really trippin and don’t care to learn all game mechanics and what card counters what. Yes the game can be slow at times but the next match might be a rushing deck! Enough typing and in conclusion this is a very well animated and balanced game with constant updates and every now and than new cards!

Unbelievably Upsetting. This was a game a downloaded to help me advance in a different app but then I got stuck playing this because it’s fun. That is until you have the biggest lose streak. I feel like your level doesn’t matter at all in the game, I had level 5’s beating me at a level 8 but at the same time, if I go against level 11’s I get murdered as well. It’s like the game gives you a good hand, starts you off with your low energy cards and gradually moves you into your heavy hitters, and then the next rounds have all your high energy cards at the beginning that you can’t play until the mana builds. Also, I’m almost certain that a couple of times, my opponent plays more than 6 cards each being 7 or more energy which considering the time it takes to load, would be impossible even with the card that lowers the mana cost by two. One last thing before I delete the game, I had one of the offers with the gems that if I spent like 600ish gems, I’d get a reward that replenishes the gems and gives me cards. Every 100 gems I spent was supposed to give me 200 extra gems towards the reward, so I spent 200 gems meaning I should’ve had another 400 tacked on to that, (these aren’t exact numbers but I did the math before doing the deal). Well, somehow I was still short 20-50 gems? Which means I lost practically all of them and didn’t get that chest with the big reward to refill my gems and get brand new cards. Safe yourself the heartache and rage and find a better game.

Costs $$ to Advance..... This game is fun and complex. You can very slowly acquire more cards and strength. There is always someone who bought their way to the same level, but that is ok. After a while, around level nine, you just get stuck. Win some, loose some, thinking “yeah I am improving”. But I played this for a while and would look at the decks I lost to. One, two or three, 40,000 gold cards I don’t have. Would save gold, but it takes a really, really long time to reach 40,000 gold. So the best cards are for those who spend real money. Possibly obtainable if you play consistently for a year or more. There are daily gold limits, and wining does not reward much gold to begin with. So 40,000 is a huge amount of gold. The developers have done a really good job at creating an environment where you want to win and beat that other player. So good that some real $ here or a few more real $ there are going to get spent. Can not fault them for that, this is a business. Maybe if you have been consistently playing since the launch.... Nearly a year with no money spent, looking at opponents decks, less games played but still dragon, dragon, dragon. Becomes frustrating, fun disappears and the relevancy goes out.

Fun at first. This game drew me in at first with its similarities to Clash Royale... until you really play for a few levels ans then you realize that winning and losing have alot more to do with what cards you start with and not alot to do with your skill. Dont get me wrong there is skill involved with your decks but there is definately alot of luck involved.. i cant count the number of times the game is over within the first minute lol.. and the more you play the quicker you recognize it. The mana regeneration is slooooooooow and it doesnt build but stagnates if you dont deploy troops. If you get the top heavy cards in your hand to start you mite not even get to play 2 or 3 cards before you lost.. and i have alot lower mana cards in my deck to try to stop that from happening but it doesnt matter... the game is fun but losing before you even start the game is not.. I would give it a higher rating but that part of the game really ruins it .

I like the game but.... Ok this is a good game and I spent some time on it to get where I am. Pros for the game are good graphics, entertaining gameplay, cute/cool character design and I like the chest system. Cons about the game are it can get tedious waits nag for chests to open maybe you should add in something like watching ads so we don’t have to spend real money on the game. Another con is that there is that there is no music while your in battle I feel like light battle music would definitely make the game better. Finally, this last con is more reliable of a personal one. You can’t change your name, or at least I don’t think you can I checked in settings and there is no way that I can find can change your name. So basically I messed up my name and would appreciate it if u put in an option to change it.

Bad game (My opinion not recommended). So some odd reason my opponents always be like 3-4 levels higher then me and they always have like these super good cards I’ve never even heard of(They are computers) But in every match my opponent has already spawned a whole army and I’m still waiting on my warrior to load like how is that fair? And it’s like every single time you need that one card that’s the only card you won’t get! The developers really need to fix there game they probably won’t tho cause at this point with all these reviews of bad game development and they still have not fixed it I would doubt that they even care come back to this comment in 3 yrs trust me the game will be the same. There are some people who have posted these kind of comments over 4 yrs ago well surprise surprise they still haven’t fixed it 🤦‍♀️ I mean I liked it at first but now it’s to much don’t recommend if you don’t have hundreds of dollars to waste to actually have good gameplay 😒😒😒👎👎👎

So not worth it. This game is so bad. I can't even give it a zero star rating. The only reason I was trying to beat it was because I could get points for another game, but this is terrible. I have waited for multiple 12hr and 8hr chests to open and I get absolute garbage. Not only that but when I go up against the enemy ball up in the night I'm going up against someone that I have no hope. It's one thing to be put up against an enemy that can give me a challenge but one that is completely out of my league is that fair. Not to mention to them I would be nothing but a breeze, again not fair. And it always seems that my mana charges extremely slow while the other player always seems to summon hordes of enemies three times as fast as I can. Other players can summon high level, mana consuming enemies, within moments of each other. Thought I could stick it out but this is it, I'm done with this game. It's not worth my time. I wouldn't recommend it to most people, but if you got time to spare and money to spend "play to win" then feel free.

Frustrateddocs. As other reviews also state, it’s like the game is completely rigged. You know almost immediately, whether you were going to win or lose because it doesn’t matter what fantastic speed of Internet service I may have, but there are times when I can barely get one low level player out all the while the opponent has just dropped five high Costing players, and then there’s times that you almost get to the next castle and then they drop you all the way back down to an entirely lower level of castle were you just can’t simply win a game. The game is fun if you simply don’t care about losing repeatedly or an unfair game and if you can get to castle four, you can get to the free side games were there isn’t any consequence. I was almost up to 2800 and have plummeted way down and I’m barely climbing my way back up through the ranks to Castle six. The other annoying thing is when the opponent he clearly has the odds in their favor, keeps throwing out things in your face gloating about their victory. That wasn’t even remotely fair game.

Castle crush vs clash Royale. This game is better than clash Royale in trophies. Only loosing 11-15 trophies when you loose a battle is way better than loosing 24 like in clash Royale. The towers are not as good as they are in clash Royale because they can't fight back against opponents. It is hard to fight when your opponent has a card you don't because some of them are super op. It is a fun game over all and I would not recommend spending money on it because it's not a vital part in being a good fighter. It's mostly skill and strategy. I loved this game as soon as I got it. It can get boring if you are maxed out bug that takes a long time to do so yes, I think it's probably better than clash Royale. You make think otherwise but this is what I think.

Makes it so you can’t win!!!🤨. This game would be perfect if you could have access to your whole deck while waiting for your Gems to build up. That way it would be more like a chess match then a roll of the dice. Instead, you pick the cards in your deck, then the algorithm starts you out with whatever 5 cards it wants. Unfortunately, most of the time it starts you off with a majority of high gem cost cards. So you have to wait for what seems to be forever for your gems to build or for the right sixth card. It’s so frustrating. Then you lose. Or, you’ll start with a great hand, and have your guys almost at the other castle, before the other guy even puts a player out. That’s when you can really feel how empty of a win that was. So... long story short, this would be a great game—perfect in fact, but after a day or two of playing, you’ll see what I mean. Then you want to throw your phone. Then a couple more days will go by, and you’ll realize that I was right and it’s not your fault. Then, you’ll come write a review in hopes that the developers will fix this.

Too slowly paced. Unplayable. The games chests take forever to load. Like come on do you really think I wanna wait 3-8 hours to play one match and then have to wait another 3-8 hours for that chest to open. Let us be able to open more chests at once. Shorten the times of the chests. Everything else about this game is good. But I can’t play the game if I’m waiting for chests to open with little to no reward with them. Are you serious? How do expect anyone to get anywhere in your game if they can barely even play it?!?!? Please fix the chests and the amount of gold you win for every win. EDIT: I was playing. You know grinding my way through the game and I just figured out that there is a limit on gold you can earn! Seriously! It’s like you don’t want people to play your game! You only get so much gold from playing one game and to put a daily limit on the amount of gold I can receive just by being good at the game is gross. I am trying to make progress in this game but apparently the game doesn’t want me to play the game. Not cool.

Castle Crush. You know, I love this game a lot and have worked really hard to get where I am in trophies and the one thing I loved about this game when I started playing it was the graphics and now it's complete garbage I feel like were playing on a old school pc module. I probably won't play it for a while maybe check on it but come on guys really, all the Update said was you can now speed up your replays....?? Seriously messed up u messed with the graphics and now I'm severely disappointed in this game I'm a leader of a clan and the way you guys changed the gameplay makes it terrible I mean it plays a lot slower and I just can't believe you guys would do this, step it up guys I mean this is just ridiculous. You can't imagine how sad and disappointed I am in this latest update Update: really hate how you guys are trying to include new things into the game the tournament is cool and all but it cost gems to get in and the funny thing is in the grand tournament it cost ten gems to get in and 325 gems if you lose and want to use a continue!!!????? I've been playing clash Royale way more then this game. I started out on this game and now play clash Royale and have a clan and it's fun I like it. You guys need to stop trying to make people buy things if we wanted to buy it we would. Deals are great but seriously u add a tournament and it cost more than it's worth and now I just hate this game and where you guys are heading with it. Step it up

Honest Review 5/5. I’ve read quite a bit of the reviews on this app. Disclosure: I do in fact play Clash Royale still as it’s one of my favorite mobile games on the market. With this being said, Castle Crush is very similar, it’s your choice to think if it copyright infringement or not, either way, Super Cell is as of now okay with it. Not saying I think this is copyright infringement or now. To the review section of the app: I absolutely love this game, it’s a game you can play in your free time or when you have a couple minutes to spare. Fantastic graphics, read a review dissing the graphics and there was no need for it. The graphics look better if not the same as to Clash Royale. It’s a different type of Clash Royale game; however, it’s still got some resemblance obviously. The game itself though is very fun and challenging. Everyone dissed this game due to the 50/50 chance that you destroy or get destroyed, that’s the fun in the game in my own opinion. I am a huge fan of Castle Crush and will continue to play it.

The characters, the gameplay is good but PLEASE fix the matchmaking. I have been playing this game for quite some time now. Not THAT long but I have an okay amount of trophies. The game is really simple and easy to get with, and at first it’s really fun. Although some matches may be hard, it’s a card game so there’s some luck in it and you don’t always win. Now I’ve been tilting and I got down a castle, and it seems that things were getting much harder for me to get back to my original castle than it was before. People had high level cards, and even had cards that I didn’t even get yet. Though that’s my only problem and I like playing this game, please fix the matchmaking a bit because a lot of players and I’m sure some of you guys reading this have experienced this as well are losing a lot of trophies because of this, so I ask the developers of the game to fix the matchmaking of the game. Other than that, I’m happy with this game and I hope what comes next for it in the future.

I thought the game was 5 stars at first.. I thought the game was great at first but eventually it starts to screw you. The game would probably be more balanced if you could pick your opening hand or if you started with access to all your mana(12mana) or atleast half of it, but it doesn’t. It starts you off with 3 mana and adds 1 mana about every 20seconds. The matches usually starts you off with the highest costing cards(8-10mana) in your hand and spells that can’t kill anything but skeletons. But no matter how you try to structure your hand it starts you off at a disadvantage and usually against a player that is trophy dropping. My deck averages to about 5 mana and I only have 3 out of 14 cards that are above 8 mana and it always starts me with them.

Designed for you to spend more and more money. Basically don’t waist you time on the game unless you spending/waisting big money on chest to get what basically the cards I.T guys give you to still keep loosing against the game. No matter how much you think you winning or got it you probably spent money. It’s like the game online players/I.T guys know your deck and give you whatever card they want to come next, it’s better than you smarter and you don’t have the cards yet so keep spending money or get bullied. P.s. the game is gonna charge you $10. It isn’t really free. It’s support is basically gonna say take it up with iTunes. iTunes isn’t gonna help solve the problem. Apple will ask if you’re still playing it tho.

Worst game ever. Worst game I’ve ever played. Like most of the reviews say it’s nice and easy up to the third castle and then everything is down hill from there. The cards in your deck generate at random and the game is set up to were 90% of the time you already know who is going to win as soon as the game starts. Sometimes you get some good winning streaks but a great majority of the time I’ll win about 5 games in a row at most but more often I’m losing around 20-30 games in a row. There’s no skill involved and no way to change the outcome of odds, even if you constantly change your deck. It’s obviously set up to frustrate the player into making purchases and I’ve definitely spent most of my time playing the game being frustrated. I haven’t made one purchase and I’ve noticed that my progress has come to a complete stop and I've barely one 3 games in a weeks time. It’s not worth the time or the frustration. I’m definitely deleting this game and I recommend you don’t waste your time downloading it.

Mediocre game at best. I can guarantee after about 1500 battles, the game puts you against people it knows will win, or gives you the worst possible rolls despite having a statistically great mana curve. It simply happens too often, and I’m a veteran to MTG, so I can guarantee it’s a statistical improbability. The game is strictly pay to win, which is also why it probably pits you against impossible odds on a regular basis and likely gives handicaps. I can only point to statistics but can’t “prove” it beyond that without reviewing how they coded the game. I can’t tell you how many times I played against someone and they were about 5 ranks higher, which is an ENORMOUS difference. They also will have a level 13 or so golem, and mine is 9, which for free is actually high. But it might as well make up two of my golems, since the difference becomes larger. Even if that was the only difference, it’s enough to guarantee a win alone, but all their units have that much of a level. So you simply can’t win, even if they played half their cards. I understand making a profit, but wow...

Don’t waste your time.. The developers have abandoned this game. Because of this, people have figured out hacks and necessary updates haven’t been done. The game is full of cheaters and kids who spend hundreds of dollars to upgrade their decks so while they have no skill whatsoever they have powerful cards so if your deck comes in it’s most undesirable order, it’s impossible to win. Then of course they taunt. The game lags a lot too. I have the fastest available fiber optic internet that actually alerts me when there’s a signal loss or if it slows down to normal broadband speeds. The game acts like it’s loading and says to check my internet connection (I always do and it’s always fine) causing games to be abandoned in the middle, somehow always in the middle of a game being won by me. The connectivity issue has been happening for nearly a year now and many players have complained about it happening on multiple devices with multiple different connections. Don’t waste your time or frustrate yourself.

Boring, same old game as every other one of its type. Like all games of this type, you either completely destroy people or get completely destroyed, every....single....battle..... There is so many different kinds of cards you can play and since you are at the mercy of the game to release certain cards you go up a few levels then sit there losing every game over and over and over until they finally give you a card that can compete with anyone with. But by then you are going against players that have gotten the unbeatable cards at your level so now you get to sit again and lose over and over and over again until they finally give you another card. Rinse and repeat. The card release system is super annoying too like all games of this type. After about a week of playing I got a big chest that too 12 hours to open. All that was in it was 250 cards for just “Arrows”, something I wasn’t even privy to have been given yet. Seriously, 250 cards for the same item in a big box. Exactly why I would never spend real money to buy a big box when my chance of getting 250 cards to 1 item I don’t even have in my deck yet is a high possibility.

Developers a ridiculous. This game has great potential! The character design is good, with characters just like Supercell's games! Haha total ripoff. The con list is bigger than the pros in this game. The match making is terrible because you get gamers dumping trophies in higher castles to fight gamers in lower castles. This definitely makes the game not fun! I am okay with losing, but when I start a match and have no chance to win from the very start, not fun. Of course you could spend money on the game and become really good right away, it I will save my money for games like The Elder Scrolls Online, or better yet World of Warcraft!! I have been playing this game for about two weeks. I got to the Demon Castle twice, but both times I fell very quickly from my spot. This is because one gets matched up against more advanced players, which is ridiculous, I mean how is a level 5 supposed to beat a level 7? Skill doesn’t come into play at all in this game so it’s not that. It really comes to the luck of your card order, which one game may really favor you and then the next three games it heavily favors your opponent. This leads me to think the game is rigged by the developers in such a way to make someone buy things in moments of rage. Because of this I will not play. I am not above buying things on games, but only when I feel the developers actually care about their product and those using it.

Not worth it. I played this game way before clash Royale and I loved it. Then after many updates it purely turned into a pay to win/go to higher level arenas. The things they try to do to make it better like the tournament and the pig bank all require gems which cost money. It costs gems to join a tournament which has players who are far more experienced than you and then when you lose you have to join back in. The new pig bank makes you pay gems to open with a chance of getting slightly more genes than you already have, but when you do not have enough to open it you are stuck on that level of pig bank until you can afford to open it. For example level, I am stuck on level 3 piggy bank which costs 1,000 gems to open and I only have 630 gems saved up from playing the game for over a year. I can’t afford to open the bank so it will just stay at that level until I can afford to open it. And since it already costs 1,000 gems at level 3, you can imagine how much it will cost at the max level. In the end, Castle Crush is just a worse and more money hungry version of Clash Royale. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Fun game, pay to win though. Really good game, but the fact that you can’t even stack up chests without opening them, which takes 3 hours for just ONE! Which most of the time doesn’t give you anything good. I spent 15 bucks, then obliterated my competition, winning every game easily with no contest and I just started playing for the first time. Now not so much since I’m playing other players who I’m assuming spent money or hours upon hours of grind. The Skeleton King is WAY over powered 3 lanes with mad skeletons and the big boy, too over whelming even at level 1. Having to pay crystals or wait 3 hours to open one chest is a bit much, especially since they don’t stack and the limit is 4 meaning you can open 4 chests every 12 hours on the dot. That’s a little ridiculous, I understand the in game market but make it little more free friendly? Or give us a chance to pick certain cards rather than spending money getting the same 2 or 3 cards recycled over and over. Other wise game play is really good, didn’t notice any bugs or glitches. It’s also a lot of fun.

I probably will NEVER download this again !. So there are a few glitches, where you go to use a card the cards weren’t there and your castle is half down then they come back and the characters aren’t even loaded so you have to wait forever and then once they have loaded your castle is down.... Another thing , I had 12 players exactly and other people had the best kinds of players and I got stuck with some that have terrible life and damage is low yet it takes awhile for it to load . And don’t get me started on coins, you only get 2 or 4 each win and you have a daily limit and then you don’t receive coins at all ! Oh and the chests take forever ! Your hoping to get a new character to play with and maybe one with better life but no you get repeats , every time , I played for awhile and thought one day it will have to and it never does!! The reason it won’t give you coins and only gives you a daily coin limit is because they want you spending your money on coins and diamonds ! They give you a lot of diamonds to begin with then they make you use them all ! Don’t download this game if you aren’t willing to spend money on coins and diamonds ! That’s the only way you will succeed in going forward ..

Matchups are made to make you lose!. I have never written a game review before but I am so frustrated by this game I had to. I love the game play and the graphics. This game could be amazing if it was fair in any way, shape or form. I was killing it and multiple times made big advances only to be shut down by the unfair matchups that are pitted to making you lose and go backward. How could I win 90% of my games, advance to a high level and then lose almost every game no matter what I do to change things up!!!! The game rigs the matchups to keep you down. There are time where I have litterally lost 20 games in a row and not even beeen able to compete based on how the game puts you at a disadvantage. his game could be so good.

good game stop hating. awesome game. i have been playing this for years. it’s just really good. the only problem is the wait time for cards needs to be a little faster because i keep dying since they spam their cards then their cooldown is faster the more cards you play. then i cant kill them fast enough. but that doesn’t really bother me it’s just that if you can i would be a little more happy no hate i don’t care about the cooldown i just would like to fight back sometimes but i mainly win🤩 it’s such a fun game to grind and so many cards. when you are on the first and second castle there is a knight and a skull king they are so op and they still are for quite a while. for me i used the knight until like castle 4 or 5. if you level it up it’s insanely good. anyways great game i would really recommend to get it. many people are mad because they lose and because it cost money to get really good really fast. but for me i just love the way the game is made. there is nothing wrong with it if you like a card game that has cool characters and you have to grind not spend 3 hours beating the game, then this game is for you. i forgot i even had it for a few years. but yeah i’m on castle like 5 or 6 it’s a really good game make sure to get it🤩🤩🤩

Designed to Make You Lose. Before I quit this game I wanted to be sure to add to the chorus of unhappy players who have found the game programmed to make you lose. It's rigged to cheat. It's a fun & addictive game with cool graphics, but one that cheats you. You select monsters/weapons to defend your wall and crush the opponent's castle wall. You can win games, but the game is programmed to pit you against players whose unique selection of monsters will either beat you (often the opponents are at higher levels) or against whom you can't defend against because the game manipulates which monsters are available for you to play in the card draw. It seems to make you lose more when you're close to opening a reward chest at a higher level. It makes you lose enough so you're pushed down a level and have to open a chest or fill a slot at a lower level with lesser prizes. I once lost 12 of 13 games after having reached castle 7 & over 2000 points. It's clever psychologically. Of course spending $ will help you buy or improve monsters or buy chests, etc. The chests often provide crap cards of little use. I've written very few reviews, but this game makes me angry/frustrated enough to write one. I do hope the developers adjust the gameplay. I'd give it 5 stars for the game, but the cheap manipulation of gameplay reduces it to 2 or less. I hope to find a similar game that doesn't screw me.

Greatly improved since my last review back in 2016!. First I would like to say, I’ve played this game since 2016, over 7 years ago and I will say this game is still amazing. Though I would like to add some criticisms of my own here, I believe update-wise the game is slowly dying and feels like it’s relying more on NFT’s as well as other 3rd party events to keep the game running rather than the actual company. I’ll say it bluntly, the game needs more content. We need new cards added and new arenas, as well as new chests that are added to the chest rotation when winning battles. I believe for the most part the game has stayed mostly the same on the free-to-play side of things and hasn’t changed much over the years, yes we got friendly battles since 7 years ago and occasional tournaments, but it feels like most of the new features added recently are for people that spend money on the game or on special currency in the crypto marketplace. I will close out this review by saying that the game still runs smoothly and gameplay feels nice, but please add more accessible content for those who can’t afford to spend money on NFT’s or Crypto investments, or even the offers in the shop that require large amounts of gems.

Love it lol. I'm not one to write reviews, I don't think I've ever wrote one before, but you may see all the "you need money to play" you don't. You don't need any money besides the in game money. You can not buy your way up to castles unless you spend your coins which is in game money on some new cards. You work your way up castles and get new cards to add to your deck. You can play Mini games after I think a certain point in the game (little pop up on the right) and you can joins groups. You can win no matter how much money you have, it's a strategy game, not a pay to play game. That's all, I've played this game since I was about 10 or so and I still like it. Don't listen to the "pay to play" or "you need money to play it" because you don't. There are in game purchases of like coins or chests or gems but that's all, all the game you can access the entirety of the game all the same as if you buy anything. That's all :)

Loser. I really enjoyed it at first and felt well matched with opponents. The characters are fun and you get different ones at each level! There seems to be a lot of lagging and glitches at times and that makes it difficult to compete. Pretty sure game has an algorithm that sets you up to lose in order to get you to spend money. I felt I have Played with good strategy, and change my deck around frequently. I Won a bunch of times in a row, now I only lose, even alternating decks around. I will be deleting this game, a game should be fun, not stress you out, or pressure to spend. The way the cards come up makes it very difficult if not impossible to compete. I noticed a pattern. I don’t expect to win every time, but I am not spending in order to continue playing. Booo! There’s a lot of other similar games out there to try and enjoy. This one is worth a try but I feel it is deliberately programmed to make you lose after a certain amount of playing time. Plus way too much lagging and glitching happens too often.

Bugs or cheating?. When u have certain wining streak the game and opponents changes to your weaknesses points and make u loose and loose. It happens all the time. And the trophies how do you calculate them? Because sometimes when th diference is big they give 20 something when the amount of trophies should be more. And another thing is that when u make all the wat up to certain amont of trophies the game doesnt let u go up happening what I explain before. Some times u compete with opponents that are in another castle judging by the points? So how could that happen? And when u got new cards they make the store less elegible cards. Happenss the sane with the money u esarn. Like for example lets say that u have the money to by a new legendary card they bring to the store the sane cards that u already have. Basically all the game is design to make u waste money and loose. They make u play with a tottally diferente casttle.

Unfair Matching -Proof. The concept of this game is awesome, but the unfair matching is absolutely ridiculous. I have been a level 5 for quite some time now, and I am VERY rarely ever matched up with a level 5 opponent. I’m lucky to be matched to a level 7. The usual matchup is a level 8, which is completely unfair. For example, I’ll give you the levels of the last 10 matchups I had today: 10, 8, 9, 8, 8, 8, 6, 7, 7, 8. In other words, the average level of matchups the game gave me was 7.9. Higher levels have better cards, so the odds of me beating them are close to none. No matter your level, you’ll be matched unfairly. As a level 4, the average was around 6.5. As a level 3, the average was around 5. I suppose it’s all part of the developers’ strategy to get players to spend money in the game, but I wish they would find other ways to incentivize spending money. If I see a change in the fairness of the game, I’ll be happy to take back my review and give the game a better rating. It really is a great concept!

A great game, but could use some improvements. I really like this game, it is really fun and enjoyable, but I do have a few suggestions. For one could you put the giant growth spell a little lower in the castles, like in castle 4 or 5 maybe? I think it is one of the coolest spells to play around with, and that you should be able to unlock it a little earlier. I also find that the game does see your deck and it’s weaknesses and pairs you against decks that can destroy you (of course I could be wrong about that, but it feels like that especially when I started switching between decks and started winning more than I did with one deck). I do find this game fun though all in all, a very unique game from others, the main thing being there are a lot of things with no limits. For example, the giant growth spell makes your strongest troop on the battle field grow in hp, attack, and size (size being purely visual) unlike in most games this does not have a limit. ( as long as it doesn’t die and the game doesn’t end it can keep getting stronger if you keep giving it giant growth spells) And this also includes the Spectre as well as Phoenix, who also have similar abilities. This is a great game that I recommend you at least try.

Still trash...surprise, surprise!. I wish I could give this game 0 stars. The five star rating that it shows in the App Store is a total crock! Listen, the developers don’t care about the people who support this game, they want money. Quite frankly, anyone that carries this game in their App Store should be ashamed of themselves with all the heinous reviews it has. The star level should come down or they should take it off their market. People are complaining too much about this stupid game. I have deleted and re-downloaded this game a few times, all in hopes the matchmaking would be fixed. Nope! So if you do download this game, don’t spend money. Put these pathetic developers out of business, at least with this particular app. By the way, be sure the card you play is ranked the same as the card you put in your deck. I had a level two dragon yet on some of the matches (where I lost) my dragon was only a level one. 💩 💩 💩. And don’t bother trying their customer service...it doesn’t exist. On a plus side: I harassed them so much on Twitter, they blocked me! 😂😂🤣🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

The final straw. I’ve been playing this game for 2 years, and it was a lot of fun, even though it became pretty apparent that they are pay to win. Several times I’d hit a new high with my trophies, and immediately afterwards couldn’t win a game to save my life. Seriously, I’d drop an average of about 400 trophies after beating my trophy count. I still hung with it though...until...this ‘season’ BS. No one asked for seasons, no one wants seasons, no one really understands seasons, yet here we are. The first season closed, and the only thing that happened was that they took away almost 300 trophies. No rewards, only taking away trophies that I’ve spent years earning. So, after spending 2 years building up my trophy count to just under 5,000 trophies, I’m now sitting at just over 4,000 in a one week span. This isn’t just by bad luck, it’s an attempt to frustrate me enough to spend real money. This was my favorite game that played faithfully for a long time, but I’m sorry to say that after I write this review, I’m deleting it.

Game was fun at first. Game was fun at first! It was very strategy oriented, there was some action, and I got new cards quite often in the beginning. However, over time, it got more difficult to advance at all! This game was designed to make you lose. Do not waste your time on this game unless you want to lose and spend money on cards. This was a complete and total waste of my time. You really can’t advance unless you spend money. Another thing that was very annoying, the “updates” really didn’t do anything about the bug fixes. If anything, the bugs got worse over time! The other thing that really annoyed me was when my opponents would either taunt me or use the laughing emoji the whole entire freaking game play! Non stop taunting! The only thing I could do was mute the other player. Even then, the game is still designed for people to lose, unless you spend money of course. It was fun at first, now I just hate this game! I regret ever having downloaded this game!

Death, dwarf, protection 🤦🏽‍♂️. This is in fact a good game. But seriously, after playing it for about a whole year, you collect all the cards and then you get players that just started the game and play with death, dwarf, protection etc beating top players that actually put effort in the game tbh it is not very rewarding. Maybe you should look into this a bit better?

Love the game but.... Long time player. Played it a few years back when it was first released then I stopped for a few years. My son picked it up so I started playing it with him again. Great card game except the imbalance of match making. As many said too often you can be matched with higher level which puts people off playing. Hi. I like this game lot of fun but don’t like why they keep let gamer go back to one level and another level after they loose . Some time I cannot win 3,4 times because the crystals dose not give me but the other 4,5 characters and destroy my wall . And I have to play from previous level too boring .

Fun but ridiculous matching system. You could fight players with much higher levels than you. In 10 battles, say you could only meet one or two players at your level or little bit lower. Can you imagine the feeling of a level 10 player facing a level 14 player?

Poor quality. Save your money and buy a new pair of gloves to punch yourself in the face , it will bring you more enjoyment

The games good but.... Look I started a few weeks ago but I can’t get to castle 4. There are just unfair matches and to many op monsters in the lower levels. Black knight is such a great character but I don’t have him, he is just to good to be put in the lower castles.

I want a restart option. Fun game. Would have been 5 star BUT they do have flaws , main flaw is the cards both you and ur opponent get is random !!! Within the deck so when it comes down to trying to win against the opposition it’s more of if your deck has come up with the lowest starting mana cards to be able to get them out , had many times where I’ve started with my highest mana cards an could do nothing against the opponent an lost badly ( many times in a row ) I think it should be fixed alittle due to that , other then this cannot really flaw it LOVE THEM GAME CANT STOP PLAYING!

I didn’t know it could go wrong. Jeez, I played this game for ages when I was little, but now I cant cant even click the app, I when I was little I tried to buy a chest, I had so much hope I would get a legendary, the first three transactions didn’t work, so I spent 90 bucks on a magical chest, which didn’t give me a legendary. Want to fix your game? Make legendarys not impossible to find, and update the game, it’s dryer than the Sahara desert

New card. Excellent game but I find it very frustrating when I have the cards to beat an opponent but the cards I need don’t fall for me. I’d like to propose a new card whereby this card gives you the option to choose which card enters your deck next.

Same old story. This game, like so many other mobile games, starts off well and gets you hooked. The problem is, it quickly becomes apparent that it’s a cash grab. Opponents become way too difficult to defeat VERY quickly, forcing you into either suffering defeat after defeat or spending real money to get the upper hand. Of course, this is the mobile game model, which I understand. However, there are so many games out there that do it a hell of a lot better without making you spend cash or simply give up. Next!

Be careful!. This game is wonderfully entertaining. So what’s wrong? It hits every single mark of a game trying to be addictive (like poker machines) and get money from you. It’s easy to lose many hours a day on this but progress quite slowly. It’s not a game that encourages you to play in moderation, which makes it a big risk if you’re someone who gets stuck into games for a long time.

Balance issues. Level 8 vs level 5...? Happens too frequently. It’s a fun game, but massive issues with balance. Out of a few months playing, I can count on one hand ‘close’ battles I’ve had, for the most part they’ve been either easy wins or I’ve easily lost, you need to sit the team down and figure out what you can do to have the balance similar to games like Clash Royale, of course this model is taken from the ‘lane war’ genre like Clash Royale and we are all aware they dwarf the industry in this genre. Matching making is not really fair. You pair someone with the first few cards of the game with someone who has different cards in castle 4 and then all of a sudden the person with the lower skilled cards win because the person with the higher skilled cards (me) was not expecting them to have that layout so it was not made for it.

Been playing for 2+ years. I have 2 max level accounts never spent a cent on this game I’ve recently started a new account and Something I’ve noticed over the period of playing is if someone has recently spent money on the game no matter how good your deck is you’ll draw 2x the card you recently placed intentionally so you’ll lose and won’t let you draw your ace card While the person who spent there whole bank on the game will get the win, these players that this happens to I usually join there clans to track there progress and weeks and sometimes even month they barely move in rankings because they do not understand play styles usually the only reason they win is by accident or because pay to win the game hands them the win Other then that if you’re a good player and don’t need to pay to win you’ll be rewarded

FUN GAME BUT!!!!. It’s another money scam it’s sooo rigged it’s not funny eventually making you feel like you have to spend money to make the next level. Seems to always have the best counter deck just when you get on a roll the game lets you get close to reaching a new castle then pulls you back. Sad it could be a really good game apart from that. It’s all about $$$ better off playing paper scissors rock with a friend.

Terrible Matchmaking. I want to give this game a good review but the match making is just broken. I have a castle level of 7 but I am constantly pitted against players with castle levels of 9, 10, and even 11. I don’t even have a single legendary card but I get attacked by Dragons, Black Witches, Storm Elementals, Dark Angels, and others all at once. I just quit as soon as I see the other player is level 10+ because there’s no point pitting my level 5 cards against level 10 and 11 cards. It’s very frustrating when you don’t even stand a chance of winning.

Strategy. It’s hardly a game on strategy more a game on luck with what cards you draw or get! You should be able to build and customise your deck to be able to get what you want and when you want it! So you can have good iq builds and not loose because of the stupid hands you get dealt early on! This game will never live up to the potential it could bc of this reason.

Best real time strategy card game. I honestly do not know any better card strategy game than this. The developers are always working to improve it and make sure it works well.

Fix the match making!!!. This game brings out frustration like no other, although drawing epics is quite the rush, this game has so many flaws it’s not worth playing in its current state. For starters the cards are not even close to being balanced, with “good” decks consisting of epics and legendaries. To add to this the match making is absolutely screwed with the player being put against opponents that are 2 to 3 levels above them. As well as this the game likes to give you long winning streaks before making you struggle to win a single match whilst not changing anything. Overall with changes to the meta and match making this could be a 5 star game, but in its current state I would encourage others to steer clear.

:-( You will need to spend $$ to progress. This game is good, but it could be so much better! Sadly it seems almost impossible to progress to more advanced castles without spending money. Most battles are uneven, with one of the two players being advantaged. The game will often crash (and you will lose battles!) if you don't have a great Internet connection.

So, I’m basically a Castle Crush veteran at this point, (castle 6/7) and this game has shaped my whole childhood, (I’m 10) but there’s a few things I don’t really... ...like. PROS - Graphics - Online Play - Clans - stickers & ways to communicate with opponents - Daily game modes for legendary fragments - Chest system - Upgrade sequence CONS - I want new cards (like a Steel Elemental) - Legendary card’s chance of discovery - Tournaments (please sort different castles into seperate tournaments than higher castles) And that’s it! Great Fun. Good fun, fun to try different strategies and a challenge one you are playing above your level. I understand the need to face tougher competition if the same level is too easy, but I’d love the option to mute opposition permanently in the settings to not have to mute the opponent every game - mostly morons who are almost beaten by a player three levels below them and want to be smug about winning.

Love it!. I have never been matched against a player with a power imbalance, amount of trophies are always really close so I have to disagree with the people that are saying that. It’s really fun to play. I guess you do need to spend a bit of money to get ahead but it’s one of my hobbies and any hobby costs money. I’m trying but I can’t even think of how it could be improved! Brilliant game.

Rip off. I have spent over $200 on this game but it doesn’t matter. You could have absolutely every character and still get beaten by someone 3 levels below you. You might win 5 or 6 in a row flawlessly and then lose 10 straight. I have changed my team to a lesser team ( same levels ) and won 10 straight???? where I was consistently losing?. I may have all level characters on my team, but when they start your characters with all levels higher than five and your opponent with under fives, you’re screwed every time. I’ve never spent money on a free game until this one, and never will again. Might as well play heads or tails, it’s more fair.

My opinion is that this is a great game, it may need a few fixes. However, this game is so fun and addicting, once you start playing, you can’t stop playing! But, there are a few needs for this game. One of them is that, in this game, you are playing with online people. That’s fun to play with active live people, but, there is a chat button and you click what you want to say. That’s not very fun, because you can’t say what YOU want to say, so maybe you can add a chat line that you can type in what you want to say, you could make it like some games where is hashtags out bad words and stuff. That’s a good idea, and if you don’t want to do that then you could ATLEAST add more words to click on and say. Like when someone says Good Luck! the other person says Thanks, but there’s no ‘No Problem’; so maybe add that. Also, you should add more characters to go in battle with! Also, you should probably change the app thumbnail, like when you go into the game there’s that loading screen with the characters in the game and it says ‘CASTLE CRUSH’ at the top, Well, you should make the actual app thumbnail that because that looks cool. Hard to get cards and coins at higher levels with out paying. I think that when your chest slots are full and you have no diamonds to open them and no money you should be able to sell the chests for a small amount of diamonds so the game can be played fairly against those who do have money and also to keep you interest I found my self not playing the game as much when it got harder other then that a fun game :)

Pay To Win Crypto Model :(. I’ve been playing this game four years and now they’ve switched to a full pay to win model. They are trying to make us buy crypto to purchase the next tier cards - what the hell? Half my clan left. Game ruined. I have nothing to aim for anymore as the first crypto level now outranks the highest normal level card that took me three years to get. Greed has ruined this game :(

Great game...BUT could be so much better. Agree with the imbalance ...I’m constantly paired up with higher level castles who have cards I cannot possible beat with my low level..you make points per card cost double on the lower players and guess who is going to win...it’s a no brainer.. do I keep trying or just quit? Make the castle level and player points evenly matched...if someone has been a higher level..no they don’t drop down to wreck the upcoming players game...Apart from this..I could see this game going a long way...

No gold here!. Have been playing this game for a few years now and am constantly having an internal battle on whether to delete it. I’m finding it very frustrating as gold rewards for winning games are so pissy that it takes months (in my case years) to upgrade your players (unless you spend big dollars), also game play is extremely hit and miss with the random draw. So, am finding it more a game of luck than actual skill or players skill level. Has potential but, definitely needs tuning. Another year later - the game has become even more glitchy eg.. rewards promised and not given. Opponent starting with more crystals than you and dropping much higher value cards. Spare yourself the frustration people don’t download. Remember, it’s a game, if it stops becoming fun, stop playing. Sincerely Finally deleting game after all these years.

Great game love that you get to play higher level players. Nothing more satisfying than beating a level 6 player when your level 1, the balance must be calculated on your winning record rather than level, this is best way to do it, don’t change the balance 😊

This game is rigged. Three times now I’ve purchased these legendary chests hoping to get some of the better cards you need to win and every time the card that comes out is the one and only legendary card I’ve got (and it’s rubbish). I’m now sitting here with 8 of these things. They also tout the chests as ‘from castle 7’ etc but the legendary cards that come out are always from the lower castles 3-4. There’s clearly an algorithm in place to keep feeding you the same cards so you’ll keep chasing the ones you actually want. The game is kinda fun but DONT WASTE ANY MONEY ON CHESTS!!!

BEWARE: This app promotes an in-game free trial.. This app promotes an in-game free trial that turns into a paid subscription after a few days. This is a weekly charge. My child played this game for less than a day and then deleted it. The subscription kept on going and I received the charge later. This is the first game I have seen to use in-game prompts for this “free” trial turned paid subscription along with warnings that you will lose the “free” trial when you try to leave the page. It is an obvious cash grab taking advantage of people’s forgetfulness and lack of IT/App Store knowledge. I have tried to get my money back but have had to jump through various hoops and different processes whilst getting rejected instantly.

Awesome game. The other review is a sook, I am 2700 and I did it with mostly skeletons in a rush format. If your getting beaten by cards you don’t have open more chest play more and upgrade.. This games good because if you set your deck right you can be a force but one wrong move can end it for you. A lot of strategy and planning. Also love the battle mode which changes daily offering a little variety.

Not too good but ok.. This is a good game to play but overall, the matchmaking is not too good. Most of my time on this game isn’t too great, it’s hard to get new cards and gems most of the time. And the matchmaking is not too good. You should make the matchmaking like you have to fight the people in your castle. Overall it’s pretty good but it’s not great. Stop ruining your game with RNG. When you’ve played this game for a little while, you begin to realise that skill plays little part in winning. The game is built so that you have just as many wins and losses. When the game realises you havent won many lately, magically all the best cards appear. Yet ive been humbled by people many levels lower than me because all of my best cards which you cant use immediately are all lined up and I’m powerless to do anything. Pity because it was shaping up to be a half decent game

Fun but more annoying.. Good fun game that’s not too time consuming and looks great. WARNING: The game also supports bullying by not allowing you to permanently turn off chat. So if you lose or are about to, prepare to be laughed at, or sent an emoticon of you supposably crying nearly every game. Even some games they will send emoji after emoji for the full match trying to intimidate you which is also most annoying. So if these things bother you too, either don’t play this game, or try remember every single match to disable chat.

Copy of clash Royale.... I really like the game and all, but I think the game is a bit too much like the game 'clash Royale'. Things like these include Mana(elixir) skeleton swarm(skeleton army) types of chests, chest unlocking times, Rarities (common rare epic and legendary) And some of the card's stats( in both games, skeletons are one of the weakest cards of the game)

There are problems. I love the card selection every card has a unique ability and that is fantastic batter then any other game, the only problem is I lose the same amount of trophies as I gain so when I win I get 30 and when I lose a lose 30 so in a two week span of playing a hour a day I’ve gained only 5 trophies, so much effort for nothing, a change to make that you lose 25 or around that instead of around 30 pls fix this coz I really feel like giving up on the game.

Nft ruined the game. Played this game for almost 6 years to have all my progress stamped out in a month by nfts . Spend lots of money to be ripped off . Devs abandoned the game for a year then come back to ruin it with nfts . Horrible for the people that stuck with it . Stay away unless you want to by nft cards .

Has potential but…. Game has a lot of potential but it is fraught with parity issues. Because the decks are so big in terms of cards, if you get stuck with high usage value cards at the start of the game you might as well give up because by the time you can drop anything the other player may likely have dropped 2 or 3 cards and you’ll never recover

More like a class royal rip off cash grab. I admit it is a fun game but with the lack of certain balances the game can get mediocre and overall annoying due to having to pay to “Get good” since there’s a lack of common synergy making free players struggle in high arenas. Legendaries all Synergize well with eachother which makes no sense since they should be more of a wild card. Two that I wish had a nerf is Necromancer and valkyrie Necromancer because of its stupid ability to resurrect fallen troops while also able to be resurrected himself causing stalemates and impossible trades. Valkyrie for obvious reasons due to it LOWERING THE COST OF OTHER TROOP CARDS! Which can be Synergize with Necromancer and resurrection! Honestly I’d prefer Valkyrie to buff all melee troops damage like archer queen (except skeletons) I’ve honestly been contemplating suicide due to unfair matchups and unbalanced cards.

Must know review. The game itself is amazing and I love it but a problem is half the time I’m in a middle of a game and it removes me from the game saying my internet is bad but its not I have the best internet no other game ever kicks me or even lags, so I lose points bc that stupid bug, another thing they manipulate you into buying gems saying u get 110 percent back if you buy a capsule but the capsule always cost more gems then you have so that you wanna buy with real money to get the deal also sometimes the cards don’t work when you click them, costing you the game and lose your hard earned points the whole game is a card game so why cards glitch out and they don’t patch it? Unfair matchups/Inappropriate Language. You are very often presented with opponents who have either paid to level-up their troops, or who are beyond your skill level. As well, the developer allows names for individuals and team which are inappropriate for children, or for anybody for that matter. Profanities are exchanged in the chat, and individuals will stalk you. My report to the developers was ignored. Don’t waste your time.

Good game to pass the time. So the types of cards you can get are pretty good and there’s a lot of variety. Winning comes down to luck of the draw mostly and it goes slow for your gems to refill and for new cards to show up. You have all these good cards, but you lose fast because they don’t come in the order you need instead of it being a close and exciting battle. Another issue I have is when you play a card and it takes forever for the card to appear on the row... like I played it NOW. I don’t want to wait for the opponent to strike two more times before the card I played shows up. Pretty fun still though.

Unbalanced. Literally almost every opponent I go against has almost every overpowered and unbalanced epic card in the game. One such card is the black knight l, it has a ton of hit points, moves super fast, and does a ton of damage. This card is like the perks from clash royal but what balances the perks out is that it’s super slow and attack super slow, if you made the perks super fast and attack at the speed of light then it world be broken which is exactly what the black knight is. The mage is also pretty broken as it does a lot of damage at a range and has area attack, if the mage died to most spells than I would not be complaining but it does not ,even to spells the same cost as it. Cards like this work in clash royal because you can place cards in a specific spot to kill the range, and there are cards in the game made to counter these types of cards.

Trash. Listen I am a person who gets stress very easily and I played this game to get some gems from another game which I do quite often. A while ago I started to play this game and got fed up but today I decided that I would have another go at it and found myself almost ripping my hair out from the match ups. The match ups are so bizarre that me(someone who never plays this) who has maybe 234 points has to go against someone who has 276. How am I supposed to beat them. Another thing is it’s all about luck. The card selection is bizarre also and you don’t get to pick it even though you get to pick what cards you have in the deck. Honestly if you want to be stressed in the summer at 1:30 AM about a game that isn’t even that good, go ahead and get purchase game but just know when a ball of you hair is laying next to you after you 22 loss I warned you.

Broken matchmaking. 3rd competitive match I played I was put against someone who was a higher castle level with troops At level 4 I didn’t even have access to unlock yet (I had to rank up before having a chance to even get the level 1 version). I’ve played Clash Royals, and plenty of Mighty Battles to get the idea how to “out wit” players. Your match making is beyond broken when a higher level can “throw” games to feed on lower levels when he is absurdly higher qualified. Other games of this style have an “intro” or training bracket to prevent new players from abuse. Save your time with this one. 60 seconds into the game the first offer to pay cash pops on your screen. Worried about money here, not longevity in a solid community. Move along folks nothing worth playing here if you enjoy competition without shelling out dollars.

Almost impossible to advance. This game is fun, but I feel like it’s virtually impossible to advance past Castle 3. Every time I’m close to moving to Castle 4, I suddenly hit a losing streak and get thrown back to Castle 2. It takes me several tries to get back to Castle 3, only to experience the same thing. I’m also annoyed that weaker characters at lower levels can easily kill my stronger, higher level characters with ease. How? Or these lower level players seem to have no wait time for their characters and can flood the battle fields in seconds and keep throwing more and more characters at me without any trouble. It doesn’t make any bloody sense. I’m close to giving up and uninstalling the app because I’d rather not waste my time when there’s no hope for advancement. I’m getting extremely bored with Castle 3.

Great game to play but lousy support service. Be careful when purchasing for instance I purchased a bundle deal and it clench on me and never game me the gems with the coins like is supposed to so I thought maybe it didn’t take so I ordered it again and then it showed it did charge me twice but still no gems but only the coins. I just wanted what I purchased and I text support threw there game and they said they’ll look into it and decided to only give me some gems back say it was there fault on the glitch but gave gems enough for the first purchased i asked what about the second purchase they said they game more than enough but very not true. So I feel robbed and will not purchase anything anymore and will continue playing but it’s starting to fade since always the back of my mind I feel like I’ve been robbed out of my money.

Good concept but scam. The game has a great concept but at the end of the day, the game was not built for the players to enjoy but for them to make money and it is very clear. No matter your level you will always face opponents that are 2 or 3 levels above you meaning they likely have all of your cards at higher levels plus better cards so you always feel like you need to spend money to catch up but when you do you continue to play opponents much stronger than you (at level 6 I faced more level 10s then level 6 or 7). Also the gem capsules are broken sometimes so you’ll spend gems that you bought with real money in order to get some back but it won’t work. Last thing, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, not as in they’re bad, as in it’s a bot and he will never answer you so if you get scammed don’t even bother trying to get any money back.

Fantastic game... obviously rigged. Well it starts off as being a super entetaining game then suddenly it feels steered from above, it gets out of your control. Wins and losses do not come randomly anymore but rather in long streaks of 7/12 games in a row, you will win many games, get to a high castle then suddenly fall back hundreds of trophies and are matched aginst people with the same level and same amount of tropies who just murder you over and over again until you get so upset you just throw money at it. Sadly this kills the game as people are not all stupid. Too bad, you could have made tons of money anyway just by being honest. Thieves. Pirates.

Waste of time. Do NOT download and get trapped. I started this game because unlocking castle 5 would handsomely reward me in a different app, however, being 1 week into this, I realize this is app is built to force you to spend money to advance. You can have 5 chests at a time, yet you can only unlock one at a time, so you wait hours for such a miserable reward. You can spend gems to unlock them earlier, but that forces you to spend money. Next, the algorithm is absolutely garbage. It is solely designed to benefit one player. It doesn’t matter what level you are 90% of the time, it comes down to how the cards dealt. You can win 7 matches in a row, and then lose 20 in a row without even hitting the opponents once. I’ve been stuck at 1090 trophies the past 3 days, every time I get back up to 1090, I lose several in a row and go back down to like 800. Save your time and money and just avoid this garbage app.

Too slow and no other options to play. Just started playing and the game and I’m already considering to delete it. First PVP is the only thing you can do at the first 3 castles, second the chests take forever, third if you want to unlock castle 4 to finally try something “new” you’ll have to pass the hazle of passing castle 3, fourth in the battles in castle 3 you’ll fight overpowered people that shouldn’t be in the lower ranks with newbies, fifth it’s hard to get good cards for since you can only get them from chests which take forever plus you get cards at a small amount, the grind for coins are a hassle you only get on average 6 coins per battle won not to mention theirs a limit you can get a day! It feels as if the game is so you can’t grind your way to getting better cards. So hard work doesn’t really pay off and I find that pretty ridiculous.

Great game produced by thieves. I love playing this game and finally decided to drop some money on it. I tried to purchase $5 worth of gems but the transaction failed. I woke up the next morning there was a receipt from Apple for the $5 purchase. I opened the app and no gems. So I immediately wrote to support stating what happened. Two days later they responded only to ask me to send them the email from Apple with the receipt. Meanwhile I bought some more gems and the purchase went through. I sent them the receipt, another day goes by. They respond by saying that the gems were delayed but they confirmed that I received them...but I didn’t. They saw the other gems I bought. I tried to respond but they closed the ticket. So I’m out the $5 which I’m sure is a drop in the bucket for them. Be careful spending money on this game because you’ll never get your money back if something goes wrong.

Umm. The game is really fun. It has lots of strategy and cool characters. The rewards are good and it’s not like one of those games where it’s impossible to get coins and gems. The characters also aren’t impossible to get either, which is what I like about it. But you have to have PERFECT WIFI just to play.. I play games that require WiFi and it works just fine but in this game it’s constantly saying I have no WiFi. Just to battle someone the intermission takes like a full minute and sometimes you can’t even get in the game because of “low WiFi”. The game is fun but extremely annoying when it kicks you out because of not enough wifi (you probably have enough WiFi don’t listen to the game).

Terrible rewards system. This game is super dumb, so the only way you may level up your cards is with more cards which is pretty reasonable, but the problem with that is you can only get cards through chests and chests take from 3+ hours and you’re not able to open multiple chests at a time AND on top of that you can’t hold more then 4 chests in your inventory which means you can constantly be playing compared to someone who doesn’t really play at all and they even have a chance to get better cards then you. Furthermore there is only one way to speed up chest openings and that’s spending gems but it takes far too many to open one chest and there is really not many ways to earn more gems which means you must buy more gems, this game by far has THE WORST rewards systems in ALL OF mobile gaming this game doesn’t know how to reward hard working players and forces you to pay money for gems

Not really a game. This app appear to be a strategy game which is very affective and entertaining however after playing this for a while, you notice the winning and loosing are predetermined by the app before even your game starts. It has very little to do with your deck or strategy. You notice this happen often, one day you win 20 games back to back and than the next morning you lose 25 games back to back with the same card deck and strategy. Your opponents are real, people like you and I from all over the world but unless we get distracted and stop playing in the middle of the game, our techniques has little to do with the outcome of the game which make this very disappointing... This app had the potential to be as amazing as apps like “Angry Birds” but sadly it’s all about making the most money now by developers so they have to keep it balanced.

Just why?. Just like all other reviews,...beginning is fun and all and then around arena 3-4 you will see cards you’ve never seen and the person using them are higher levels but they are at a low arena. Like WHY. Those people always beat other beginners that barley have epic cards. I feel like the game should have a system in were the starting hand should have at least one of your low cards instead of watching your opponent spam you while you wait and watch your card disintegrate after you can finally put it down(meaning that your opponent already has an army and by the time you put something down...it gets wiped out like it never existed)

Blah. Ok let me start by saying I do love this game. However, now that I’m higher in the ranks there are a lot of noticeable downfalls. One it’s a money game after a certain point. Two, once your higher in levels there literally like 3 decks that everyone plays making the game boring and annoying. The reaper deck is used by everyone and makes the game no fun tbh. Me and some friends have all spent money on the game but I doubt any of us will continue to play. Don’t bother trying unless you plan on spending a lot of money and getting super annoyed. The troop upgrades begin to cost a fortune and they force you to spend money on gems and gold to open up playable slots and upgrade troops . . Also kinda funny how most of these reviews are a one or two start rating yet they have a 4.8 out of 5.

Slow placement. This is a good game I play it every day to get victory free chest and more and usually get garbage. but I love this game and I think it’s fun but the problem is how long it takes to actually place a unit down like whenever you place a unit it takes literally another 1.5 seconds to place down it can get kinda sad sometimes [Example:black knight is at your base you need to place something before he attacks the base and you lose so you place something and does not come on time and hits the base and you lose] so it can be kinda annoying if that kept happening so pls fix if you can’t or just way too much work than that’s ok :)

Good idea bad developer. Game has plenty of potential; unfortunately the developers do not know if they want a competitive game with a mass amount of players or a cash grab game with a few loyal players paying their way to the top... there is no balance between the tiers, a level 12 player can drop all the way to castle 1 and fight noobs with cards that player can’t even acquire all day if he wanted. I’ve seen level 7 players intentionally losing in the Castle 2 stage vs me at level 2 so I know that it is happening and the developers aren’t doing anything to stop it.. I’ve seen cards in the Caste 3 stage played against me that wasn’t even obtainable until Castle 5 stage. While their should be a base rating depending on your deck level the developers do not care about the playability of the game. In their minds the $3 from a million players is better than $10 - $20 from 500thousand players

Rigged!. Feel I should update my review as I’m starting to see what the other reviews were talking about! This used to be my favorite game! I played it almost everyday! But it’s definitely designed for you to lose!!! I win several games, maybe win/lose one or two here and there, then when I get a high enough score to almost reach the next castle, I all of a sudden lose 6-7 games in a row. Never changing my players or strategies same as when I was winning, but I still lose so many games in a row. Few hours later or the next day I’ll win again and it starts all over. I’ve noticed when it’s my time to lose, the cards I’m dealt slow down to only one card at a time and while my opponent is being thrown card after card I’m waiting for my one to two cards to load. I’m idiot to have spent so much money on a game that’s rigged! 🤦🏼‍♀️

To fix this thing. I love this game very much and I have an destination to reach higher castles but when we reach castle 3 it’s very difficult to win matches because the opponents that comes have legendary cards like black knight and skull king etc and one more thing in golden chest or silver chests nothing epic or legendary card opens and i want to say that update this game and in that update you should fix the problem of silver or golden chest where in silver chest atleast one time the chest have to give an epic card and in golden chest one legendary card had to unlock and then we have an opportunity to battle equally to others although game is perfect, ok I just want to say only this thankyou

What a surprise!. What a fantastic game! I just stumbled upon it, and I am so glad. I love the graphics, but I love the strategy involved even more. It is also much more interesting fighting real live human opponents! It’s easy to pick up anytime and play for a little bit or spend several hours. Collecting the cards is addicting! And as you collect more cards and advance, the strategy keeps changing. You can play for free, but I spent some money to get ahead faster because I liked it so much. At least the deals they offer are reasonable. I highly recommend this game; one of my new favorites!

Great game. I’ve been playing ever since It was first coming out and though there’s not many updates it’s a very fun unexpected game. Now I know that many people think it’s a hard game and takes forever to get cards and trophies, but all you have to do is find a deck you are good with, then only upgrade the cards in that deck and slowly get more good with it. Now it has things everyday to keep you occupied and if you already have the victory chest and free chest opened you can just get excrement from playing more matches! So that’s why I think it’s a five star game!

What to do.... This game is absolutely incredible as far as gameplay is concerned, but there are a few HUGE problems I have with this game. First off, you should get your chest time reduced every time you play, or maybe every time you win, because really? What’s the point of playing two games a day just to have your inventory filled up again. Number two, why are you making it so hard to progress in this game? Five gold per win, and you give me a limit? SERIOUSLY?!? If you aren’t gonna reward anyone then why not let us grind at the very least! I understand wanting to make a pay to win game, but you have to let the dedicated people grind, or you’re going to lose volume

Worst game ever (recreate this dumb game ). This game is so fun but lately I’ve been getting ripped off of my trophies. For example I won thirty two trophies, but I only got two. It keeps happening and I’m very upset with this app. Also when I won it didn’t give me trophies, it didn’t even show them. If this didn’t happen I would give the game four stars. Please fix this soon! 1 day later: I Hate this game a lot. The update graphics make the game look stupid. Also getting new cards is Impossible. Also why can’t we pick who we want to battle without having Facebook or them being in your clan? I want to battle my brother but I can’t because of this dumb game. Castle crush also keeps ripping me off of my trophies and keeps me from getting to castle four they owe me about 500 trophies. I recommend getting a different game. If I could I would give this game zero stars

Pay To Win 100%. It’s just a constant pay to win scheme. They place you against harder people so you have to buy better cards but then when you buy the cards the “random” cards that you get in your hands at the start of the turn are always trash never what you want and always dumb. I’ve played for over a month now and no matter what it screws you on the draw factor ever time. More than 60% of my deck is a 4 or lower. But somehow multiple times in a row I get a hand that has cards that are all 6 or higher (which I only have like 4 of) I think it’s a way for them to scam you into buying more and more. They will give you a good hand every now and then making you want to play more but then you just get crushed by people (way higher level than you which means way better cards than you) and by the game with horrible inaccurate draw methods. Save yourself the money and time and don’t get this app.

Money Pit. They reel you in by making it fun and give you the misconception that’ll you’re doing great. Eventually you come to a point to where you’re constantly matched up with someone of much higher level and the losing streak begins. You being a Master I and getting constantly matched up with a Grand Master III. You’ll get thrown a bone once in awhile and you’ll be matched up with someone of the same level and you’ll win a couple matches. But in the end, you’ll get frustrated and start throwing in money so you can keep up with the stronger players so you don’t get whooped 15 times in a row. I can see why some higher level players purposely loose by not doing anything just so they can be matched up with lower level players. You’ll see what I’m saying if you start playing this money pit.

Fun. Addictive. Free.. It is really frustrating that each update prevents previous games from being shared or replayed. Today I didn’t even have a chance to screencap my game before the update forced me out of the app. v.v __________ Pay to win? Not really … The more you pay, the harder your opponents become. So don't pay anything! You'll always lose as many matches as you win! That's just the way it is. Enjoy your wins, and have fun even when you lose. ;-) The only thing I don’t like is when I’m playing a card at the same time a new card is drawn, all the cards in my hand move left. This causes the intended play card to be replaced with the card to its right. It significantly affects my strategy. Be careful when playing a card that has a play cost equal to your maximum mana. Drag it onto the play field before you have enough mana and release it when you’ve generated the correct amount. Also, it would be nice to discard before your hand is full. Sometimes it doesn’t matter what that draw card is; you won’t use a card but cannot discard it until your hand is full.

You all need to fix this. I have been playing this game for a while and it use to be one of my favorite games to play and it is a good game but it seems that when it comes to rank or lvl things don't seem to matter I mean I go in fights like on championships and it dos not seem to have a player equaled to around the same rank or lvl and it throws you agents players that are much higher rank then you and in lvl some as well I mean this game is fun till you start to realize that master ranks and grand master ranks are what you will find when you are only in to castles 8-9 and that is much more experienced players what means you stand almost no chance at excelling or getting much of any prizes unless you spend lots of money..........

Grand master 1. Great game I love how intriguing the strategic concept of the game interacts with the characters. I have a question for the developers, if possible will we see new player cards in upcoming updates? I would also love to see more game modes, I believe the abilities they are capable of aren’t being used to it’s full capacity. Now don’t get me wrong I enjoy the ones available, just think spicing up the game with new challenges would be fun, maybe games with higher trophy wins/losses or games where all troops gain growth after every kill and naturally double for the angel . Horrible money scam Game Don’t waste your time.. Tried this game to win gems from tapjoy but I believe the developers made this game so you can’t ever complete the offer. I want to explain in better detail but it would take too Long. I can’t progress because I can’t EVER get the right cards (but should) or I’m always matched against players WAY more advanced with WAY better cards then me. I truly believe it’s rigged. 1st game I get matched with a player of my skill and rank. I’ll win 30 trophy’s. 2nd game I get matched with a way better player. And lose 30 trophy’s. Then just repeats over and over and over!!!!! Can’t get ahead. Everything is waaaaay over priced. Don’t even join for free for 7 days because you get nothing but a discount on highly over priced treasure chests. All this game has done is made me hate it. I’m currently still trying to complete this tapjoy offer but don’t believe I can. Seriously never been so angry at a game before. Also showed all my friends and they also agree it appears to be rigged. No matter what we try nothing works. I think the developers will only let me progress unless I buy tons of upgrades. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!! Money hungry developers.

Difficult game but still fun. Ok so I have read through some of these reviews and noticed a trend, the trend being that it is difficult, near impossible, to get through the castles. I can see how people see that, but weather or not you can get through the game is based on your patience. If you have difficulty getting past the 3rd castle (don’t worry everyone does) all you have to do is be patient, focus on collecting the chests and getting new cards, make sure they are all upgraded to the fullest you can get them, make a rush deck, get it so you can have more cards out in the game and you can bombard them. Like is said before the game is patience, and you can’t expect 24/7 smooth sailing. -t

Too slow to progress. Takes way to long to beat the levels and the game keeps kicking you backwards when you loose so it’s hard to progress. Best time to play is when you have an open spot for a chest or it’s time for the victory chests. The cards come out really slow sometimes while the other player is able to utilize their cards way before you leading to a loosing match before it even starts. It almost seems rigged. The graphics aren’t that good and players aren’t matched together well. There’s not much to this game but it’s a good way to kill 5 min here and there. It gets boring after a while. It’s somewhat entertaining but the lack of progression puts a downer on it.

This game is awesome. Been playing about 2 years now. It’s fun. Join a clan and learn winning card combinations from other members. You will peak your score out based on the level of your castle and cards, but as you keep playing you keep upgrading and your score will rise over time. Wish there was a feature to copy another players deck quickly. today, the chat is down, so you can’t talk to squad members. If you get a losing streak, it happens when monthly awards are issued and really good players are set back to your level. It passes as they advance, hang in there.

So frustrating. My thing is if there are 3 colonies then why then why is everyone placing there characters in one colony. And then I hate the fact you can not control the cards you get dealt, ive already lost all 700 of my trophies. Not to note that but also it’s so frustrating when you wanna play with someone on your level (skill base) but they end up putting you up against an op player. And on top of that I hate how you actually have to wait multiple hours for a box to give hardly anything good. But that’s not the only thing you also get to go against players with the leveled cards as you and you guys end up pulling the same card but you end up dying. Overall this game in training went from good to bad.😪😪😪

Offering advice. Just going to throw some thoughts out there. I’ve played several games like this and castle crush has the opportunity to be the best with some minor adjustments and additions. First, there has to be a global chat for recruiting. I signed on and found nothing but dead clan after dead clan. Second, I’ve made the mistake of putting money into this game just for the fun of it, big mistake, chests should be rewards and quite frankly they just don’t give you enough. The graphics are amazing in my opinion, the game play is fun and strategy is definitely the key to most battles. There are on occasions combinations of cards that either allow you to dominate or be dominated right from the start. I certainly hope they read their reviews if not they will lose more people than they will gain.

Unfair matchmaking??. The game is pretty fun but I have 1 major issue. Aside from the fact the it takes 3 hours to open a chest that doesn’t give much, (and usually for the cards I don’t use) the match making is not fair at all. I don’t understand the logic behind the creators that you should be put up against people higher level then you. As a level 3, I’m constantly versing level 5’s. Like what? They have 2x more castle hp with people 2-3 levels higher then mine. I’m obviously gonna lose. Change the match making based on level instead of trophies. It makes no sense to be matched based on trophies. Also you should be able to wait for multiple chests to be open. Most of the time spent playing the game is to wait for chests to open to get the cards. Opening 1 every few hours is pretty boring.

Don’t believe the complaining reviews. Ok. First things first, this is a ripoff of Clash Royale, but the thing is, it’s different enough to be enjoyable. Does it have flaws? Definitely. But it’s a nice game, all things considered. Everybody keeps saying it makes them lose. The thing is, other people have to win. The meta doesn’t revolve around you and your deck. If you want to get good, have at it, though buying stuff will help and be incredibly tempting. But you can play how you want. Unlike Clash Royale, you don’t need to pay for the best cards. You just need to put in time and effort, and eventually you’ll get pretty good. But seriously they need to lower the required victories for the victory chest. Still a nice game

Unfair. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Unless you are wealthy and can buy your way to the top. I’ve played this game for TWO YEARS! I have been on the same castle for SIX months?! Every time I get close to castle 7, I’ll lose several games and be back at castle 6. You are CONSTANTLY MATCHED AGAINST A DECK WHO ALWAYS HAS THE DECK TO BEAT YOU. The RANDOMIZED DECK IS BS. You rarely get the card you need when needed. The only fun games are the daily challenges which allow you to win coins, cards, and gems with special challenges and decks. So unless you want to spend a lot of money to level up your deck you’ll be stuck in mediocrity forever. It’s really sad the developers have ignored all the reviews of the people who have complained about the exact same thing. I HOPE THE DEVELOPERS GO BANKRUPT. PLEASE DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!

Worst Game Ever. I’ve been playing this game for a year. Here is what wrong with. Random Number Generator doesn’t exist. 90% of all game are the same hands and same draws. It’s not possible in a properly programmed game with a random system to draw the same card 9 times in a row. Server are so laggy, the game freezes at least once. Lag comes from 90% of the time your not playing in your own regions. You’re always playing on a foreign server. You get stuck playing against players with way higher castle levels than you, which means they have cards you can’t defend against. The game is way over priced for what little you get versus the cost of improving cards. In the same way, the rewards are joke. I’ve spent $100s on other games. I got suckered three times on this game. Never spend another dime. Game is supposed to be about monster battling each other. They destroyed that by adding direct damage. Right card setup and they never have to play a monster they can just keep yours crowd controlled while they hit you from a far. And customer service an absolute joke. Always saying the same thing, and rarely actually look at your problem. They only care about getting your money. Bottom line screw this game, it only gets worse with every update.

Almost impossible to level up. I love this game so much but I hate how it’s almost impossible to level up unless if you pay money. You have to wait at least 3 hours to open one treasure when you only have 4 slots. What you find in the treasure box is usually trash. If I keep on playing the game, it only awards me like 5-8 coins and if I reach the “daily limit” I can’t get them anymore. So I basically have to sit there and wait for me to even earn all of my golds which is also needed along with the cards to upgrade your troop in which I think that is pretty ridiculous. After a while it gets boring because I am going back and fourth the same stages, dealing with same Troops, never getting the new ones, and I’m just stuck! I don’t like it. I hope you take time to fix it.

Fun concept, shady practice. Let me say, this game is a lot of fun...BUT like others said as soon as you start winning they change up your deck so u are not able to use ANY cards because they’re too high mana, or they’re useless to use at the time you need to throw a card down..like I’m not going to throw a blue caterpault guy to counter a mob of huge ogres, mud guys, etc. yet I have 4 out of 6 available cards being the blue guy? The other 2 are flames which help but not when the guys are strong..so it’s very frustrating...also they pin you against people 3 levels higher with WAY more advanced stronger cards to play with that none of your cards have a chance competing against...if they would fix this flaw it’d be great...but sadly I doubt they will....idk how much longer I’ll play this game due to those frustrations

Don’t waste your time. Worst game ever created! You can play for months and never advance without o the next castle or level. Clans are basically worthless. You can get cards but not the ones you need or want. Legendary weekends are a scam. I have received one legendary card in two months. Devs tell you that your chances are double during that span which means your chances are zero otherwise. I haven’t been dumb enough to spend money on this worthless game. You you do you should seriously consider getting back on your meds because something is wrong. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GAME.

Castle crush is awesome. I love castle crush because you earn really cool and really strong characters. And there are so many castles that you can fight and the goal of the game is to crush as much castles with your characters as possible. And even my mom likes to play castle crush with me. And you can also upgrade all your characters to make them super strong so you can beat all the castles! If you beat enough castles you might even get crystals for crushing a lot of castles! Each castle has there own characters so when you get to the castles there are gonna be chests that you get if you beat a lot of castles. And there is something called a victory chest it is when you beat eight castles in a row.

Amazing but terrible. Well I feel like if you drop down a castle, you should loose all the troops you gained from that castle, and you can only get them back by getting to the next castle. I also hate legendary cards and how you can retrieve them. They are super hard to get, and THEY ARE TO POWERFUL!!! The storm elemental is way to cheap!!! He is also, WAY TO POWERFUL. It is also very hard to get them. I feel like you should be able to get them from chests any time of the week. It is just a little harder to get them than from other cards. Also the five week thing to get a legendary card, I feel like it should only be 1 week. Besides all of the complaints I feel like the game is pretty fun.

The black night is to overpowered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The black night is so op tho not everyone gets it he’s to strong and I don’t have him so I always lose to people who have him pls make him less overpowered cause I hate this game because of that guy this game is so stupid tho I still play it and I will give you a 0star rating if you don’t change him your game is very nice and I love it and I love practice mode because I can easily get new strategies with out needing to worry about trophies thx for the awesome game but pls change his overpowered stuff if you see this which I doubt because you don’t care about the people you care about the fame!!!!!!plz read

Fun at first then takes forever to progress. If you want to go up castles fast don’t. You need to farm chests and get every special card in each castle otherwise you are just going to walk into some dude with every new card you don’t have super leveled up. It ruins the experience. You have to wait about 3 hours just for a normal cheat after castle 2. By the time you reach castle 4 you will see what I’m talking about. You will lose everytime someone has the cards of that castle you don’t. I love the game and the thought behind it but the time it takes to get cards from a castle without progressing super fast from wine is ridiculous. A better way to balance it would to be shorten the time it takes for common chests to about an hour and then to make it take more points to go up castles.

Pay-to-win. I downloaded this game to assist in another game I was playing. The game starts off very exciting and fun, well that all will change after you reach say level 600 or so. Once you reach that level, you will be going up against cards that are 4 plus castles ahead in some instances, you will have no chance. It’s fun for it being free but once you get past a certain level, just assume it’s all PTW players. I am aware that it’s a free game, and that’s why I graciously am leaving 2 starts, it’s downfall is it’s certainly rigged against you. You will find yourself wondering how they can even play certain cards since you both have the same mana level. But they can, and will. The only reason I made sure to write this is because they took the time to spam good reviews, look at the most helpful and you will see.

It’ll make you break your phone. You’re better off just flipping a coin. This game is 98% luck. Usually it’ll face you off with someone 1 or 2 levels higher than you, and even if they’re not then they’ll have characters that will dominate the battle field against you. Even if you try to change up your cards and strategy it’ll only last for a short amount of time before you start losing over and over again. You’ll try your best to pick good cards and come up with a decent strategy and you might win a couple before you start losing 10 times more. Honestly it’ll frustrate you into madness especially when the opponent keeps using the stupid laughing clown sticker over and over again to taunt you. I’ve deleted this game and suggest that you find one that’s actually fun to play and not just complete luck

Great!. This game is really fun. It seems like a copy of clash royale but it's not the same. Although clash royale is more original and probably has better card mechanics, I somehow find this game more entertaining. The only thing I have a problem with is the elixir or whatever that blue stuff that you use to summon troops. It gets to a point where it is so easy to get that you can just rush your enemy with a mostly ranged deck and a tank in front. First I place down a tank, then I place down all my ranged troops over and over again. Just make a slower recharge of the elixir so it's not so easy to win the game in the first thirty minutes of playing the game. The game is still fun but make it more challenging.

Also set up to lose. Been playing this game for a good few months. It was indeed fun at first until the game become just another title to where you’re alway set up to lose. I have to readjust my deck every couple of games just to win once maybe twice after a 5 - 10 game losing stretch... this is beyond fustrationing considering the amount of time spent playing (guess that’s on Me for not seeing the terrible rng?) and money I felt I had to spend to get a single card to temporarily give me a few game boost. No thanks I don’t have anymore time to waste on this game! I’ll consider reinstalling if a really match making balance is in place, speaking of... I should never of faced level 10s once I hit level 5 I mean seriously.... you level by ranking cards....
