Busted my eardrums. Loaded in a 1-minute long video of some quiet outdoor sounds, the app glitched in analyzing the audio and immediately started playing loud screeches into my Apple earbuds, I literally had to yank them out of my ears. When I tried again, the audio on all settings was just a max volume hiss, but when I held the “Original” audio preview button, the video sound was normal as it was. This might only be an issue with longer videos because I didn’t have my eardrums busted out with any shorter 20-30 sec clips. Only when choosing 1m+ videos, I get the high-pitched screeching.

Ripped Off. I signed up for what I thought was a free trial but was charged for a yearly subscription. The developer doesn’t make it very clear that you’ll be charged before the trail period is over. If I wanted to pay for a year’s service, why would I need a three day trial!?

One glitch. So I have some videos I haven’t used in a long time and basically they r music videos but when I go to click them it says “no audio tracks” or something like that, THE WHOLE VIDEO IS JUST MUSIC

Only problem I see. I really do like the app and I’m getting a lot from it but it’s still has a lot of white noise like static in the background. I wish you guys could get rid of that.

Eh…. I mean the app does its job fine but It only let's your download 1 video before you have to pay…might as well just charge people to buy the app at that point

Wasn’t impressed. Perhaps I was expecting more than I should from an app. I will say it’s very easy to use, but the benefit just didn’t seem like it was there. You start with a demo, that you can test reduction effects like removing hiss or wind. But all of them had such a minor effect, it seems more like they just increase the audio to make you feel there’s a real difference. The only setting I found half way decent for my application was audio smoother. Still not worth it in my opinion though. And with the demo if you want to export anything you have to pay as with most so called free apps. I just ended up deleting the app without even checking the price.

Not worthy. Free option gives you only one edit. Then purchase $4.99 per month. Also edit allows only one at time change, if you want reduce wind, but doesn’t give you option reduce other background noises. I’m impressed at all

Doesn’t work. This app just straight up does not work. I have a video where there is a loud air conditioner in the background and this app does not even touch that sound when trying any of the options. Low hiss, high hiss etc. it doesn’t change anything. The only change I see is just removing the audio altogether, you can do that with this app, and every other video app. There is another app in the App Store that lets you edit the video but tries to make you pay before you can export. That app removed the background noise from my video, I will just have to pay for that one I guess, at least it’s possible with that one even if they try to trick you to pay. This app does nothing.

Works ok but too expensive. To me it’s worth a one time fee of about $10. They are asking too much for it.

It doesn’t work very well. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t help remove background noise. It’ll let you preview a video with fixed audio in app, but once it’s downloaded the problems will still be there.

Unable to reach developer for support. On Audio Fix app, after clicking on “contact us” a pop up appears showing text “Email is not configured on this device.” I used email shown on their website (linked from Twitter page) and email was invalid. Why not just show the email to make it easy? I wanted to email support to try to problem solve why app isn’t appearing to better the audio I’m attempting to clean. Disappointing experience.

Doesn’t save video. You get one free audio fix before having to pay. First time it didn’t save the video. I deleted and reinstalled and it saved the video with no sound!

I have a subscription until 5/24. I purchased an annual subscription and in setting up my new phone it’s making me pay for it again, same Apple ID and everything.

Terrible. The app itself is mediocre. But while using it it gives you the constant feeling that it’s just trying to get your money. I accidentally paid for the Pro version and the only reason I still have it is because I feel like deleting it would be a waste of my money. GIVE ME A REFUND.

Needs some work. I can’t use it. If I try to choose a video to adjust e volume or background noise , I freeze & after about 10 mis tells me failure to split audio. I’m not asking it to split

Doesn’t even work…. Used it to try and clean up some audio for a video I was making, it actually worked horribly so that my original audio was actually better than the one they had claimed to fix. There are so many options for audio that it would be an amazing app if they actually fixed the audio. Not to mention the HUGE WATERMARK that covers 20% of the video if you’re not willing to pay $5 monthly subscription. Honestly this app was such a huge disappointment that it’s inspired me to write my first bad review. The only enjoyment I’ve gotten from this app was the ability to uninstall it, other than that it was a complete waste of time to use.

It works only set back is background noise. The app really works to increase noise! It can also decrease hiss in the background! It dies 90% of the job!

Does Not Work. I was trying to find a good solution to cut wind background noise and I eventually found this app. I tried it out and when I clicked the compare button it sounded better. So I downloaded the video, but it had a huge watermark on it. I decided it was worth it and spent the $5.00. Then I come to realize that when you click compare it shows you the original audio. This app did not reduce the background “hiss” or “wind” WHATSOEVER! Turns out the original video sounded better than the “fixed” video. All it does is make the video louder... literally just save your money and don’t get duped like me. 👎👎

Life saver!. This app made all the difference. Raised the volume of my video, got rid of noise and made it a whole new experience watching it. Thank you!!

Charged same day I signed up for free trial.. Beware of signing up for the free trial. I was charged for an annual subscription the same day I signed up for the trial. I was not supposed to be charged anything as long as I cancelled the trial before the end of the 3 days and I cancelled the trial the same day I signed up for it. I have seen other reviews that mention the same thing and apple has denied my dispute twice and won’t refund my money. Beyond this, the app is mediocre at best and barely improved the sound of the video I was editing. The different options for fixes either made the sound worse or made such a subtle improvement it is hard to notice. So I paid $16 for an almost useless app when I wasn’t supposed to be charged at all and am very unhappy.

Lame pricing rip off. I purchased this app. The pro version. One time payment and now i went touse it and it wants me to repurchase it as a subscription. Way way way over priced in the first place. So I am leaving a bad review instead of being ripped off. Hope the devs are happy now.

It made my audio worse. I am really surprised but it actually made my audio worse. I’d be happy to rewrite my review if someone could explain what’s going on and how to improve it. But I used the strong hiss removal and it made my audio worse than before.

Doesn’t work. No functions seem to work. There is no audible difference. Even volume booster doesn’t work. The only thing that works is the no audio function. Also, this app is constantly asking for your iTunes password. So doesn’t work, but really wants you to enter your iTunes password. I’ll let you jump to your own conclusion about what that probably means. Update for developer response: I am signed into my Apple account. Didn’t get the password pop up before installing the app, didn’t get it when I closed the app, didn’t get it when I deleted the app. I only when it was open. So the app was the trigger. Also, I’m using an iPhone XS on the latest iOS. So how about you make the app work and not blame it on my phone. I’m not the only reviewer with that issue so it’s not just my device.

This App Doesn’t work!!…UPDATED Review…. Original…I wasted my money! It will not download a 24 sec audio file from my phone. It just keeps saying analyzing video! Don’t waste your money. It NEVER downloaded the file! Update…the developers contacted me after my review. I will say the above comment is a bit strong but I was agitated on the fact I purchased something that wasn’t working properly. What I am trying to do is important. I am trying to enhance an audio file of a loved one whom recently past. I finally did get the audio file to upload and went through some of the “correction” comparisons. For me it honestly only sounded like it adjusted the volume because when I played it back at max volume it still sounded staticy/hissy. I have a newer iphone and the audio file was taken inside of a house on my iphone. Apparently it picks up every single sound. I am just trying to reduce hissing in the background and get the person speaking to sound louder. It worked a little but not as much as I was hoping for. I do truly appreciate the developers contacting me. Thank you.

Broken. In app it shows the audio augmentation. I paid the subscription so it could export and save the files. The saved files aren't changed at all. It merely makes duplicates. When I attempted to end the subscription it wouldn’t work. Terrible app and terrible developers.

Caught noisy neighbors. Removed the hissing sound and was able to capture loud neighbors. Finally have evidence to stop them thank you

Ok. I guess this would be a good app too use for other things, but if you are trying to edit your music this is not the one.

Only one export. Uninstalling. Everything else costs money! I understand they put the watermark for exports for free version, but this should be unlimited for the free version, not limited to one single export. You can only do one single file, then everything else is not free. Apps with this behaviour should be outright banned from AppStore.

Works great for me!. I purchased the pro version and I use it all the time. I record a weekly video of me covering a song with my guitar. This app helps me set the best volume and also smooth out the music for better listening. I wish I knew more about the volume adjustment and saving formats though. I usually post my videos and having the right volume is important. Would be great if I knew the db levels I was changing it to. I also don’t save compressed versions simply because I worry Im losing quality. All and all this app was a game changer for me.

A. It helps me a lot, I can rarely hear the audio of my video at first, it is so amazing that it can increase the volume n times louder.

Enhances hiss. I’m very confused as to why this has so many positive reviews. Every video I have tried to remove the hiss sound ( it comes from the microphone) the sound is even MORE pronounced! I feel like that should be the easiest thing to do on this app and it fails miserably. Definitely not worth the in app purchase money.

Overstepping its quality. The fact this app thought i would pay a cent for things i can individually do in less then a minute manually was the funniest part make me watch a ad to export the video maybe 2 and we would be fine don't let me export one video and give me a false sense that theres a pro version with more features Its not good enough for me to even pay a dollar for this woulda taken things by storm if it where early 2010s or better yet late 2000s though 😂

Maybe I’m doing it wrong. It somehow increased what it was supposed to fix. I compared the original video to the video with the editing and the edited one was definitely worse the original. And I just watched the tutorial and it didn’t help

Garbage. It’s a scam, get both volume bars and match them up evenly it’s funny because it won’t let you raise the volume of the old are you that you’re comparing so drop the “new enhanced”Volume to match the comparing one told her even hold it up to your ears play it through speakers whatever you wanna do are used are you monitors because I have them and there’s absolutely no difference. I think that his one muscles a little bit but that’s kind of it

It never gets past the analyzing audio part. Garbage app. Tried uploading multiple videos. Once selected, it says analyzing audio. It stays hung up on that part forever and never finishes. This is a garbage app that doesn’t work made by subpar reject computer programmers that are producing and selling this garbage to people. Don’t waste your money on this app.

Lesser of two evils?. I tried your demo. Does not appear to remove noise. Tried another app, which strips all ambience. I need to remove PA and stage noises from concert footage. I don't have the time, permission or crew to install duplicate full audio at every location. TAKE TWO: OK, I took the iPad into a sound booth so I could hear if anything was happening. There seems to be something going on. Filters seem overwhelmed by volume boost. There seems to be a weakness dealing with impulse noises like electric fans, which are a major problem at summer music venues.

Helpful!. This app was really helpful and easy for me to reduce white noise in a very quiet video. It was simple to use and I loved the options!

HORRIBLE!!!!. I cannot believe I paid for this app. I should have listened to the reviews. As you can see from the time of purchase to the time of review. I basically tried this on a video and found out it didn’t work. I would like my money refunded immediately. I live in the state of Hawaii where refunds are mandatory. Please contact me immediately if there is a problem with issuing a refund.

Not for me. Nice idea, and works for volume boosting and such, but I got it for wind reduction and have had no luck at all- if anything it makes the wind sound a bit worse and more jagged. I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose unfortunately.

Unlimited purchase isn’t unlimited. I payed for the unlimited plan and not even 6 months later am being asked to purchase the same unlimited plan. What exactly does unlimited purchase actually mean??

Good but expensive. The app works amazingly but not worth 20 dollars maybe 6-10 dollars at the most there are app that are free that can do this and more but are free so at the very least I feel you should lower the price

Room to improve. Cool app, very user friendly and simple. But at the same time that might be the downside of it for some users, I am missing a few things. 1. I would really like to have the option to customize and gradually adjust individual parameters, and play around with custom sound fixes. 2. I would like to be able to gradually adjust existing sound fixes, and be able to make them stronger then they are right now, so I don’t have to use the same sound fix multiple times on the same video. 3. The audio fix seems to remove high pitched whining sounds, which are not bad noise and I don’t want to remove them. I don’t know how the program works, but those whining sounds increase or decrease gradually, like a nice curve. The bad noise doesn’t do that, bad noise is irregular and not gradual like that. Maybe it would be possible for the program to detect the difference. 4. I would really like to have an equalizer. 5. The way you load new videos with the refresh button is a little weird but ok, a simple + and automatic refresh would do it if you ask me. But it seems that it is buggy too and often I have to restart the app to load new videos. Issues are either that it doesn’t ask me to load new videos, or that it doesn’t want to refresh after selecting new videos. The first time after starting the app it seems to always work.

This app save me!!!. I recorded my son to make homework videos for his school but I didn’t know my iPhone microphone was broken. I was so sad, I didn’t want to spend two hours trying to remake the videos again and I start searching for something to fix it. I found this app and it normalize all of my audios in my videos... Better Than Most. Better than most of the other options. I wish there was a broadband equalizer but, it’s quick, simple and easy to use. The white nose doesn’t really go away, though. Some other applications are better for that tire is background noise. If it had the ability to eliminate white noise and amplify whispering, this would be the BMOC of audio scrubbing

Don't list on free apps. Apps is free but you cannot export your editing to review the quality. You have to pay for exporting. At least the seller should provide A export free to validate the quality of your output.

Doesn’t even boost audio and side menu doesn’t work. I tried the “boost audio” option and saved the video, but it didn’t even boost the audio! and nor does the side menu work, so i can’t email the problem to you guys.

Nonsense. Not a powerful app. It’s garbage for the amount of money it costs. You get a few presets that either cut off lows or highs or both and that’s it. This app shouldn’t cost more than 3-4 dollars for what it is.

Audio. I tried the free version, the audio extract stays on forever, like 15 minutes. I tried short vids and same result. Good idea but it has a flaw from the get go. Fix.

Noise reduction doesn’t work. Giving two stars just for the general app design and the volume boost working correctly. However, none of the noise reduction filters work at all on any video I tried, so I can’t give it higher than that.

Won’t let me download the video. It would work great if I could actually download a video. Instead, I get an error message. I spent 3 hrs trying to fix it. Waste of 15 dollars.

Refund. This app made the audio worse. I just read the reviews about it boosting the audio as a whole which includes the background noise. I would like a refund, please.

Misleading. This is just a demo. You have to pay and download Pro to actually edit you videos.
