Frustrating!!!. Doesn’t connect with my other device. When I did finally connect it was only a one way monitor, my dog couldn’t see me. Not sure if it’s so you will purchase the app, but from the looks of some of the other comments it doesn’t matter. It should work on any WiFi connected device to a sometimes non WiFi connected device (since I will not be home when I’m monitoring my pet).

Always disconnects. The app keeps disconnecting and stops sending alerts when it reconnects. Just not reliable at all. Find another app.

Does not work const. I tested this before I went away. It worked at home but now that I need it I can’t connect to my home. I’m on Wi-Fi at hotels and still doesn’t connect. I plan to cancel

Lovely 💕. Perfect! I love Annie app! Thanks to the app I can watch my cute kitty! It's totally the best thing you can - to watch two cats play with each other. I also like that I can talk to them via microphone. It's a fun when I say something and they are confused because they can't see me in that moment.

So glad I paid $9 to not be able to watch my dog. The whole point of this app for me was so that I'd be able to see my do and what she's doing when I'm not home. I did the trial and it was in and out but I figured ok I'll pay and maybe since I've now given them money it'll be even better. Wrong! I haven't been able to connect once since I paid. Can't see her, can't hear her, all I get is "dog is quiet" and that's it. I got better service during the trial! So, so, so disappointed in this waste of money.

Great app love it easier to keep track of sick animals. I use this app to keep track of my 12-year-old black lab that was sick it works great I love being able to see her and check on her throughout the day

Best $3.99 I ever spent. Since I download it I can leave our dogs alone for a longer period of times. I love the feature that I can talk to them and so they know that they are not just alone. Highly recommended app :-)

Monitor. Should be more of an intro or directions. Often times can’t get the dog monitor to show dogs. No sound. Not helpful. Constantly disconnects Once again no one is there or connected nor are you monitor big the app and it’s feed back. Sit back and collect the check. Useless Please refund me

Barking problem solved. I have a neighbor in our apartment house. Every day in the morning their dog started to bark really loud. I told it to them and waited for result. It stopped within few days. I have asked them later on what solved the problem. They told me that they have used this dog monitor to confirm what's happening in the apartment and they provided their dog with extra fun toys when away . It solved the problem. It's finally as quiet here as before.

Charged for free trial. Canceled 24 hours before free trial ended. Still got charged.

Finally a good solution. I’m the owner of a rescue pup with separation anxiety which is understandable. I was upset to leave him at home alone and I knew that he would bark and whine for a little while when I left. But I didn’t know that he wouldn’t settle down after a while and keep going. It was driving my neighbors nuts. In search for a way to check up on him, I stumbled across Annie Dog Monitor and it has been a lot better ever since I started using it. I can talk to him, soothe him a little and actually calm him down so he stops barking. The only thing I wish for is a two way camera so he can see me as well 😊

Glitches sometimes. Sometimes you go to the app and it will not connect. But when it does connect it works great

A very useful app!. A very useful app! Whoever invented it, she or he was a genius. Pet Monitor is a must if you have any kind of animals (I have three cats!) and if you want to make sure everything is alright in your home while you´re not there. I love I can see a games of my cats even I´m not at home. It´s perfect! I don´t know better relax during my working hours than sitting and seeing how my cats play. I particularly admire the function that enables me to talk to my cats.

Great training tool 🥇. Great tool for monitoring and training for pets of all ages ­ I took one puppy home from a shelter and wasn’t really sure how she would behave when I wasn’t around so I installed the first app I found and I have been using it ever since the first day, non stop and it’s almost been a year now. The dog doesn’t need it as much as I do probably. He sleeps all days and usually doesn’t do that much but I like knowing that I can pop in anytime and know that my baby is safe. 😘

Wonderful app!. This useful app is a great app that allows you to monitor your dog! We were getting multiple complaints from neighbors about our dog barking, but didn't know why or when he was doing it. This app let us know when he was barking and allows you to be able to see video! It also lets you talk to your dog, which helps him to stop barking! :)

Good but can do better.. I’m wanting to get the full version but its only giving me one choice. And from reading details about the app. It gave more options. On top of that it doesn’t even tell me exactly what i would be paying for, weekly, monthly, yearly nothing. It just said 5.99 nothing more. Other than that the app works fairly well, other than the few mishaps when I’m not using WiFi, and that’s the hole point of this app. So i can go out and about while checking in on my animals. If theses few problems could be fixed then i would have no problem spending the money. So fix the payment option, and when you’re not using WiFi. Thank you and happy holidays.

So much potential. Well the app sounded great, with all of the features I could have hoped for. I was bummed out that it asked me to pay but after a 30 minute trial where it was working great, I figured it would be worth it. Boy was I wrong. It worked fine the first time I left my apartment, when I spent the day at work. As soon as I came back, it started bugging out. The next time I tried to leave it connected fine in the apartment but once I left it kept saying "connection issues" and would try to connect but fail. We came back and once we were on our wifi again it worked. And it had to be our wifi, any other wifi and it still freaked out. We tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, but nothing. We thought we got it to finally work by restoring factory defaults, which worked for a few minutes. Then the next time we tried to leave, it works while we are on our wifi, but once we leave, it claims the iPad is no longer connected. If I come back onto my wifi, it works again. What a waste of money, when I can't even use it when I am not at my apartment!!!

BAD. I bought this app full price last year when we got our puppy. It worked OK most of the time, but just sometimes over cellular. My set up is an ipad 4th generation as the monitor at home, iPhone 6S, iPhone 8 and iPad Pro 10.5” on the go. I haven’t used it for a little while until recently where apparently I have to pay again to use the service. I was really in a bind and needed it to work so I paid for the week plan - only 49 cents so not breaking the bank, but still annoyed that I have to be paying for this app again. I honestly wouldn’t mind putting out the money if it worked. It worked for a little while this morning over LTE, but now I can not select my pet to monitor which I assume means that the app crashed at home. I contacted customer support and they responded back with some canned responses that did not answer my question at all. Just really annoyed with the promises of this app and the fact that I feel like they are nickel and diming users. Don’t waste your time.

Too expensive. I wanted to monitor my dog while she was at home, and not in the crate. I purchased the app. I accidentally took my iPad off line from my phone, but could not put it back online via my phone. I emailed support for help. They were not helpful. Told me to go to my phone click menu. The menu from the app, just wants to share or rate the app. Menu on my phone doesn't help either. I explained this, and asked them to be more specific, and they just stopped responding. There are other apps that are much cheaper. Use those!

Finally working. I purchased the App on 3 Apr. I wanted the capability to monitor my pets when traveling. Since I had an iPad Gen 3 with a clamp-on holder for the monitor unit, this sounded like a good solution. It has taken a few attempts, but it is working now. I purchased the license and the 1-year subscription. I travel a lot and thought the 1-year subscription was better than trying to activate just for individual trips. When I first hooked it up, I could monitor with video but had no sound on either end of the link. I tried to get help via the FB site, but got no answers. Today, I sent a message to the support email and received notification of a trouble ticket and a suggestion to look at FAQs. Didn’t find anything, but decided to try my newer iPad. Worked fine, so I went back to the older iPad and it worked. Not really sure what the problem is, maybe something to do with the subscription. Working good now. Would have given it a 5 if it had two-way video. I am sure our pets would like to see and hear us!

Disappointed. Honestly I was quite excited about this app since it's only gotten 5 star reviews. But I've had major connectivity issues with this app, especially over cell signal. Also, the app isn't super intuitive in that sometimes I'll think I set it up but the app claims that the monitoring device is offline. Very disappointed overall

Good but some kinks. I got this app as one of the many tools to help solve my pup's separation anxiety issues - to quantify how long he's howling/barking. The app worked great for 3 days, until today -- the remaining trial time kept bouncing around, and wouldn't let me connect to my pet camera (iPad). I bought the full version, but will still not allow me to connect. Frustrating!

Works when it wants. This app works when it wants. When it does work, it works well. Can see your pet on the camera, can change from front camera to back camera. Can talk to them through the mic. Can listen to them. Only 30 min trial time which is used up fast cause it takes time off when it loads. In general a good app if it worked all the time and don't crash.

Glitches and potentially hacked. Do not get this app. It seemed to work fine during the short 30-minute trial period, but continually had issues once the full version was purchased. It wouldn't run via wifi at my office (might have been a block on our wifi, uncertain), it would freeze, sounds of the dog barking would go off even though all sound settings were off, and I constantly had connection issues. The summary of the day was useless because of all of the fast changing false issues; it made it impossible to read the report. I contacted the company via the email on their website, and shared the issues with them requesting a refund if they could not be fixed. They responded to me asking some more questions and later sent a link to instructions on how to go about receiving a refund from Apple. After opening the link (to an article post, not a login page) I immediately received a warning from Apple that my ID was attempting to be used in NJ. I denied the access and changed my passwords, but clearly their email is either corrupt or hacked. Do some research and get an app that functions better and has a more trustworthy company.

Extremely unreliable.. App crashes constantly, if it opens at all. Waste of my money.

That’s weird. I got it free on the App Store but then they made me pay 7 cents per day just a to use it and also would it probably tell you if it cost something????????

Love it but. It is a great tool to monitor your pet using old or new iPhones. I find the information Somewhat intrusive since it takes almost all the screen. Would be great to monitor in landscape mode and have some kind of user manual instead of guessing what do what

Fantastic!. I love being able to check in and see what my pooch is up to during the day. This was well worth the purchase price. I've got an iPad set up in one room and the iPhone in another. I haven't used the function that allows me to talk to him, but I'm considering whispering and making him think the house is haunted.

Makes things up😒. I tried this app because my pets very rarely get into things they shouldn’t and I wanted to know which one did it but I tried it out by putting one device in the room with them and took my phone in the other room with me to try it out but it said my dog was being noisy and had a very high pitch noise and I went in the room to check on him but he was not making any noise and the noise was very annoying and it irritated my dog so I ended up deleting this app the only thing I have good to say is the picture quality is pretty good.

Terrible App. This app is so glitchy and awful.. The free trial says it’s supposed to be 30 minutes.. which is actually only 2 and then you pay $5.99 after that. Then after you pay for the app you are told you have to pay an additional fee to connect to a server so you can view the video from data or another WiFi connection which doesn’t load or work when you try it. This app works okay if you want to use it connected to the same WiFi, like in the same house. Otherwise it’s a terrible rip off. 😡

Great dog monitor. I use it couple of years a I'm still very happy with the app.

Heat app. Helps me look after my pets when I’m not home and I love it. If I had to pick one thing I didn’t like about the sap it would be that the settings are tiny bit confusing. Other than that it’s the best app ever and I am still happy I downloaded it.

Like the functionality. This app is amazing I can watch 4 room at the same time and clearly see what our dog is doing during the time I have to be in the office or somewhere else. Saves me a lot of stress and worries. Really thank you for such useful app. Highly recommend !

Watching my cat. She is moving fast by I can use front and back camera of my phone. Even when I’m not on video I’m getting notifications when she is loud. I can only recommend this product 👍

Not worth the $. Only giving this 2 stars because of the unreliability of this app when you are not using WiFi. Would not stay connected and could not connect a second device using their servers which you need to pay for to get access to. Totally defeats the purpose of having a monitor if you can’t leave your house. Found a free app that works perfectly. Wish I had found it first!

Works well but has flaws. This app Worked great for my trial. Then I bought one week of it, Thank god I didn't buy more. It still works, However I'm using a macbook pro as my monitoring station. Every single time I use it, I'm able to view it on my phone which is perfect. But once I end the session on the Mac, I'm unable to reopen the software. I've been uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app every single time I have to use it for the last several days. Functionally the app works great but if theyre going to charge such a steep price they need to be rolling out bug fixes.

Constantly Disappointing. The past 4-5 nights away I have set up my iPad and tested the app before departure. Works great. Can see his food area, I can hear him, and I can hear me speaking through the app. But sure as the sun sets every night, every single night we're away the app stops working. It reads, "Bowie (my cat) Disconnected." I come home to a fully charged iPad, still sitting next to the internet router and no, the cat hasn't grown thumbs to turn it off. This app was a waste of money and now I get to worry about my cat all night. Thanks for nothing.

Purchased cloud connection, app won’t work. After spending money purchasing the could connection service for this app, it still refuses to connect if I’m using different networks... tried to restore purchases several times and it still won’t work. Even when it was working the first day I downloaded, there were several glitches, like sending notifications too often, not being able to switch between front and rear camera.

Not very happy. I tested this for free, and after it worked I then purchased a one year subscription. Two days later I can’t get the patents to connect with the monitor, via either logging in or sending codes. Using an old iphone5 as the monitor and an iPhone 12 as the parent. All up to date. I tried everything including resetting to no avail. I wish I had never purchased. Ended up buying a separate camera instead.

Glitchy. When it works, it’s a great app. But it rarely works. Network connection is lost constantly even though you have to pay for their cloud “that works everywhere”. Currently it won’t even work at all unless I am using the WiFi in my own house, which defeats the entire purpose of the app- being able to monitor my dogs when I’m not at home. Please fix these issues!

It’s good but there’s one thing... Overall, it’s great but sometimes my puppy gets confused when I say her name when she’s doing something bad

They took my money. I paid for the app when it was newer to coming out and they told me I could monitor from anywhere. It worked less than half the time then they changed to a cloud service and want. Ore money from me but I never would have paid for this crappy app to begin with if I knew that they would bait and switch me to pay more. Find another better app that doesn’t lie to you and change their terms

Love!. My puppy is my baby and I was so worried about leaving her at home while I was at work. Since finding this app, however, it's not a worry. I can check up on her any time, and I love the Apple Watch feature. Super convenient for a product that never bugs out on you.

Good concept but just a horrible app. I’ve had this app now for 3 years. It’s horrible, huge emphasis on horrible, quality, it’s not an easy-to-use / straight-forward app and their “free trial” is bogus. I’ve never been so displeased with an app before in my life. Can’t figure out for the life of me why it has such rave reviews, but as a tech head myself, this is just a horrible app. Going now to buy a real monitor so I can actually get some piece of mind when I have to leave my pups home.

Not connecting. Was working at first for a few times but now it won't connect at all. If this is not fixed I would like a refund please.

Terrible !. This app is terrible and I would like a refund. After subscribing to the app they ask for more money! The recording didn’t even work

Good for price. For the price of this app it’s pretty good. Sometimes the connection drops out and can take seconds, minutes or even hours to reconnect. When that happens it’s extremely frustrating. Since my last 2 updates (I feel like there are constantly updates) I cannot switch off the speaker so I can’t have it on at work without the sound coming through. I am pressing the speaker button (not microphone) and it’s indicating that it’s going on and off but it just stays on constantly. I like that the dog station works on old devices that I had at home.

Waste of money. This was a total waste of money. After spending money to get the full app. I found out you can’t actually use it until you pay a yearly subscription fee. Even then it didn’t work. If you are after a free app that doesn’t cost a cent use the Alfred app. Best one yet.

Great App!. Really easy to set up and use. I need to tweak a couple of settings as the microphone is ultra sensitive and picks up every sound In the house. Great for checking on the dog while I'm at work!

Not free. Why say it is free when it does nothing without purchasing full app?

Don’t bother. Disconnects all the time and you can’t reconnect unless you are physically home, isn’t reliable. Signed up for the yearly subscription but then realised they were billing me weekly instead. Yes, that’s on me but it’s also not the subscription I chose so if you do use it just check you’re not being overcharged too.

Dog Monitor App. Extremely disappointed in this app. I was charged an annual subscription before I even set up the app. It uses a huge amount of cell/mobile data in a very short time. I want to be able to set up 2 iPads (1 inside and 1 outside) to watch dog & I can’t find anyone - anywhere to find out how to do it.

Useless and a terrible waste of money. Doesn’t achieve it’s stated claims or the most basic functionality. Trying for a refund both of the app purchase and the in-app subscription.

Awful. It's not letting me connect to my iPad.... Please fix this bug

Not worth it. Not only do you have to buy the full version for $9 you then have to purchase a subscription if you want to monitor outside your home network also sound doesn’t work I can see my pup but can’t hear anything waist of money in my opinion wishing I hadn’t purchased

Will not load. Cannot make it past first step of connecting two devices. I see the device but it will not connect after I click yes on second device. Stuck in loading mode. Disappointed.

It’s OK but…. If you leave your house before ensuring the connection between your phone and iPad is ok, you can’t connect to the monitor. The app seems to drain the batteries, so you have to make sure you have a full charge. A glitch at the beginning. I had to uninstall and reinstall, in order to purchase a subscription. Annoying. The various subscription they offer , aren’t well described, and prices don’t make sense. For example, they offer One Year Premium for 25.49$ and also for 49.99$ ..?

Cool. I can't speculate it, I'm so backed that I can look my 17 yr gray dog at the same time I'm out. Peace of love is awesome. I struggled generally told weekend disquieting to win a wi-fi camera to what one is in to and this took a pair of minutes and was so easy. Thank you so much.

Not worth it. Honestly, I had high hopes for this. First time I used it it was great until I closed my phone. Next time I opened it, it had disconnected from my other device. The only solution is to re input the code on the other device. Which is impossible since I am not home. There should be a way to remote connect to a device I have already connected to! Don’t make sense.

Works great!. Love this app. I was curious really to see what my dog gets up to when i’am away so I bought this app and it’s brilliant!! You can see video hear everything and even talk to your pet :) It work anywhere on wifi and cellular. Highly recommend!!

App is now charging a subscription to access camera. I paid for this app and it worked half the time. Now they want to charge me a subscription fee to access the camera while not on the same network. That’s not why I bought this app. It’s now useless to me without the subscription.

Fantastic!. My doggie is usually home alone when I'm at work so I love that I can see her during that time :))

Not worth it. This is a good app with tons of issues. The quality of the servers (which you need to subscribe) it is really bad, which makes virtually impossible to see your pet. It quits unexpectedly or stop working without any reason. The worst part, when trying to contact their support team, they will systematically ignore you.

Lost Connection. I continue to lose connection to my device for long periods of time. Nothing wrong or disconnected with either device. I will have to keep looking for something else.

Useless. Used the trial and was impressed so I purchased the app. Soon found out in order to monitor my dog I have to be on the same WiFi. What good is that? Update stopped app from working. I just updated the app on myniphone and it doesn't want to open anymore. I deleted the app, restarted the phone. Nothing works. The the same thing happened on my computer...

Connection. Since I drive for a living I am not always connected to wifi which this app seems to work best on. Most of time I get in all I get is a black screen. Minus the connection problem it's a good app.

Doesn't work. It only works if your in the vicinity of the other device. The second I left it no longer worked, and if I close it and re-open, it says 'connecting to Annie server' and never works. I did all the trouble shooting options and reAched out to tech support. I bought the full version, because the reviews were good. I wish I saw honest reviews before wasting 9$.

Nice idea but too buggy to use. Crashed my iPad on the first try, had to force reboot. Not clear to me what this offers over Team Viewer. Please fix device crashing bugs and I’ll reconsider...

Great app for new pet owners. Got this to watch our dog while we were at work. Great that we can watch her without her knowing. Would like it more if it has better quality or an option to zoom. Still use it.

Not free, trial didn't work. This is not a free app. They "give" a 30 minute free trial. I could not get the trial to start up it only shows the option to "get full account" for a fee. I at least would have liked to have been able to use the app free even if just a week free trial. Then I could know if to purchase it or not. I'm not sure if it's a one time fee or a monthly fee. Trial didn't work so I will not purchase it.

Frustrating. I used the free trial and thought it was cool enough to pay the 5.99 and then it tells me I have to buy a subscription as well!!!!! Sooo frustrating! I would not have purchased it and honestly would really like a refund for the $5.99 since they weren’t honest that you would need that as well. Come on! Shady!

Can’t even figure out how to use it. I’m fairly tech savvy and cannot figure out how to use this app. Tutorials and FAQ are useless. I want to try the free trial, but can’t even get up ad running to try it. Honestly, 30 minutes isn’t long enough to really know if it will work for my pet’s separation anxiety.

It's A Great Concept, Decent Execution. I love using this to watch my guinea pigs. It's kinda laggy and takes a long time to connect to the Annie servers, but other than that it's pretty alright alright aaaaallllriiiiiiiiiiight 😎😎.

Shady business practices. Paid for the app, then they made it subscription based. I was angry about that but Annie gave me a free year of service. That basically makes it right, at least close enough. That said, never was crazy about the app. It was fine, maybe it works better now.

Love this app!. I love how I can watch my dog to see if he's getting into any mischief while I watch the game from the other side of the house. Cool app!

WE LOVE IT. I have a dog how can not stay without me he hates dog sitters and I tried this I just wish it had something it had a side wear my dog could see me it would make him more comfortable because he can get freaked out if me and my husband talk to him otherwise WE LOVE IT

App does not work. The app does not work. You are unable to access the footage outside of your home wifi even if you purchase cloud service. I also followed up with an email for tech support and never heard a response. This is a waste of your money.

No support. Customer support is terrible - no phone number? This app worked when I tested it for free but after paying the $9 the connection has never worked and all I get are cryptic emails from support telling me the port issues that I see using diagnostics but not telling how to fix it. Very dissatisfied.

Not using your app anymore. After using your app for 6 months, I have to say I am not anymore. When the app "works" is good but when you update , something always goes wrong. Well after your last update I could not connect . Your customer service is slow in answering e mails . It's been a week and I purchased a different monitor. Can't wait for you to "fix " it . Ridiculous.

Wifi. I cant see my pet when Im using my works wifi. I have already subscribed to the cloud. Am I doing something wrong?

Love it!. Love that I can see my little doggy at home! When I'm having a bad day I can turn on the camera and see her face and it makes me smile.

Worked for a day. It worked great for a day. But every time I try and connect it would just sit there and load. I paid for the app and then a month of “cloud connectivity.” Waste.

Doesn't work. Works well if both devices are connected to the same wifi network. But stops working if the "human" phone is connected to cellular network or to another wifi. Waisted $4. It was working well for maybe 2 days until this stupid error occurs for weeks now. Tried to re-pair devices didn't work.

When It Works.... When it works, it's great, however it seems kind of picky on when it actually wants to work. I leave and have everything set up then I can't see my dogs. It would be a great app if they would fix all the bugs and work out the kinks.

Cannot get it to work and there are basically no instructions!. Frustrating app to try to use. You can’t even leave a review without going through many names.

Connection issues. First few times I used the app it worked fine. Last few times not so much. I would connect before leaving home and then it would stop and not reconnect. I wouldn't waste $8.99.

Works well. I've had no problems. Let's me check on my dogs and even talk to them. Works on wifi and off.

Awesome. Love this app. Now I can check my cat from work and it even shows me live pictures :) Cool thing is that it works on LTE so you can use it anywhere. Highly recommended, many thanks to developers!

Connectivity problems on different wifi networks. This app has no workaround (unlike iCam) for those wifi connections that have specific security settings (e.g., many workplace networks). The sources won't connect at all. Be sure to test on the exact networks you want to use, otherwise, like me, you'll be out $9 with no solution.

Connection problems. I was super excited about this app, however, it hasn't worked for me so far. As soon as I leave my house and my wifi, it quits working and will not reconnect. Very disappointed. The description says it is suppose to work with or without wifi :-/

Bot recommended. The app does not inform you about cloud payment until after you’ve paid for the app itself. I paid for the app but I can’t use it since I don’t use wifi for connection. What is the point of using wifi when it’s obvious you have to monitor when you’re not home. It is a ridiculous app. Rip off

Question?. This seems legit! Is there any way to allow a dog monitor app to integrate with the baby monitor app that you guys provide? Or even if I paid for one to use the other? They seem nearly identical, what are the differences in features?

Doesn’t work. I have tried repeatedly to use the monitor to see it I wanted to buy it. It will work for a few seconds then stop functioning. This has happened repeatedly.

Love. Best surveillance app I have tried so far. it is easy to set up and works well. I still have time left on my trial but I think I'll buy the app.

Good app and easy to use. This app is really great. Allows me to easy monitor my sick dog and talk to her. When she barks, I can tell her to stop.

Waste of $8.99!. Do not listen to the other reviews! This app is not worth all the problems it has! I have an iPad connected at home to watch my dog and I use of iPhone 6 to watch him from work. The app never connects and if it does, it disconnects right away. The image is really pixelated and the microphone has major feedback issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Awful. I wanted to use the trial first to see if I'd like this app. It took me 8 minutes of my 30 free minutes just to connect. I'm on wifi at work and my iPad is also in wifi at home. Absolutely terrible. I'll be seeking out another app for sure.

Convenient..... when it decides to work. The 25% of the time when the app works it’s great! But the majority of the time it doesn’t work. Infinite loading screens and never-ending “connecting to server” messages have come to be expected no matter if you are on a perfectly good WiFi signal or have full service LTE.

Trash app drops connection every 5min. I used the trial it the app worked fine, after being ripped off for 8$ the app only works every 5mins. afterwards I can't reconnect till I power cycle each device. App it utter trash don't waste your money and get ripped off like me on ANY of their apps

Not sure about this- won't connect. Still in the free 30 minute trial period, but have wasted more than half the time "connecting to Annie server" - both devices are on Wifi too! If I could actually connect and test the app I may actually purchase - won't be buying if I can't test! Ridiculous!

Rarely ever works. This app would be great to monitor my dog if it worked. It rarely ever connects and when it does, there's tons of issues with it from brightness/dimming problems to audio issues. It doesn't matter if I'm using this app over cellular network or wifi... iPad to iPad... iPhone to iPad... THIS APP JUST DOESN'T WORK.

This app WAS awesome.... It worked great originally last year but now it never lets me connect/ view my pups when I’m not home. I really wished it worked but I’m going to have to find another app and cancel my subscription on this if this isn’t going to work.

Best on the market. I used some other monitors but this one is best. So many functions and settings makes your watch easy.

Excellent for keeping an eye on the dogs while RVing.. Works well and has helpful sound monitoring

Program often disconnects.. The only time I've gotten the program to successfully connect is when both units are on the same wifi connection. Avoid this app.

Soso. Keeps trying to connect to server but fails. Hard to sync w ipad iphone. Youll pay extra to be able to monitor away from home. Good idea but needs work.

Great for the price!!. I really enjoy this new App. I can see what my puppy is up to during the day and calm her down using the voice option.

Needs an upgrade. So many issues when not connected to WiFi. Connection and sound is constantly going out. Poor picture quality.
