Good Plans, but you have to download them..
Spent $53 for the yearly premium. Would I do it again? Nope. There are several app programs out there that are just as efficient that don't require you to download the exercises. I don't need a tutorial video, nor do I need a timer. Just show me the exercise program and let me get on with it.

Worth every penny. Better than a gym membership. Great videos of all 180 exercises and stretches with brief Slo-mo sequences that have annotations dynamically rendered that focus on common errors in form. Much better than a trainer yelling "keep your butt up". Puts together a personalized plan based on a quick evaluation. Really tough workout that does not seem tough because of the variety of exercises. Seems to use principles of interval training. Easy learning curve - but some exercises will take several repetitions to master. As your strength increases it becomes easier to maintain proper form.

I am traveling all the time AND I like to work out outside when the weather is nice - that's why I love this app. The workouts are so tough but short - I always have the feeling that I get a great workout!
